围填海活动是人类拓展生存空间、缓解“人地矛盾”的一种有效手段。然而长时间大规模的围填海活动对海洋生态环境和海洋资源造成了极大的影响。2018年以来,我国颁布多部文件,多措并举,加强围填海管控和海洋生态保护修复。本文从生境修... 围填海活动是人类拓展生存空间、缓解“人地矛盾”的一种有效手段。然而长时间大规模的围填海活动对海洋生态环境和海洋资源造成了极大的影响。2018年以来,我国颁布多部文件,多措并举,加强围填海管控和海洋生态保护修复。本文从生境修复和生物资源恢复两个角度对围填海区域生态修复技术进行梳理和总结。其中,生境修复技术内容要点包括水文动力恢复、岸线修复和滨海湿地修复,生物资源恢复技术内容要点包含增殖放流、建立海洋牧场。本文对每一项技术要点进行了较为系统阐释,以期建立围填海区域生态修复技术体系,为围填海区域生态修复的实际工作提供参考和借鉴。 展开更多

This study was conducted to characterize the diversity and function of microbial communities in marine sediments of the Pearl River Mouth Basin(PRMB)in the South China Sea.The results showed that the bacterial and archaeal communities varied greatly with depth.Proteobacteria in bacterial communities and Nitrososphaeria and Woesearchaeota in archaeal communities were dominant in the shallow sediments(1-40 cm),while Chloroflexi in bacterial communities and Bathyarchaeia in archaeal communities were dominant in the deep sediments(50-200 cm).Regarding ecological functions based on the metatranscriptomic data,genes involved in various pathways of nitrogen metabolism and sulfur metabolism were observed in the tested sediment samples.Metagenomic analysis revealed that Proteobacteria contribute the most to nearly all genes involved in nitrogen and sulfur metabolism.Moreover,Thaumarchaeota contribute the most to certain genes involved in nitrification,denitrification and assimilatory sulfate reduction pathways.The most abundant bacterial genus,Candidatus Scalindua,is crucial for nitrification,dissimilatory nitrate reduction,denitrification and assimilatory sulfate reduction pathways. 展开更多
