The Bozhong Sag is the largest petroliferous sag in the Bohai Bay Basin,and the source rocks of Paleogene Dongying and Shahejie Formations were buried deeply.Most of the drillings were located at the structural high,a...The Bozhong Sag is the largest petroliferous sag in the Bohai Bay Basin,and the source rocks of Paleogene Dongying and Shahejie Formations were buried deeply.Most of the drillings were located at the structural high,and there were few wells that met good quality source rocks,so it is difficult to evaluate the source rocks in the study area precisely by geochemical analysis only.Based on the Rock-Eval pyrolysis,total organic carbon(TOC)testing,the organic matter(OM)abundance of Paleogene source rocks in the southwestern Bozhong Sag were evaluated,including the lower of second member of Dongying Formation(E_(3)d2L),the third member of Dongying Formation(E_(3)d_(3)),the first and second members of Shahejie Formation(E_(2)s_(1+2)),the third member of Shahejie Formation(E_(2)s_(3)).The results indicate that the E_(2)s_(1+2)and E_(2)s_(3)have better hydrocarbon generative potentials with the highest OM abundance,the E_(3)d_(3)are of the second good quality,and the E_(3)d2L have poor to fair hydrocarbon generative potential.Furthermore,the well logs were applied to predict TOC and residual hydrocarbon generation potential(S_(2))based on the sedimentary facies classification,usingΔlogR,generalizedΔlogR,logging multiple linear regression and BP neural network methods.The various methods were compared,and the BP neural network method have relatively better prediction accuracy.Based on the pre-stack simultaneous inversion(P-wave impedance,P-wave velocity and density inversion results)and the post-stack seismic attributes,the three-dimensional(3D)seismic prediction of TOC and S_(2)was carried out.The results show that the seismic near well prediction results of TOC and S_(2)based on seismic multi-attributes analysis correspond well with the results of well logging methods,and the plane prediction results are identical with the sedimentary facies map in the study area.The TOC and S_(2)values of E_(2)s_(1+2)and E_(2)s_(3)are higher than those in E_(3)d_(3)and E_(3)d_(2)L,basically consistent with the geochemical analysis results.This method makes up the deficiency of geochemical methods,establishing the connection between geophysical information and geochemical data,and it is helpful to the 3D quantitative prediction and the evaluation of high-quality source rocks in the areas where the drillings are limited.展开更多
An outer ring of 29320 self-aliging roller bearing was used in an experimental study on the casting of Zr_(41)Ti_(14)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5) amorphous alloy.Numerical simulations of mold filling and solidification p...An outer ring of 29320 self-aliging roller bearing was used in an experimental study on the casting of Zr_(41)Ti_(14)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5) amorphous alloy.Numerical simulations of mold filling and solidification processes were carried out to determine the velocity fields and temperature fields of the alloy melt during mold filling process as well as the temperature fields and temperature gradient fields in the course of the solidification.According to the results,a cast with a complete shape can be obtained at 1200℃under the condition that the cooling rate is greater than the critical cooling rate.The ring-shaped part with a thickness of 25 mm,an equivalent diameter of 22 mm,and a mass of 1.32 kg was prepared by gravity casting in a copper mold.X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry data revealed that the produced cast had the amorphous structure.展开更多
BACKGROUND:A pandemic of coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has been declared by the World Health Organization(WHO)and caring for critically ill patients is expected to be at the core of battling this disease.However,little...BACKGROUND:A pandemic of coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has been declared by the World Health Organization(WHO)and caring for critically ill patients is expected to be at the core of battling this disease.However,little is known regarding an early detection of patients at high risk of fatality.METHODS:This retrospective cohort study recruited consecutive adult patients admitted between February 8 and February 29,2020,to the three intensive care units(ICUs)in a designated hospital for treating COVID-19 in Wuhan.The detailed clinical information and laboratory results for each patient were obtained.The primary outcome was in-hospital mortality.Potential predictors were analyzed for possible association with outcomes,and the predictive performance of indicators was assessed from the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.RESULTS:A total of 121 critically ill patients were included in the study,and 28.9%(35/121)of them died in the hospital.The non-survivors were older and more likely to develop acute organ dysfunction,and had higher Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA)and quick SOFA(qSOFA)scores.Among the laboratory variables on admission,we identifi ed 12 useful biomarkers for the prediction of in-hospital mortality,as suggested by area under the curve(AUC)above 0.80.The AUCs for three markers neutrophilto-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),thyroid hormones free triiodothyronine(FT3),and ferritin were 0.857,0.863,and 0.827,respectively.The combination of two easily accessed variables NLR and ferritin had comparable AUC with SOFA score for the prediction of in-hospital mortality(0.901 vs.0.955,P=0.085).CONCLUSIONS:Acute organ dysfunction combined with older age is associated with fatal outcomes in COVID-19 patients.Circulating biomarkers could be used as powerful predictors for the in-hospital mortality.展开更多

The microstructure...The coarse-grained heat-affected zones (CGHAZs) of X100Q steel were reproduced via simulating their welding thermal cycles with the varying heat input (Ef) from 10 to 55 kJ/cm in Gleeble3500 system. The microstructures were characterized, and the impact toughness was estimated from each simulated sample. The results indicate that the microstructure in each simulated CGHAZ was primarily constituted of lath-like bainite. With the decreased heat input and accordingly the lowered Ar3 (the onset temperature for this transition), the prior austenite grain and the bainitic packet/block/lath substructure were refined remarkably, and the impact toughness was enhanced due to the microstructure refinement. The bainitic packet was the microstructural unit most effectively controlling the impact properties in CGHAZ of X100Q steel, due to their close correlation with the 50% fracture appearance transition temperatures, their size equivalent to the cleavage facet and their boundaries impeding the crack propagation.展开更多
