It is necessary to explore the flow characteristics and hot workability of LAHS steels during the multi-pass forging process, which is beneficial to the formulation of actual processing parameters. In the study, the multi-pass hot compression experiments of a typical LAHS steel are carried out at a wide range of deformation temperatures and strain rates. It is found that the work hardening rate of the experimental material depends on deformation parameters and deformation passes, which is ascribed to the impacts of static and dynamic softening behaviors. A new model is established to describe the flow characteristics at various deformation passes. Compared to the classical Arrhenius model and modified Zerilli and Armstrong model, the newly proposed model shows higher prediction accuracy with a confidence level of 0.98565. Furthermore, the connection between power dissipation efficiency(PDE) and deformation parameters is revealed by analyzing the microstructures. The PDE cannot be utilized to reflect the efficiency of energy dissipation for microstructure evolution during the entire deformation process, but only to assess the efficiency of energy dissipation for microstructure evolution in a specific deformation parameter state.As a result, an integrated processing map is proposed to better study the hot workability of the LAHS steel, which considers the effects of instability factor(IF), PDE, and distribution and size of grains. The optimized processing parameters for the multi-pass deformation process are the deformation parameters of 1223–1318 K and 0.01–0.08 s^(-1). Complete dynamic recrystallization occurs within the optimized processing parameters with an average grain size of 18.36–42.3 μm. This study will guide the optimization of the forging process of heavy components.展开更多

By legating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery method, acute myocardial infarction model was established. The rat of sham operation group and model group was intragastric administered with physiological saline;other groups were given with corresponding drugs. The cardiac function, the myocardial infarct area, the expression of mitochondrial biogenesis genes such as PGC-1α, PGC-1β, NRF-1mRNA and GSK-3β mRNA, GSK-3β Protein Expression were analyzed. Results: The results revealed that compared with model group, myocardial infarction size, LVDs, LVDd, LVESV, LVEDP, and -dp/dt decreased;LVSP increased in preventive treatment group, COTG treatment group, and CP treatment group (p < 0.05);LVEDV increased in preventive treatment group (p < 0.05), PGC 1 alpha, and PGC 1 beta;the NRF-1 mRNA expression increased in preventive treatment group, COTG treatment group, and CP treatment group (p < 0.05). Chilled chicken is inevitably contaminated by microorganisms during slaughtering and processing,resulting in spoilage.Cutting parts of chilled chicken,especially wings,feet,and other skin-on products,are abundant in c...Chilled chicken is inevitably contaminated by microorganisms during slaughtering and processing,resulting in spoilage.Cutting parts of chilled chicken,especially wings,feet,and other skin-on products,are abundant in collagen,which may be the primary target for degradation by spoilage microorganisms.In this work,a total of 17 isolates of spoilage bacteria that could secrete both collagenase and lipase were determined by raw-chicken juice agar(RJA)method,and the results showed that 7 strains of Serratia,Aeromonas,and Pseudomonas could significantly decompose the collagen ingredients.The gelatin zymography showed that Serratia liquefaciens(F5)and(G7)had apparent degradation bands around 50 kDa,and Aeromonas veronii(G8)and Aeromonas salmonicida(H8)had a band around.65 and 95 kDa,respectively.The lipase and collagenase activities were detected isolate-by-isolate,with F5 showing the highest collagenase activity.For spoilage ability on meat in situ,F5 performed strongest in spoilage ability,indicated by the total viable counts,total volatile basic nitrogen content,sensory scores,lipase,and collagenase activity.This study provides a theoretical basis for spoilage heterogeneity of strains with high-producing collagenase in meat.展开更多

Methods: 36 SD female rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank control group, model group and Cangfudaotan Tang group, 12 cases in each one. After PCOS rat models were made, rats of Cangfudaotan Tang group were treated with Cangfudaotan Tang (1.42 g/kg/d) by intragastric administration for 14 days;blank control and model group were given with isodose saline. The expression of oatp2b1 mRNA/Protein in liver and kidney tissues was measured and the level of testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol (E<sub>2</sub>), luteinizing hormone(LH), Serum total cholesterol (TG), Triacylglycerols (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected at the same time. Results: Compared with blank control group, the expression of oatp2b1 mRNA and the level of TC, TG, LDL, LH, FSH, T in model group were significantly increased (P < 0. 05), while the level of HDL was significantly decreased (P < 0. 05);compared with model group, the expression of oatp2b1 mRNA and the level of TC, TG, LDL in Cangfudaotan Tang group were significantly lowered (P < 0.05);the level of HDL was significantly higher;the oatp2b1 protein in kidney and liver tissues had different degrees of expression, while there was no statistical significance among the three groups. Conclusions: Oatp2b1 might be one of the material bases participating in transportation and transformation of phlegmy dampness. The mechanism of Cangfudaotan Tang treating phlegm dampness type of PCOS may be achieved by regulating the expression of oatp2b1.展开更多
Background:Protein lactylation is a new way for the“metabolic waste”lactic acid to perform novel functions.Nevertheless,our understanding of the contribution of protein lactylation to both tumor progression and ther...Background:Protein lactylation is a new way for the“metabolic waste”lactic acid to perform novel functions.Nevertheless,our understanding of the contribution of protein lactylation to both tumor progression and therapeutic interventions remains imited.The construction of a scoring system for lactylation to predict the prognosis of pancancer patients and to evaluate the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)would improve our understanding of the clinical significance of lactylation.Methods:Consensus clustering analysis of lactylation-related genes was used to cluster 177 pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)patients.Subsequently,a scoring system was developed using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression.Internal validation and external validation were both conducted to assess and confirm the predictive accuracy of the scoring system.Finally,leucine rich repeat containing 1(LRRC1),a newly discovered lactylation-related gene,was analyzed in PAAD in vitro.Results:Utilizing the profiles of 332 lactylation-related genes,a total of 177 patients with PAAD were segregated into two distinct groups.LacCluster^(high) patients had a poorer prognosis than LacCluster^(low) patients.Through the differential analysis between the LacCluster^(high) and LacCluster^(low) groups,we identified additional genes associated with lactylation.These genes were then integrated to construct the LacCluster-enhanced system,which enabled more accurate prognosis prediction for patients with PAAD.Then,a lactylation index containing three genes(LacI-3)was constructed using LASSO regression.This was done to enhance the usability of the LacCluster-enhanced system in the clinic.Compared to those in the LacI-3^(high) subgroup,patients in the LacI-3^(low) subgroup exhibited increased expression of immune checkpoint-related genes,more immune cell infiltration,lower tumor mutation burdens,and better prognoses,indicating a“hot tumor”phenotype.Moreover,knocking down the expression of LRRC1,the hub gene in the LacI-3 scoring system,inhibited PAAD cell invasion,migration,and proliferation in vitro.Ultimately,the significance of LacI-3 across cancers was confirmed.Conclusion:Our findings strongly imply that protein lactylation may represent a new approach to diagnosing and treating malignant tumors.展开更多

However, existing hybrid precoding based on singular value decomposition(SVD) requires the complicated bit allocation to match the different signal-to-noise-ratios(SNRs) of different sub-channels. In this paper,we propose a geometric mean decomposition(GMD)-based hybrid precoding to avoid the complicated bit allocation. Specifically,we seek a pair of analog and digital precoders sufficiently close to the unconstrained fully digital GMD precoder. To achieve this, we fix the analog precoder to design the digital precoder, and vice versa. The analog precoder is designed based on the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP) algorithm, while GMD is used to obtain the digital precoder. Simulations show that the proposed GMD-based hybrid precoding achieves better performance than the conventional SVD-based hybrid precoding with only a slight increase in complexity.展开更多

Mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from human umbilic...The immunomodulatory and anti-oxidative activities of differentiated mesenchymal stem cells contribute to their therapeutic efficacy in cell-replacement therapy. Mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from human umbilical cord and induced to differentiate with basic fibroblast growth factor, nerve growth factor, epidermal growth factor, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and forskolin. The mesenchymal stem cells became rounded with long processes and expressed the neural markers, Tujl, neurofilament 200, microtubule-associated protein-2 and neuron-specific enolase. Nestin expression was significantly reduced after neural induction. The expression of immunoregulatory and anti-oxidative genes was largely unchanged prior to and after neural induction in mesenchymal stem cells. There was no significant difference in the effects of control and induced mesenchymal stem cells on lymphocyte proliferation in co-culture experiments. However, the expression of human leukocyte antigen-G decreased significantly in induced neuron-like cells. These results suggest that growth factor-based methods enable the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cell toward immature neuronal-like cells, which retain their immunomodulatory and anti-oxidative activities.展开更多

Preoperative diagnosis is important because germinomas are sensitive to radiation therapy and chemotherapy so that treatment trends and prognosis differ from other intramedullary spinal cord tumors. Preoperative radiologic diagnosis is very difficult because of this rarity. In this case a 22-year-old woman with a 4-month history of gradual numbness and weakness of both lower extremities was found to have a solid tumor in the thoracic cord between the T9 and T11 vertebral bodies. No other neoplastic lesion was found inside or outside the central nervous system. The patient underwent surgery, and the intrarnedullary lesion was almost totally resected. Serum HCG was elevated postoperatively without pregnancy. The pathological diagnosis was conclusively that of a germinoma. The previous 23 cases of primary spinal cord germinoma were reviewed for comparison.展开更多

The epitaxial structure is grown with a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) system. Al 0.5Ga 0.5 As/Al As is used for the distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs), and GaInP/AlGaInP multiple-quantum wells for the active region. Two RCLED samples have been fabricated, one with a cladding layer cavity and the other without. Experimental results show that the cladding layer cavity can improve the internal quantum efficiency effectively, so that an external quantum efficiency of 7.4% at 20 mA is reached. Meanwhile, the sample with cladding layer cavity also shows a spectral stability as the injected current changing from 20 mA to 100 mA.展开更多
ExpertRecommendation(ER)aims to identify domain experts with high expertise and willingness to provide answers to questions in Community Question Answering(CQA)web services.How to model questions and users in the hete...ExpertRecommendation(ER)aims to identify domain experts with high expertise and willingness to provide answers to questions in Community Question Answering(CQA)web services.How to model questions and users in the heterogeneous content network is critical to this task.Most traditional methods focus on modeling questions and users based on the textual content left in the community while ignoring the structural properties of heterogeneous CQA networks and always suffering from textual data sparsity issues.Recent approaches take advantage of structural proximities between nodes and attempt to fuse the textual content of nodes for modeling.However,they often fail to distinguish the nodes’personalized preferences and only consider the textual content of a part of the nodes in network embedding learning,while ignoring the semantic relevance of nodes.In this paper,we propose a novel framework that jointly considers the structural proximity relations and textual semantic relevance to model users and questions more comprehensively.Specifically,we learn topology-based embeddings through a hierarchical attentive network learning strategy,in which the proximity information and the personalized preference of nodes are encoded and preserved.Meanwhile,we utilize the node’s textual content and the text correlation between adjacent nodes to build the content-based embedding through a meta-context-aware skip-gram model.In addition,the user’s relative answer quality is incorporated to promote the ranking performance.Experimental results show that our proposed framework consistently and significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art baselines on three real-world datasets by taking the deep semantic understanding and structural feature learning together.The performance of the proposed work is analyzed in terms of MRR,P@K,and MAP and is proven to be more advanced than the existing methodologies.展开更多

In the absence of ...This paper is focused on a 940 nm edge type of semiconductor laser, which is made from 940 nm InGaAs double-quantum-well epitaxial wafer, produced by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD). In the absence of coating, the efficiency at the room temperature is 0.89 W/A, and the averaged threshold current is 0.307 A. The present study investigates the impact of temperature on the P-I curve, V-I curve and the centre wavelength, the temperature ranging from 286.15 - 333.15 K. It shows that the threshold current increases from 0.28 A to 0.41 A with the increasing temperature. The increase rate is 0.0027 A/K. With the temperature ranging from 286.15 - 333.15 K, the characteristic temperature is calculated to be 120 K. At driven current of 2 A, the output power decreases from 1.47 W to 1.27 W at a rate of 0.00425 W/K. At a constant voltage, the output current initially increases with the temperature within a certain range, beyond which the impact of the temperature is minimum. The ideal factor obtained from V-I curve by curve fitting is 1.076. The series resistance is 0.609 Ω. The centre wavelength shifts to a longer wavelength with the increasing temperature at a rate of 0.275288 nm/K.展开更多

文摘Chilled chicken is inevitably contaminated by microorganisms during slaughtering and processing,resulting in spoilage.Cutting parts of chilled chicken,especially wings,feet,and other skin-on products,are abundant in collagen,which may be the primary target for degradation by spoilage microorganisms.In this work,a total of 17 isolates of spoilage bacteria that could secrete both collagenase and lipase were determined by raw-chicken juice agar(RJA)method,and the results showed that 7 strains of Serratia,Aeromonas,and Pseudomonas could significantly decompose the collagen ingredients.The gelatin zymography showed that Serratia liquefaciens(F5)and(G7)had apparent degradation bands around 50 kDa,and Aeromonas veronii(G8)and Aeromonas salmonicida(H8)had a band around.65 and 95 kDa,respectively.The lipase and collagenase activities were detected isolate-by-isolate,with F5 showing the highest collagenase activity.For spoilage ability on meat in situ,F5 performed strongest in spoilage ability,indicated by the total viable counts,total volatile basic nitrogen content,sensory scores,lipase,and collagenase activity.This study provides a theoretical basis for spoilage heterogeneity of strains with high-producing collagenase in meat.
文摘Objective: To explore the effect of Cangfudaotan Tang on phlegm dampness type of PCOS and the role of oatp2b1 in transportation and transformation of phlegm dampness. Methods: 36 SD female rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank control group, model group and Cangfudaotan Tang group, 12 cases in each one. After PCOS rat models were made, rats of Cangfudaotan Tang group were treated with Cangfudaotan Tang (1.42 g/kg/d) by intragastric administration for 14 days;blank control and model group were given with isodose saline. The expression of oatp2b1 mRNA/Protein in liver and kidney tissues was measured and the level of testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol (E<sub>2</sub>), luteinizing hormone(LH), Serum total cholesterol (TG), Triacylglycerols (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected at the same time. Results: Compared with blank control group, the expression of oatp2b1 mRNA and the level of TC, TG, LDL, LH, FSH, T in model group were significantly increased (P < 0. 05), while the level of HDL was significantly decreased (P < 0. 05);compared with model group, the expression of oatp2b1 mRNA and the level of TC, TG, LDL in Cangfudaotan Tang group were significantly lowered (P < 0.05);the level of HDL was significantly higher;the oatp2b1 protein in kidney and liver tissues had different degrees of expression, while there was no statistical significance among the three groups. Conclusions: Oatp2b1 might be one of the material bases participating in transportation and transformation of phlegmy dampness. The mechanism of Cangfudaotan Tang treating phlegm dampness type of PCOS may be achieved by regulating the expression of oatp2b1.

文摘Background:Protein lactylation is a new way for the“metabolic waste”lactic acid to perform novel functions.Nevertheless,our understanding of the contribution of protein lactylation to both tumor progression and therapeutic interventions remains imited.The construction of a scoring system for lactylation to predict the prognosis of pancancer patients and to evaluate the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)would improve our understanding of the clinical significance of lactylation.Methods:Consensus clustering analysis of lactylation-related genes was used to cluster 177 pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)patients.Subsequently,a scoring system was developed using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression.Internal validation and external validation were both conducted to assess and confirm the predictive accuracy of the scoring system.Finally,leucine rich repeat containing 1(LRRC1),a newly discovered lactylation-related gene,was analyzed in PAAD in vitro.Results:Utilizing the profiles of 332 lactylation-related genes,a total of 177 patients with PAAD were segregated into two distinct groups.LacCluster^(high) patients had a poorer prognosis than LacCluster^(low) patients.Through the differential analysis between the LacCluster^(high) and LacCluster^(low) groups,we identified additional genes associated with lactylation.These genes were then integrated to construct the LacCluster-enhanced system,which enabled more accurate prognosis prediction for patients with PAAD.Then,a lactylation index containing three genes(LacI-3)was constructed using LASSO regression.This was done to enhance the usability of the LacCluster-enhanced system in the clinic.Compared to those in the LacI-3^(high) subgroup,patients in the LacI-3^(low) subgroup exhibited increased expression of immune checkpoint-related genes,more immune cell infiltration,lower tumor mutation burdens,and better prognoses,indicating a“hot tumor”phenotype.Moreover,knocking down the expression of LRRC1,the hub gene in the LacI-3 scoring system,inhibited PAAD cell invasion,migration,and proliferation in vitro.Ultimately,the significance of LacI-3 across cancers was confirmed.Conclusion:Our findings strongly imply that protein lactylation may represent a new approach to diagnosing and treating malignant tumors.

文摘Hybrid precoding can reduce the number of required radio frequency(RF)chains in millimeter-Wave(mmWave) massive MIMO systems. However, existing hybrid precoding based on singular value decomposition(SVD) requires the complicated bit allocation to match the different signal-to-noise-ratios(SNRs) of different sub-channels. In this paper,we propose a geometric mean decomposition(GMD)-based hybrid precoding to avoid the complicated bit allocation. Specifically,we seek a pair of analog and digital precoders sufficiently close to the unconstrained fully digital GMD precoder. To achieve this, we fix the analog precoder to design the digital precoder, and vice versa. The analog precoder is designed based on the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP) algorithm, while GMD is used to obtain the digital precoder. Simulations show that the proposed GMD-based hybrid precoding achieves better performance than the conventional SVD-based hybrid precoding with only a slight increase in complexity.

文摘The immunomodulatory and anti-oxidative activities of differentiated mesenchymal stem cells contribute to their therapeutic efficacy in cell-replacement therapy. Mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from human umbilical cord and induced to differentiate with basic fibroblast growth factor, nerve growth factor, epidermal growth factor, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and forskolin. The mesenchymal stem cells became rounded with long processes and expressed the neural markers, Tujl, neurofilament 200, microtubule-associated protein-2 and neuron-specific enolase. Nestin expression was significantly reduced after neural induction. The expression of immunoregulatory and anti-oxidative genes was largely unchanged prior to and after neural induction in mesenchymal stem cells. There was no significant difference in the effects of control and induced mesenchymal stem cells on lymphocyte proliferation in co-culture experiments. However, the expression of human leukocyte antigen-G decreased significantly in induced neuron-like cells. These results suggest that growth factor-based methods enable the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cell toward immature neuronal-like cells, which retain their immunomodulatory and anti-oxidative activities.

文摘The hydrophobicity of polluted silicone rubber was improved rapidly under plasma jet treatment.It is an important phenomenon of the interaction between the plasma jet and the porous surface,and shows a wide application prospect in the power system.In this process,the spatial characteristics and dose of plasma jet are very important.Therefore,the variation of hydrophobicity of polluted silicone rubber under plasma jet treatment was studied,and the spatial characteristics and dose of plasma jet on polluted silicone rubber were also investigated in the work.The results show that the surface property(hydrophilic or hydrophobic)depended on the dose of plasma applied to the surface.The effective treated area was a circle,and the contact angles changed along the radial direction of the circle.This was attributable to the diffusion of plasma bullets on the surface and the distribution of plasma species.The plasma dose could be characterized by the energy density of the plasma applied on the surface.With the increase of plasma dose,the surface contact angles first increased rapidly and then decreased gradually.

文摘Ni50Mn25Ga20Fe5 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy microwires with diameters of^30-50μm and grain sizes of^2-5μm were prepared by melt-extraction technique.A step-wise chemical ordering annealing was carried out to improve the superelasticity strain and recovery ratio which were hampered by the internal stress,compositional inhomogeneity,and high-density defects in the as-extracted Ni50Mn25Ga20Fe5 microwires.The annealed microwires exhibited enhanced atomic ordering degree,narrow thermal hysteresis,and high saturation magnetization under a low magnetic field.As a result,the annealed microwire showed decreased superelastic critical stress,improved reversibility,and a high superelastic strain(1.9%)with a large recovery ratio(>96%).This kind of filamentous material with superior superelastic effects may be promising materials for minor-devices.

文摘Primary germinoma in the spinal cord is very rare. Preoperative diagnosis is important because germinomas are sensitive to radiation therapy and chemotherapy so that treatment trends and prognosis differ from other intramedullary spinal cord tumors. Preoperative radiologic diagnosis is very difficult because of this rarity. In this case a 22-year-old woman with a 4-month history of gradual numbness and weakness of both lower extremities was found to have a solid tumor in the thoracic cord between the T9 and T11 vertebral bodies. No other neoplastic lesion was found inside or outside the central nervous system. The patient underwent surgery, and the intrarnedullary lesion was almost totally resected. Serum HCG was elevated postoperatively without pregnancy. The pathological diagnosis was conclusively that of a germinoma. The previous 23 cases of primary spinal cord germinoma were reviewed for comparison.
文摘Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)technique can detect the dispersion of water molecules in the white matter of the spinal cord,the integrity of the spinal fiber bundle,and the pathological changes after injury.Clinically,DTI is sensitive to acute and chronic spinal cord injuries,and is most commonly used for the diagnosis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,multiple sclerosis,secondary brain damage after spinal cord injury,and spinal nerve root damage.In animal studies involving rats,monkeys,cattle,cats,pigs,dogs,etc.,DTI could quantitatively analyze the microstructural and pathological changes of the injured spinal cord and provide a powerful auxiliary diagnosis for behavioral evaluation.
文摘High efficiency 650 nm resonant cavity light emitting diodes (RCLEDs) with a cladding layer cavity are reported. The epitaxial structure is grown with a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) system. Al 0.5Ga 0.5 As/Al As is used for the distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs), and GaInP/AlGaInP multiple-quantum wells for the active region. Two RCLED samples have been fabricated, one with a cladding layer cavity and the other without. Experimental results show that the cladding layer cavity can improve the internal quantum efficiency effectively, so that an external quantum efficiency of 7.4% at 20 mA is reached. Meanwhile, the sample with cladding layer cavity also shows a spectral stability as the injected current changing from 20 mA to 100 mA.
文摘ExpertRecommendation(ER)aims to identify domain experts with high expertise and willingness to provide answers to questions in Community Question Answering(CQA)web services.How to model questions and users in the heterogeneous content network is critical to this task.Most traditional methods focus on modeling questions and users based on the textual content left in the community while ignoring the structural properties of heterogeneous CQA networks and always suffering from textual data sparsity issues.Recent approaches take advantage of structural proximities between nodes and attempt to fuse the textual content of nodes for modeling.However,they often fail to distinguish the nodes’personalized preferences and only consider the textual content of a part of the nodes in network embedding learning,while ignoring the semantic relevance of nodes.In this paper,we propose a novel framework that jointly considers the structural proximity relations and textual semantic relevance to model users and questions more comprehensively.Specifically,we learn topology-based embeddings through a hierarchical attentive network learning strategy,in which the proximity information and the personalized preference of nodes are encoded and preserved.Meanwhile,we utilize the node’s textual content and the text correlation between adjacent nodes to build the content-based embedding through a meta-context-aware skip-gram model.In addition,the user’s relative answer quality is incorporated to promote the ranking performance.Experimental results show that our proposed framework consistently and significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art baselines on three real-world datasets by taking the deep semantic understanding and structural feature learning together.The performance of the proposed work is analyzed in terms of MRR,P@K,and MAP and is proven to be more advanced than the existing methodologies.

文摘This paper is focused on a 940 nm edge type of semiconductor laser, which is made from 940 nm InGaAs double-quantum-well epitaxial wafer, produced by Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD). In the absence of coating, the efficiency at the room temperature is 0.89 W/A, and the averaged threshold current is 0.307 A. The present study investigates the impact of temperature on the P-I curve, V-I curve and the centre wavelength, the temperature ranging from 286.15 - 333.15 K. It shows that the threshold current increases from 0.28 A to 0.41 A with the increasing temperature. The increase rate is 0.0027 A/K. With the temperature ranging from 286.15 - 333.15 K, the characteristic temperature is calculated to be 120 K. At driven current of 2 A, the output power decreases from 1.47 W to 1.27 W at a rate of 0.00425 W/K. At a constant voltage, the output current initially increases with the temperature within a certain range, beyond which the impact of the temperature is minimum. The ideal factor obtained from V-I curve by curve fitting is 1.076. The series resistance is 0.609 Ω. The centre wavelength shifts to a longer wavelength with the increasing temperature at a rate of 0.275288 nm/K.
