Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))has gained widespread attention as a versatile oxidant and a mild disin-fectant.Here,an electrostatic self-assembly method is applied to couple ZnSe quantum dots(QDs)with a flower-like cov...Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))has gained widespread attention as a versatile oxidant and a mild disin-fectant.Here,an electrostatic self-assembly method is applied to couple ZnSe quantum dots(QDs)with a flower-like covalent organic framework(COF)to form a step-scheme(S-scheme)photocata-lyst for H_(2)O_(2)production.The as-prepared S-scheme photocatalyst exhibits a broad light absorption range with an edge at 810 nm owing to the synergistic effect between the ZnSe QDs and COF.The S-scheme charge-carrier transfer mechanism is validated by performing Fermi level calculations and in-situ X-ray photoelectron and femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopies.Photolumi-nescence,time-resolved photoluminescence,photocurrent response,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and electron paramagnetic resonance results show that the S-scheme heterojunction not only promotes charge carrier separation but also boosts the redox ability,resulting in enhanced photocatalytic performance.Remarkably,a 10%-ZnSe QD/COF has excellent photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)-production activity,and the optimal S-scheme composite with ethanol as the hole scavenger yields a H_(2)O_(2)-production rate of 1895 mol g^(-1)h^(-1).This study presents an example of a high-performance organic/inorganic S-scheme photocatalyst for H_(2)O_(2)production.展开更多
Background During mammalian pre-implantation embryonic development(PED),the process of maternal-to-zygote transition(MZT)is well orchestrated by epigenetic modification and gene sequential expression,and it is related...Background During mammalian pre-implantation embryonic development(PED),the process of maternal-to-zygote transition(MZT)is well orchestrated by epigenetic modification and gene sequential expression,and it is related to the embryonic genome activation(EGA).During MZT,the embryos are sensitive to the environment and easy to arrest at this stage in vitro.However,the timing and regulation mechanism of EGA in buffaloes remain obscure.Results Buffalo pre-implantation embryos were subjected to trace cell based RNA-seq and whole-genome bisulfite sequencing(WGBS)to draw landscapes of transcription and DNA-methylation.Four typical developmental steps were classified during buffalo PED.Buffalo major EGA was identified at the 16-cell stage by the comprehensive analy-sis of gene expression and DNA methylation dynamics.By weighted gene co-expression network analysis,stage-spe-cific modules were identified during buffalo maternal-to-zygotic transition,and key signaling pathways and biological process events were further revealed.Programmed and continuous activation of these pathways was necessary for success of buffalo EGA.In addition,the hub gene,CDK1,was identified to play a critical role in buffalo EGA.Conclusions Our study provides a landscape of transcription and DNA methylation in buffalo PED and reveals deeply the molecular mechanism of the buffalo EGA and genetic programming during buffalo MZT.It will lay a foundation for improving the in vitro development of buffalo embryos.展开更多

Soybean(Glycine max[L.]Merr.)is an important source of human dietary protein and vegetable oil.A strong negative correlation between protein and oil contents has hindered efforts to improve soybean seed quality.The me...Soybean(Glycine max[L.]Merr.)is an important source of human dietary protein and vegetable oil.A strong negative correlation between protein and oil contents has hindered efforts to improve soybean seed quality.The metabolic and genetic bases of soybean seed composition remain elusive.We evaluated metabolic diversity in a soybean near-isogenic line(NIL)population derived from parents(JD12 and CMSD)with contrasting seed oil contents.Using GC-TOF/MS,we compared seed primary metabolites of high protein/low oil lines,low protein/high oil lines,and their parents.Principal-components analysis showed that metabolic profiles of all progeny lines could be discriminated based on protein and oil contents.Univariate analysis revealed wide variation and transgressive segregation of metabolites in the population.Twenty-eight annotated metabolites,in particular free asparagine,free 3-cyanoalanine,and L-malic acid,were correlated with seed protein content or seed oil content or seed protein and oil content.These results shed light on the metabolic and genetic basis of soybean seed composition.展开更多

The disinfection and isolation guidance was established for perioperative prevention and control of infection,.topical administration of ocular agents, reexamination and healthcare instruction, and alternative measures were taken.Results: All 5087 patients successfully underwent day surgery of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. All cases recovered without incision infection.Conclusion: Preoperative preparation, and intraoperative and postoperative prevention and control of infection serve as vital measures for effectively avoiding the incidence of incision infection in patients undergoing day cataract surgery.展开更多
The main defense response to Soybean mosaic virus(SMV)infection in soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]is thought to be blockage of intercellular virus transport by callose deposition on plasmodesmata.But the specific regula...The main defense response to Soybean mosaic virus(SMV)infection in soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]is thought to be blockage of intercellular virus transport by callose deposition on plasmodesmata.But the specific regulatory mechanism remains largely unknown.In this study,we found that hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))signal downstream of NO was associated with the regulation of callose accumulation.Abundant H_(2)O_(2)was produced on the cell membrane and cell wall in the incompatible combination of soybean cultivar Jidou 7 and SMV strain N3,whereas no obvious H_(2)O_(2)was observed in the compatible combination of Jidou 7 and strain SC-8.When H_(2)O_(2)production was inhibited,callose accumulation induced by SMV infection decreased to a level insufficient to restrict virus transport in the incompatible combination.The H_(2)O_(2)-associated transcriptome dynamics of soybean during SMV infection was investigated.Transcriptome and functional analysis using virus-induced gene silencing showed that Gm SEOB and Gm PAP27,two genes regulated by H_(2)O_(2),functioned in resistance by positively regulating the accumulation of callose in response to SMV infection.These results lay a foundation for further research on the signal transduction and molecular regulation of callose deposition during soybean resistance to SMV infection.展开更多

Background With the rapid increase in ageing population,China is confronted with the daunting challenge of a growing number of patients with neurocognitive disorders(NCDs).This trend makes the maintenance of self-heal...Background With the rapid increase in ageing population,China is confronted with the daunting challenge of a growing number of patients with neurocognitive disorders(NCDs).This trend makes the maintenance of self-health and early intervention essential,highlighting the need for a tool that assesses self-efficacy of older adults in maintaining brain health or cognitive function.Aim This study aimed to design the Brain Health Self-Efficacy Scale(BHSES)to measure elderly individuals'attitudes to NCDs,motivations and future plans for controlling risks.The psychometric properties of BHSES have been validated.Methods Based on the current literature and relevant models,a 19-item scale was created during the first stage.A total of 660 older adults in the Yinhang community of Shanghai were included.The statistical approaches of item analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),criterion-related validity and reliability test were used to evaluate the quality of BHSES.In addition,the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used as criteria to test the criterion-related validity.Results To test item differentiation,the study adopted item analysis and excluded item 8.Selecting a random half of the sample for EFA,the BHSES was refined to 16 items,which were categorised into the following three dimensions:'memory belief efficacy','self-care efficacy'and'future planning efficacy'.These were highly consistent with the hypothesis model.Its cumulative variance contribution rate reached 61.14%,with factor loads of all items above 0.5.The three-factor model was confirmed by the remaining data through CFA.All fit indices reached the acceptable level(x2=3.045,Goodness of Fit Index=0.898,adjusted Goodness of Fit Index=0.863,Comparative Fit Index=0.916,Incremental Fit Index=0.917,Tucker-Lewis Index=0.900,root mean square error of approximation=0.079 and root mean residual=0.068).The GDS and SAS scores revealed significant correlations with the BHSES score,indicating a high criterion-related validity.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.793,with theαcoefficients'distribution of subdimensions ranging from 0.748 to 0.883.Conclusions The 16-item,self-compiled BHSES is a reliable and valid measurement.It could help identify older adults with potential risks for developing NCDs or with high suspicion of cognitive impairment onset in recent periods and also offer insight into tracking brain health self-efficacy in association with cognition status.展开更多

In thermodynamic study, adsorption isotherm and free energy change (⊿G°) were detected and calculated, respectively. Influence of ionic strength on adsorbance was investigated. Kinetic studies were carried out with a series of XO concentration under different temperatures, and the data were simulated with pseudo first-order and second-order kinetic model, respectively. Results illustrate: adsorption of EG for XO is a spontaneous process, and adsorption isotherm is type II;equilibrium adsorbance increases with the increase of ionic strength. Kinetic studies show that the kinetic data can be delineated by pseudo second-order kinetic model. Initial adsorption rate increases with the increase of temperature. Adsorption activation energy is less than 20 kJ/mol;physical adsorption is the major mode of the overall adsorption process.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the effects of continuous self-management education on the selfcare ability and health behavior of patients with tumor through peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC).Methods:The peri...Objective:To analyze the effects of continuous self-management education on the selfcare ability and health behavior of patients with tumor through peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC).Methods:The period from August 2018 to August 2020 was used as the research time range,and the random number table method was used as the basis for grouping.80 patients with malignant tumors who regularly performed fixed catheter maintenance care in the PICC clinic of our hospital were admitted in the experimental group(given PICC specialist nursing,and implemented continuous self-management education),and 80 patients with PICC tube malignant tumors discharged from the superior hospital during this time range served as the control group(return to the original catheterization hospital from time to time or perform catheter maintenance care in the nursing clinic of our hospital).The self-care ability scores,health behavior scores,and complications during intubation between both groups were analyzed.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in self-care ability score and healthy behavior score between groups before the intervention,P>0.05;the self-care ability score and health behavior score of the research group were better than the control group after intervention,P<0.05;(2)After investigation,the incidence of complications in the research group(2.50%)was lower than that of the control group(10.00%),but there was no difference between the groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Continuous self-management education has good effects on improving the self-care ability of tumor patients with PICC intubation.It can urge patients to maintain good health behaviors and reduce complications.It is worthy of promotion.展开更多
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),characterized by hepatic steatosis,is a common metabolic liver disease worldwide.Currently,satisfactory drugs for NAFLD treatment remain lacking.Obesity and diabetes are the le...Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),characterized by hepatic steatosis,is a common metabolic liver disease worldwide.Currently,satisfactory drugs for NAFLD treatment remain lacking.Obesity and diabetes are the leading causes of NAFLD,and compounds with anti-obesity and antidiabetic activities are considered suitable candidates for treating NAFLD.In this study,biochemical and histological assays revealed that a natural lignan schisanhenol(SAL)effectively decreased lipid accumulation and improved hepatic steatosis in free fatty acid(FFA)-treated HepG2 cells and high-fat diet(HFD)-induced NAFLD mice.Further,molecular analyses,microRNA(miRNA)-seq,and bioinformatics analyses revealed that SAL may improve NAFLD by targeting the miR-802/adenosine monophosphateactivated protein kinase(AMPK)pathway.Liver-specific overexpression of miR-802 in NAFLD mice significantly impaired SAL-mediated liver protection and decreased the protein levels of phosphorylated(p)-AMPK and PRKAB1.Dual-luciferase assay analysis further confirmed that miR-802 inhibits hepatic AMPK expression by binding to the 3’untranslated region of mouse Prkab1 or human PRKAA1.展开更多
Neburon is a phenylurea herbicide that is widely used worldwide,but its toxicity is poorly studied.In our previous study,we found that neburon has strong aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)agonist activity,but whether it c...Neburon is a phenylurea herbicide that is widely used worldwide,but its toxicity is poorly studied.In our previous study,we found that neburon has strong aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)agonist activity,but whether it causes reproductive toxicity is not clear.In the present study,zebrafish were conducted as a model organism to evaluate whether environmental concentrations of neburon(0.1,1 and 10μg/L)induce reproductive disorder in males.After exposure to neburon for 150 days from embryo to adult,that the average spawning egg number in high concentration group was 106.40,which was significantly lower than 193.00in control group.This result was mainly due to the abnormal male reproductive behavior caused by abnormal transcription of genes associated with reproductive behavior in the brain,such as secretogranin-2a.The proportions of spermatozoa in the medium and high concentration groups were 82.40%and 83.84%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 89.45%in control group.This result was mainly caused by hormonal disturbances and an increased proportion of apoptotic cells.The hormonal disruption was due to the significant changes in the transcription levels of key genes in the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis following neburon treatment.Neburon treatment also significantly activated the AhR signaling pathway,causing oxidative stress damage and eventually leading to a significant increase in apoptosis in the exposed group.Together,these data filled the currently more vacant profile of neburon toxicity and might provide information to assess the ecotoxicity of neburon on male reproduction at environmentally relevant concentrations.展开更多
目的:对特拉华校园氛围量表(教工卷)2016版(Delaware School Climate Scale-Teacher/Staff,DSCS-T/S)进行中文修订,检验其信、效度及跨性别、跨年级的测量等值性。方法:应用中文版DSCS-T/S对9省64所中小学校1860名教师施测,以中小学教...目的:对特拉华校园氛围量表(教工卷)2016版(Delaware School Climate Scale-Teacher/Staff,DSCS-T/S)进行中文修订,检验其信、效度及跨性别、跨年级的测量等值性。方法:应用中文版DSCS-T/S对9省64所中小学校1860名教师施测,以中小学教师职业倦怠问卷(Chinese Primary and Secondary School Teachers’Job Burnout Questionnaire,CTJBQ)、教师主观幸福感问卷中文版(Teacher Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire,TSWQ)为效标,间隔三个月之后随机抽取其中61名被试进行重测。结果:(1)验证性因素分析拟合结果表明DSCS-T/S采用一阶九因子模型最佳;(2)DSCS-T/S总分与CTJBQ的三个维度(情绪衰竭、个人成就感、非人性化)的相关系数分别为-0.195、0.319和-0.205(P<0.01),与TSWQ总分及两个维度(学校联结感、教学效能感)的相关系数分别为0.454、0.419和0.385(P<0.01);总量表的α系数为0.951,三个月后的重测信度为0.922;(3)多组验证性分析结果表明,DSCS-T/S中文版在初中、高中教师以及男、女教师间具有完全的测量等值性,相应的组群差异可以认为是样本特质而非量表本身的系统误差所致。结论:特拉华校园氛围量表(教工卷)中文版信、效度良好,且测量结果可以在初、高中教师和不同性别教师间跨组比较,可以用于评估我国中小学教师感知的校园氛围。展开更多

文摘Soybean(Glycine max[L.]Merr.)is an important source of human dietary protein and vegetable oil.A strong negative correlation between protein and oil contents has hindered efforts to improve soybean seed quality.The metabolic and genetic bases of soybean seed composition remain elusive.We evaluated metabolic diversity in a soybean near-isogenic line(NIL)population derived from parents(JD12 and CMSD)with contrasting seed oil contents.Using GC-TOF/MS,we compared seed primary metabolites of high protein/low oil lines,low protein/high oil lines,and their parents.Principal-components analysis showed that metabolic profiles of all progeny lines could be discriminated based on protein and oil contents.Univariate analysis revealed wide variation and transgressive segregation of metabolites in the population.Twenty-eight annotated metabolites,in particular free asparagine,free 3-cyanoalanine,and L-malic acid,were correlated with seed protein content or seed oil content or seed protein and oil content.These results shed light on the metabolic and genetic basis of soybean seed composition.
文摘Purpose:To explore the effects of the prevention and control of perioperative incision infection on the quality of day cataract surgery.Methods:.The nursing care and efficacy of 5087 patients undergoing day cataract surgery between October 2012 and October 2013 were retrospectively reviewed. The disinfection and isolation guidance was established for perioperative prevention and control of infection,.topical administration of ocular agents, reexamination and healthcare instruction, and alternative measures were taken.Results: All 5087 patients successfully underwent day surgery of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. All cases recovered without incision infection.Conclusion: Preoperative preparation, and intraoperative and postoperative prevention and control of infection serve as vital measures for effectively avoiding the incidence of incision infection in patients undergoing day cataract surgery.

文摘The main defense response to Soybean mosaic virus(SMV)infection in soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]is thought to be blockage of intercellular virus transport by callose deposition on plasmodesmata.But the specific regulatory mechanism remains largely unknown.In this study,we found that hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))signal downstream of NO was associated with the regulation of callose accumulation.Abundant H_(2)O_(2)was produced on the cell membrane and cell wall in the incompatible combination of soybean cultivar Jidou 7 and SMV strain N3,whereas no obvious H_(2)O_(2)was observed in the compatible combination of Jidou 7 and strain SC-8.When H_(2)O_(2)production was inhibited,callose accumulation induced by SMV infection decreased to a level insufficient to restrict virus transport in the incompatible combination.The H_(2)O_(2)-associated transcriptome dynamics of soybean during SMV infection was investigated.Transcriptome and functional analysis using virus-induced gene silencing showed that Gm SEOB and Gm PAP27,two genes regulated by H_(2)O_(2),functioned in resistance by positively regulating the accumulation of callose in response to SMV infection.These results lay a foundation for further research on the signal transduction and molecular regulation of callose deposition during soybean resistance to SMV infection.

文摘A simple hydration model is used here by taking the composition of the cement and the initial water: cementratio (w/c) into account explicitly. Its conceptual basis is a combination of the Avrami equation and Bentz’s modelbased on simple spatial considerations. In this model, the Avrami equation determines the initial reaction, andBentz’s model describes the following hydration stage. The model favors engineers for it relies on one experimentalparameter and has a reliable approximation in the practice.

文摘Background With the rapid increase in ageing population,China is confronted with the daunting challenge of a growing number of patients with neurocognitive disorders(NCDs).This trend makes the maintenance of self-health and early intervention essential,highlighting the need for a tool that assesses self-efficacy of older adults in maintaining brain health or cognitive function.Aim This study aimed to design the Brain Health Self-Efficacy Scale(BHSES)to measure elderly individuals'attitudes to NCDs,motivations and future plans for controlling risks.The psychometric properties of BHSES have been validated.Methods Based on the current literature and relevant models,a 19-item scale was created during the first stage.A total of 660 older adults in the Yinhang community of Shanghai were included.The statistical approaches of item analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),criterion-related validity and reliability test were used to evaluate the quality of BHSES.In addition,the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used as criteria to test the criterion-related validity.Results To test item differentiation,the study adopted item analysis and excluded item 8.Selecting a random half of the sample for EFA,the BHSES was refined to 16 items,which were categorised into the following three dimensions:'memory belief efficacy','self-care efficacy'and'future planning efficacy'.These were highly consistent with the hypothesis model.Its cumulative variance contribution rate reached 61.14%,with factor loads of all items above 0.5.The three-factor model was confirmed by the remaining data through CFA.All fit indices reached the acceptable level(x2=3.045,Goodness of Fit Index=0.898,adjusted Goodness of Fit Index=0.863,Comparative Fit Index=0.916,Incremental Fit Index=0.917,Tucker-Lewis Index=0.900,root mean square error of approximation=0.079 and root mean residual=0.068).The GDS and SAS scores revealed significant correlations with the BHSES score,indicating a high criterion-related validity.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.793,with theαcoefficients'distribution of subdimensions ranging from 0.748 to 0.883.Conclusions The 16-item,self-compiled BHSES is a reliable and valid measurement.It could help identify older adults with potential risks for developing NCDs or with high suspicion of cognitive impairment onset in recent periods and also offer insight into tracking brain health self-efficacy in association with cognition status.

文摘Expansion graphite (EG) processing of an expanded volume of 400 mL/g was prepared with 50 mesh crude graphite after chemical oxidation intercalation of potassium permanganate and vitriol, and its adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics characteristics for xylenol orange (XO) was investigated. In thermodynamic study, adsorption isotherm and free energy change (⊿G°) were detected and calculated, respectively. Influence of ionic strength on adsorbance was investigated. Kinetic studies were carried out with a series of XO concentration under different temperatures, and the data were simulated with pseudo first-order and second-order kinetic model, respectively. Results illustrate: adsorption of EG for XO is a spontaneous process, and adsorption isotherm is type II;equilibrium adsorbance increases with the increase of ionic strength. Kinetic studies show that the kinetic data can be delineated by pseudo second-order kinetic model. Initial adsorption rate increases with the increase of temperature. Adsorption activation energy is less than 20 kJ/mol;physical adsorption is the major mode of the overall adsorption process.
文摘Objective:To analyze the effects of continuous self-management education on the selfcare ability and health behavior of patients with tumor through peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC).Methods:The period from August 2018 to August 2020 was used as the research time range,and the random number table method was used as the basis for grouping.80 patients with malignant tumors who regularly performed fixed catheter maintenance care in the PICC clinic of our hospital were admitted in the experimental group(given PICC specialist nursing,and implemented continuous self-management education),and 80 patients with PICC tube malignant tumors discharged from the superior hospital during this time range served as the control group(return to the original catheterization hospital from time to time or perform catheter maintenance care in the nursing clinic of our hospital).The self-care ability scores,health behavior scores,and complications during intubation between both groups were analyzed.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in self-care ability score and healthy behavior score between groups before the intervention,P>0.05;the self-care ability score and health behavior score of the research group were better than the control group after intervention,P<0.05;(2)After investigation,the incidence of complications in the research group(2.50%)was lower than that of the control group(10.00%),but there was no difference between the groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Continuous self-management education has good effects on improving the self-care ability of tumor patients with PICC intubation.It can urge patients to maintain good health behaviors and reduce complications.It is worthy of promotion.

文摘Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),characterized by hepatic steatosis,is a common metabolic liver disease worldwide.Currently,satisfactory drugs for NAFLD treatment remain lacking.Obesity and diabetes are the leading causes of NAFLD,and compounds with anti-obesity and antidiabetic activities are considered suitable candidates for treating NAFLD.In this study,biochemical and histological assays revealed that a natural lignan schisanhenol(SAL)effectively decreased lipid accumulation and improved hepatic steatosis in free fatty acid(FFA)-treated HepG2 cells and high-fat diet(HFD)-induced NAFLD mice.Further,molecular analyses,microRNA(miRNA)-seq,and bioinformatics analyses revealed that SAL may improve NAFLD by targeting the miR-802/adenosine monophosphateactivated protein kinase(AMPK)pathway.Liver-specific overexpression of miR-802 in NAFLD mice significantly impaired SAL-mediated liver protection and decreased the protein levels of phosphorylated(p)-AMPK and PRKAB1.Dual-luciferase assay analysis further confirmed that miR-802 inhibits hepatic AMPK expression by binding to the 3’untranslated region of mouse Prkab1 or human PRKAA1.

文摘Neburon is a phenylurea herbicide that is widely used worldwide,but its toxicity is poorly studied.In our previous study,we found that neburon has strong aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)agonist activity,but whether it causes reproductive toxicity is not clear.In the present study,zebrafish were conducted as a model organism to evaluate whether environmental concentrations of neburon(0.1,1 and 10μg/L)induce reproductive disorder in males.After exposure to neburon for 150 days from embryo to adult,that the average spawning egg number in high concentration group was 106.40,which was significantly lower than 193.00in control group.This result was mainly due to the abnormal male reproductive behavior caused by abnormal transcription of genes associated with reproductive behavior in the brain,such as secretogranin-2a.The proportions of spermatozoa in the medium and high concentration groups were 82.40%and 83.84%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 89.45%in control group.This result was mainly caused by hormonal disturbances and an increased proportion of apoptotic cells.The hormonal disruption was due to the significant changes in the transcription levels of key genes in the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis following neburon treatment.Neburon treatment also significantly activated the AhR signaling pathway,causing oxidative stress damage and eventually leading to a significant increase in apoptosis in the exposed group.Together,these data filled the currently more vacant profile of neburon toxicity and might provide information to assess the ecotoxicity of neburon on male reproduction at environmentally relevant concentrations.
文摘目的:对特拉华校园氛围量表(教工卷)2016版(Delaware School Climate Scale-Teacher/Staff,DSCS-T/S)进行中文修订,检验其信、效度及跨性别、跨年级的测量等值性。方法:应用中文版DSCS-T/S对9省64所中小学校1860名教师施测,以中小学教师职业倦怠问卷(Chinese Primary and Secondary School Teachers’Job Burnout Questionnaire,CTJBQ)、教师主观幸福感问卷中文版(Teacher Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire,TSWQ)为效标,间隔三个月之后随机抽取其中61名被试进行重测。结果:(1)验证性因素分析拟合结果表明DSCS-T/S采用一阶九因子模型最佳;(2)DSCS-T/S总分与CTJBQ的三个维度(情绪衰竭、个人成就感、非人性化)的相关系数分别为-0.195、0.319和-0.205(P<0.01),与TSWQ总分及两个维度(学校联结感、教学效能感)的相关系数分别为0.454、0.419和0.385(P<0.01);总量表的α系数为0.951,三个月后的重测信度为0.922;(3)多组验证性分析结果表明,DSCS-T/S中文版在初中、高中教师以及男、女教师间具有完全的测量等值性,相应的组群差异可以认为是样本特质而非量表本身的系统误差所致。结论:特拉华校园氛围量表(教工卷)中文版信、效度良好,且测量结果可以在初、高中教师和不同性别教师间跨组比较,可以用于评估我国中小学教师感知的校园氛围。
文摘目的:引进特拉华校园氛围量表(家长卷)2016版(Delaware School Climate Scale-Home,DSCS-H),对其进行中文修订,检验DSCS-H中文版在我国中小学家长群体中的信、效度及其跨年级、性别的测量等值性。方法:应用中文版DSCS-H对4个地区8所学校1-12年级2020名学生家长进行施测。以家长对学校的满意度、子女的学业成绩及其报告的欺负受害得分为效标,四周后抽取其中63名被试进行重测。结果:①DSCS-H中文版维度结构与原量表一致,验证性因素分析结果支持DSCS-H二阶模型;②DSCS-H总分与小学生的语文、数学成绩相关系数分别为0.348和0.318(P<0.01),与中学生的语文、数学成绩相关系数在0.116-0.226之间(P<0.05);与DBVS-S总分及三个维度(身体欺负、关系欺负和言语欺负)的相关系数分别为-0.203、-0.176、-0.188和-0.164(P<0.01);与家长对学校满意度的相关为0.829(P<0.01);③修订后的中文版DSCS-H总量表α系数为0.964,分半信度系数为0.956,重测信度系数为0.782;④数据分析结果显示,基于中国地区样本的二阶因素模型,DSCS-H具有跨家长性别和跨子女年级的完全等值性。结论:修订后的特拉华学校氛围量表-家长版(DSCS-H)具有较高的信效度和跨家长性别、跨学生年级的不变性,是测量我国中小学家长校园氛围感知的有效工具。
