Objective: To explore the correlation between free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and hypertension in depression patients with hypothyroidism and its clinical guiding value. Methods: A total of 548 patients diagnosed with hypothyroidism in Wuxue First People’s Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2018 to September 2022 were enrolled. According to whether complicated with depression, they were divided into hypothyroidism without depression group (group A) and hypothyroidism with depression group (group B). The gender, age, comorbidities (such as depression, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, acute myocardial infarction), FT3, FT4, and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were recorded. Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze hypertensive patients with hypothyroidism. Multivariate binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of hypertension in patients with hypothyroidism. Results: The TSH level, the number of hypertension, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia in group B were statistically significantly higher than those in group A (P 3 level in group B was statistically significantly lower than that in group A (P s = 0.092), coronary heart disease (rs = 0.000), hyperlipidemia (rs = 0.000), diabetes (rs = 0.000), and age (rs = 0.000), and negatively correlated with FT3 (rs = 0.000) (P 3 and FT4 were the influencing factors of hypertension. The risk of hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia significantly increased by 3.425 and 1.761 times (P 3, the risk of hypertension increased (P 4, the risk of hypertension significantly increased (P 3 and FT4 are the influencing factors of hypertension. The lower the FT3 level, the higher the FT4 level, the higher the risk of hypertension. FT3 and FT4 may be potential biomarkers of depression in hypertensive patients. Thyroid function assessment is recommended in patients with hypertension.展开更多
In underground engineering with complex conditions,the bolt(cable)anchorage support system is in an environment where static and dynamic stresses coexist,under the action of geological conditions such as high stresses...In underground engineering with complex conditions,the bolt(cable)anchorage support system is in an environment where static and dynamic stresses coexist,under the action of geological conditions such as high stresses and strong disturbances and construction conditions such as the application of high prestress.It is essential to study the support components performance under dynamic-static coupling conditions.Based on this,a multi-functional anchorage support dynamic-static coupling performance test system(MAC system)is developed,which can achieve 7 types of testing functions,including single component performance,anchored net performance,anchored rock performance and so on.The bolt and cable mechanical tests are conducted by MAC system under different prestress levels.The results showed that compared to the non-prestress condition,the impact resistance performance of prestressed bolts(cables)is significantly reduced.In the prestress range of 50–160 k N,the maximum reduction rate of impact energy resisted by different types of bolts is 53.9%–61.5%compared to non-prestress condition.In the prestress range of 150–300 k N,the impact energy resisted by high-strength cable is reduced by76.8%–84.6%compared to non-prestress condition.The MAC system achieves dynamic-static coupling performance test,which provide an effective means for the design of anchorage support system.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the needs of medical students regarding clinical research curricula to provide scientifically sound offerings and cultivate their clinical research thinking.Methods:From June to October 2022,m...Objective:To investigate the needs of medical students regarding clinical research curricula to provide scientifically sound offerings and cultivate their clinical research thinking.Methods:From June to October 2022,medical students at medical universities in Shaanxi Province were surveyed using online questionnaires.The survey covered their demographic information,awareness of their major,understanding of clinical research,and preferences for curriculum content.Results:A total of 341 valid questionnaires were analyzed.Medical students demonstrated a strong awareness of their majors but a relatively low awareness of clinical research.There was significant demand for clinical research courses,with preferences for professionally oriented(81.8%),market-oriented(100%),theoretically and practically integrated teaching(78.6%),and application-focused(73.0%)courses.Conclusion:Medical colleges and universities should align clinical research curricula with the actual needs of medical students and clinical practice.Reforms in curriculum design and teaching methods are essential to better prepare students for careers in public health.展开更多
Objective:This paper presents a systematic review and meta-analysis of comprehensive information on the epidemiology of toxoplasmosis(TOX),rubella virus(RV),cytomegalovirus(CMV),and herpes simplex(HSV)also known as TO...Objective:This paper presents a systematic review and meta-analysis of comprehensive information on the epidemiology of toxoplasmosis(TOX),rubella virus(RV),cytomegalovirus(CMV),and herpes simplex(HSV)also known as TORCH infection in women of childbearing age.Besides,the positive rates of TORCH-Immunoglobulin G(TORCH-IgG)and Immunoglobulin M(IgM)antibodies in women of childbearing age in different regions of China were statistically analyzed,so as to highlight the issue of TORCH infection in women of childbearing age.Methods:A total of 12,694 articles were retrieved by keyword searching.The works were screened according to the inclusion criteria,and 25 studies were included totaling 531,617 women of childbearing age.The OpenMeta[Analyst]software was used to perform a heterogeneity test,and a random-effects model was used for system analysis.Results:The results of the meta-analysis showed that the positive rates of TORCH-IgG antibodies in women of childbearing age nationwide were 3.2%for TOX-IgG,73.4%for RV-IgG,73.8%for CMV-IgG,and 57.4%for HSV-IgG.The positive rates of IgM antibody infection in TORCH were 1.3%for TOX-IgM,6.1%for RV-IgM,9.5%for CMV-IgM,7.6%for HSV-IgM,2.0%for HSV-1-IgM,and 1.9%for HSV-2-IgM.All meta-analyses had I2≥98%and P<0.001,which meant that the results were statistically significant.Conclusions:A meta-analysis of the positive rates of IgG and IgM antibodies of TORCH infection in women of childbearing age found that the early infection rate of HSV was the highest,and the previous infection rate of RV was the highest.This result can provide epidemiological basis for the prevention and treatment of TORCH infection.展开更多

This paper summarizes the recent technological development in our lab on cystoscopic optical coherence tomography(COCT)by integrating time-domain OCT(TDOCT)and spectral-domain OCT(SDOCT)with advanced MEMS-mirror techn...This paper summarizes the recent technological development in our lab on cystoscopic optical coherence tomography(COCT)by integrating time-domain OCT(TDOCT)and spectral-domain OCT(SDOCT)with advanced MEMS-mirror technology for endoscopic laser scanning imaging.The COCT catheter can be integrated into the instrument channel of a commercial 22Fr rigid cystoscopic sheath for in vivo imaging of human bladder under the cystosocopic visual guidance;the axial/transverse resolutions of the COCT catheter are roughly 9μm and 12μm,respectively,and 2D COCT imaging can be performed with over 110dB dynamic range at 4–8 fps.To examine the utility and potential limitations of OCT for bladder cancer diagnosis,systemic ex vivo rat bladder carcinogenesis studies were performed to follow various morphological changes induced by tumor growth and in vivo porcine study was performed to examine the feasibility of COCT for in vivo imaging.Justified by promising results of the animal studies,preliminary clinical study was conducted on patients scheduled for operating-room cystoscopy for bladder cancers.Double-blind clinical results reveal that COCT can delineate detailed bladder architectures(e.g.,urothelium,lamina propria,muscularis)at high resolution and detect bladder cancers based on enhanced urothelial heterogeneity as a result of excessive growing nature of bladder cancers.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity can be enhanced to 92%and 85%,respectively.Results also suggest that due to reduced imaging depth of COCT in cancerous lesions,staging of bladder cancers may be limited to Ta or T1 for non-outgrowing cancerous lesions.展开更多
High-temperature-resistant adhesives are critical materials in the aerospace field.The zirconium-modified aluminum phosphate-based adhesives developed in this work had the advantage of adjustable thermal expansibility...High-temperature-resistant adhesives are critical materials in the aerospace field.The zirconium-modified aluminum phosphate-based adhesives developed in this work had the advantage of adjustable thermal expansibility,achieving a high matching of coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)with alumina.The introduction of zirconium can significantly improve the thermal stability of the adhesive matrix,and the Zr/Al ratio substantially affects the various reaction processes inside the adhesive,especially the types of zirconium-containing compounds.Most of the zirconium-containing compounds in the A7Z3 adhesive were ZrO_(2) only when the mass ratio of zirconium hydroxide to aluminum hydroxide was 3:7,which was the key reason why it had the highest CTE.The room-temperature bonding strength of A7Z3 after heat treatment at 1500℃reached 67.2 MPa.After pretreatment at 1500℃,the high-temperature bonding strength of A7Z3 was greater than 50 MPa in the range of(room temperature)RT-1000℃.After 40 thermal cycles between RT and 1500℃,the bonding strength still reached 10 MPa.Physical bonding occurred at temperatures below 1000℃,while chemical bonding dominated above 1000℃based on the generation of Al5BO9 and mullite at the interfaces.展开更多
Constructing composited electrode material is considered to be an efficient strategy to improve their electrochemical performance.It can accelerate the charge transfer speed of ions and enhance the conductivity of ele...Constructing composited electrode material is considered to be an efficient strategy to improve their electrochemical performance.It can accelerate the charge transfer speed of ions and enhance the conductivity of electrode.Meanwhile,the formation of the hybrid structure can largely avoid the aggregation of two dimensional materials and increase the electrochemical active area of the electrode.In this work,we synthesize NiMoSSe electrode materials on nickel foam by a facile hydrothermal avenue.The prepared composite shows a specific capacitance of 1035 C/g at 1 A/g due to the synergistic effect between MoS_(2) and MoSe_(2) phases.In addition,the devices are assembled with NiMoSSe samples,which offers an energy density of 82.71 Wh/kg at a power density of 2700 W/kg.展开更多
