The factors contribute to the strength of premiumcasing connections are studied with FEA and full-scale test. The criterions are presented thatensure the connection's strength higher than the pipe. At the same time, the method is given todecrease the peak stress of the connection so as to improve its anticorruption property. At last,full-scale tests are done to test the strength of the connections designed with the methoddescribed, the results show that the connection's strength is higher than the pipe. The business features and the operation pattern ofassembly line based on mass customization are analyzed. And the research emphatically studiesvarious technologic factors to improve customer satisfaction and their corresponding implementmethods in operating assembly line. In addition, the models are proposed for operating assembly lineunder dynamic process environment in mass customization. A genetic approach is developed to providethe optimal solution to the models. A method of acquiring the point data on the surface of the hipbone using the reverseengineering technology is presented. After analyzing the acetabulum surface fitting error, arotation ellipsoid CAD model is applied to fit the acetabulum surface, and then optimizationtechnique is used to find the geometric parameters of the model. The fitting error between thesphere and rotation ellipsoid is compared and gets the result that the fitting error of rotationellipsoid is smaller than sphere, and the rotation ellipsoid can describe the shape of theacetabulum better.展开更多
