Objective:To summarize and analyze the clinical treatment experience of hepatitis B cirrhosis combined with Budd-Chiari syndrome.Methods:Data was obtained from a patient who were diagnosed with hepatitis B cirrhosis combined with Budd-Chiari syndrome.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical character of the patient.Results:The patient was diagnosed with Budd-Chiari syndrome incidentally during operation.so the patient underwent orthotopic liver transplanation,in which the liver and retrohepatic vena cava were resected,and recovered uneventfully.Conclusion:Orthotopic liver transplantation is not only an ideal treatment but also improves the prognosis of patients for hepatitis B cirrhosis combined with Budd-Chiari syndrome. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the relationship between blood riboflavin levels and riboflavin transporter 2(RFT2) gene expression in gastric carcinoma(GC) development.METHODS:High-performance liquid chromatography was used to detect blood riboflavin levels in patients with GC.Real-time fluorogenic quantitative polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry were used to analyze the expression of RFT2 mRNA and protein in samples from 60 GC patients consisting of both tumor and normal tissue.RESULTS:A significant decrease in the RFT2 mRNA levels was detected in GC samples compared with those in the normal mucous membrane(0.398 ± 0.149 vs 1.479 ± 0.587;P = 0.040).Tumors exhibited low RFT2 protein expression(75%,16.7%,8.3% and 0% for no RFT2 staining,weak staining,medium staining and strong staining,respectively),which was significantly lower than that in the normal mucous membrane(10%,16.7%,26.7% and 46.7% for no RFT2 staining,weak staining,medium staining and strong staining,respectively;P < 0.05).Tumors with low RFT2 expression were significantly associated with tumor stage and histological grade.Moreover,a significantly decrease in Uyghur patients was observed compared with Han patients.However,other parameters-gender,tumor location and lymph node metastasis-showed no significant relationship with RFT2 expression.Blood riboflavin levels were reverse correlated with development of GC(1.2000 ± 0.97 569 ng/mL in high tumor stage patients vs 2.5980 ± 1.31 129 ng/mL in low tumor stage patients;P < 0.05).A positive correlation of plasma riboflavin levels with defective expression of RFT2 protein was found in GC patients(2 = 2.619;P = 0.019).CONCLUSION:Defective expression of RFT2 is associated with the development of GC and this may represent a mechanism underlying the decreased plasma riboflavin levels in GC. 展开更多

The motion contrail of the handwriting de-tecting in the 3-D space can be recognized through compute the matrix of attitude angles and the dynamic information of the handwriting detecting which is mapped on the 2-D plane. Objective:TReport of 6 cases super-minimal incision kidney transplantation,to further explore its application in renal transplantation.Method:We reviewed the clinical data of 6 cases of SMIKT:operative time,incision size,postoperative pain score,scar score and renal function 1 month after operation.Result:The average operation time of 6 recipients was 95±33min,the average incision size was 6.1±1.1cm,the average pain scores of three days after operation were2.7±0.7,2.2±0.3,2.3±0.5.postoperative analgesia with analgesia pump,no use on the second day,one month after operation,the scar score was 6.85±0.58,and the serum creatinine was 98±16umol/L.Conclusion:The length of incision in the study SMIKT was short,little harm to patients,for the receptor with BMI<25kg/m2,this method can be used.At the same time,the current sample capacity of the study was small and the follow-up time was short,more samples will be needed to enrich the data and further prove its advantages in the future. 展开更多

Polymer chain ends play an important role in the glassy dynamics of polymeric materials. In this study, a combination of single molecule defocus fluorescence microscopy and well-controlled atom transfer radical polymerization was used to investigate site-dependent segmental mobility of poly(n-butyl methacrylate). As the temperature increased, the rotation of fluorophores, which were selectively labelled in chain end and chain middle, was gradually activated. The power spectra of rotation trajectories, the distribution of angular displacement as well as the population of rotating fluorophores demonstrated that the local dynamics was more activated at the chain ends than the middles, showing the unique contribution of the chain end to the dynamics of the system. 展开更多
