The proliferation of Internet of Things(IoT)systems has resulted in the generation of substantial data,presenting new challenges in reliable storage and trustworthy sharing.Conventional distributed storage systems are hindered by centralized management and lack traceability,while blockchain systems are limited by low capacity and high latency.To address these challenges,the present study investigates the reliable storage and trustworthy sharing of IoT data,and presents a novel system architecture that integrates on-chain and off-chain data manage systems.This architecture,integrating blockchain and distributed storage technologies,provides high-capacity,high-performance,traceable,and verifiable data storage and access.The on-chain system,built on Hyperledger Fabric,manages metadata,verification data,and permission information of the raw data.The off-chain system,implemented using IPFS Cluster,ensures the reliable storage and efficient access to massive files.A collaborative storage server is designed to integrate on-chain and off-chain operation interfaces,facilitating comprehensive data operations.We provide a unified access interface for user-friendly system interaction.Extensive testing validates the system’s reliability and stable performance.The proposed approach significantly enhances storage capacity compared to standalone blockchain systems.Rigorous reliability tests consistently yield positive outcomes.With average upload and download throughputs of roughly 20 and 30 MB/s,respectively,the system’s throughput surpasses the blockchain system by a factor of 4 to 18. 展开更多

Increasing evidence in scientific journals declares that stem cell can be used in human medicine for therapeutic purposes. We reviewed the lated literature on clinical trials conducted with stem cells. The main information was offered by http://www.ClinicalTrials.gov. These clinical trials cover almost all human diseases, from hematologic diseases to non-hematologic diseases including Interventional trials and observational trials. In conclusion, at present, the clinical trials with stem cells have been extending to almost all human diseases. Cooperative Structure-Directing Effects in the Synthesis of a High-Silica Zeolite Mazzite Analogue

A zeolite Mazzite (MAZ) analogue with high silica content has been synthesized from a Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-morpholine-H2O system. The crystal morphology of this MAZ analogue was found to consist of spherical agglomerates of diameter up to 17 μm. It has been unequivocally demonstrated that zeolite Mordenite (MOR) or amorphous material was produced instead in the absence of either morpholine or Na+. Associated phases indicate that the MAZ may be a “intermediate phase” between the crystallization fields of zeolites Analcime (ANA) and MOR. Thus, the zeolite MAZ analogue is seemingly derived from the cooperative structure-directing effect of the organic molecule morpholine and the inorganic cation Na+. The results of CHN elemental analyses as well as of thermogravimetric (TG) analyses confirmed that morpholine had been incorporated into the zeolitic structure. 展开更多

单间室膝关节置换术(UKA)是治疗老年终末期膝关节骨关节炎(OA)的有效外科手段,并已取得了良好的长期临床随访效果。与全膝关节置换术(TKA)一样,UKA术后也存在因并发症而影响疗效的问题;而且一旦发生某些并发症,其治疗一样具有挑战性。... 单间室膝关节置换术(UKA)是治疗老年终末期膝关节骨关节炎(OA)的有效外科手段,并已取得了良好的长期临床随访效果。与全膝关节置换术(TKA)一样,UKA术后也存在因并发症而影响疗效的问题;而且一旦发生某些并发症,其治疗一样具有挑战性。本综述通过文献的回顾分析,探讨UKA术后并发症的临床诊治现状及导致并发症的危险因素及规避措施等,进而提高UKA术后患者的临床疗效。结果显示,相对于TKA,UKA术后并发症发生率较低,包括假体无菌性松动、外侧间室OA进展、不明原因疼痛、聚乙烯衬垫磨损、衬垫脱位、假体周围感染、假体周围骨折、下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)、骨水泥残留脱落、金属超敏反应及金属沉着病等。导致并发症的原因主要为手术适应证选择不当、手术操作不规范及围手术期管理不足所致。基于这些原因,规避术后并发症发生的有效措施为选择合适的患者、掌握规范的手术原则及标准化手术技术、关注围手术期管理等。对于治疗,将根据不同并发症的不同原因及类型,个体化选择保守或手术治疗等。 展开更多
