The interfacial instability of the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based electrolytes impedes the long-term cycling and further application of all-solid-state lithium metal batter-ies.In this work,we have shown an effective additive 1-adaman-tanecarbonitrile,which con-tributes to the excellent per-formance of the poly(ethylene oxide)-based electrolytes.Owing to the strong interaction of the 1-Adamantanecarboni-trile to the polymer matrix and anions,the coordination of the Li^(+)-EO is weakened,and the binding effect of anions is strengthened,thereby improving the Li^(+)conductivity and the electrochemical stability.The diamond building block on the surface of the lithium anode can sup-press the growth of lithium dendrites.Importantly,the 1-Adamantanecarbonitrile also regulates the formation of LiF in the solid electrolyte interface and cathode electrolyte interface,which contributes to the interfacial stability(especially at high voltages)and protects the electrodes,enabling all-solid-state batteries to cycle at high voltages for long periods of time.Therefore,the Li/Li symmetric cell undergoes long-term lithium plating/stripping for more than 2000 h.1-Adamantanecarbonitrile-poly(ethylene oxide)-based LFP/Li and 4.3 V Ni_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)/Li all-solid-state batteries achieved stable cycles for 1000 times,with capacity retention rates reaching 85%and 80%,respectively. 展开更多

Olfactory ensheathing cells from the olfactory bulb and olfactory mucosa have been tbund to increase axonal sprouting and pathfinding and promote the recovery of vibrissae motor performance in facial nerve transection injured rats. However, it is not yet clear whether olfactory ensheathing cells promote the reparation of facial nerve defects in rats. In this study, a collagen sponge and silicone tube neural conduit was implanted into the 6-mm defect of the buccal branch of the facial nerve in adult rats. Olfactory ensheathing cells isolated from the olfactory bulb of newborn Sprague-Dawley rats were injected into the neural conduits connecting the ends of tile broken nerves, the morphology and function of the regenerated nerves were compared between the rats implanted with olfactory ensheathing cells with the rats injected with saline. Facial paralysis was assessed. Nerve electrography was used to measure facial nerve-induced action potentials. Visual inspection, anatomical microscopy and hematoxylin-eosin staining were used to assess the histomorphology around the trans planted neural conduit and the morphology of the regenerated nerve. Using fluorogold retrograde tracing, toluidine blue staining and lead uranyl acetate staining, we also measured the number of neurons in the anterior exterior lateral f:acial nerve motor nucleus, the number of myelinated nerve fibers, and nerve fiber diameter and myelin sheath thickness, respectively. After surgery, olfactory ensheathing cells de- creased facial paralysis and the latency of the facial nerve-induced action potentials. There were no differences in the general morphology of the regenerating nerves between the rats implanted with olfactory ensheathing cells and the rats injected with saline. Between-group results showed that olfactory ensheathing cell treatment increased the number of regenerated neurons, improved nerve fiber morphology, and increased the number of myelinated nerve fibers, nerve fiber diameter, and myelin sheath thickness. In conclusion, implantation of olfactory ensheathing cells can promote regeneration and functional recovery after facial nerve damage in rats. 展开更多

In structural reliability analysis,simulation methods are widely used.The statistical characteristics of failure probability estimate of these methods have been well investigated.In this study,the sensitivities of the failure probability estimate and its statistical characteristics with regard to sample,called‘contribution indexes’,are proposed to measure the contribution of sample.The contribution indexes in four widely simulation methods,i.e.,Monte Carlo simulation(MCS),importance sampling(IS),line sampling(LS)and subset simulation(SS)are derived and analyzed.The proposed contribution indexes of sample can provide valuable information understanding the methods deeply,and enlighten potential improvement of methods.It is found that the main differences between these investigated methods lie in the contribution indexes of the safety samples,which are the main factors to the efficiency of the methods.Moreover,numerical examples are used to validate these findings. 展开更多

Summary:The novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 caused an outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan,Hubei province of China in January 2020.This study aims to investigate the effects of different temperature and time durations of virus inactivation on the results of PCR testing for SARS-CoV-2.Twelve patients at the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University suspected of being infected with SARS-CoV-2 were selected on February 13,2020 and throat swabs were taken.The swabs were stored at room tempcrature(20-25℃),then divided into aliquots and subjected to different temperature for different periods in order to inactivate the viruses(56℃for 30,45,60 min;65,70,80℃for 10,15,20 min).Control aliquots were stored at room temperature for 60 min.Then all aliquots were tested in a real-time fluorescence PCR using primers against SARS-CoV-2.Regardless of inactivation temperature and time,7 of 12 cases(58.3%)tested were positive for SARS-CoV-2 by PCR,and cycle threshold values were similar.These results suggest that virus inactivation parameters exert minimal infuence on PCR test results.Inactivation at 65℃for 10 min may be sufficient to ensure safe,reliable testing. 展开更多

[Objectives]To study the protective effect of Ershiwuwei Songshi Pills on chronic liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCL4)in rats before and after the modification conforming to the compatibility theory of Tibetan medicine,and to explore its action mechanism.[Methods]Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,model group,Hugan tablets group(0.490 g/kg),Ershiwuwei Songshi Pills group(0.117 g/kg),and Modified Ershiwuwei Songshi Pills group(removing cinnabaris,Aristolochia contorta,and Aconitum naviculare,0.105 g/kg).Except the blank group,the remaining groups were injected subcutaneously with 20%carbon tetrachloride olive oil solution every 3 d,and modeled for 6 weeks.During this time,intragastrically administered corresponding drugs.Six weeks later,blood was taken from the femoral artery,and the rats were killed through dislocating the cervical spine,the liver was taken,and the content of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)was determined.Then,liver fibrosis indicators tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were detected by immunohistochemical method.[Results]Compared with the model group,the pathological map of the liver section showed that liver injury was improved in each administration group.The serum ALT and AST contents in rats of each administration group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the protein expressions of NF-κB,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in liver tissue were also reduced by varying degrees(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Ershiwuwei Songshi Pills and its modification group have a protective effect on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride.The modified prescription conforms to the compatibility rules of Tibetan medicine.The mechanism may be related to reducing the damage caused by inflammatory factors through regulating the role of inflammatory signaling pathway.Thus,it can be used as a reference for future optimization proposals. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the effects of lignans from seeds of Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall.(SHC)on expression of TGF-β/Smads in liver tissue of hepatic alcohol-injuried rats,and to explore its protective mechanism.[Methods]A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups.The rats in all the groups except those in the normal group were given with white spirit by gavage for 8 weeks to establish alcoholic liver injury models.After rat models were established successfully,they were administered intragastrically with 400,200 and 100 mg/kg of lignans,respectively.The rats in the normal group were administered intragastrically with 50 mg/kg of silymarin.The administration lasted for 8 weeks,once a day.The changes in the general state,liver tissue pathology and collagen deposition of the rats were observed.The expression of TGF-β,TGF-β1 receptor 1(TβR-I),TGF-β1 receptor 2(TβR-II),Smad2/p-Smad2 and Smad3/p-Smad3 in the hepatic tissue was detected.[Results]The expression levels of TGF-β1,Smad2,p-Smad2,and p-Smad3 significantly declined,and the expression levels of TβR-I,TβR-II and Smad3 did not change significantly in the liver tissue of rats in the lignans groups and the expression levels of TGF-β,Smad2,and p-Smad3 significantly declined.Meanwhile,the expression levels of TβR-I,TβR-II,p-Smad2 and Smad3 did not change significantly in the silymarin group.[Conclusions]The lignans from SHC have significant intervention effects on alcoholic livery injury.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation,TGF-βsecretion and p-Smad2,p-Smad3 expression in the signaling pathway. 展开更多

[Objectives]To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats.[Methods]Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,polyene phosphatidylcholine(82.08 mg/kg)positive control group and Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill high(180 mg/kg),medium(90 mg/kg)and low(45 mg/kg)dose groups.The rats in each group were given corresponding drugs by intragastric administration for 3 d and fed normally.From the 4th d,all groups except the normal control group were fed with 15 mL/kg liquor(56%vol)for 7 d after 2 h of administration.After the last modeling,the levels of AST,ALT,TC,TG,SOD,GSH in serum and IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αin liver tissue were measured.The protein expressions of Bax,Bcl-2 and Caspase3 were determined by Western blotting.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue under light microscope.[Results]Compared with the model group,the body weight and the levels of SOD and GSH in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group;liver index,serum ALT,AST,TC,TG,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05);HE staining showed that there was a small amount of collagen proliferation and lymphocyte infiltration in connective tissue around the hepatic portal area in the model group,multiple inflammatory foci could be seen in the lobules,and round fat vacuoles could be seen in the cytoplasm;in each administration group,the pathological condition of the liver was mild.[Conclusions]Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill had a certain protective effect on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats,and its mechanism might be related to reducing enzyme,promoting lipid metabolism and anti-inflammation. 展开更多

Autoimmune diseases are characterized by an imbalance between regulatory T cells and effector T-cell subsets, such as Thl and Th17 cells. Studies have confirmed that natural CD4+Foxp3+ Tregs were unstable and dysfunctional in the presence of pro-inflammatory cytokines. In the current study, human CD39hi Tregs and CD39low Tregs were sorted from Tregs in vitro after 7 days of expansion. The functions of both Treg subsets were investigated under inflammatory conditions in vitro and in vivo. In the presence of IL-1β and IL-6, cultured CD4+CD39hi Tregs maintained stable forkhead box protein 3 expression, whereas CD4+CD39low Tregs lost Foxp3 expression and trans-differentiated into Thl or Th17 cells. Decreased IL-1βR and IL-6R expression on the CD39hi Tregs was the primary mechanism responsible for Treg stability. In addition, reduced activation of downstream molecules, such as STAT1 and STAT3, through the modulation of CpG demethylation played an important role. Finally, human CD4+CD39hi Tregs but not CD4+CD39low Tregs protected against xenograft versus host disease in model mice. These results strongly implied the physiological importance of CD39 expression and suggested that manipulation of CD39hi Tregs might represent a novel strategy for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. 展开更多

目的对山东省16个地市一氧化碳(CO)中毒情况进行调查分析,探讨有效的预防控制措施。方法收集山东省各地市医院高压氧科治疗的CO中毒患者的信息,对CO中毒患者的性别、年龄分布、中毒程度、中毒原因、中毒场所、治疗方法、开始治疗时间及... 目的对山东省16个地市一氧化碳(CO)中毒情况进行调查分析,探讨有效的预防控制措施。方法收集山东省各地市医院高压氧科治疗的CO中毒患者的信息,对CO中毒患者的性别、年龄分布、中毒程度、中毒原因、中毒场所、治疗方法、开始治疗时间及迟发性脑病发生例数等进行临床分析。结果在2021年11月至2022年3月采暖季山东省16个地市高压氧科治疗CO中毒的患者共15552例,其中男性6992例(44.96%),女性8560例(55.04%);57.74%为50岁以上老年患者;轻度9023例(58.02%),重度1524例(9.8%);中毒原因81.13%为燃煤取暖;中毒场所89.82%为居家;进行高压氧治疗15410例;88.20%在CO中毒24 h内接受高压氧治疗;迟发性脑病358例(2.30%)。结论山东省CO中毒患者数量较多,应采取有效措施,加强防控工作,中毒后应及时高压氧治疗,预防迟发性脑病的发生。 展开更多

To ensure the safety, comfort, and effectiveness of lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robots in the rehabilitation training process, compliance is a prerequisite for human–machine interaction safety. First, under the premise of considering the mechanical structure of the lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robot (LLRER), when conducting the dynamic transmission of the exoskeleton knee joint, the soft axis is added to ensure that the rotation motion and torque are flexibly transmitted to any position to achieve flexible force transmission. Second, to realize the active compliance control of LLRER, the sliding mode impedance closed-loop controller is developed based on the kinematics and dynamics model of LLRER, and the stability of the designed control system is verified by Lyapunov method. Then the experiment is designed to track the collected bicycle rehabilitation motion data stably, and the algorithm and dynamic model are verified to satisfy the experimental requirements. Finally, aiming at the transmission efficiency and response performance of the soft shaft in the torque transmission process of the knee joint, the soft shaft transmission performance test is carried out to test the soft shaft transmission performance and realize the compliance of the LLRER, so as to ensure that the rehabilitation training can be carried out in a safe and comfortable interactive environment. Through the design of rehabilitation exercise training, it is verified that the LLRER of flexible transmission under sliding mode impedance control has good adaptability in the actual environment, and can achieve accurate and flexible control. During the experiment, the effectiveness of monitoring rehabilitation training is brought through the respiratory belt. 展开更多

1992年,湖南农业大学和重庆市农业科学院分别育成小麦光温敏核不育系ES系列和温光敏核不育系C49S系列,为中国小麦杂种优势利用开辟了一条新途径.同年云南省引进ES和C49S进行育性鉴定,筛选出的重庆温光敏不育系C49S-87在云南3个生态区有1... 1992年,湖南农业大学和重庆市农业科学院分别育成小麦光温敏核不育系ES系列和温光敏核不育系C49S系列,为中国小麦杂种优势利用开辟了一条新途径.同年云南省引进ES和C49S进行育性鉴定,筛选出的重庆温光敏不育系C49S-87在云南3个生态区有15~20 d的不育期,利用该不育系育成的杂交小麦品种云杂3号于2002年通过云南省审定并实现了较大面积的生产应用.2001年,利用C49S-87育成不育期更长、育性更稳定、异交结实性更好的不育系K78S,以之组配的云杂5号和云杂6号分别于2004、2005年通过云南省审定.借助云南小麦生长期间多风、少雨的有利条件和K78S的优良异交结实习性,研究建立了父、母本带状种植机械化高效制种技术,制种产量可达到4500 kg/ha以上,促进了杂交小麦品种在云南的推广应用.同时还研发了基于小麦玉米杂交的小麦双单倍体技术用于加速不育系、恢复系创制以及亲本提纯.2005年之后,受配合力优良的实用型不育系少、恢复系育种体系不完善、不育系和恢复系的条锈病抗性丧失等因素影响,云南省在强优势杂交小麦品种选育上进展甚微.本文总结了温光敏两系杂交小麦在云南研究30年的成功经验,并对存在的问题及其对策进行了探讨,以期为今后的杂交小麦育种提供参考. 展开更多

玻璃纤维增强树脂复合材料(Glass fiber reinforced polymer,GFRP)因其耐腐蚀、强度高等优点被广泛应用于航空航天、运输等领域,但在其制作过程中存在分层、气泡等缺陷,故需对其进行无损检测。本文针对不同位置的GFRP脱粘缺陷太赫兹无... 玻璃纤维增强树脂复合材料(Glass fiber reinforced polymer,GFRP)因其耐腐蚀、强度高等优点被广泛应用于航空航天、运输等领域,但在其制作过程中存在分层、气泡等缺陷,故需对其进行无损检测。本文针对不同位置的GFRP脱粘缺陷太赫兹无损检测信号特征微弱的问题进行分析与研究,提出了利用连续小波变换(Continue wavelet transform,CWT)对太赫兹特征进行增强的方法,并通过计算图像对比度客观评价连续小波变换后得到的太赫兹图像。最终选择gaus2小波基函数,对变换后的信号进行缺陷成像,其峰值较原来增强了4.5倍,连续小波变换处理后的太赫兹缺陷成像的图像对比度提升了1.3倍,最终实现了6 mm GFRP 5 mm位置处50μm脱粘缺陷的识别。 展开更多
