基于拓扑优化的3D打印聚乳酸材料的轻量化结构设计

轻量化结构设计可以在保持性能的同时降低产品质量,对汽车高铁、航空航天等行业实现节能减排具有重要意义。聚乳酸具有可降解、易打印、良好的力学性能等优点,在3D打印领域得到广泛应用。本文中以可降解材料聚乳酸为研究对象,以拓扑优化作为轻量化结构设计的方法,采用熔融沉积3D打印技术,探究拓扑优化过程中参数(体积分数和惩罚因子)对工件在弯曲载荷下总变形的影响。对不同填充率下拓扑优化前后的工件质量进行对比,并探究了拓扑优化后不同熔融沉积3D打印速度下工件的弯曲性能。结果表明,当体积分数取40%、惩罚因子取3时,拓扑优化后模型最大变形量满足优化目标;3D打印的拓扑优化工件可以实现50%的减重且保持较高的弯曲力,但弯曲模量和变形量略有下降;降低打印速度对拓扑优化后工件的力学性能影响不大。
