硫化铜矿快速-分支浮选新工艺探索

以云南思茅大平掌铜矿为研究对象,针对铜硫浮选分离工艺中存在药耗大、能耗高和浮选指标不理想等问题,采用分支浮选的方法浮选该铜矿。在对该矿工艺矿物学分析的基础上,对比研究了单支浮选和分支浮选工艺的浮选效果,并重点研究了快速-... 以云南思茅大平掌铜矿为研究对象,针对铜硫浮选分离工艺中存在药耗大、能耗高和浮选指标不理想等问题,采用分支浮选的方法浮选该铜矿。在对该矿工艺矿物学分析的基础上,对比研究了单支浮选和分支浮选工艺的浮选效果,并重点研究了快速-分支浮选联合工艺处理该矿的浮选效果。结果表明,目的矿物黄铜矿嵌布粒度较粗且与黄铁矿致密共生、连生。磨矿细度为-0.074 mm含量占比为70%时,大部分黄铜矿物得以单体解离,满足铜矿石选别工艺要求。分支浮选流程可有效提高精矿品位,技术优势明显,其中“快速-分支”联合浮选新工艺的技术指标最优,实现了大平掌硫化铜矿的高效回收和“增质降耗”。与常规单支浮选工艺指标相比,“快速-分支”浮选新工艺在保证铜回收率稳定的情况下可显著降低复合黄药和起泡剂DEP的用量,二者用量分别减少12%和31%左右,此时铜品位却有1.45个百分点的提升。在贵金属综合回收方面,新工艺对金银的回收同样存在明显的提升效果,金和银品位分别提高0.18和9.40个百分点,回收率分别提高3.01和13.97个百分点。 展开更多

Portulaca oleracea L.,commonly known as purslane,is a worldwide weed species belonging to the family Portulacaceae and has been known as“Global Panacea”.As one of the most widely consumed green vegetables and medicinal plants around the world,it has recently been re-evaluated as a potential“new crop”due to the properties that differentiate it as one of the best vegetable sources of omega-3 fatty acid(α-linolenic acid),as well as a variety of nutrients and phytochemicals.Accordingly,emerging research has found that purslane exhibits health-promoting properties like anti-inflammatory,anti-hyperglycemic,antioxidant,neuroprotective,and immunomodulatory.These findings suggest that this species possesses a potential using as a dietary supplement beyond potherb and traditional medicine.This review systematically summarizes the up-to-date research carried out on purslane,including the nutritional compositions,bioactive compounds,and health benefits it exerts as well as limitations,challenges,and future directions of research.Finally,we hope that this review would provide purslane with a comprehensive reference and future scope as functional and health-promoting food for disease prevention and treatment. 展开更多

油性皮肤的护理是中国年轻女性普遍面临的问题之一。目前,皮肤类型的分析在很大程度上基于主观评估,文献中尚未报道基于无创性皮肤测试设备的油性皮肤分类标准。本研究基于箱形图数据分布和机器学习聚类算法,详细讨论了油性皮肤的无创... 油性皮肤的护理是中国年轻女性普遍面临的问题之一。目前,皮肤类型的分析在很大程度上基于主观评估,文献中尚未报道基于无创性皮肤测试设备的油性皮肤分类标准。本研究基于箱形图数据分布和机器学习聚类算法,详细讨论了油性皮肤的无创、客观、定量分类方法,并与皮肤科医生经验值进行互相佐证对比。在此基础上,通过多功能探头测试仪和面部皮肤成像系统定量采集了皮肤屏障、色度、弹性、痤疮等指标数据,分析了油性皮肤的伴随特点和易感皮肤问题,明晰了中国年轻女性油性皮肤的特点,并评估了油性皮肤的痘、敏风险程度。结果显示,基于面部水油分布的箱形图分类法优于本研究中的其他两类方法,油性皮肤的伴随特点为屏障受损、肤色暗沉、弹性较差、痤疮和毛孔多,且痘肌的发生风险在油性皮肤中显著增高。 展开更多

糙米发酵滤液——一种具有抗衰老潜力的物质

本研究以糙米水为底物,通过微生物发酵技术制备了糙米发酵滤液。通过对比发酵前后滤液,发现发酵可以增加可溶性固形物以及小分子物质含量。通过人类永生化表皮细胞(HaCaT)活性实验及DPPH自由基清除实验对发酵前后滤液进行功效比较。发... 本研究以糙米水为底物,通过微生物发酵技术制备了糙米发酵滤液。通过对比发酵前后滤液,发现发酵可以增加可溶性固形物以及小分子物质含量。通过人类永生化表皮细胞(HaCaT)活性实验及DPPH自由基清除实验对发酵前后滤液进行功效比较。发酵前糙米滤液只有较弱的DPPH自由基清除能力,而糙米发酵滤液具有较强的DPPH自由基清除能力,并能提高HaCaT细胞活性。进一步研究发现,糙米发酵滤液能够减少细胞内ROS生成、提高细胞自噬标记物LC3B表达、以及减少糖化导致的Ⅰ型胶原蛋白流失。当作用于HaCaT细胞时能够促进透明质酸(HA)的生成和其受体CD44的表达。当作用于人原代成纤维细胞(FB)时能够促进胶原蛋白的生成。本研究表明,糙米发酵滤液具有多方面抗衰老的潜在能力。 展开更多

目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性水平及其相关因素。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者180例为研究对象,选用CD-RISC量表评价其心理弹性水平,采用多因素logistic回归分析鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性影响因素。结果本次调查... 目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性水平及其相关因素。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者180例为研究对象,选用CD-RISC量表评价其心理弹性水平,采用多因素logistic回归分析鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性影响因素。结果本次调查鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性评分为(68.28±11.42)分,心理弹性良好112例,心理弹性较差68例,整体水平偏低;多因素logistic回归分析显示,高年龄、低学历、低收入、自我效能水平差、医学应对措施(回避、屈服)是影响患者心理弹性的独立危险因素,而社会支持为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论我院鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性水平整体偏低,故需针对影响因素强化护理干预,加大社会支持力度,提高患者的心理弹性水平。 展开更多

聚氨酯弹性体的摩擦性能在诸如船舶、汽车、生物医用等领域具有十分重要的意义,而通过化学修饰策略实现该类材料摩擦性能的精细设计,仍具有十分迫切的研究需求和广泛的应用前景。本工作以对苯二异氰酸酯(PPDI)与聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)... 聚氨酯弹性体的摩擦性能在诸如船舶、汽车、生物医用等领域具有十分重要的意义,而通过化学修饰策略实现该类材料摩擦性能的精细设计,仍具有十分迫切的研究需求和广泛的应用前景。本工作以对苯二异氰酸酯(PPDI)与聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)为原料,通过调节1,4-丁二醇与三羟甲基丙烷两种扩链交联剂的混合比例,采用预聚体法合成了具备不同交联度的PPDI基聚氨酯弹性体。其中,傅里叶变换衰减全反射光谱(FTIR-ATR)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等表征结果表明,聚氨酯弹性体中硬段和软段的结晶度随交联度的提升均呈下降趋势。同时,力学测试表明,材料的弹性模量随之降低,而PPDI基聚氨酯弹性体摩擦系数则明显增大。此外,滞后回环曲线表明,交联度的改变影响了PPDI基聚氨酯弹性体的阻尼特性,而聚氨酯弹性体阻尼的差异在其摩擦性能对速率的依赖关系中则有所体现。本工作由此提出,利用不同交联度下PPDI基聚氨酯中软硬段结晶度的变化,在对材料弹性模量和损耗模量进行可控调节的同时,能够实现对其摩擦性能的改变,为PPDI基聚氨酯弹性体的摩擦性能调控提供了一种简单有效的途径。 展开更多

Clinical outcomes of small incision lenticule extraction versus femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK for myopia: a Meta-analysis 被引量:12

AIM:To evaluate the possible differences in visual quality between small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)and femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)for myopia.METHODS:A Meta-analysis was performed.Patients were from previously reported comparative studies treated with SMILE versus FS-LASIK.The Pub Med,EMBASE,Cochrane,Web of Science and Chinese databases(i.e.WANFANG and CNKI)were searched in Nov.of 2016 using Rev Man 5.1 version software.The differences in visual acuity,aberration and biomechanical effects within six months postoperatively were showed.Twenty-seven studies including 4223 eyes were included.RESULTS:No significant differences were observed between SMILE and FS-LASIK in terms of the proportion of eyes that lost one or more lines of corrected distance visual acuity after surgery(P=0.14),the proportion of eyes achieving an uncorrected distance visual acuity of 20/20or better(P=0.43),the final refractive spherical equivalent(P=0.89),the refractive spherical equivalent within±1.00diopter of the target values(P=0.80),vertical coma(P=0.45)and horizontal coma(P=0.06).Compared with the FSLASIK group,total higher-order aberration(P〈0.001)and spherical aberration(P〈0.001)were higher and the decrease in corneal hysteresis(P=0.0005)and corneal resistance factor(P=0.02)were lower in the SMILE group.CONCLUSION:SMILE and FS-LASIK are comparable in efficacy,safety and predictability for correcting myopia.However,the aberration in the SMILE group is superior to that in the FS-LASIK group,and the loss of biomechanical effects may occur less frequently after SMILE than after FS-LASIK. 展开更多

目的评价环状胰腺患儿在腹腔镜十二指肠菱形吻合术中,予以单向倒刺缝线吻合的安全性及有效性。方法选取2016年1月-2018年4月于成都市妇女儿童中心医院就诊并行腹腔镜十二指肠菱形吻合术治疗的21例环状胰腺患儿进行前瞻性研究。将其按照... 目的评价环状胰腺患儿在腹腔镜十二指肠菱形吻合术中,予以单向倒刺缝线吻合的安全性及有效性。方法选取2016年1月-2018年4月于成都市妇女儿童中心医院就诊并行腹腔镜十二指肠菱形吻合术治疗的21例环状胰腺患儿进行前瞻性研究。将其按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,实验组8例在术中采用倒刺缝线连续行十二指肠菱形吻合术,对照组13例在术中采用可吸收缝线行十二指肠菱形吻合术。比较两种缝合方式在缝合时间、术中及术后肠瘘发生率、术后引流量和胃肠减压引流量的差异。结果两组患儿均成功于腹腔镜下完成手术,无中转开腹。其中,实验组缝合时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义[(15.13±1.96)和(17.46±1.61)min,t=-2.97,P <0.05],实验组术后引流液重量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);但术中及术后肠漏的发生率和胃肠引流量两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下行十二指肠菱形吻合术时,倒刺缝线与传统可吸收缝线相比,具有缝合时间短和术后引流液少等特点,值得临床推广。 展开更多

The mixture consisted of benzotriazole (BTA), chitosan (CTS), polyacrylic acid and zinc salt has been investigated as a corrosion and scale inhibitor of A3 carbon steel in cooling water. The scale and corrosion inhibition efficiency was evaluated by static anti-scaling teat together with rotary coupon test. Compared with the phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor, the corrosion inhibition rate and scale inhibition rate of it increased respectively by 2.51% and 1.16%. As the corrosion and scale inhibitor is phosphate-free, it won’t cause eutrophication, considering the product performance and environmental influence, the phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor is superior to the traditional one. 展开更多

The recyclable and stable ZnFe_(2)O_(4) small particle decorated one‐dimensional perylene diimide(PDI)S‐scheme heterojunction(1D PDI/ZnFe_(2)O_(4))is prepared by the hydrochloric acid‐mediated(HCl‐mediated)strategy,interestingly,the morphology of the 1D PDI/ZnFe_(2)O_(4) can also be effectively regulated by HCl‐mediated process,the existence of HCl can regulate PDI into a uniform rod structure,while the co‐existence of HCl and PDI can limit ZnFe_(2)O_(4) to become the uniform small particles.More importantly,based on the 1D rod structure of PDI and the small size effect of ZnFe_(2)O_(4),carriers can migrate to the surface more easily,which can improve the photocatalytic activity.Meanwhile,due to the appropriate energy level structure,the S‐scheme heterojunction structure is formed between PDI and ZnFe_(2)O_(4),which eliminates meaningless photo‐generated charge carriers through recombination and introduces strong redox to further enhance the photodegradation effect,thereby,1D PDI/ZnFe_(2)O_(4) exhibits excellent photocatalytic ability,under the visible light irradiation,the degradation rate of tetracycline(TC)with 1D PDI/ZnFe_(2)O_(4)(66.67%)is 9.18 times that with PDI(7.26%)and 9.73 times that with ZnFe_(2)O_(4)(6.85%).This work proposes new ideas for the assembly of magnetic organic‐inorganic S‐scheme heterojunction photocatalysts. 展开更多
