MnTMPyP was intercalated into α-ZrP using α-ZrP.BA (i.e. pre-intercalated bultylamine was arranged by a monolayer mode in α-ZrP) as a starting material. The catalytic activity of the supported material for homovanillic acid (HVA) oxidation was investigated. The results showed a promising layered material-supported catalyst in catalytic system.展开更多

The basal [Ca^2+]i in resting human peripheral lymphocytes was 100 4- 7 nmol/L but after treatment with cefotaxime, the changes of [Ca^2+]i were observed in different conditions. In the concentration range of 1-30 μmol/L of cefotaxime [Ca^2+]i increased, as a result of releasing intracellular Ca^2+ stores. A characterization of Fura-2-Ca interaction in an isotonic saline solution showed that Ca^2+ formed a 1:1 Fura-2-Ca complex with the apparent dissociation constant 1.81×10^-7 mol/L. The mechanism, by which penicillin induced the decrease of [Ca^2+]i , was discussed in detail. The low dose of penicillin might modify the lymphocytes' immunology response by interfering the increase in the intracellular free calcium concentration.展开更多

We first compared the sensitivity of fura-2 with La3+ and Ca2+, the result indicates that the sensitivity of fura-2 for La3+ is much greater than for Ca2+. La3+ forms a 1:1 La3+-fura-2 complex (apparent dissociation constant = 1.7x10(-12) mol/L, pH 7.05). Ouabain-pretreated cells, suspended in Na+-free medium, showed that La3+ can enter human lymphocytes via the Na-i(+)/Ca2+ (La3+)(o) exchanger and is found to be about 10(-12) mol/L in cells exposed to 0.4 mmol/L La3+. Otherwise, the higher concentration (0.1 mmol/L) blocks the Na-i(+)/Ca2+(La3+)(o) exchange-mediated influx of Ca2+, but the lower concentration (0.01 mmol/L) appears to increase Ca2+ entry.展开更多

It was found that the α-ZrP·2BA (i.e. pre-intercalated BA was arranged in a bilayer mode in the galleries of α-ZrP) was a suitable host for intercalation ILs: ILs was inserted through exchanging pre-intercalated BA. Hydrolysis of dipeptide heptyl esters with Newlase F was studied in phosphate buffer-organic solvent by HPLC. When the Newlase F's level reached 5 mg/mL under mild condition (PH 7.0, 30 degreesC), the lipase had the highest activity. The reaction was also affected greatly by organic solvents and their concentrations. It is found that protease in Newlase F does not hydrolyze amide bond under this condition (pH 7.0, r.t.).展开更多

By dynamic reaction with fixed anti-human CD4 antibody, SPR coul...A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) method was presented to discriminate hemodialyzed T-lymphocytes from the normal based on antibody--cell recognition. By dynamic reaction with fixed anti-human CD4 antibody, SPR could offer significant signals to distinguish hemodialyzed patients from the healthy controls within 200 s after the cell injection in respect of either rising speed or maximum binding capacity (p 〈 0.01). The ratio method is also used to exclude the non-specific adsorption. The percentage of hemodialyzed patients' CD4+ T ceils against the healthy control is 69 ± 18%. The most attractive of the present method is its ability to detect the intact and label-free lymphocytes, and further to detect the subpopulations, or proteins secreted by the desired lymphocytes subset.展开更多
