肺癌患者术后饮食种类与方案对其住院舒适度和康复的影响

背景与目的肺癌术后合理、规范的饮食方案与流程有助于患者快速康复。本研究旨在通过优化以中链甘油三酯(medium chain triglyceride,MCT)为主的饮食方案与流程,探讨其对肺癌患者术后康复的临床优势。方法收集2023年10月至2023年12月在... 背景与目的肺癌术后合理、规范的饮食方案与流程有助于患者快速康复。本研究旨在通过优化以中链甘油三酯(medium chain triglyceride,MCT)为主的饮食方案与流程,探讨其对肺癌患者术后康复的临床优势。方法收集2023年10月至2023年12月在四川大学华西医院肺癌中心行肺癌手术的患者共156例,其中MCT组76例和常规饮食(routine diet,RD)组80例,分析比较两组患者术后临床症状、生化指标、术后住院时间及费用、膳食满意度与住院舒适度等指标的差异。结果术后肛门排气时间MCT组为24.00(9.75,36.97)h,显著短于RD组的28.50(24.00,48.00)h(P<0.001);MCT组头晕和恶心呕吐发生率分别为18.42%和6.58%,显著低于RD组的51.25%和31.25%(P<0.001,P<0.001);MCT组住院舒适度评分为(16.74±1.70)分,显著高于RD组的(14.83±2.34)分(P=0.016);MCT组平均住院费用为(39,701.82±8105.47)¥,显著低于RD组的(44,511.79±9593.19)¥(P=0.007)。结论肺癌患者术后以MCT为主的饮食方案与流程优化有助于促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,提高住院舒适度并加速术后康复。 展开更多

SY-1530, a highly selective BTK inhibitor, effectively treats B-cell malignancies by blocking B-cell activation

Objective:B-cell antigen receptor(BCR)signaling is required to maintain the physiological functions of normal B cells and plays an important pathogenic role in B-cell malignancies.Bruton tyrosine kinase(BTK),a critical mediator of BCR signaling,is an attractive target for the treatment of B-cell malignancies.This study aimed to identify a highly potent and selective BTK inhibitor.Methods:Homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence assays were used to screen BTK inhibitors.Typhoon fluorescence imaging and Western blot analysis were used to confirm the effects of SY-1530 on the BCR signaling pathway.Additionally,the anti-tumor activities of SY-1530 were evaluated in TMD8 xenografts and spontaneous canine B-cell lymphoma.Results:We found a novel irreversible and non-competitive inhibitor of BTK,SY-1530,which provided dose-dependent and timedependent inhibition.SY-1530 selectively bound to BTK rather than inducible T-cell kinase;consequently,it did not significantly affect T-cell receptor signaling and caused limited off-target effects.SY-1530 blocked the BCR signaling pathway through downregulation of BTK activity,thus leading to impaired phosphorylation of BTK and its downstream kinases.Moreover,SY-1530 induced apoptosis in a caspase-dependent manner and efficaciously inhibited tumor growth in mouse xenograft models of B-cell malignancy(P<0.001).SY-1530 also induced positive clinical responses in spontaneous canine B-cell lymphoma.Conclusions:SY-1530 is an irreversible and selective BTK inhibitor that shows inhibitory effects on B-cell malignancies by blocking the BCR signaling pathway.Therefore,it may be a promising therapeutic approach for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. 展开更多

To find solutions for legal system for capitalization of rural land ownership in China,this paper studied and analyzed existing problems in rural land system and legal environment using legal theory and transaction cost theory. Results indicated that(i) the restriction of institutional condition upon property right and transaction is more essential,and key points include the relationship of entities of right formed jointly by the state,collective and farmers,accurate positioning of property right structure,and security for land appreciation income right and allocation mechanism;(ii) the land property right structure should select a legal structure with minimum transaction cost. It is concluded that entitling the ownership to a single entity is an economical method to eliminate current conflict of rural land right. 展开更多

Compared to the conventional curvature-compensated BGR which adopted a piecewise-linear current,the temperature characterize of the proposed BGR is effectively improved by adopting two kinds of current including a piecewise-linear current and a current proportional 1. 5 party to the absolute temperature T. By adopting a low dropout( LDO) regulator whose output voltage is the operating supply voltage of the proposed BGR core circuit instead of power supply voltage VDD,the proposed BGR with LDO regulator achieves a well PSRR performance than the BGR without LDO regulator. Simulation results show that the proposed BGR with LDO regulator achieves a temperature coefficient of 2. 1 × 10-6/ ℃ with a 1. 8 V power supply voltage and a line regulation of 4. 9 μV / V at 27 ℃. An ultra-longer fiber cantilever taper for simultaneous measurement of the temperature and relative humidity(RH)with high sensitivities was proposed.The structure was fabricated by using the simple and cost-effective method only including fiber cleaving,splicing,and tapering.The length of the cantilever taper is about 1.5 mm.The dip A and dip B were measured simultaneously,owing to the ultra-long length and super-fine size,the temperature sensitivities of the dip A and dip B reached as high as 127.3 pm/℃ and 0 pm/℃ between 25℃ and 50℃,and the RH sensitivities are31.2 pm/%RH and29.2 pm/%RH with a broad RH interval ranging from 20%RH to 70%RH.Besides,the proposed structure showed good linearity in the sensing process and small temperature crosstalk.It will be found in wide applications in environmental monitoring,food processing,and industries. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the differences between meditation and resting states using infrared thermal imaging(IRTI)to determine facial temperature distribution features during meditation and annotate the patterns of facial temperature changes during meditation from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine facial diagnosis.Methods:Each participant performed 10 min meditation and 10 min resting but in different sequences.A concentration test was set as the task load,followed by a meditation/resting or resting/meditation session,during which the participants'facial temperatures were observed using IRTI.Participants were scored on the Big Five Inventory(BFI)and Mindful Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS).Results:Forehead temperatures decreased more during meditation than during the resting state.The chin temperature increased only during meditation(P<.0001).For the subjects with meditation experience,there were significant differences in the temperatures of the left forehead(P<.01),right forehead(P<.01)and chin(P<.05)between the meditation and resting state at the 10~(th)min.In the nontask state,the BFI-Extraversion showed a negative correlation with the temperature of the left forehead(R=-0.41,P=.03).In the post-task state,the temperature of the left forehead was negatively correlated with scores on the MAAS(R=-0.42,P=.02).Conclusion:Using IRTI to study meditation offers a practical solution to the challenges in meditation research.The results indicate that an increase in chin temperature may be a representative feature of a meditation state,and forehead temperature is also a potential indicator. 展开更多

时间间隔对肝动脉化疗栓塞术序贯微波消融治疗肝细胞癌的影响

目的分析时间间隔对经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transarterial chemoembolization,TACE)后序贯微波消融(MWA)治疗肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2018年12月在昆明市第三人民医院接受TACE和MWA后复发... 目的分析时间间隔对经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transarterial chemoembolization,TACE)后序贯微波消融(MWA)治疗肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2018年12月在昆明市第三人民医院接受TACE和MWA后复发的71例HCC患者,32例在TACE术后4周内序贯MWA治疗(序贯治疗组),39例在TACE术4周后接受延迟MWA治疗(延迟治疗组)。观察2组的生存期和无进展生存期,采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,使用多元Cox比例风险回归评估分析预后因素,对比2组的不良反应。结果序贯治疗组和延迟治疗组的中位生存期分别为35.3个月、29.1个月,序贯治疗组的无进展生存期为27个月,延迟治疗组的无进展生存期为13.8个月。序贯治疗组有更好的生存期(HR,0.601;95%CI 0.378~0.796;P=0.037)和更长的无进展生存期(HR,0.779;95%CI 0.415~0.821;P=0.004)。最大肿瘤直径、肿瘤个数和时间间隔是影响生存期和无进展生存期的因素,Child-Pugh分级是影响生存期的因素,但不会影响无进展生存期。结论在4周内实施TACE序贯MWA比超过4周实施延迟MWA治疗肝细胞癌,有更好的中位生存期和无进展生存期,且不增加不良反应。 展开更多

Objective:To explore the influencing factors and logistic regression characteristics of cryptogenic stroke in patients with positive transcranial doppler bubble test(c-TCD).Methods:A total of 134 cases of cryptogenic stroke that were diagnosed by Tianshui First People's Hospital from November 2018 to April 2020 were selected according to the TOAST(Trial of ORG 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment)classification criteria.According to c-TCD results,there were 70 cases of right to left shunt that were included in the positive group and 64 cases without right to left shunt in the negative group.Gender,age,smoking,diabetes,hypertension,and factors affecting the positive rate of foam were analyzed.According to the abnormal embolism scale scores,logistic regression equation was used to analyze the independent influencing factors.Results:The influencing factors of cryptogenic stroke in patients with positive c-TCD were correlated with age,gender,and abnormal embolism scale scores(p<0.05).For each grade increase in age,the proportion of positive foam test was calculated to be 3.21 times,and the proportion of female to male was calculated to be 2.25 times.For each grade increase in the scores,the proportion of positive foam test was calculated to be 2.55 times.Conclusion:Female,older age,and higher scores in the abnormal embolism scale are the influencing factors for cryptogenic stroke in patients with positive c-TCD. 展开更多

Arabidopsis synaptotagmin 2 (SYT2) has been reported to participate in an unconventional secretory pathway in somatic cells. Our results showed that SYT2 was expressed mainly in the pollen ofArabidopsis thaliana. The pollen of syt2 T-DNA and RNA interference mutant lines exhibited reduced total germination and impeded pollen tube growth. Analysis of the expression of SYT2-GFP fusion protein in the pollen tube indicates that SYT2 was localized to distinct, patchy compartments but could co-localize with the Golgi markers, BODIPY TR C5 ceramide and GmManl-mCherry. However, SYT2-DsRed-E5 was localized to the plasma membrane in Arabidopsis suspension cells, in addition to the Golgi apparatus. The localization of SYT2 at the plasma membrane was further supported by immunofluorescence staining in pollen tubes. Moreover, brefeldin A treatment inhibited the transport of SYT2 to the plasma membrane and caused SYT2 to aggregate and form enlarged compartments. Truncation of the SYT2-C2AB domains also resulted in retention of SYT2 in the Golgi apparatus. An in vitro phospholipid-binding assay showed that SYT2-C2AB domains bind to the phospholipid membrane in a calcium-dependent manner. Take together, our results indicated that SYT2 was required for pollen germination and pollen tube growth, and was involved in conventional exocytosis. 展开更多

According to this, a naphthalimide-rhodamine based fluorescent probe(hereafter referred to as RBN) with a pK_a of 4.20 was designed and synthesized for ratiometric sensing of cellular pH via fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET), which can respond to different pH precisely through ratiometric fluorescence intensity(Ⅰ_(577)/Ⅰ_(540)). RBN can be employed to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells on the basis of different fluorescent response, in particular, RBN showed excellent water solubility and low cell toxicity, all these are quite significant for potential application in cancer diagnose and therapy. 展开更多

Ruthenium complexes which can bind to DNA via electrostatic and intercalation interactions producing strong luminescence have become ideal candidates for DNA staining. However, some of them such as Ru(phen)_3Cl_2 and Ru(phen)_2(dppz)Cl_2 could hardly cross the cellular membrane of live cells which limited their further interaction with DNA in live cells. To solve this problem, a potential approach is to find a proper vehicle for loading and delivery of these ruthenium complexes into live cells.Mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs) with non-toxicity and good biocompatibility can be good candidates. More importantly,ruthenium complexes with positively charge could be loaded on negatively charged MSNs via electrostatic attractions to form MSNs-Ru hybrid. In vitro test demonstrated that MSNs had no side effects on the interactions between Ru complexes and DNA.Furthermore, it is found that the MSNs-Ru hybrid can enter into living human cervical cancer cells HeLa and stain the DNA while the corresponding ruthenium complexes alone could hardly cross the cellular membrane in the control experiment, demonstrating MSNs can be employed to be an efficient ruthenium complexes delivery nanomaterial for live cell staining. 展开更多

Based on the reaction between the azido group and hydrogen sulfide (H2S), BTN, an ofT-on fluorescent sensor was synthesized, which exhibited a 20-fold fluorescence enhancement upon addition of H2S, and a 5.6×10 8 mol/L detection limit can be reached in 10 min. To check its applicability, an easy prepared test paper strip of BTN was made for rapid and selective detection of hydrogen sulfide in red-wine samples, the detection limit is as low as 1 μmol/L. 展开更多

Adenosine 5'-triphosphate(ATP) not only participates in various physiological activities as the universal energy currency but also implicates in various pathological processes in living cells. Consequently,sensitive and selective detection ATP in live cells, tissues, as well as environmental samples, are urgently demanded. Due to the simple and convenient operation, economy cost, high selectivity for analyte, well biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity, fluorescent sensors for monitoring ATP have aroused great attention of researchers. In recent years, a large number of fluorescent sensors for detecting ATP have developed. This manuscript summarized most of these sensors and the interaction-mechanism between ATP and sensors, mainly including electrostatic interaction, p-p interaction, covalent bonding or hydrogen bond, or combinations of them, and the advantages of each strategy were also generalized.Here, a viewpoint of classification was shown where the sensors were divided into five typed ones according to the structure of probes used. 展开更多

The Prevalence and Trends of Obesity in Chinese Preschool Children from 1996 to 2019:A Meta-analysis

Purpose Understanding the prevalence and trends of obesity in preschool children is of critical importance for public health policy.Thus,the object of the present study was to assess the prevalence and trends of obesity in Chinese preschool children from 1996 to 2019,and to examine the differences among different population according to year,gender,age,urban/rural and geographical area.Methods Four online databases(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Resource System,Weipu Chi-nese Journal Service Platform and PubMed)were searched for studies published from January 1990 to May 2019 using predefined inclusion/exclusion criteria.Random effects meta-analysis was used to calculate the prevalence of obesity.Results Forty-three studies with a total of 765,255 Chinese preschool children aged 3-6 years were included in this meta-analysis.The prevalence of obesity in the whole sample was 6.41%(95%CI:5.74%-7.78%,P<0.000,I^(2)=99.79%;obtained after trim-and-fill adjustment).There was no significant difference(P=0.222)in the prevalence of obesity during five peri-ods(1996-2000,2001-2005,2006-2010,2011-2015,2016-2019).The obesity prevalence of boys was higher than girls(P=0.007),and the obesity prevalence increased with age(P=0.000).In 2006-2010,the prevalence of obesity among urban areas was about three times than that of rural areas(P=0.001).However,the difference was decreased during 2011-2015(P=0.788).In rural areas,the obesity prevalence in 2011-2015 was two times more than that in 2006-2010(P=0.005).Geographical area was a strong determinant of heterogeneity for Chinese preschool children(P=0.001).Conclusion There was no significant difference of the obesity prevalence among any five-year periods from 1996 to 2019.The prevalence of obesity in boys was higher than girls and increased with age.Though the prevalence of obesity in rural area was lower than the urban area,the speed of the increasing of the prevalence after 2010 in rural area should be noted.Public health intervention such as physical activity promotion and nutrition education should be conducted on preschool children for obesity prevention to promote their healthy development. 展开更多
