BACKGROUND The distal-less homeobox(DLX)gene family plays an important role in the development of several tumors.However,the expression pattern,prognostic and diagnostic value,possible regulatory mechanisms,and the relationship between DLX family genes and immune infiltration in colon cancer have not been systematically reported.AIM We aimed to comprehensively analyze the biological role of the DLX gene family in the pathogenesis of colon cancer.METHODS Colon cancer tissue and normal colon tissue samples were collected from the Cancer Genome Atlas and Gene Expression Omnibus databases.Wilcoxon rank sum test and t-test were used to assess DLX gene family expression between colon cancer tissue and unpaired normal colon tissue.cBioPortal was used to analyze DLX gene family variants.R software was used to analyze DLX gene expression in colon cancer and the relationship between DLX gene family expression and clinical features and correlation heat map.The survival package and Cox regression module were used to assess the prognostic value of the DLX gene family.The pROC package was used to analyze the diagnostic value of the DLX gene family.R software was used to analyze the possible regulatory mechanisms of DLX gene family members and related genes.The GSVA package was used to analyze the relationship between the DLX gene family and immune infiltration.The ggplot2,the survminer package,and the clusterProfiler package were used for visualization.RESULTS DLX1/2/3/4/5 were significantly aberrantly expressed in colon cancer patients.The expression of DLX genes were associated with M stage,pathologic stage,primary therapy outcome,residual tumor,lymphatic invasion,T stage,N stage,age,perineural invasion,and history of colon polyps.DLX5 was independently correlated with the prognosis of colon cancer in multivariate analysis.DLX1/2/3/4/5/6 were involved in the development and progression of colon cancer by participating in immune infiltration and associated pathways,including the Hippo signaling pathway,the Wnt signaling pathway,several signaling pathways regulating the pluripotency of stem cells,and Staphylococcus aureus infection.CONCLUSION The results of this study suggest a possible role for the DLX gene family as potential diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets in colon cancer. 展开更多

BACKGROUND In December 2019,the first patient with 2019-novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)was reported in Wuhan,China,and the disease spread rapidly across the country and surrounding countries within 2 mo.As of February 29,2020,a total of 91 confirmed cases had been reported in Gansu Province.This case report of the diagnosis and treatment of an elderly patient with 2019-nCoV pneumonia complicated by acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Gansu Province aims to provide a better reference for the treatment of patients in the future.CASE SUMMARY The patient,a 94-year-old female,lived in Maiji District of Tianshui,Gansu Province,China.On January 30,2020,she was admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Tianshui after 9 d of close contact with a patient with 2019-nCoV pneumonia.She was subsequently admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for isolation and transferred to Tianshui Gansu Provincial Hospital of Infectious Diseases on February 3,2020 for treatment.Upon initial examination,her body temperature was 36.7°C,pulse was 80,breathing was 20,and blood pressure was 130/80 mmHg.She was conscious with normal development and normal nutrition.The pharynx was not red,and bilateral tonsils were not red and swollen.The lungs sounded slightly coarse with no dry or wet rales.The first symptoms were cough and fatigue on 2 February.The patient was hospitalized for 12 d.After active treatment,she was discharged on February 14 with a good prognosis.CONCLUSION A history of exposure to the affected area or patient is a major cause of 2019-nCoV infection,and population clustering is a high risk factor for transmission.Patients may not necessarily have respiratory system symptoms as the only clinical manifestation but may also have concomitant or first onset digestive symptoms.Attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Nucleic acid testing is extremely important and needs to be repeated several times.Laboratory and auxiliary examination indicators during the first week of admission are extremely important.It is feasible to carry out dynamic and continuous index monitoring,which can predict and guide the prevention and treatment of multiple organ dysfunction and the prognosis of the disease. 展开更多

It was found that, in dppm-Q, dppe-Q, dppp-Q and dppb-Q, the incorporated phosphino-fragments were responsible for Rh-catalyzed hydroformylation and the phosphoniums were in charge of the subsequent acetalization as the Lewis acid catalysts. Moreover, the diphosphonium-based ionic liquid of dppb-DQ could be applied as a co-solvent to immobilize the Rh/dppb-Q catalytic system with the advantages of the improved catalytic performance, the available catalyst recyclability, and the wide generality for the substrates. 展开更多

Through carrying out the high-temperature tensile experiments on an as-extruded Mg-11wt%Y alloy at 350℃,400℃,450℃,500℃and 550℃,the mechanical behavior and fracture mechanisms at elevated temperatures are investigated and compared.Tensile results show that with the increase of temperature,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the alloy increase at first and then decrease,while that the elongation ratio decreases firstly and then increases.For the sample being tested at 350℃,the values of yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and the elongation ratio are 188 MPa,266 MPa and 11%,respectively.At 400℃,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength reach the maximum values of,respectively,198 MPa and 277 MPa,but the elongation ratio is the lowest and its value is only 8%.When the applied temperature is increased to 550℃,the values of yield strength and ultimate tensile strength,respectively,decrease to 140 MPa and 192 MPa and the elongation ratio increases to 38%.Failure analysis demonstrates that the fracture surfaces of different samples are mainly composed of plastic dimples and exhibit the typical characteristic of ductile fracture.The observation to the fracture side surfaces indicates that at the temperatures of 350℃and 400℃,microcracks mainly initiate in the interior of Mg_(24)Y_(5)particles.When the temperatures are 450℃,500℃and 550℃,the cracks preferentially initiate at the Mg_(24)Y_(5)/α-Mg interfaces. 展开更多

目的:成型后的金属内胆复合材料气瓶,即III型复合材料气瓶(以下简称气瓶),需采用自紧工艺来提高疲劳寿命。最佳自紧压力是自紧工艺的重要参数。本文旨在建立确定最佳自紧压力和气瓶渐进失效的有限元方法,研究自紧后气瓶纤维和基体损伤... 目的:成型后的金属内胆复合材料气瓶,即III型复合材料气瓶(以下简称气瓶),需采用自紧工艺来提高疲劳寿命。最佳自紧压力是自紧工艺的重要参数。本文旨在建立确定最佳自紧压力和气瓶渐进失效的有限元方法,研究自紧后气瓶纤维和基体损伤演化规律,并探讨自紧后气瓶复合材料层和金属内衬层的应力变化。创新点:1.建立针对三维气瓶的Hashin失效准则和指数型损伤演化的渐进失效模型,并通过ABAQUSUMAT隐式有限元方法确定气瓶最佳自紧压力;2.通过渐进失效分析,揭示自紧后的气瓶纤维和基体损伤的损伤演化规律,并阐明自紧对气瓶渐进失效的影响。方法:1.基于连续损伤力学,建立三维Hashin失效准则和指数型损伤演化的渐进失效理论模型;2.通过ABAUQS-UMAT二次开发用户子程序实现渐进失效理论模型,并开展气瓶渐进失效计算;3.通过平板拉伸算例以及与气瓶试验数据对比,验证模型的准确性。结论:1.基体损伤首先出现在螺旋层,而纤维损伤首先出现在环向层。2.除了自紧后的泄压阶段和自紧后重新加压至压力值等于自紧压力的升压阶段,有无自紧的气瓶损伤演化规律基本一致;而在上述泄压和升压阶段,基体损伤保持不变,说明经过自紧后的气瓶在工作压力下存在基体损伤。3.当内压压力低于自紧压力时,自紧工艺才会影响气瓶应力分布;且随着压力的升高,基体损伤不变,内衬应力减少,纤维应力增加;此外,经过自紧的气瓶在工作压力下最大环向和轴向内衬应力减少且出现在筒体部分的两端。 展开更多

Iron-based superconductor,a promising candidate for high-field applications,has attracted significant attentions.For practical utilization,the superconducting tapes should have high transport critical current density(J_(c)),low production cost,larger mechanical strength and good homogeneity.In this study,seven-filament Cu/Agsheathed(Ba,K)Fe_(2)As_(2)tapes were fabricated from round and square wires.It is found that the tapes rolled from square wires have a desirable uniformity of filament deformation and distribution,compared with the ones rolled from round wires.Moreover,the J_c of tape was obviously improved by using square drawing dies instead of traditional round ones.For the tapes rolled from square wires annealed under ambient and 2 MPa by hot pressing,the transport J_c values reached 1.51×10^(4) A·cm^(-2)and 4.86×10^(4) A.cm^(-2)(4.2K,10T),respectively.The deformation process on the cross section of the tapes during rolling was analyzed by using the powder-flow model.These results indicate a potential application of Cu/Ag(Ba,K)Fe_(2)As_(2)tapes in high-magnetic-field region. 展开更多
