Overconstrained mechanism has the advantages of large bearing capacity and high motion reliability,but its force analysis is complex and difficult because the mechanism system contains overconstraints.Considering the limb axial deformation,taking typical 2SS+P and 7-SS passive overconstrained mechanisms,2SPS+P and 7-SPS active overconstrained mechanisms,and 2SPS+P and 7-SPS passive-input overconstrained mechanisms as examples,a new force analysis method based on the idea of equivalent stiffness is proposed.The equivalent stiffness matrix of passive overconstrained mechanism is derived by combining the force balance and deformation compatibility equations with consideration of axial elastic limb deformations.The relationship between the constraint wrench magnitudes and the external force,limb stiffness is established.The equivalent stiffness matrix of active overconstrained mechanism is derived by combining the force balance and displacement compatibility equations.Here,the relationship between the magnitudes of the actuated wrenches and the external force,limb stiffness is investigated.Combining with the equivalent stiffness of the passive overconstrained mechanism,an analytical relationship between the actuated forces of passive-input overconstrained mechanism and the output displacement,limb stiffness is explored.Finally,adaptability of the equivalent stiffness to overconstrained mechanisms is discussed,and the effect of the limb stiffness on overconstrained mechanisms force distribution is revealed.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the design,research and practical application of overconstrained mechanism. 展开更多

The use of energy conservation emission reduction policies to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading and thus facilitate energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the 10 important strategies of environmental management in China. The use of energy conservation emission reduction policies to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading and thus facilitate energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the important strategies of environmental management in China. Based on the systematic collection of 1,195 energy conservation emission reduction policies, we discuss the influence of individual measure and measure synergy of energy conservation and emission reduction policies respectively. The results show that the energy conservation and emission reduction policies have a significant effect on the overall promotion of industrial upgrading. The financial measures and guidance measures have a positive impact;the financial measures and guidance measures have significantly positive effect; however, the administrative measures, fiscal tax measures, and other economic measures do the opposite; the positive effect of the synergy of guidance measures and financial measures is greater than the negative effect of considering only the synergy of fiscal tax measures and other economic measures, and significantly greater than the negative effect of the synergy of administrative measures, fiscal tax measures, and other economic measures. We should strengthen and emphasize the use of the measure that has positive effect on industrial structure restructuring and upgrading individually and synergistically. 展开更多

This paper investigates the spatial effect of environmental regulation measures on the upgrading of industrial structure in the integrated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and its surrounding areas.In order to reflect the effect of the environmental regulation and different regulation measures more truly,this paper constructs indices of the environmental regulation measures through the results of policy texts quantification.On the basis of the previous research,this paper divides environmental regulation into the following types:personnel and administrative measures of command and control;market-oriented fiscal,taxation,financial and other economic measures;guidance measures.Spatial panel regression results show that administrative measures of command control and market-oriented fiscal measures have a significant role in promoting regional industrial structure upgrading,but not conducive to the advancement of the industrial structure of adjacent areas.Their roles in promoting and inhibition are counteracted,which causes the total effect of industrial structure upgrading of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the surrounding areas are not significant.Personnel measures,financial measures,other economic measures and guidance measures do not have the short-term effect and spatial effect on the upgrading of industrial structure. 展开更多

As China vigorously promotes the development of new energy,photovoltaic power curtailment and wind power curtailment have been effectively resolved.At the same time,the yield from new energy power generation is becoming an important factor that affects the scale of investment in new energy.This paper focuses on the weather risks faced by wind power producers.By studying current research on weather index insurance in China and abroad,the functions and design methods for weather index insurance have been clarified.In addition,the feasibility of wind-power generation index insurance is discussed.The calculation methods for wind power generation index and the weather index insurance pricing methods for wind power enterprises are proposed.A weather index insurance model for wind power generation was established.The rationality and feasibility of the weather index insurance model proposed in this paper were verified using data from an existing power plant.The simulation results show that wind power enterprises can effectively avoid economic losses caused by weather risks through weather index insurance. 展开更多

Deployable mechanism with preferable deployable performance,strong expansibility,and lightweight has attracted much attention because of their potential in aerospace.A basic deployable pyramid unit with good deployability and expandability is proposed to construct a sizeable deployable mechanism.Firstly,the basic unit folding principle and expansion method is proposed.The configuration synthesis method of adding constraint chains of spatial closed-loop mechanism is used to synthesize the basic unit.Then,the degree of freedom of the basic unit is analyzed using the screw theory and the link dismantling method.Next,the three-dimensional models of the pyramid unit,expansion unit,and array unit are established,and the folding motion simulation analysis is carried out.Based on the number of components,weight reduction rate,and deployable rate,the performance characteristics of the three types of mechanisms are described in detail.Finally,prototypes of the pyramid unit,combination unit,and expansion unit are developed to verify further the correctness of the configuration synthesis based on the pyramid.The proposed deployable mechanism provides aference for the design and application of antennas with a large aperture,high deployable rate,and lightweight.It has a good application prospect in the aerospace field. 展开更多

The mechanism of three⁃order Rubik􀆳s Cube(RC)has the characteristics of recombination and variable degree of freedom,and it is difficult to accurately describe the degree of its freedom.This paper takes RC as the research object,and the adjacency matrix is constructed based on topology and graph theory in order to describe the variation rule of topological configuration in the single layer rotation of RC.In this paper,the degree of freedom of the RC in any shape can be described by defining the concept of entanglement degree of freedom,establishing a set of adjacency matrix,and determining the degree of freedom of the RC which is attributed to the number of non⁃zero elements in the set of adjacent matrix.The prime number is proposed to describe the rotation of the RC combined with the rotation recognition of RC,which is simple and convenient for computer processing.The research contents in this paper are beneficial to the study of RC from the perspective of mechanism science.Meanwhile,it is of great significance to the study of other complex mechanisms with variable degrees of freedom. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate whether glucose-6-phosphate isomerase (G6PI) antigen and anti-G6PI antibodies could be applied for the clinical diagnostic markers of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its associations with RA activity states. Methods: The levels of G6PI antigens and anti-G6PI Abs in sera from 176 RA patients in different states, 35 non-RA patients and 100 healthy donors and in synovia fluids from 33 patients and 11 non-RA patients were measured by ELISA. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of G6PI antigens in the RA patients were 75.0% and 93.3%, respectively. The levels of serum G6PI antigens in 176 RA patients were significantly higher than non-RA patients and the health controls. Especially, there was a significant difference between the active phase and the inactive phase in G6PI antigens levels. The levels of G6PI antigens in synovia fluid were also significantly higher in RA groups than in non-RA patients. With the values of the anti-G6PI Abs in sera, there were no marked differences among RA, non-RA patients and health controls. Also, there was no significant difference between the active phase and the inactive phase in RA patients. However, there were no significant differences of G6PI and anti-G6PI between RA patients and health controls in synovial fluid. Conclusions: G6PI is highly correlated with the activity states of RA, and could be applied for a clinical biomarker with high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of RA. 展开更多

To develop pure aluminum alloys with high conductivity and strength, Al-0.2Ce and Al-0.2Ce-0.1Y alloys were prepared by rolling and annealing processes in this study. The effects of trace rare earth elements on the strength and electrical conductivity of the pure aluminum alloys were investigated. It is revealed that the addition of Ce and Y to pure aluminum can effectively enhance the strength and electrical conductivity of the alloys. In Al-0.2Ce, the addition of Ce can effectively refine the grain size of a-Al, with an average grain size of 90.68 μm in the as-cast state. The grain size of the alloy is further reduced to 87.55 μm by the simultaneous addition of Y. The synergistic addition of Ce and Y changes the properties of the alloy. The addition of Ce and Y also produces the Al_(11)Ce_(3) and Al_(3)Y second phases, which have coherent relationship with a-Al. The two-dimensional mismatch degree was calculated to be only 4.43%and 0.85%, respectively, which can provide a certain amount of nucleation substrate for a-Al in the incubation stage. The interfacial match between the L1_(2)structure of Al_(3)Y and a-Al was calculated using first-principles simulations. The results indicate that Al_(3)Y has a strong bonding effect with a-Al. Nanoscale second phases at grain boundaries can be effective in reducing resistivity due to dislocation motion.Nanoscale second phases with better matching interfaces to the substrate have no positive effect on the scattering motion of electrons. 展开更多

In this study, the effect of heat treatment on the room temperature strength of W-core Si C fiber produced by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) was investigated. Thermal exposure in the temperature range of 900–1000?C decreases the strength of the Si C fiber. Fracture morphology analysis indicates that failure initiations predominantly take place at the W-core/Si C interface. A reaction layer that formed at the W-core/Si C interface during thermal exposure degraded the fiber strength and an empirical linear relationship of strength vs thickness of the reaction layer can be obtained. The kinetics of the growth of the W-core/Si C reaction layer were determined. 展开更多
