Construction and Practice of Online Course Resources Based on Information Processing Theory:Taking“A Bite of Teochew Cuisine,”a Guangdong First-Class Course,as an Example

“Cantonese Cuisine Master”project is an important policy proposed by China to inherit Cantonese Cuisine culture,promote employment,and achieve targeted poverty reduction and rural revitalization.Confronted with the demands of more diverse education,it is an essential opportunity and task for the education system to consider how to construct high-quality online courses and pursue higher-quality“Cantonese Cuisine Master”projects in line with the new era.This paper,based on the theory of instructional media and information processing theory,will further clarify the demand,dilemma,and developing strategy of online course construction for culinary majors,and explore its construction and practice with the example of“A Bite of Teochew Cuisine,”a Guangdong first-class course.

Exploration on the Integration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Concept into the Teaching Design of"Culinary Raw Materials":A Case Study of Livestock and Poultry Raw Materials

Comprehensively promoting curriculum ideological and political education is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity and educating people.Culinary raw materials is the core curriculum of culinary majors,which is rich in ideological and political elements.In this study,taking livestock and poultry raw materials as an example,the teaching design of integrating curriculum ideological and political education into culinary raw materials were investigated by sorting out its teaching contents and excavating its ideological and political elements.Taking livestock and poultry raw materials in Teochew Cuisine Raw Materials as an example,the teaching design of curriculum ideological and political education was conducted,aiming to provide some reference and guidance for curriculum ideological and political education of the curriculum.

Exploration and Integration Design of Ideological and Political Elements in the Course Culinary Raw Materials

With the continuous deepening of higher education reform,curriculum ideological and political education has become a key path to achieving the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.In this paper,through a detailed review and analysis on the content of the textbook Teochew Cuisine Raw Materials Science,the ideological and political elements of the curriculum in the field of culinary raw materials are revealed,and multidimensional ideological and political elements such as craftsmanship spirit,cultural confidence,and professional ethics are summarized.These elements aim to guide students to establish correct values and worldviews,providing valuable theoretical support for curriculum teaching.

草地生物多样性与稳定性及对草地保护与修复的启示

草地为人类社会提供了生物多样性保护、水土保持、气候调节、畜牧生产等重要的生态系统服务。在全球变化背景下,草地退化导致了生物多样性丧失,生态系统多功能性下降、稳定性减弱等一系列问题。解析草地生物多样性与稳定性的维持机制,对草地保护与功能提升至关重要。本文系统梳理了草地生物多样性与生产力关系、多营养级生物多样性、生态系统多功能性、生态系统地上—地下互作及生态系统稳定性对全球变化响应等方面的研究进展与发展趋势。结合学术前沿、“生态安全”“双碳”等重大国家需求,本文建议未来应加强新技术新方法在生物多样性跨尺度监测中的应用,深化生物多样性与气候变化研究的融合,研发退化草地的近自然恢复技术,提升草地生物多样性和稳定性,从而为草地生态系统的科学管理和可持续发展提供科技支撑。

The grassland carbon cycle:Mechanisms,responses to global changes,and potential contribution to carbon neutrality

Grassland is one of the largest terrestrial biomes,providing critical ecosystem services such as food production,biodiversity conservation,and climate change mitigation.Global climate change and land-use intensification have been causing grassland degradation and desertification worldwide.As one of the primary medium for ecosystem energy flow and biogeochemical cycling,grassland carbon(C)cycling is the most fundamental process for maintaining ecosystem services.In this review,we first summarize recent advances in our understanding of the mechanisms underpinning spatial and temporal patterns of the grassland C cycle,discuss the importance of grasslands in regulating inter-and intra-annual variations in global C fluxes,and explore the previously unappreciated complexity in abiotic processes controlling the grassland C balance,including soil inorganic C accumulation,photochemical and thermal degradation,and wind erosion.We also discuss how climate and land-use changes could alter the grassland C balance by modifying the water budget,nutrient cycling and additional plant and soil processes.Further,we examine why and how increasing aridity and improper land use may induce significant losses in grassland C stocks.Finally,we identify several priorities for future grassland C research,including improving understanding of abiotic processes in the grassland C cycle,strengthening monitoring of grassland C dynamics by integrating ground inventory,flux monitoring,and modern remote sensing techniques,and selecting appropriate plant species combinations with suitable traits and strong resistance to climate fluctuations,which would help design sustainable grassland restoration strategies in a changing climate.
