Methods: 104 patients who underwent...Objective: To explore the nursing effect of evidence-based PDCA cycle management mode in accelerated rehabilitation of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery. Methods: 104 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group implemented evidence-based ERAS clinical pathway management, while the intervention group implemented evidence-based PDCA cycle quality management. The postoperative recovery of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The postoperative recovery of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group. The first time to get out of bed, the first time to eat, the duration of chest drainage tube placement, and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The incidence of postoperative chest complications and hospitalization costs were significantly lower than those of the control group, and patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P Conclusion: Evidence-based PDCA cycle quality management mode can effectively improve the implementation quality of accelerated rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多

Methods: Eligible patients undergoing thoracotomy for tumor were...Objective: To explore the effect of video combined with the teach-back method on respiratory function exercise in patients undergoing tumor thoracotomy. Methods: Eligible patients undergoing thoracotomy for tumor were selected from the thoracic surgery at a level-A tertiary hospital between August 2021 and December 2021 and included in the control group and the observation group (40 patients in each group). To prevent two groups of patients from interacting with each other, the thoracic surgery ward I was distinguished as the control group, which was adopted by the routine instruction. Based on routine instruction, the thoracic surgery ward II conducted respiratory function exercise instruction by video combined with the teach-back method to compare the two groups’ compliance with respiratory function exercise, complication rates, and patient satisfaction. Results: The patient compliance with respiratory function exercise in the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05) and the rate of pulmonary complications in the observation group was lower (P < 0.05) than that in the control group, while the observation group had a high level of satisfaction (P Conclusion: Taking video combined with the teach-back method, an effective health education method, can improve the compliance of the respiratory function exercise of patients undergoing thoracotomy for tumor and promote the recovery of pulmonary function to reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications so as to improve patient satisfaction.展开更多
Objective:Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),apart from its predominant roles in angiogenesis,can enhance cancer cell proliferation,but its mechanisms remain elusive.The purpose of the present study was therefor...Objective:Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),apart from its predominant roles in angiogenesis,can enhance cancer cell proliferation,but its mechanisms remain elusive.The purpose of the present study was therefore to identify how VEGF regulates cancer cell proliferation.Methods:VEGF effects on cancer cell proliferation were investigated with the VEGF receptor 2 inhibitor,Ki8751,and the breast cancer cell lines,MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231,using flow cytometry,mass spectrometry,immunoblotting,and confocal microscopy.Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test.Results:VEGF blockade by Ki8751 significantly reduced cancer cell proliferation,and enhanced breast cancer cell apoptosis.Mass spectrometric analyses revealed that Ki8751 treatment significantly upregulated the expression of mitochondrial proteins,suggesting the involvement of mitochondrial biogenesis.Confocal microscopy and flow cytometric analyses showed that Ki8751 treatment robustly increased the mitochondrial masses of both cancer cells,induced endomitosis,and arrested cancer cells in the high aneuploid phase.VEGFR2 knockdown by sh RNAs showed similar effects to those of Ki8751,confirming the specificity of Ki8751 treatment.Enhanced mitochondrial biogenesis increased mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and stimulated reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,which induced cancer cell apoptosis.Furthermore,Ki8751 treatment downregulated the phosphorylation of Akt and PGC1α,and translocated PGC1αinto the nucleus.The PGC1αalterations increased mitochondrial transcription factor A(TFAM)expression and subsequently increased mitochondrial biogenesis.Conclusions:VEGF enhances cancer cell proliferation by decreasing Akt-PGC1α-TFAM signaling-mediated mitochondrial biogenesis,ROS production,and cell apoptosis.These findings suggested the anticancer potential of Ki8751 via increased mitochondrial biogenesis and ROS production.展开更多
Aiming at the former formalized methods such as Strips, Situation Calculus and Fluent Calculus can not represent the action time and get the action sequence automatically, a novel method based on timed color Petri net...Aiming at the former formalized methods such as Strips, Situation Calculus and Fluent Calculus can not represent the action time and get the action sequence automatically, a novel method based on timed color Petri net—RPBTC was defined. The action time, the precondition and the post-condition of action are formalized in RPBTC based on the Fluent Calculus reasoning rules. An algorism for constructing the RPBTC net system based on bidirectional search strategy is proposed, and through executing the RPBTC net system, the action sequence for reaching the goal can be generated dynamically and the time for the robot reaching the goal also can be obtained. The experiment has proved the method RPBTC as a feasible method for robot planning.展开更多
