生成式人工智能发展前景下公共性的消解及重建

生成式人工智能的发展构成了数字资本主义发展的高级节点和最新样态。随着以ChatGPT和Sora等为代表的生成式人工智能的升级迭代与日常化应用,生成式人工智能日趋成为推动人类公共性扩张和变革的关键要素。数字资本主义生产方式在本质上... 生成式人工智能的发展构成了数字资本主义发展的高级节点和最新样态。随着以ChatGPT和Sora等为代表的生成式人工智能的升级迭代与日常化应用,生成式人工智能日趋成为推动人类公共性扩张和变革的关键要素。数字资本主义生产方式在本质上带有“反公共性”的逻辑,数字生产资料作为数字劳动的产物被数字平台所有者私人占有,其发展与公共性产生了严重抵牾,“私人所有”的数字平台所炮制的“公共使用”的美丽骗局更是进一步蚕食了公共性。生成式人工智能发展前景下人类公共性的消解突出表现为公共性主体渐趋“自我中心化”、公共性信息渐趋“同质茧房化”、公共性领域渐趋“碎片分裂化”。基于此,揭露数字资本主义生产方式的反公共性逻辑,重构数字生产关系,发展平台社会主义,呼唤数字技术公共性本质的价值回归,引导数字技术公共性效应的发挥,不失为重建人类公共性的现实通道。 展开更多

目的 构建克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)儿童经全肠内营养(exclusive enteral nutrition,EEN)诱导后的饮食重新引入方案。方法 检索国内外文献,拟订饮食重新引入方案初稿。2023年5-7月通过德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,征询专家意见,修... 目的 构建克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)儿童经全肠内营养(exclusive enteral nutrition,EEN)诱导后的饮食重新引入方案。方法 检索国内外文献,拟订饮食重新引入方案初稿。2023年5-7月通过德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询,征询专家意见,修改后形成饮食重新引入方案终稿。结果 2轮专家函询有效问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.88,条目重要性和可操作性肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.223、0.207,0.304、0.269(均P<0.001)。最终形成的饮食重新引入方案包括一级指标5项、二级指标17项和三级指标37项。结论 构建的CD儿童经EEN诱导后的饮食重新引入方案具有权威性、科学性、可操作性和临床实用性,可指导护士为CD儿童实施科学、规范的饮食重新引入护理。 展开更多

目的:探讨双层探测器光谱CT单能量成像在泪道造影中的临床应用价值。方法:对临床怀疑泪道阻塞的患者行光谱CT泪道扫描,将光谱CT的各单能量keV图像的信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)做比较,对图像质量进行主观评分,并对患者泪道阻塞部... 目的:探讨双层探测器光谱CT单能量成像在泪道造影中的临床应用价值。方法:对临床怀疑泪道阻塞的患者行光谱CT泪道扫描,将光谱CT的各单能量keV图像的信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)做比较,对图像质量进行主观评分,并对患者泪道阻塞部位和狭窄程度与手术或内镜比对进行诊断符合率评估。结果:50 keV图像的SNR为9.76±13.44,比70~200 keV图像的SNR高,有统计学意义;50 keV图像的CNR为10.24±13.88,比70~200 keV图像的CNR高,有统计学意义。50 keV和常规图像质量主观评分分别为(5,5)和(4,5),医师间主观评分一致性良好。结论:50 keV单能量图像显著提高CT泪道造影的信噪比和对比噪声比且主观评分一致性良好。 展开更多

General anesthesia is widely applied in clinical practice.However,the precise mechanism of loss of consciousness induced by general anesthetics remains unknown.Here,we measured the dynamics of five neurotransmitters,includingγ-aminobutyric acid,glutamate,norepinephrine,acetylcholine,and dopamine,in the medial prefrontal cortex and primary visual cortex of C57BL/6 mice through in vivo fiber photometry and genetically encoded neurotransmitter sensors under anesthesia to reveal the mechanism of general anesthesia from a neurotransmitter perspective.Results revealed that the concentrations of γ-aminobutyric acid,glutamate,norepinephrine,and acetylcholine increased in the cortex during propofol-induced loss of consciousness.Dopamine levels did not change following the hypnotic dose of propofol but increased significantly following surgical doses of propofol anesthesia.Notably,the concentrations of the five neurotransmitters generally decreased during sevoflurane-induced loss of consciousness.Furthermore,the neurotransmitter dynamic networks were not synchronized in the non-anesthesia groups but were highly synchronized in the anesthetic groups.These findings suggest that neurotransmitter dynamic network synchronization may cause anesthetic-induced loss of consciousness. 展开更多

A lightweight flexible thermally stable composite is fabricated by com-bining silica nanofiber membranes(SNM)with MXene@c-MWCNT hybrid film.The flexible SNM with outstanding thermal insulation are prepared from tetraethyl orthosilicate hydrolysis and condensation by electrospinning and high-temperature calcination;the MXene@c-MWCNT_(x:y)films are prepared by vacuum filtration tech-nology.In particular,the SNM and MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)as one unit layer(SMC_(1))are bonded together with 5 wt%polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)solution,which exhibits low thermal conductivity(0.066 W m^(-1)K^(-1))and good electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance(average EMI SE_(T),37.8 dB).With the increase in func-tional unit layer,the overall thermal insulation performance of the whole composite film(SMC_(x))remains stable,and EMI shielding performance is greatly improved,especially for SMC_(3)with three unit layers,the average EMI SET is as high as 55.4 dB.In addition,the organic combination of rigid SNM and tough MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)makes SMC_(x)exhibit good mechanical tensile strength.Importantly,SMC_(x)exhibit stable EMI shielding and excellent thermal insulation even in extreme heat and cold environment.Therefore,this work provides a novel design idea and important reference value for EMI shielding and thermal insulation components used in extreme environmental protection equipment in the future. 展开更多

Numerous studies have characterized the critical role of circular RNAs(circRNAs)as regulatory factors in the progression of multiple cancers.However,the biological functions of circRNAs and their underlying molecular mechanisms in the progression of uveal melanoma(UM)remain enigmatic.In this study,we identified a novel circRNA,circ_0053943,through re-analysis of UM microarray data and quantitative RT-PCR.Circ_0053943 was found to be upregulated in UM and to promote the proliferation and metastatic ability of UM cells in both in vitro and in vivo settings.Mechanistically,circ_0053943 was observed to bind to the KH1 and KH2 domains of insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 3(IGF2BP3),thereby enhancing the function of IGF2BP3 by stabilizing its target mRNA.RNA sequencing assays identified epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)as a target gene of circ_0053943 and IGF2BP3 at the transcriptional level.Rescue assays demonstrated that circ_0053943 exerts its biological function by stabilizing EGFR mRNA and regulating the downstream mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase(MAPK/ERK)signaling pathway.Collectively,circ_0053943 may promote UM progression by stabilizing EGFR mRNA and activating the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway through the formation of a circ_0053943/IGF2BP3/EGFR RNA-protein ternary complex,thus providing a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for UM. 展开更多

Modeling glacio-hydrological processes in the Himalayas:A review and future perspectives

The Himalayas and their surrounding areas boast vast glaciers rivaling those in polar regions,supplying vital meltwater to the Indus,Ganges,and Brahmaputra rivers,supporting over a billion downstream inhabitants for drinking,power,and agriculture.With changing runoff patterns due to accelerated glacial melt,understanding and projecting glacio-hydrological processes in these basins is imperative.This review assesses the evolution,applications,and key challenges in diverse glacio-hydrology models across the Himalayas,varying in complexities like ablation algorithms,glacier dynamics,ice avalanches,and permafrost.Previous findings indicate higher glacial melt contributions to annual runoff in the Indus compared to the Ganges and Brahmaputra,with anticipated peak melting in the latter basins—having less glacier cover—before the mid-21st century,contrasting with the delayed peak expected in the Indus Basin due to its larger glacier area.Different modeling studies still have large uncertainties in the simulated runoff components in the Himalayan basins;and the projections of future glacier melt peak time vary at different Himalaya sub-basins under different Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP)scenarios.We also find that the lack of reliable meteorological forcing data(particularly the precipitation errors)is a major source of uncertainty for glacio-hydrological modeling in the Himalayan basins.Furthermore,permafrost degradation compounds these challenges,complicating assessments of future freshwater availability.Urgent measures include establishing comprehensive in situ observations,innovating remote-sensing technologies(especially for permafrost ice monitoring),and advancing glacio-hydrology models to integrate glacier,snow,and permafrost processes.These endeavors are crucial for informed policymaking and sustainable resource management in this pivotal,glacier-dependent ecosystem. 展开更多

Demand-responsive transportation(DRT)is a flexible passenger service designed to enhance road efficiency,reduce peak-hour traffic,and boost passenger satisfaction.However,existing optimization methods for initial passenger requests fall short in addressing real-time passenger needs.Consequently,there is a need to develop realtime DRT route optimization methods that integrate both initial and real-time requests.This paper presents a twostage,multi-objective optimization model for DRT vehicle scheduling.The first stage involves an initial scheduling model aimed at minimizing vehicle configuration,and operational,and CO_(2)emission costs while ensuring passenger satisfaction.The second stage develops a real-time scheduling model to minimize additional operational costs,penalties for time window violations,and costs due to rejected passengers,thereby addressing real-time demands.Additionally,an enhanced genetic algorithm based on Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II(NSGA-II)is designed,incorporating multiple crossover points to accelerate convergence and improve solution efficiency.The proposed scheduling model is validated using a real network in Shanghai.Results indicate that realtime scheduling can serve more passengers,and improve vehicle utilization and occupancy rates,with only a minor increase in total operational costs.Compared to the traditional NSGA-II algorithm,the improved version enhances convergence speed by 31.7%and solution speed by 4.8%.The proposed model and algorithm offer both theoretical and practical guidance for real-world DRT scheduling. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Multiple primary cancers are rare occurrences that can involve either metachronous or synchronous development.It is particularly rare for an individual to have more than two primary cancers.In this report,we present a case study of an elderly man who was diagnosed with three heterochronous cancers in the renal pelvis,bladder,and colon.CASE SUMMARY On December 30,2014,a 51-year-old Chinese man was admitted to our hospital with complaints of intermittent painless gross hematuria for the preceding week.A computed tomography(CT)scan revealed wall thickening in the left ureter’s upper segment,while a CT urography revealed a left renal pelvis tumor.A successful laparoscopic radical resection of the left renal pelvis tumor was subsequently performed at Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital in January 2015.The pathological findings after the surgery revealed a low-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma of the renal pelvis.The final pathological tumor stage was pT1N0M0.After surgery,this patient received 6 cycles of intravenous chemotherapy with gemcitabine and carboplatin,as well as bladder infusion therapy with gemcitabine.On December 18,2017,the patient was admitted once again to our hospital with a one-day history of painless gross hematuria.A CT scan showed the presence of a space-occupying lesion on the posterior wall of bladder.Cystoscopic examination revealed multiple tumors in the bladder and right cutaneous ureterostomy was performed under general anesthesia on December 29,2017.The postoperative pathological findings disclosed multifocal papillary urothelial carcinoma of the bladder(maximum size 3.7 cm×2.6 cm).The bladder cancer was considered a metastasis of the renal pelvis cancer after surgery.The pathological tumor stage was pT1N0M1.The patient refused chemotherapy after surgery.After another six years,the patient returned on February 28,2023,complaining of periumbilical pain that had lasted six days.This time,a CT scan of the abdomen showed a tumor in the ascending colon,but a subsequent colonoscopy examination indicated a tumor in the descending colon.On March 12,2023,a subtotal colectomy and an ileosigmoidal anastomosis were carried out under general anesthesia.Postoperative pathological findings revealed that all three tumors were adenocarcinomas.The final pathological tumor stage was pT3N0M0.The patient had an uneventful postoperative recovery and was discharged without complications.CONCLUSION The case of this elderly man presents a rare occurrence of metachronous primary cancers in the renal pelvis and colon.Bladder cancer is considered a metastasis of renal pelvis cancer after surgery.Optimal treatment can be implemented by evaluating the patient’s histological features,clinical history,and tumor distribution correctly. 展开更多

高岭土作为一种重要的矿物材料,广泛应用于建筑、陶瓷、化工等领域。然而,高岭土中的主次痕量元素含量的准确测定一直是一个难点和瓶颈问题。为准确和快速测定高岭土中各组分含量,达到高效利用高岭土资源的目的,通过多次实验和不断优化... 高岭土作为一种重要的矿物材料,广泛应用于建筑、陶瓷、化工等领域。然而,高岭土中的主次痕量元素含量的准确测定一直是一个难点和瓶颈问题。为准确和快速测定高岭土中各组分含量,达到高效利用高岭土资源的目的,通过多次实验和不断优化,建立了一套稳定、准确、经济实用的X射线荧光光谱测定方法,并取得了较为满意的结果。使用该方法测量高岭土中的多种元素的相对误范围在-4.50%~8.71%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.65%,本法与标准方法各元素测定结果的相对误差范围在-7.69%~4.17%。本法还可以拓展为其他类型矿石、土壤和沉积物等样品的测试方法。 展开更多

目的探讨成人先天性心脏病(ACHD)患者行外科手术治疗联合冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后再入院情况的相关因素。方法选择2004年5月至2021年10月在武汉亚洲心脏病医院行外科手术治疗联合CABG术的ACHD患者为研究对象。病例组为再次入院的患者... 目的探讨成人先天性心脏病(ACHD)患者行外科手术治疗联合冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后再入院情况的相关因素。方法选择2004年5月至2021年10月在武汉亚洲心脏病医院行外科手术治疗联合CABG术的ACHD患者为研究对象。病例组为再次入院的患者(20例),按1:3配对原则,选择性别、民族相同、年龄相近的未再次入院患者为对照组(60例)。对两组患者临床资料进行比较,根据单因素和条件Logistic回归分析影响ACHD患者外科手术治疗联合CABG术后再入院的相关因素。结果单因素分析显示,两组入院途径、体质量指数(BMI)、糖尿病、左心室射血分数、国际标准化比值(INR)、纽约心脏协会分级、美国麻醉医师协会分级、手术时间、主动脉阻断时间、体外循环平均指数、总供给晶体量比较,差异有统计学意义(t/Z/χ^(2)=4.208、6.475、4.096、-2.790、-2.159、-2.559、-2.629、-3.918、-2.439、-2.652、-2.045,P<0.05)。条件回归分析显示,BMI、INR和手术时间是影响ACHD患者行外科手术治疗联合CABG术后再入院的危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.289(1.095~1.516)、5.926(2.253~15.589)、1.004(1.000~1.007),P<0.05]。结论对于行外科手术治疗联合CABG的ACHD患者,BMI、INR和手术时间是导致患者术后再入院的相关因素,医护人员应尽早采取针对性的干预措施。 展开更多

Flexible pressure sensors have attracted wide attention due to their applications to electronic skin,health monitoring,and human-machine interaction.However,the tradeoff between their high sensitivity and wide response range remains a challenge.Inspired by human skin,we select commercial silicon carbide sandpaper as a template to fabricate carbon nanotube(CNT)/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)composite film with a hierarchical structured surface(h-CNT/PDMS)through solution blending and blade coating and then assemble the h-CNT/PDMS composite film with interdigitated electrodes and polyurethane(PU)scotch tape to obtain an h-CNT/PDMS-based flexible pressure sensor.Based on in-situ optical images and finite element analysis,the significant compressive contact effect between the hierarchical structured surface of h-CNT/PDMS and the interdigitated electrode leads to enhanced pressure sensitivity and a wider response range(0.1661 kPa^(-1),0.4574 kPa^(-1)and 0.0989 kPa^(-1)in the pressure range of 0–18 kPa,18–133 kPa and 133–300 kPa)compared with planar CNT/PDMS composite film(0.0066 kPa^(-1)in the pressure range of 0–240 kPa).The prepared pressure sensor displays rapid response/recovery time,excellent stability,durability,and stable response to different loading modes(bending and torsion).In addition,our pressure sensor can be utilized to accurately monitor and discriminate various stimuli ranging from human motions to pressure magnitude and spatial distribution.This study supplies important guidance for the fabrication of flexible pressure sensors with superior sensing performance in next-generation wearable electronic devices. 展开更多

目的:探讨成人体检人群体质量指数(BMI)与视网膜动脉硬化的相关性,为早发现、早干预微小血管病变提供新证据。方法:采用横断面研究方法,选取2019年1—12月在武汉同济医院健康管理中心进行过眼底照相的常规体检者,收集每个样本人口学信... 目的:探讨成人体检人群体质量指数(BMI)与视网膜动脉硬化的相关性,为早发现、早干预微小血管病变提供新证据。方法:采用横断面研究方法,选取2019年1—12月在武汉同济医院健康管理中心进行过眼底照相的常规体检者,收集每个样本人口学信息、体格测量指标、血生化指标及既往疾病史等特征,并对视网膜血管进行分级,采用多因素Logistic分析方法探讨BMI与视网膜动脉硬化的关系。结果:本研究纳入研究对象8678人,其中男性5378人,女性3300人,年龄为(48.6±10.4)岁。视网膜动脉硬化患病率在对照组(BMI<24.0 kg/m^(2))、超重组(BMI 24.0~27.9 kg/m^(2))、肥胖组(BMI≥28.0 kg/m^(2))中分别为2.0%、3.7%、6.4%,整体呈上升趋势(趋势P<0.001)。在调整了年龄、性别、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、高尿酸血症、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肾小球滤过率混杂因素后,BMI与视网膜动脉硬化患病风险成正相关关系,与对照组相比,超重组和肥胖组的OR值(95%CI)分别为1.13(0.83~1.55)、1.89(1.31~2.73),趋势P<0.001;BMI每增加1 kg/m^(2),视网膜动脉硬化患病风险OR值为1.09(1.05~1.14)。结论:超重或肥胖与视网膜动脉硬化的发生密切相关,是视网膜动脉硬化的独立危险因素。 展开更多
