Objective:To explore the feasibility of remotely obtaining complex information on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse conditions through voice signals.Methods: We used multi-label pulse conditions as the entry point and modeled and analyzed TCM pulse diagnosis by combining voice analysis and machine learning.Audio features were extracted from voice recordings in the TCM pulse condition dataset.The obtained features were combined with information from tongue and facial diagnoses.A multi-label pulse condition voice classification DNN model was built using 10-fold cross-validation,and the modeling methods were validated using publicly available datasets.Results: The analysis showed that the proposed method achieved an accuracy of 92.59%on the public dataset.The accuracies of the three single-label pulse manifestation models in the test set were 94.27%,96.35%,and 95.39%.The absolute accuracy of the multi-label model was 92.74%.Conclusion: Voice data analysis may serve as a remote adjunct to the TCM diagnostic method for pulse condition assessment. 展开更多

Existing studies on the durability of subsea tunnel mainly focus on the concrete deterioration and steel corrosion,while there are few on the infuence of mechanical properties deterioration of surrounding rock on the durability of sub-sea tunnel.To improve the accuracy of long-term stability prediction,seawater corrosion tests of intensely weathered surounding rock of subsea tunnel are car-ried out.In this study,the strength characteristics of remolded samples of inten-sely weathered granite under different seawater concentrations are investigated,the strength attenuation equation under seawater corrosion is established,and the chemical damage evolution equation and model parameters are formulated,The findings provides the basis for analyzing the influence of corosion and weak-ening of surrounding rock on the durability of tunnel within the operation period. 展开更多

探讨影响自体造血干细胞移植(auto-HSCT)对于微小残留病阴性(MRD<0.1%, MRD-)中危急性髓系白血病(AML)预后的因素。对2015年1月至2021年9月在宁波大学附属人民医院接受auto-HSCT的59例MRD-中危AML患者进行回顾性分析, 收集一般资料... 探讨影响自体造血干细胞移植(auto-HSCT)对于微小残留病阴性(MRD<0.1%, MRD-)中危急性髓系白血病(AML)预后的因素。对2015年1月至2021年9月在宁波大学附属人民医院接受auto-HSCT的59例MRD-中危AML患者进行回顾性分析, 收集一般资料、实验室及辅助检查结果等病例基本资料, 分析临床疗效、预后及其影响因素。应用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析, log-rank检验进行单因素分析, Cox比例风险回归模型进行多因素分析。59例MRD-中危AML患者中, 男性27例、女性32例, 中位年龄55(31~69)岁。所有患者中位随访时间761(317~1 861)d, 2年总生存(OS)率、无事件生存(EFS)率分别为76.1%±11.4%、73.4%±11.6%。单因素分析结果显示年龄>50岁、TET2基因突变(TET2^(+))、MRD转阴时间>30 d(MRD^(30+))是影响患者OS的危险因素(χ^(2)值分别为6.20、33.20、7.18, P值分别为0.013、<0.001、0.007), TET2^(+)、WT1基因突变(WT1^(+))、输注CD34^(+)细胞<2×106/kg、MRD^(30+)是影响患者EFS的危险因素(χ^(2)值分别为17.29、4.47、3.94、9.39, P值分别为<0.001、0.035、0.047、0.002)。多因素分析结果显示MRD^(30+)、TET2^(+)是影响接受auto-HSCT的MRD-中危AML患者OS及EFS的独立危险因素(OS:HR分别为9.251、25.839, P值分别为0.036、0.001;EFS:HR分别为5.851、9.199, P值分别为0.043、0.002)。MRD^(30+)、TET2^(+)是影响接受auto-HSCT的MRD-中危AML患者OS及EFS的独立危险因素, MRD^(30+)、TET2^(+)患者预后差, auto-HSCT后生存率低, 需要进一步探索有效的治疗方案。 展开更多

In this paper, we propose least-squares images(LS-images) as a basis for a novel edgepreserving image smoothing method. The LS-image requires the value of each pixel to be a convex linear combination of its neighbors, i.e., to have zero Laplacian, and to approximate the original image in a least-squares sense. The edge-preserving property inherits from the edge-aware weights for constructing the linear combination. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves high quality results compared to previous state-of-theart works. We also show diverse applications of LSimages, such as detail manipulation, edge enhancement,and clip-art JPEG artifact removal. 展开更多

Impact of LHC probes of SUSY and recent measurement of(g-2)_μon Z_(3)-NMSSM

It is well known that excessively heavy supersymmetric particles(sparticles)are disfavored to explain the(g−2)_(μ) anomaly,but some people overlook that moderately light sparticles are also disfavored by the LHC probes of supersymmetry.We take the Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model as an example to emphasize the latter point.It is found that,if the theory is required to explain the anomaly at 2σlevel and meanwhile keep consistent with the LHC results,the following lower bounds may be set:tanβ&20,|M_(1)|&275 GeV,M_(2)&300 GeV,μ&460 GeV,m_(μL)&310 GeV,and m_(μR)&350 GeV,where M_(1)and M_(2)denote gaugino masses,μrepresents the Higgsino mass,and m_(μL)and m_(μR)are the mass of Smuons with L and R denot-ing their dominant chiral component.This observation has significant impacts on dark matter(DM)physics,e.g.,the popular Z-and Higgs-funnel regions have been excluded,and the Bino-dominated neutralino DM has to co-annihilate with the Wino-dominated electroweakinos(in most cases)and/or Smuons(in few cases)to obtain the correct density.It is also inferred that these conclusions keep valid for the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model since the underlying physics for the bounds are the same. 展开更多
