In this study, titration curve method was adopted to investigate the pH buffer capacity (pHBC) of fluvor-aquic soil, and separate titration curves were established by adding incremental amounts of either standardized hydrochloric acid (HC1) (0.12 mol L^-1) or sodium hydroxide (NaOH) (0.10 mol L^-1) to soil suspended in deionized water (soil:solution = 1:5). Soil pH was measured after 7 d resuspension and isothermal equilibrium (T = 25℃). Linear regressions were fitted to the linear portion of each titration curve and the slopes of these lines were derived as the soil pHBC. The results showed that significant correlations between the amounts of adding acid or alkali and each pH change were presented, and titration curve method was feasible for measurement of pHBC on typical fluvor-aquic soil in Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, and the coefficients of determination were higher than the similar researches on acid soil (R^2 = 0.96). The slope-derived pHBC of acid and alkali were 158.71 and 25.02 mmol kg^-1, respectively. According to the classification of soil buffer systems, the soil tested belongs to the calcium carbonate buffer system, carbonates contribute the most to pHBC, and the contribution of soil organic matter relatively less than it.展开更多
目的 翻译外周动脉疾病生活质量量表(vascular quality of life questionnaire, VascuQOL)再施以优化,得到和我国文化背景与语言习惯相契合的汉化版VascuQOL。方法 通过顺译、回译、修改条目、专家咨询、文化调适及预调查,得到汉化版Vas...目的 翻译外周动脉疾病生活质量量表(vascular quality of life questionnaire, VascuQOL)再施以优化,得到和我国文化背景与语言习惯相契合的汉化版VascuQOL。方法 通过顺译、回译、修改条目、专家咨询、文化调适及预调查,得到汉化版VascuQOL;以重庆医科大学附属第一医院血管外科302名下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者为研究对象,对量表的信效度展开检验。结果 汉化版VascuQOL各条目临界比值为3.086~17.605;量表各条目评分和总分之间的关联系数为0.237~0.695(P<0.01);量表各条目内容效度为0.861~1.000,总量表内容效度为0.986;探索性因子分析(EFA)找到特征根在1以上的5项公因子,累计方差贡献率是67.39%,Bartlett’s球形检验中χ2值为3289.061(P<0.01);采用欧洲五维健康量表EQ-5D-5L作为校标,Pearson相关分析为0.697;内部一致性信度Cronbach’sɑ系数为0.871,各维度Cronbach’sɑ系数分别为0.893、0.859、0.759、0.569、0.727(P<0.01);重测信度为0.996。结论 汉化版VascuQOL具有良好的信度和效度,可用于我国下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的生活质量测评。展开更多
目的为心脏骤停后复苏患者实施目标体温管理(targeted temperature management,TTM)构建科学规范,推广性强的综合护理方案。方法成立研究小组,在前期循证研究的基础上开展小组头脑风暴形成心脏骤停后患者TTM护理方案初稿,通过2轮德尔菲...目的为心脏骤停后复苏患者实施目标体温管理(targeted temperature management,TTM)构建科学规范,推广性强的综合护理方案。方法成立研究小组,在前期循证研究的基础上开展小组头脑风暴形成心脏骤停后患者TTM护理方案初稿,通过2轮德尔菲专家函询,对方案条目进行修改完善补充,确定最终方案。结果2轮专家函询的问卷回收率分别为88%和100%,专家权威系数为0.93;第2轮函询条目的重要性及可操作性评价的变异系数分别为0~0.18、0~0.13,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.089、0.105,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终方案包括准备阶段、低温诱导阶段、体温维持阶段、复温阶段、正常体温控制阶段5个一级条目,16个二级条目,45个三级条目。结论本研究专家积极性及权威程度较高,专家意见协调程度较好,构建的心脏骤停后患者TTM护理方案具有可靠性、针对性和可行性。展开更多
