This paper studies the target controllability of multilayer complex networked systems,in which the nodes are highdimensional linear time invariant(LTI)dynamical systems,and the network topology is directed and weighte...This paper studies the target controllability of multilayer complex networked systems,in which the nodes are highdimensional linear time invariant(LTI)dynamical systems,and the network topology is directed and weighted.The influence of inter-layer couplings on the target controllability of multi-layer networks is discussed.It is found that even if there exists a layer which is not target controllable,the entire multi-layer network can still be target controllable due to the inter-layer couplings.For the multi-layer networks with general structure,a necessary and sufficient condition for target controllability is given by establishing the relationship between uncontrollable subspace and output matrix.By the derived condition,it can be found that the system may be target controllable even if it is not state controllable.On this basis,two corollaries are derived,which clarify the relationship between target controllability,state controllability and output controllability.For the multi-layer networks where the inter-layer couplings are directed chains and directed stars,sufficient conditions for target controllability of networked systems are given,respectively.These conditions are easier to verify than the classic criterion.展开更多
[目的]系统评价产妇水中分娩真实体验的质性研究,为更好地开展产妇水中分娩工作提供依据。[方法]计算机检索Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健国际合作中心图书馆、PubMed、EMbase、Scopus、Web of Science、护理及相关健康领域文献积...[目的]系统评价产妇水中分娩真实体验的质性研究,为更好地开展产妇水中分娩工作提供依据。[方法]计算机检索Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健国际合作中心图书馆、PubMed、EMbase、Scopus、Web of Science、护理及相关健康领域文献积累索引数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普,搜集有关产妇水中分娩真实体验的质性研究,检索年限为建库至2020年7月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。[结果]共纳入6篇研究,提炼出52个完好明确的研究结果,将相似的研究结果归纳形成9个新类别,得出4个整合结果:决定水中分娩前的经历;水中分娩对产妇的影响;水中分娩对婴儿的影响;实践经验及提议。[结论]医生及助产士应多关注产妇在水中分娩时的真实心理体验,决策前给予充分科学的信息支持,不断改进水中分娩的实践方案,加强人文关怀,使产妇获得优质的分娩体验。展开更多
In this paper,we investigate formation tracking control of autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs)with model parameter uncertainties and external disturbances.The external disturbances due to the wind,waves,and ocean cur...In this paper,we investigate formation tracking control of autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs)with model parameter uncertainties and external disturbances.The external disturbances due to the wind,waves,and ocean currents are combined with the model parameter uncertainties as a compound disturbance.Then a disturbance observer(DO)is introduced to estimate the compound disturbance,which can be achieved within a finite time independent of the initial estimation error.Based on a DO,a novel fixed-time sliding control scheme is developed,by which the follower vehicle can track the leader vehicle with all the states globally stabilized within a given settling time.The effectiveness and performance of the method are demonstrated by numerical simulations.展开更多

Some local stability properties of such pinned networks are derived and the valid stability regions are estimated based on eigenvalue analysis. Numerical simulations of such networks are given to explain why significantly less local controllers are needed by the specifically pinning scheme, which pins the most highly connected nodes in scale-free networks, than that required by the randomly pinning scheme. Also, it is explained why there is no significant difference between the two schemes for controlling random-graph networks and small-world networks.展开更多

Of course, if it is possible for us to quantitatively analyse and evaluate hydrophobicity of different structures of one certain material at first, this task will greatly optimize the design of actual structures. In this work, we used the algorithm for Laminar Two-Phase Flow, Horizontal-set method integrated in COMSOL to build two single-pore simulation structures in different shapes and simulated the behaviour of the liquid transition from Cassie-state to Wenzel-state during the impregnation process. After that, the intrinsic contact angle of Structure T (a porous structure with a T-shaped sectional profile) was obtained under a certain pressure which maintained liquids in Cassie-state. Meanwhile, two equilibrium states of the liquid-air interface as well as two different patterns of the equilibrium state disrupting were found in Structure R (a porous structure with a Chamfered T-shaped sectional profile). Simulation results show that the modelling method can be applied for simulating the hydrophobicity of different porous structures and optimizing the procedures for the design of the micro-array efficiently.展开更多

Many microRNAs (miRNAs) are critical regulators of plant antiviral defense.However,little is known about how these miRNAs respond to virus invasion at the transcriptional level.We previously show that defense against ...Many microRNAs (miRNAs) are critical regulators of plant antiviral defense.However,little is known about how these miRNAs respond to virus invasion at the transcriptional level.We previously show that defense against Rice stripe virus (RSV) invasion entailed a reduction of miR528 accumulation in rice,alleviating miR528-mediated degradation of L-Ascorbate Oxidase (AO) mRNA and bolstering the antiviral activity of AO.Here we show that the miR528-A0 defense module is regulated by the transcription factor SPL9.SPL9 displayed high-affinity binding to specific motifs within the promoter region of miR528 and activated the expression of miR528 gene in vivo.Loss-of-function mutations in SPL9 caused a significant reduction in miR528 accumulation but a substantial increase of AO mRNA,resulting in enhanced plant resistance to RSV.Conversely,transgenic overexpression of SPL9 stimulated the expression of miR528 gene,hence lowering the level of AO mRNA and compromising rice defense against RSV.Importantly,gain in RSV susceptibility did not occur when SPL9 was overexpressed in mir528 loss-of-function mutants,or in transgenic rice expressing a miR528-resistant AO.Taken together,the finding of SPL9-mediated transcriptional activation of miR528 expression adds a new regulatory layer to the miR528-A0 antiviral defense pathway.展开更多
Exploring aqueous nano-fabrication with monodisperse and hierarchical characteristics is fundamentally and technically significant.Herein,we discover that inter-particle nano–nano scale interactions profoundly affect...Exploring aqueous nano-fabrication with monodisperse and hierarchical characteristics is fundamentally and technically significant.Herein,we discover that inter-particle nano–nano scale interactions profoundly affect the products’morphology ranging from polydisperse→monodisperse to individual→hierarchical manipulation.Accordingly,we present a“nucleationgrowth-dispersion triple modulation”strategy for fabricating monodisperse Cu2−xE(E=S,Se,Te)nanocrystals(NCs)and supraparticles(SPs).Such full-process and cross-scale control is conducted by two rationally selected ligands(cysteine and citrate molecules),which are responsible for atom/molecule–nano and nano–nano interaction modulations,respectively.Cysteine reacts with the cations and forms low reactive(cysteine-Cu+)n coordination polymers,which overcomes the commonly concerned nucleation and particle growth induced polydispersity.Citrate,by virtue of its strong negative charge modulated NC–NC interactions,decides the products morphology from polydisperse products to monodisperse NCs to monodisperse hierarchical SPs.These findings not only present new insights into aqueous nano-synthesis chemistry but provide an eco-friendly system for versatile and high-quality nano-entity fabrication.展开更多
