震后变形是地震周期中一个重要阶段,深入研究其产生机制有助于提高对地震演化过程、断层性质及地震危险性评估的认识.2017年伊朗M_(W)7.3地震InSAR观测资料丰富,为研究扎格罗斯造山带山前褶皱带盲逆冲断层震后变形机制提供了切入点.合... 震后变形是地震周期中一个重要阶段,深入研究其产生机制有助于提高对地震演化过程、断层性质及地震危险性评估的认识.2017年伊朗M_(W)7.3地震InSAR观测资料丰富,为研究扎格罗斯造山带山前褶皱带盲逆冲断层震后变形机制提供了切入点.合理详细的震源模型及高精度的形变观测是开展震后余滑或黏弹松弛研究的首要前提,本文采用多视角InSAR资料联合远场波形数据反演该地震的破裂滑动分布,并解算得到伪三维地表位移,利用InSAR时序分析提取震源区主震后一年半内变形特征,显示震源区震后形变特征与同震位移场类似,LOS向形变速率最大值约8 cm·a^(-1),震后变形预示震源区可能存在明显的震后应力调整现象.利用震后半年内形变资料约束的纯运动学余滑模型表明同时期释放能量为矩震级M_(W)6.7,进一步探讨应力驱动震后余滑及下地壳黏弹性松弛对震后变形的贡献,基于分层黏弹模型的模拟计算表明震后余滑和黏弹松弛效应的耦合模型可以更好地解释地表震后变形特征,其中震后余滑主要分布在同震破裂区的上方浅部,对主震后一年半内震后地表变形起主导作用,震源区壳下黏滞系数量级下限约为10^(19)Pa·s,震后变形对扎格罗斯褶皱带的生长有一定的促进作用,更长周期的震后变形机制研究还需长期高精度观测和顾及岩石圈流变结构的横向不均一性. 展开更多

The study mainly involves the effects of preexisting basement faults on the basin formation, the characteristics of basin geometry and kinetics, the modelling of the tectonic-thermal history, the polycyclicity and heterogeneity in the structural evolution and the natural seismic tomographic images of the crust and upper mantle. The authors analyze the features of the dynamic evolution of the basin in the paper and point out that the basin in the Bohai petroliferous area is an extensional pull-apart basin. 展开更多

目的观察评价分析胶圈套扎并泰丝线结扎联合消痔灵注射治疗中重度痔患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月期间本院混合痔住院患者200例,随机对照试验(RCT)分为两组,各100例。对照组给予胶圈套扎+消痔灵注射治疗;观察组给予胶... 目的观察评价分析胶圈套扎并泰丝线结扎联合消痔灵注射治疗中重度痔患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月期间本院混合痔住院患者200例,随机对照试验(RCT)分为两组,各100例。对照组给予胶圈套扎+消痔灵注射治疗;观察组给予胶圈套扎并泰丝线结扎+消痔灵注射治疗,并比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组中重度痔患者VAS评分均明显降低,且观察组疼痛评分(1.81±0.43)分,低于对照组(2.57±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.00%,低于对照组18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶圈套扎并泰丝线结扎+消痔灵注射治疗中重度痔患者,疗效确切,能够显著降低患者的疼痛感受,有效降低并发症发生率,值得临床大力推广应用。 展开更多

China is going through a rapid development stage of industrialization and urbanization.Although tremendous achievements have been made in the aspects of energy conservation,improvement of energy effectiveness and development of new and renewable energies,because of the rapid development of economy,it is difficult to change the huge total amount and fast increase of CO2 emission in the near future.China has to confront the tough challenge to address global climate change.China plans to reduce carbon intensity,that is,CO2 emissions per unit GDP,by 40 to 45% by 2020 compared with the 2005 level.It is a strategic option to coordinate domestic sustainable development with coping with global climate change on the basis of China's national circumstances,representing the core content and key measures for transforming development pattern and realizing low-carbon development.To achieve the target,more capital and technology inputs are required for energy conservation and low-carbon development during the twelfth and Thirteenth Five Year Plan period than in the Eleventh Five Year Plan period.In addition,energy conservation achieved by structural adjustment,industrial upgrading and product value-added improvement is also expected to play a greater role.Therefore,China should strengthen technological innovation,make greater efforts to transform the development pattern,take advantage of the synergistic effect of policies and measures while coping with global climate change and building a domestic tow-oriented society.China should also establish an industrial system characterized by low-carbon emission.Then China will ultimately achieve a win-win situation in both domestic sustainable development and coping with global climate change. 展开更多

Influences of Border Carbon Adjustments on China's Foreign Trade

The EU, the United States and other economies, with the intention to implement unilateral trade measures Border Carbon Adjustments, impose emission reduction pressure on developing countries. Once implemented, the measures will have great impact on China's foreign trade. Using the input-output table in 2007, this paper had analyzed the influences on China's foreign trade as a whole and sub-sectors in three tax rates scenarios. The results showed that the tariff level of China's exports will increase by 3.6%-6.3% if the tax was levied on exports embodied emissions, and by 1.0%-1.7% if levied on export direct emissions. In 2007, the former total amount of carbon tax was about US$42.6-73.0 billion, 4 times that of the latter. Based on export embodied emissions, sectors largely influenced were non-traditional energy intensive ones, such as textile, et al. These sectors should be encour-aged to carry out industrial upgrading, raising the value-added of export goods, and reducing their embodied emissions by reduction of energy intensity. Taking into account of the complexity of data collection, the tax levied on products direct emission is more operational. The results showed that the five top sectors most affected were other chemical materials, processing of petroleum and nuclear fuel, coking, smelting and rolling of ferrous metal and textile. Most of them were energy intensive sectors. Therefore, adjusting export products structure, and controlling too fast development of energy intensive industries are also important strategies in China. 展开更多

目的探讨乳腺癌原发灶与复发/转移灶HER2阴性患者中HER2低表达状态的变化及临床意义。方法收集河北医科大学第四医院2015年1月至2022年1月出现复发/转移且原发灶肿瘤HER2阴性的259例乳腺癌患者资料及存档切片,以免疫组织化学(IHC)染色... 目的探讨乳腺癌原发灶与复发/转移灶HER2阴性患者中HER2低表达状态的变化及临床意义。方法收集河北医科大学第四医院2015年1月至2022年1月出现复发/转移且原发灶肿瘤HER2阴性的259例乳腺癌患者资料及存档切片,以免疫组织化学(IHC)染色法确定原发灶及复发/转移灶HER2状态,其中IHC 2+患者均行荧光原位杂交(FISH)法进一步明确HER2状态,将HER2 IHC 0判定为HER2-0组,IHC 1+及IHC 2+且FISH无扩增患者判定为HER2低表达组,IHC 3+及IHC 2+且FISH扩增为HER2阳性组,并对患者进行随访。对比乳腺癌原发灶与复发/转移灶中HER2低表达患者HER2状态的变化,并分析其临床病理特征及预后。结果乳腺癌原发灶与复发/转移灶HER2状态总体一致率60.6%(157/259,κ=0.178),共102例(102/259,39.4%)患者原发灶和复发/转移灶HER2状态不一致,其中56例(56/259,21.6%)患者原发灶HER2低表达,复发/转移灶为HER2-0,37例(37/259,14.3%)患者原发灶HER2-0,复发/转移灶为HER2低表达。原发灶HER2-0组中,复发/转移灶变为低表达与复发/转移灶仍为HER2-0患者相比,总生存时间较长,雌激素受体和孕激素受体阳性率较高,Ki-67阳性指数较低,肿瘤组织学分级较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而原发灶HER2低表达组中,复发/转移灶变为HER2-0患者和复发/转移灶仍为低表达患者相比,临床病理特征及总生存时间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌原发灶与复发/转移灶HER2-0及低表达患者HER2状态不稳定,且原发灶HER2-0而复发/转移灶HER2低表达状态与预后相关,对复发/转移灶进行HER2状态的检测可以为此类患者提供更多治疗方案的选择。 展开更多

The Tibetan Plateau is a large-scale tectonic geomorphologic unit formed by the interactions of plates.It has been commonly believed that convective removal of the thickened Tibetan lithosphere,or lateral flow of the lower crust beneath the Tibetan plateau plays a crucial role in the formation of the large-scale tectonic geomorphologic features.Recent geological and geo-physical observations have provided important evidence in support of the lower crustal channel flow model.However,it re-mains unclear as how the geometry of lower crustal channel and the lateral variation of crustal rheology within the lower crust channel may have affected spatio-temporal evolution of the tectonic geomorphologic unit of the Tibetan Plateau.Here,we use numerical methods to explore the mechanical relations between the lower crustal channel flow and the tectonic geomorpho-logic formation around the eastern Tibetan plateau,by deriving a series of governing equations from fluid mechanics theory.From numerous tests,our results show that the viscosity of the channeled lower crust is about(1-5)×1018 to(1-4)×1020 Pa s(Pa.s) beneath the margin of the eastern Tibetan Plateau,and increases to about 1022 Pa s beneath the Sichuan Basin and the southern region of Yunnan Province.Numerical tests also indicate that if channel flows of the lower crust exist,the horizontal propagation and the vertical uplifting rate of the eastern Tibetan Plateau margin could be accelerated with the time.Thus,the present results could be useful to constrain the rheological structure of the crust beneath the eastern Tibetan plateau,and to understand the possible mechanics of rapid uplift of the eastern Tibetan Plateau margin,especially since its occurrence at 8Ma as revealed by numerous geological observations. 展开更多

Two-dimensional finite element modeling on the crustal shortening and the surface erosion-sedimentation process across northern piedmont of the Tianshan Mountains

The Tianshan Mountains,located in the northwestern China,are bounded by the Tarim Basin to south and the Junggar Basin to north.In the north piedmont of this mountain range,ongoing thrusting and folding forms a set of roughly parallel anticlines.Geological observations predicted that averaged over last^1 Ma time scale,the shortening rates of these anticlines are about2.1–5.5 mm/a;However by averaged over about 10±2 kyr,their shortening rates reduce to merely about 1.25±0.5 mm/a.The slow shortening of the anticlines in the last^10±2 kyr is coarsely concurrent in time with the last global deglaciation.Here,we use a two-dimensional finite element model to explore crustal deformation across north piedmont of the Tianshan Mountains under various erosion-sedimentation conditions that are assumed to represent the climate-controlled surface process.Numerical experiments show that with a relatively weak erosion-sedimentation strength,the crustal shortening is accommodated mainly by north piedmont of the Tianshan Mountains,similar to the high shortening rate of anticlines averaged over the last^1Ma.By increasing erosion-sedimentation strength,the resultant crustal shortening is transformed gradually toward the Tianshan Mountains,resulting in the shortening rate in its north piedmont being decelerated to what is observed as averaged over the last^10±2 kyr.This result suggests that erosion and sedimentation could play an important role mechanically on strain localization across an intra-continent active tectonic belt.Hence,if the climate change around the last global deglaciation could be simply representative to the enhancement of surface erosion and sedimentation across the pre-existed Tianshan Mountains and its foreland,our models indicate that the observed shortening-rate variations averaged over^1 Ma and^10±2kyr time scales around north piedmont of the Tianshan Mountains should be resulted from climate changes. 展开更多
