As one of the five green finance reform and innovation demonstration district in China, the Guian New District between Guiyang and Anshun has played a key leading role in the development of green finance in southwest China. Since 2017, the green financial market in Guizhou province has achieved a leap-forward high-speed development. Based on this, this paper takes the idea of green development as the starting point, through in-depth analysis of the development status of green finance in Guizhou province under the policy control and guidance of the national and local governments,in order to find the limitations and obstacles in the development of green finance in Guian New District.In addition, at the end of this article, the author will further discuss the mechanism and path of green financial reform and innovation in Guizhou province from the aspects of perfecting policy guidance, optimizing organizational system, innovating products and services, etc. for effectively promoting the pace of green development in Guizhou province.展开更多
To obtain the influence rules of the coating parameters of a long-period fiber grating(LPFG)with respect to temperature,strain and refractive index sensing properties,based on the mode coupling theory,a strict four-la...To obtain the influence rules of the coating parameters of a long-period fiber grating(LPFG)with respect to temperature,strain and refractive index sensing properties,based on the mode coupling theory,a strict four-layer theorietical model of a metal film coated LPFG is established,and these parameters that affect the spectral characteristics of the metal film coated LPFG are studied.The simulation results show that there is an optimal metal film thickness on the surface of the LPFG that will induce the surface-plasmon resonance(SP R)effect,which results in higher sensitivity to the environmental temperature and refractive index but has little influence on the strain There is theoretical evidence that when the silver thickness is between0.8and1.2nm,the refractive index sensitivity will reach the peak point of42.4026,at which the refractive index sensor sensitivity is increased by4.S%.The theoretical results of coating a long-period fiber grating provide a good theoretical basis and guidance for LPFG design and parameters optimization展开更多
目的总结、分析国内外可视化针刀领域的研究现状、热点及趋势,为今后拓展研究提供参考。方法基于文献计量学方法,检索中国知网及Web of Science核心合集数据库与可视化针刀相关文献,检索时限为各数据库建库至2023年12月。利用CiteSpace ...目的总结、分析国内外可视化针刀领域的研究现状、热点及趋势,为今后拓展研究提供参考。方法基于文献计量学方法,检索中国知网及Web of Science核心合集数据库与可视化针刀相关文献,检索时限为各数据库建库至2023年12月。利用CiteSpace 6.2.R6、VOSviewer V 1.6.20软件对发文时间、作者、机构、关键词等进行数据处理并绘制知识图谱。结果共纳入557篇文献,其中中文数据库532篇,英文数据库25篇。可视化针刀领域发文量总体呈上升态势。中英文文献发文量最多的作者分别为修忠标、李石良,发文最多的机构分别为北京中医药大学和福建中医药大学。“超声引导、肩周炎、针刀松解”及“knee osteoarthriti、ultrasound guidance、diagnosis”分别为中英文文献共现网络重要节点;刃针、临床疗效、经筋理论为中文文献近期出现的突现词。结论可视化针刀领域目前保持强劲的发展态势,研究热点多集中于超声引导下的可视化针刀治疗肩周炎、腱鞘炎与膝骨关节炎等临床研究,未来短期趋势倾向于经筋理论等指导下的可视化针刀临床机制探讨。展开更多
目的:系统评价中国人群颈椎病发病的危险因素。方法:应用计算机检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library中关于中国人群颈椎病发病危险因素的横断面研究、病例对照研究...目的:系统评价中国人群颈椎病发病的危险因素。方法:应用计算机检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library中关于中国人群颈椎病发病危险因素的横断面研究、病例对照研究或队列研究文献,检索时限为数据库建库至2024年5月25日。2名研究者分别独立进行文献筛选、数据提取和纳入研究的质量评价。采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共检索到7726篇文献,最终纳入17篇文献,共涉及15936例颈椎病患者。Meta分析结果显示,女性[OR=2.23,95%CI(1.19,4.18),P=0.010]、年龄>30岁[OR=2.30,95%CI(1.66,3.17),P=0.000]、缺乏锻炼[OR=1.78,95%CI(1.33,2.39),P=0.000]、伏案低头[OR=1.80,95%CI(1.37,2.35),P=0.000]、环境湿冷[OR=1.29,95%CI(1.24,1.34),P=0.000]、负面情绪[OR=1.68,95%CI(1.25,2.26),P=0.001]、每天使用电子设备>4 h[OR=2.55,95%CI(1.37,4.77),P=0.000]、高枕[OR=1.77,95%CI(1.42,2.20),P=0.000]、吸烟[OR=1.22,95%CI(1.17,1.27),P=0.000]、长时间工作[OR=3.51,95%CI(3.35,3.69),P=0.000]、工龄>10年[OR=3.26,95%CI(2.59,4.11),P=0.000]、咽部感染[OR=1.31,95%CI(1.25,1.38),P=0.000]均为中国人群颈椎病发病的危险因素,饮酒[OR=1.00,95%CI(0.71,1.41),P=0.990]、颈部外伤史[OR=1.48,95%CI(0.76,2.88),P=0.250]与颈椎病发病的关联均无统计学意义。结论:现有证据表明,女性、年龄>30岁、缺乏锻炼、伏案低头、环境湿冷、负面情绪、每天使用电子设备>4 h、高枕、吸烟、长时间工作、工龄>10年、咽部感染均为中国人群颈椎病发病的危险因素,而饮酒、颈部外伤史与中国人群颈椎病的发病无关联性。展开更多
