Objective:To explore the feasibility of remotely obtaining complex information on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse conditions through voice signals.Methods: We used multi-label pulse conditions as the entry poin...Objective:To explore the feasibility of remotely obtaining complex information on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse conditions through voice signals.Methods: We used multi-label pulse conditions as the entry point and modeled and analyzed TCM pulse diagnosis by combining voice analysis and machine learning.Audio features were extracted from voice recordings in the TCM pulse condition dataset.The obtained features were combined with information from tongue and facial diagnoses.A multi-label pulse condition voice classification DNN model was built using 10-fold cross-validation,and the modeling methods were validated using publicly available datasets.Results: The analysis showed that the proposed method achieved an accuracy of 92.59%on the public dataset.The accuracies of the three single-label pulse manifestation models in the test set were 94.27%,96.35%,and 95.39%.The absolute accuracy of the multi-label model was 92.74%.Conclusion: Voice data analysis may serve as a remote adjunct to the TCM diagnostic method for pulse condition assessment.展开更多
Existing studies on the durability of subsea tunnel mainly focus on the concrete deterioration and steel corrosion,while there are few on the infuence of mechanical properties deterioration of surrounding rock on the ...Existing studies on the durability of subsea tunnel mainly focus on the concrete deterioration and steel corrosion,while there are few on the infuence of mechanical properties deterioration of surrounding rock on the durability of sub-sea tunnel.To improve the accuracy of long-term stability prediction,seawater corrosion tests of intensely weathered surounding rock of subsea tunnel are car-ried out.In this study,the strength characteristics of remolded samples of inten-sely weathered granite under different seawater concentrations are investigated,the strength attenuation equation under seawater corrosion is established,and the chemical damage evolution equation and model parameters are formulated,The findings provides the basis for analyzing the influence of corosion and weak-ening of surrounding rock on the durability of tunnel within the operation period.展开更多

The LS-image requires the value of each pixel to be a convex linear combination of its neighbors, i.e., to have zero Laplacian, and to approximate the original image in a least-squares sense. The edge-preserving property inherits from the edge-aware weights for constructing the linear combination. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves high quality results compared to previous state-of-theart works. We also show diverse applications of LSimages, such as detail manipulation, edge enhancement,and clip-art JPEG artifact removal.展开更多
It is well known that excessively heavy supersymmetric particles(sparticles)are disfavored to explain the(g−2)_(μ) anomaly,but some people overlook that moderately light sparticles are also disfavored by the LHC prob...It is well known that excessively heavy supersymmetric particles(sparticles)are disfavored to explain the(g−2)_(μ) anomaly,but some people overlook that moderately light sparticles are also disfavored by the LHC probes of supersymmetry.We take the Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model as an example to emphasize the latter point.It is found that,if the theory is required to explain the anomaly at 2σlevel and meanwhile keep consistent with the LHC results,the following lower bounds may be set:tanβ&20,|M_(1)|&275 GeV,M_(2)&300 GeV,μ&460 GeV,m_(μL)&310 GeV,and m_(μR)&350 GeV,where M_(1)and M_(2)denote gaugino masses,μrepresents the Higgsino mass,and m_(μL)and m_(μR)are the mass of Smuons with L and R denot-ing their dominant chiral component.This observation has significant impacts on dark matter(DM)physics,e.g.,the popular Z-and Higgs-funnel regions have been excluded,and the Bino-dominated neutralino DM has to co-annihilate with the Wino-dominated electroweakinos(in most cases)and/or Smuons(in few cases)to obtain the correct density.It is also inferred that these conclusions keep valid for the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model since the underlying physics for the bounds are the same.展开更多
