There is currently no consensus on the definition and diagnostic criteria of hyperandrogenism in PCOS. ...Biochemical or clinical changes of hyperandrogenism are important elements of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). There is currently no consensus on the definition and diagnostic criteria of hyperandrogenism in PCOS. The aim of this study was to investigate the complex symptoms of hyperandrogenic disorders and the correlations between metabolism and hyperandrogenism in patients with PCOS from an outpatient reproductive medicine clinic in China. We conducted a case control study of 125 PCOS patients and 130 controls to evaluate differences in body mass index (BMI), total testosterone (TT), modified Ferriman-Gallwey hirsutism score, sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), homeostasis model assessment-estimated insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) and free androgen index (FAI) between PCOS patients and controls and subgroups of PCOS. The prevalence of acne and hirsutism did not differ significantly between the hyperandrogenic and non-hyperandrogenic subgroup. Patients with signs of hyper- androgenism had significantly higher BMI (P 〈 0.05), but differences in TT, SHBG, FAI and waist/hip ratio were insignificant. The odds ratio of overweight was calculated for all PCOS patients. Our results suggest that PCOS patients with high BMI tend to have functional disorders of androgen excess; therefore, BMI may be a strong pre-dictor of hyperandrogenism in PCOS.展开更多
Cloud storage is widely used by large companies to store vast amounts of data and files,offering flexibility,financial savings,and security.However,information shoplifting poses significant threats,potentially leading...Cloud storage is widely used by large companies to store vast amounts of data and files,offering flexibility,financial savings,and security.However,information shoplifting poses significant threats,potentially leading to poor performance and privacy breaches.Blockchain-based cognitive computing can help protect and maintain information security and privacy in cloud platforms,ensuring businesses can focus on business development.To ensure data security in cloud platforms,this research proposed a blockchain-based Hybridized Data Driven Cognitive Computing(HD2C)model.However,the proposed HD2C framework addresses breaches of the privacy information of mixed participants of the Internet of Things(IoT)in the cloud.HD2C is developed by combining Federated Learning(FL)with a Blockchain consensus algorithm to connect smart contracts with Proof of Authority.The“Data Island”problem can be solved by FL’s emphasis on privacy and lightning-fast processing,while Blockchain provides a decentralized incentive structure that is impervious to poisoning.FL with Blockchain allows quick consensus through smart member selection and verification.The HD2C paradigm significantly improves the computational processing efficiency of intelligent manufacturing.Extensive analysis results derived from IIoT datasets confirm HD2C superiority.When compared to other consensus algorithms,the Blockchain PoA’s foundational cost is significant.The accuracy and memory utilization evaluation results predict the total benefits of the system.In comparison to the values 0.004 and 0.04,the value of 0.4 achieves good accuracy.According to the experiment results,the number of transactions per second has minimal impact on memory requirements.The findings of this study resulted in the development of a brand-new IIoT framework based on blockchain technology.展开更多

In this research, we investigated the remedial effect of slL-1-R Ⅱ administration on endometriosis in the nude mouse model. Methods: Nineteen nude model mice with endometriosis were randomly divided into three groups: group A was treated by intraperitoneal administration with only slL-1 R Ⅱ for two weeks, group B was similarly treated with only IL- 1, and group C (control) was administered saline. After 2 weeks, the size of the ectopic endometrial lesions was calculated, and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and B-cell lymphoma leukemia-2 (Bcl- 2) were detected by immunohistochemistry. The IL-8 and VEGF levels in the peritoneal fluid (PF) and serum were also measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The mean size of ectopic endometrial lesion did not differ between the three groups (P 〉 0.05). Compared with the control, the expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 was significantly lower in group A, and higher in group B. In the three groups, the levels of IL-8 in the PF and serum were highest in group A, and lowest in group B. Conclusion: slL-1 R Ⅱ may suppresse hyperplasia of ectopic endometriosis, perhaps by reducing the expression of certain cytokines, such as VEGF, IL-8, and Bcl-2, which could provide a new clinical strategy for the treatment of endometriosis.展开更多
To address the low-resolution imaging problem in relation to traditional Range Doppler(RD)algorithm,this paper intends to propose a new algorithm based on Fractional Fourier Transform(FrFT),which proves highly advanta...To address the low-resolution imaging problem in relation to traditional Range Doppler(RD)algorithm,this paper intends to propose a new algorithm based on Fractional Fourier Transform(FrFT),which proves highly advantageous in the acquisition of high-resolution Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)images.The expression of the optimal order of SAR range signals using FrFT is deduced in detail,and the corresponding expression of the azimuth signal is also given.Theoretical analysis shows that,the optimal order in range(azimuth)direction,which turns out to be very unique,depends on the known imaging parameters of SAR,therefore the engineering practicability of FrFT-RD algorithm can be greatly improved without the need of order iteration.The FrFT-RD algorithm is established after an analysis of the optimal time-frequency transform.Experimental results demonstrate that,compared with traditional RD algorithm,the main-lobe width of the peak-point target of FrFT-RD algorithm is narrow in both range and azimuth directions.While the peak amplitude of the first side-lobe is reduced significantly,those of other side-lobes also drop in various degrees.In this way,the imaging resolution of range and azimuth can be increased considerably.展开更多

The role of excess androgen in PCOS etiology remains disputed, since around 20%-50% of PCOS women do not display hyperandrogenemia. The microenvironment of the ovary critically influences follicular development. In the present study, we assessed the role of androgen in PCOS by investigating whether excessive follicular fluid androgen was present in PCOS patients with normal serum androgen levels and influenced by follicular fluid insulin resistance(IR).Follicular fluid samples of 105 women with PCOS and 105 controls were collected. Levels of steroid hormones,glucose and insulin in the follicular fluid were examined and compared with data from serum biochemistry tests. We found that 64.9%(63/97) of PCOS patients with normal serum androgen levels displayed abnormally high follicular fluid androgen level. The follicular fluid androgen level was positively correlated with follicular fluid IR within a certain range and follicular fluid estrogen-to-testosterone(E2/T) ratio was significantly reduced in these patients.These results indicated that there existed a subgroup of PCOS patients who displayed excessive follicular fluid androgen and IR despite their normal circulating testosterone(T) levels. Our study highlights the importance of ovary hyperandrogenism and IR in the etiology of PCOS.展开更多
The Rapidly-exploring Random Tree(RRT)algorithm is an efficient path-planning algorithm based on random sampling.The RRT^(*)algorithm is a variant of the RRT algorithm that can achieve convergence to the optimal solut...The Rapidly-exploring Random Tree(RRT)algorithm is an efficient path-planning algorithm based on random sampling.The RRT^(*)algorithm is a variant of the RRT algorithm that can achieve convergence to the optimal solution.However,it has been proven to take an infinite time to do so.An improved Quick-RRT^(*)(Q-RRT^(*))algorithm based on a virtual light source is proposed in this paper to overcome this problem.The virtual light-based Q-RRT^(*)(LQRRT^(*))takes advantage of the heuristic information generated by the virtual light on the map.In this way,the tree can find the initial solution quickly.Next,the LQRRT^(*)algorithm combines the heuristic information with the optimization capability of the Q-RRT^(*)algorithm to find the approximate optimal solution.LQRRT^(*)further optimizes the sampling space compared with the Q-RRT^(*)algorithm and improves the sampling efficiency.The efficiency of the algorithm is verified by comparison experiments in different simulation environments.The results show that the proposed algorithm can converge to the approximate optimal solution in less time and with lower memory consumption.展开更多

And the problems in the aspects of new space service level, space service facility construction and space service evaluation mechanism are pointed out. Many genes have been identifie...Objective: Nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate(NSCL/P) is a common birth defect with unclear etiology. Both genetic and environmental factors may contribute to NSCL/P. Many genes have been identified as candidate genes associated with this disease. Interferon regulatory factor 6(IRF6) gene and transforming growth factor-a(TGFA) gene seem to be crucial in the predisposition of NSCL/ P. Here we evaluated some single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) loci of TGFA and IRF6 genes in Chinese nuclear families consisting of fathers, mothers and affected offspring with NSCL/P. Methods:Fifty patients of NSCL/P were confirmed by the plastic surgeons. They and their parents were included in the study, all with the informed consents. SNPs loci of TGFA and IRF6 genes were analyzed by microarray technology. Some PCR products were randomly chosen and sequenced to check microarray results. The distribution of gene type and allele frequency between patient group and parents group were compared. Then a Haplotype Relative Risk(HRR) and Transmission Disequilibrium Test(TDT) were performed. Results:The sequences of randomly selected PCR products were all consistent with the microarray results. All loci were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. There were no significant differences in the distribution of genotypes and alleles between patients and their parents. Using HRR and TDT analyses the V274I of IRF6 was associated with NSCL/P, while another SNP locus oflRF6 was not. Strong evidence of linkage disequilibrium was found between the 2 SNP loci of TGFA and disease with the HRR analysis, but not with the TDT analysis. Conclusion:Our study confirms the contribution of IRF6 in the etiology of NSCL/P in populations of Asian ancestry. The association of TGFA with NSCL/P requires further research.展开更多

In order to explore the differences, influencing factors and ways to improve the information acquisition of college students in higher education institutions, 306 questionnaires from students in five higher vocational colleges were collected and analyzed. It was found that there was no significant difference in the information acquisition ability of students by gender. However, the majors of higher vocational college students have a significant impact on their information acquisition ability. It was suggested to taking comprehensive measures to improve the information acquisition ability of students in higher vocational colleges according to their characteristics.展开更多
Calciphylaxis is a rare disease characterized histologically by microvessel calcification and microthrombosis,with high mortality and no proven therapy.Here,we reported a severe uremic calciphylaxis patient with progr...Calciphylaxis is a rare disease characterized histologically by microvessel calcification and microthrombosis,with high mortality and no proven therapy.Here,we reported a severe uremic calciphylaxis patient with progressive skin ischemia,large areas of painful malodorous ulcers,and mummified legs.Because of the worsening symptoms and signs refractory to conventional therapies,treatment with human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hAMSCs)was approved.Preclinical release inspections of hAMSCs,efficacy,and safety assessment,including cytokine secretory ability,immunocompetence,tumorigenicity,and genetics analysis in vitro,were introduced.We further performed acute and long-term hAMSC toxicity evaluations in C57BL/6 mice and rats,abnormal immune response tests in C57BL/6 mice,and tumorigenicity tests in neonatal Balbc-nu nude mice.After the preclinical research,the patient was treated with hAMSCs by intravenous and local intramuscular injection and external supernatant application to the ulcers.When followed up to 15 months,the blood-based markers of bone and mineral metabolism improved,with skin soft tissue regeneration and a more favorable profile of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Skin biopsy after 1-month treatment showed vascular regeneration with mature noncalcified vessels within the dermis,and 20 months later,the re-epithelialization restored the integrity of the damaged site.No infusion or local treatment-related adverse events occurred.Thus,this novel long-term intravenous combined with local treatment with hAMSCs warrants further investigation as a potential regenerative treatment for uremic calciphylaxis due to effects of inhibiting vascular calcification,stimulating angiogenesis and myogenesis,anti-inflammatory and immune modulation,multidifferentiation,re-epithelialization,and restoration of integrity.展开更多

文摘The Rapidly-exploring Random Tree(RRT)algorithm is an efficient path-planning algorithm based on random sampling.The RRT^(*)algorithm is a variant of the RRT algorithm that can achieve convergence to the optimal solution.However,it has been proven to take an infinite time to do so.An improved Quick-RRT^(*)(Q-RRT^(*))algorithm based on a virtual light source is proposed in this paper to overcome this problem.The virtual light-based Q-RRT^(*)(LQRRT^(*))takes advantage of the heuristic information generated by the virtual light on the map.In this way,the tree can find the initial solution quickly.Next,the LQRRT^(*)algorithm combines the heuristic information with the optimization capability of the Q-RRT^(*)algorithm to find the approximate optimal solution.LQRRT^(*)further optimizes the sampling space compared with the Q-RRT^(*)algorithm and improves the sampling efficiency.The efficiency of the algorithm is verified by comparison experiments in different simulation environments.The results show that the proposed algorithm can converge to the approximate optimal solution in less time and with lower memory consumption.
文摘This paper provides references for the space service of public libraries in China. 51 public libraries in East China were investigated in terms of space type, space facilities and space service reconstruction;the current situation of space service was analyzed and some problems were revealed. Based on the investigation, the characteristics of public libraries’ space service in East China are summarized from the perspective of space type, space service concept and space service mode. And the problems in the aspects of new space service level, space service facility construction and space service evaluation mechanism are pointed out. Through the analysis, space service strategies of public libraries in China are proposed: libraries’ overall quality should be strengthened;space service based on information technology should be promoted;users’ needs should be respected and evaluation mechanism should be developed.
文摘This article mainly explores and analyzes the application of network broadcast in the lecture service of university library under the cloudization background. By using the online survey method to investigate the lectures in some universities, it introduces the classification and characteristics of the network broadcast and obtains the advantage of network broadcast applied to lecture training through making contrast between the means of network multimedia. The result shows that the introduction of network broadcast can realize more customized, virtual and specialized lecture services, and facilitate the transformation of university library services in the digital era.

文摘Objective: Nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate(NSCL/P) is a common birth defect with unclear etiology. Both genetic and environmental factors may contribute to NSCL/P. Many genes have been identified as candidate genes associated with this disease. Interferon regulatory factor 6(IRF6) gene and transforming growth factor-a(TGFA) gene seem to be crucial in the predisposition of NSCL/ P. Here we evaluated some single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) loci of TGFA and IRF6 genes in Chinese nuclear families consisting of fathers, mothers and affected offspring with NSCL/P. Methods:Fifty patients of NSCL/P were confirmed by the plastic surgeons. They and their parents were included in the study, all with the informed consents. SNPs loci of TGFA and IRF6 genes were analyzed by microarray technology. Some PCR products were randomly chosen and sequenced to check microarray results. The distribution of gene type and allele frequency between patient group and parents group were compared. Then a Haplotype Relative Risk(HRR) and Transmission Disequilibrium Test(TDT) were performed. Results:The sequences of randomly selected PCR products were all consistent with the microarray results. All loci were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. There were no significant differences in the distribution of genotypes and alleles between patients and their parents. Using HRR and TDT analyses the V274I of IRF6 was associated with NSCL/P, while another SNP locus oflRF6 was not. Strong evidence of linkage disequilibrium was found between the 2 SNP loci of TGFA and disease with the HRR analysis, but not with the TDT analysis. Conclusion:Our study confirms the contribution of IRF6 in the etiology of NSCL/P in populations of Asian ancestry. The association of TGFA with NSCL/P requires further research.

文摘This paper aims to analyze the microblog data published by the official account in a certain province of China,and finds out the rule of Weibo that is easier to be forwarded in the new police media perspective.In this paper,a new topic-based model is proposed.Firstly,the LDA topic clustering algorithm is used to extract the topic categories with forwarding heat from the microblogs with high forwarding numbers,then the Naive Bayesian algorithm is used to topic categories.The sample data is processed to predict the type of microblog forwarding.In order to evaluate this method,a large number of microblog online data is used to analysis.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately predict the forwarding of Weibo.
文摘The explosive growth of all kinds of online information brought by mobile Internet has brought challenges to the information acquisition ability of students in higher education institutions. In order to explore the differences, influencing factors and ways to improve the information acquisition of college students in higher education institutions, 306 questionnaires from students in five higher vocational colleges were collected and analyzed. It was found that there was no significant difference in the information acquisition ability of students by gender. However, the majors of higher vocational college students have a significant impact on their information acquisition ability. It was suggested to taking comprehensive measures to improve the information acquisition ability of students in higher vocational colleges according to their characteristics.

文摘Calciphylaxis is a rare disease characterized histologically by microvessel calcification and microthrombosis,with high mortality and no proven therapy.Here,we reported a severe uremic calciphylaxis patient with progressive skin ischemia,large areas of painful malodorous ulcers,and mummified legs.Because of the worsening symptoms and signs refractory to conventional therapies,treatment with human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hAMSCs)was approved.Preclinical release inspections of hAMSCs,efficacy,and safety assessment,including cytokine secretory ability,immunocompetence,tumorigenicity,and genetics analysis in vitro,were introduced.We further performed acute and long-term hAMSC toxicity evaluations in C57BL/6 mice and rats,abnormal immune response tests in C57BL/6 mice,and tumorigenicity tests in neonatal Balbc-nu nude mice.After the preclinical research,the patient was treated with hAMSCs by intravenous and local intramuscular injection and external supernatant application to the ulcers.When followed up to 15 months,the blood-based markers of bone and mineral metabolism improved,with skin soft tissue regeneration and a more favorable profile of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Skin biopsy after 1-month treatment showed vascular regeneration with mature noncalcified vessels within the dermis,and 20 months later,the re-epithelialization restored the integrity of the damaged site.No infusion or local treatment-related adverse events occurred.Thus,this novel long-term intravenous combined with local treatment with hAMSCs warrants further investigation as a potential regenerative treatment for uremic calciphylaxis due to effects of inhibiting vascular calcification,stimulating angiogenesis and myogenesis,anti-inflammatory and immune modulation,multidifferentiation,re-epithelialization,and restoration of integrity.
