目的探讨根治性放化疗(D-CRT)前^(18)F-FDG PET/CT代谢和异质性参数结合临床特征对食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)患者预后的预测价值。方法回顾性分析接受D-CRT的106例ESCC患者的临床资料,所有患者在治疗前均接受了^(18)F-FDG PET/CT检查,通过... 目的探讨根治性放化疗(D-CRT)前^(18)F-FDG PET/CT代谢和异质性参数结合临床特征对食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)患者预后的预测价值。方法回顾性分析接受D-CRT的106例ESCC患者的临床资料,所有患者在治疗前均接受了^(18)F-FDG PET/CT检查,通过数据处理获得肿瘤原发灶的代谢和异质性参数。随访所有患者的总生存期。采用Kaplan-Meier法和Cox比例风险模型分析患者临床特征、肿瘤代谢和异质性参数与患者预后的关系。结果所有患者1、1.5年总生存率分别为77.4%、51.9%,中位生存时间为20个月。单因素分析表明:N分期、M分期、肿瘤代谢体积、病灶糖酵解总量、异质性指数-2(HI-2)、40%最大标准化摄取值为阈值的变异系数(CV40%)与ESCC预后相关(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明:N分期、CV40%是ESCC患者预后的独立危险因素(P=0.039、<0.001)。结论N分期、肿瘤代谢异质性参数CV40%与ESCC D-CRT患者的预后密切相关,并具有一定的预测价值。 展开更多

微震监测技术是一种保证矿山安全、高效、可持续发展的重要地压监测手段。矿山传感器获取的微震数据容易受到宽频带非平稳噪声的影响,导致微震监测缺乏可用的高质量数据。本文介绍了一种新的频谱分析方法——同步挤压小波变换,它提供了... 微震监测技术是一种保证矿山安全、高效、可持续发展的重要地压监测手段。矿山传感器获取的微震数据容易受到宽频带非平稳噪声的影响,导致微震监测缺乏可用的高质量数据。本文介绍了一种新的频谱分析方法——同步挤压小波变换,它提供了一种将数据同时分解到时域和频域的方法,且比小波变换等方法的时频分辨率更高,可以在时频谱上更为清晰地展示微震信号。同时,本文还比较了Morlet小波基和Bump小波基对微震波形的影响程度,并通过现场微震监测波形验证了Morlet小波基的相对可靠性。采用基于噪声水平的硬阈值滤波方法对其进行分别处理,结果表明,基于Morlet小波基的同步挤压小波变换在从原始数据中提取微震信号方面具有更大的实用价值,能够有效地提高信号的信噪比。 展开更多

目的:针对微震监测技术应用中出现的微震爆破信号分类困难、人工分类工作量大、分类准确率低等问题,本文创新性地提出了支持向量机的波形自动分类技术,旨在解决微震监测系统现有应用难题。方法:针对BSN微震监测系统采集的微震信号和人... 目的:针对微震监测技术应用中出现的微震爆破信号分类困难、人工分类工作量大、分类准确率低等问题,本文创新性地提出了支持向量机的波形自动分类技术,旨在解决微震监测系统现有应用难题。方法:针对BSN微震监测系统采集的微震信号和人工爆破信号进行了时域和频域的分析,获得了信噪比、P波到时、首次峰值、最大峰值、主频及P波主频等9个波形特征,经过分析对比后挑选出了5个典型特征,最后采用SVM方法对上述典型特征进行训练,建立了微震和爆破信号自动分类模型,并在广西某金属矿山进行了实际现场应用分析。结果:微震准确率为80.28%,爆破准确率为86.36%。结论:本文研究的分类模型的识别和分类方法使分类准确率达到了80%以上,说明成果能够协助矿山人员减少部分波形分类工作,有助于推动全自动矿山微震监测系统发展。意义:本文提供的分类方法研究思路,能够实际解决微震监测系统在现场应用中的难题,且其中的分析方法不仅可在微震处理中应用,还可进一步用于微震分析,对实现矿山微震实时监测服务具有重大意义。 展开更多

Anti-IgLON5 disease is a recently defined autoimmune disorder of the nervous system associated with autoantibodies against IgLON5. Given its broad clinical spectrum and extremely complex pathogenesis, as well as difficulties in its early diagnosis and treatment, anti-IgLON5 disease has become the subject of considerable research attention in the field of neuroimmunology. Anti-IgLON5 disease has characteristics of both autoimmunity and neurodegeneration due to the unique activity of the antiIgLON5 antibody. Neuropathologic examination revealed the presence of a tauopathy preferentially affecting the hypothalamus and brainstem tegmentum, potentially broadening our understanding of tauopathies. In contrast to that seen with other autoimmune encephalitis-related antibodies, basic studies have demonstrated that IgLON5 antibody-induced neuronal damage and degeneration are irreversible, indicative of a potential link between autoimmunity and neurodegeneration in antiIgLON5 disease. Herein, we comprehensively review and discuss basic and clinical studies relating to anti-IgLON5 disease to better understand this complicated disorder. 展开更多

Sediment collapse and subsequent lateral downslope migration play important roles in shaping the habitats and regulating sedimentary organic carbon(SOC)cycling in hadal trenches.In this study,three sediment cores were collected using a human-occupied vehicle across the axis of the southern Yap Trench(SYT).The total organic carbon(TOC)and total nitrogen(TN)contents,δ13C,radiocarbon ages,specific surface areas,and grain size compositions of sediments from three cores were measured.We explored the influence of the lateral downslope transport on the dispersal of the sediments and established a tentative box model for the SOC balance.In the SYT,the surface TOC content decreased with water depth and was decoupled by the funneling effect of the V-shaped hadal trench.However,the sedimentation(0.0025 cm/a)and SOC accumulation rates(∼0.038 g/(m^(2)·a)(in terms of OC))were approximately 50%higher in the deeper hadal region than in the abyssal region(0.0016 cm/a and∼0.026 g/(m^(2)·a)(in terms of OC),respectively),indicating the occurrence of lateral downslope transport.The fluctuating variations in the prokaryotic abundances and the SOC accumulation rate suggest the periodic input of surficial sediments from the shallow region.The similar average TOC(0.31%–0.38%),TN(0.06%–0.07%)contents,and SOC compositions(terrestrial OC(11%–18%),marine phytoplanktonic OC(45%–53%),and microbial OC(32%–44%))of the three sites indicate that the lateral downslope transport has a significant mixing effect on the SOC composition.The output fluxes of the laterally transported SOC(0.44–0.56 g/(m^(2)·a)(in terms of OC))contributed approximately(47%–73%)of the total SOC input,and this proportion increased with water depth.The results of this study demonstrate the importance of lateral downslope transport in the spatial distribution and development of biomes. 展开更多

Lithium-metal anodes(LMAs)have been recognized as the ultimate anodes for next-generation batteries with high energy density,but stringent assembly-environment conditions derived from the poor moisture stability dramatically hinder the transformation of LMAs from laboratory to industry.Herein,an in situ formed cross-linked polymer layer on LMAs is designed and constructed by a facile thiol-acrylate click chemistry reaction between poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate(PEGDA)and the crosslinker containing multi thiol groups under UV irradiation.Owing to the hydrophobic nature of the layer,the treated LMAs demonstrate remarkable humid stability for more than 3 h in ambient air(70%relative humidity).The coating humid-resistant protective layer also possesses a dual-functional characterization as solid polymer electrolytes by introducing lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide in the system in advance.The intimate contact between the polymer layer and LMAs reduces interfacial resistance in the assembled Li/LiFePO_(4)or Li/LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)full cell effectively,and endows the cell with an outstanding cycle performance. 展开更多

Propofol preconditioning has been shown to provide neuroprotection against spinal ischemia/reperfusion injury. In this study, spinal cord ischemia/repeffusion injury was induced by blocking the abdominal aorta in rabbits for 40 minutes. Results showed that the co-application of propofol preconditioning and postconditioning regimen ameliorated pathological injury of the ischemic spinal cord and suppressed the elevation of malondialdehyde levels and increased superoxide dismutase activities in the spinal cord tissues. Co-application of propofol preconditioning and postconditioning resulted in potent protective effects against spinal cord ischemia/reperfusion injury and prolonged the spinal cord's tolerance to ischemia. This protection was associated with the anti-lipid peroxidation capacity of the spinal cord tissues. 展开更多

随着大直径深孔采矿法的推广应用,采空区顶板暴露面积进一步扩大,空区失稳坍塌问题凸显,为了能够及时掌握采空区稳定状态,加强采空区管理,避免采空区坍塌引发矿山重大安全事故,开展开采过程中的采空区稳定性分析十分必要。本文在总结目... 随着大直径深孔采矿法的推广应用,采空区顶板暴露面积进一步扩大,空区失稳坍塌问题凸显,为了能够及时掌握采空区稳定状态,加强采空区管理,避免采空区坍塌引发矿山重大安全事故,开展开采过程中的采空区稳定性分析十分必要。本文在总结目前国内外常用的采空区稳定性分析方法的基础上,采用目前较为先进的BLSS-PE矿用三维激光扫描系统辅助开展采空区探测,建立了某矿山主生产中段的采空区数值计算模型,通过模拟采场回采过程,分析不同回采阶段的应力与位移分布云图,得出二步采场回采对一步采空区稳定状态的影响大小。结果表明,该矿山二步采场回采使得一步采空区周围的应力集中范围进一步扩大,并与一步采空区形成了应力叠加,特别是在矿柱位置出现了应力集中,其最大集中应力约为26 MPa,且垂直方向上的位移量增加,最大位移量接近5 mm,存在顶板垮塌风险。 展开更多

Propofol has been shown to exert neuroprotective effects on the injured spinal cord.However,the effect of propofol on the blood-spinal cord barrier(BSCB) after ischemia/reperfusion injury(IRI) is poorly understood.Therefore,we investigated whether propofol could maintain the integrity of the BSCB.Spinal cord IRI(SCIRI) was induced in rabbits by infrarenal aortic occlusion for 30 minutes.Propofol,30 mg/kg,was intravenously infused 10 minutes before aortic clamping as well as at the onset of reperfusion.Then,48 hours later,we performed histological and m RNA/protein analyses of the spinal cord.Propofol decreased histological damage to the spinal cord,attenuated the reduction in BSCB permeability,downregulated the m RNA and protein expression levels of matrix metalloprotease-9(MMP-9) and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),and upregulated the protein expression levels of occludin and claudin-5.Our findings suggest that propofol helps maintain BSCB integrity after SCIRI by reducing MMP-9 expression,by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway,and by maintaining expression of tight junction proteins. 展开更多

The ecosystem of the sea region adjacent to the Antarctic Peninsula is undergoing remarkable physical and biological changes, in the context of global warming. However, understanding of the dynamics of phytoplankton taxonomic composition in this marginal ice zone remains unclear. In this study, seawater samples collected from 36 stations in the northeastern Antarctic Peninsula were analyzed for nutrients and phytoplankton pigments.Combining with CHEMTAX analysis, remote sensing data, and physicochemical measurements, we investigated the relationships between phytoplankton crops, taxonomic composition, and marine environmental drivers.Integrated chlorophyll a(Chl a) concentrations(200 m) varied from 8.9 mg/m^(2)to 64.2 mg/m^(2), with an average of(23.2±12.0) mg/m^(2)and higher phytoplankton biomass concentrated in the coastal region of South Orkney Island and South Shetland Island. Diatoms were the dominant functional group(63%±21%). Higher proportions of diatoms were associated with higher Chl a(r=0.40, p<0.01), stable water columns(r=0.20, p<0.01), higher Si/P ratios(r=0.34, p<0.01), higher photosynthetically active radiation intensity(r=0.64, p<0.01), and higher sea ice melt water contributions(MWC, r=0.20, p<0.01). Conversely, Phaeocystis antarctica contributed a smaller overall proportion(31%±18%) and was more concentrated in the offshore water masses(e.g., Philip Ridge and South Scotia Ridge) with lower light levels(r=-0.58, p<0.01), deeper mixed layer depths(r=0.17, p<0.05), higher nutrient concentrations(e.g., N, P, and Si, r>0.35, p<0.01), and lower MWC(r=-0.20, p<0.01). In comparison, the total contribution from green flagellates(4%±5%), cryptophyta(1%±3%), dinoflagellates(1%±4%), and cyanobacteria(1% ± 5%) was only 6%. In offshore regions with well-mixed water, less varied taxonomic composition and lower crops with a higher proportion of nanophytoplankton were observed. In contrast, significantly decreasing crops below the mixed layer depth was observed in water columns with strong stratification, where the dominant phytoplankter changed from diatoms to P. antarctica. These findings have important implications for better understanding the future dynamics of marine ecosystems in the sea area adjacent to the Antarctic Peninsula. 展开更多

针对矿山现有微震监测系统实时性低、缺乏有效信号识别功能等问题,本文开展了基于能量分布特征的矿山微震和爆破信号自动识别方法研究,以推动矿山微震监测全自动处理技术发展。本文采用8层小波分解及系数重构的方法对矿山微震信号及爆... 针对矿山现有微震监测系统实时性低、缺乏有效信号识别功能等问题,本文开展了基于能量分布特征的矿山微震和爆破信号自动识别方法研究,以推动矿山微震监测全自动处理技术发展。本文采用8层小波分解及系数重构的方法对矿山微震信号及爆破信号进行分解,了解各层小波系数重构频域的能量占比特征,研究发现,爆破信号能量主要集中在第三层和第四层,微震信号能量主要集中在第四层~第六层,因此,可通过该能量占比特征进行微震信号和爆破信号的识别。本文收集了矿山为期两个星期的生产数据,挑选出202条数据建立其能量占比特征的数据样本集,采用支持向量机原理,利用径向基函数对数据样本集进行学习训练,进而得到信号识别模型。最后收集195条矿山现场数据进行识别测试,结果表明,识别准确率达到86%,微震识别精确率达到90%以上,说明本文提出的信号识别方法能够有效实现矿山现场的微震信号与爆破信号的识别。 展开更多
