Attribute-based encryption with keyword search(ABEKS)is a novel cryptographic paradigm that can be used to implementfine-grained access control and retrieve ciphertexts without disclosing the sensitive information.It is a perfect combination of attribute-based encryption(ABE)and public key encryption with keyword search(PEKS).Nevertheless,most of the existing ABEKS schemes have limited search capabilities and only support single or simple conjunctive keyword search.Due to the weak search capability and inaccurate search results,it is difficult to apply these schemes to practical applications.In this paper,an effi-cient expressive ABEKS(EABEKS)scheme supporting unbounded keyword uni-verse over prime-order groups is designed,which supplies the expressive keyword search function supporting the logical connectives of“AND”and“OR”.The proposed scheme not only leads to low computation and communica-tion costs,but also supports unbounded keyword universe.In the standard model,the scheme is proven to be secure under the chosen keyword attack and the cho-sen plaintext attack.The comparison analysis and experimental results show that it has better performance than the existing EABEKS schemes in the storage,com-putation and communication costs. 展开更多

目的探讨电针联合心理疏导在胰十二指肠切除术(PD)后胃肠排空障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月至2021年6月江西省九江市第一人民医院收治的40例PD术后胃排空障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各20... 目的探讨电针联合心理疏导在胰十二指肠切除术(PD)后胃肠排空障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月至2021年6月江西省九江市第一人民医院收治的40例PD术后胃排空障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各20例。对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予电针联合心理疏导。比较两组患者的临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况、拔出胃管时间及住院时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),肛门首次排气时间[(3.06±0.59)d]、肠鸣音恢复时间[(4.16±0.74)d]、首次排便时间[(7.75±2.04)d]、拔出胃管时间[(10.73±1.02)d]、住院时间[(21.24±3.16)d]短于对照组[(5.13±1.76)、(7.25±1.17)、(10.82±2.63)、(15.24±2.96)、(30.48±4.72)d],平均胃液量[(713.43±17.52)ml/d]低于对照组[(868.61±21.40)ml/d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗联合心理疏导能促进PD术后胃排空障碍患者胃肠功能恢复,提高临床疗效,缩短住院时间。 展开更多

Growing evidence has demonstrated exercise as an effective way to promote cardiovascular health and protect against cardiovascular diseases However,the underlying mechanisms of the beneficial effects of exercise have yet to be elucidated.Animal exercise studies are widely used to investigate the key mechanisms of exercise-induced cardiovascular protection.However,standardized procedures and well-established evaluation indicators for animal exercise models are needed to guide researchers in carrying out effective,high-quality animal studies using exercise to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases.In our review,we present the commonly used animal exercise models in cardiovascular research and propose a set of standard procedures for exercise training,emphasizing the appropriate measurements and analysis in these chronic exercise models.We also provide recommendations for optimal design of animal exercise studies in cardiovascular research,including the choice of exercise models,control of exercise protocols,exercise at different stages of disease,and other considerations,such as age,sex,and genetic background.We hope that this position paper will promote basic research on exercise-induced cardiovascular protection and pave the way for successful translation of exercise studies from bench to bedside in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. 展开更多

目的探讨显微外科技术联合诱导膜技术在胫骨外露伴骨缺损患者中的应用效果。方法将50例胫骨外露伴骨缺损患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用显微外科技术联合Ilizarow外固定技术进行治疗,观察组采用显微外科技术联合诱导膜... 目的探讨显微外科技术联合诱导膜技术在胫骨外露伴骨缺损患者中的应用效果。方法将50例胫骨外露伴骨缺损患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用显微外科技术联合Ilizarow外固定技术进行治疗,观察组采用显微外科技术联合诱导膜技术进行治疗,比较两组患者的骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组的OKS评分均低于术前,且观察组的OKS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后感染、关节僵硬、骨偏移发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微外科技术联合诱导膜技术治疗胫骨外露伴骨缺损效果显著,可有效缩短患者骨折愈合时间,改善其膝关节功能,且不会增加并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

In addition to DNA sequence information, site-specific histone modifications are another important determinant of gene expression in a eukaryotic organism. We selected four modification sites in common histones that are known to significantly impact chromatin function and generated monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies that recognize each of those site-specific modifications. We used these antibodies to demonstrate that the site-specific histone modification levels remain relatively constant in different organs of the same organism. We also compared the levels of selected histone modifications among several representative organisms and found that site-specific modifications are highly variable among different organisms, providing new insight into the evolutionary divergence of specific histone modifications. 展开更多

[ Method ] Plantlets of P. ternata were used as experimental materials. Total RNA concentration was determined with spectrophotometer, and the variation of total RNA was analyzed before and after formation of P. ternata microtubers treated with different concentrations of sucrose using DDRT-PCR technology. [ Result] Total RNA concentration of P. ternata treated with different concentrations of sucrose varied greatly, which showed an upward trend in the first 15 d, de- clined from 15~ d to 25th d, and slightly raised from 25'h d to 30'8 d. Microtubers formed under various sucrose treatments showed an increase in RNA concentration after induction, and it was assumed that the treatment of high concentrations of sucrose might have activated the expression of development-related' genes in P. ter- nata microtubers. [ Conclusion] This study provides the basis for revealing the related gene expression information and molecular mechanism during formation of P. ternata microtubers induced by sucrose. 展开更多

目的探讨控制性低中心静脉压技术在肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石中的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年10月南昌大学附属九江医院收治的86例肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各43例。... 目的探讨控制性低中心静脉压技术在肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石中的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年10月南昌大学附属九江医院收治的86例肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各43例。对照组患者采用常规方法进行静脉输液管理,观察组患者以控制性低中心静脉压技术进行静脉输液管理。比较两组患者的术中失血量、输血量、输血比例、术后血浆尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平、切除肝脏前输液量及血流动力学指标。结果观察组患者的术中失血量、输血量均少于对照组,输血比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术前后的血浆BUN、Cr水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者切除肝脏前输液量少于对照组,中心静脉压(CVP)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的心率(HR)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石患者接受控制性低中心静脉压技术进行静脉输液管理,可减少术中失血量、输血量及输液量,有利于患者的术后康复。 展开更多

Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a major disease with high incidence,low survival rate and prone to develop drug resistance to chemotherapy.The mechanism of secondary drug resistance in NSCLC chemotherapy is very complex,and studies have shown that the abnormal activation of STAT3(Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3)plays an important role in it.In this study,the pGPU6/GFP/Neo STAT3-shRNA recombinant plasmid was constructed with STAT3 as the precise target.By modifying hydrophilic and hydrophobic blocks onto chitosan,a multifunctional vitamin E succinate-chitosan-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether histidine(VES-CTS-mPEG-His)micelles were synthesized.The micelles could encapsulate hydrophobic drug doxorubicin through self-assembly,and load the recombinant pGPU6/GFP/Neo STAT3-shRNA(pDNA)through positive and negative charges to form dual-loaded nanoparticles DOX/VCPH/pDNA.The co-delivery and synergistic effect of DOX and pDNA could up-regulate the expression of PTEN(Phosphatase and Tensin Homolog),down-regulate the expression of CD31,and induce apoptosis of tumor cells.The results of precision targeted therapy showed that DOX/VCPH/pDNA could significantly down-regulate the expression level of STAT3 protein,further enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapy.Through this study,precision personalized treatment of NSCLC could be effectively achieved,reversing its resistance to chemotherapy drugs,and providing new strategies for the treatment of drug-resistant NSCLC. 展开更多

Teratozoospermia is a rare disease associated with male infertility.Several recurrent genetic mutations have been reported to be associated with abnormal sperm morphology,but the genetic basis of tapered-head sperm is not well understood.In this study,whole-exome sequencing(WES)identified a homozygous WD repeat domain 12(WDR12;p.Ser162Ala/c.484T>G)variant in an infertile patient with tapered-head spermatozoa from a consanguineous Chinese family.Bioinformatic analysis predicted this mutation to be a pathogenic variant.To verify the effect of this variant,we analyzed WDR12 protein expression in spermatozoa of the patient and a control individual,as well as in the 293T cell line,by Western blot analysis,and found that WDR12 expression was significantly downregulated.To understand the role of normal WDR12,we evaluated its mRNA and protein expression in mice at different ages.We observed that WDR12 expression was increased in pachytene spermatocytes,with intense staining visible in round spermatid nuclei.Based on these results,the data suggest that the rare biallelic pathogenic missense variant(p.Ser162Ala/c.484T>G)in the WDR12 gene is associated with tapered-head spermatozoa.In addition,after intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI),a successful pregnancy was achieved.This finding indicates that infertility associated with this WDR12 homozygous mutation can be overcome by ICSI.The present results may provide novel insights into understanding the molecular mechanisms of male infertility. 展开更多

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with significant physical and psychological burdens.The interplay between the innate and adaptive immune systems is thought to contribute to the pathogenesis;however,the details of the pathogenesis remain unclear.In addition,reliable biomarkers for diagnosis,assessment of disease activity,and monitoring of therapeutic response are limited.Metabolomics is an emerging science that can be used to identify and analyze low molecular weight molecules in biological systems.During the past decade,metabolomics has been widely used in psoriasis research,and substantial progress has been made.This review summarizes and discusses studies that applied metabolomics to psoriatic disease.These studies have identified dysregulation of amino acids,carnitines,fatty acids,lipids,and carbohydrates in psoriasis.The results from these studies have advanced our understanding of:(1)the molecular mechanisms of psoriasis pathogenesis;(2)diagnosis of psoriasis and assessment of disease activity;(3)the mechanism of treatment and how to monitor treatment response;and(4)the link between psoriasis and comorbid diseases.We discuss common research strategies and progress in the application of metabolomics to psoriasis,as well as emerging trends and future directions. 展开更多

利用光催化技术将温室气体(CO2)转化为C1化合物资源,是解决能源短缺和环境污染问题的有力手段.但光催化还原CO2过程中还存在催化效率低、稳定性差等难题,因此探索高效而稳定的催化剂以提高光催化还原CO2性能是目前紧要的任务.本研究采... 利用光催化技术将温室气体(CO2)转化为C1化合物资源,是解决能源短缺和环境污染问题的有力手段.但光催化还原CO2过程中还存在催化效率低、稳定性差等难题,因此探索高效而稳定的催化剂以提高光催化还原CO2性能是目前紧要的任务.本研究采用化学还原法成功制备了高分散的Co/CdS催化剂,通过X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析发现, Co高度分散在CdS表面,并与CdS中S相互作用形成锚定Co2+的Co–S键.进一步通过荧光光谱(PL)、瞬态光电流(I-t)和电化学阻抗(EIS)等分析表明, CdS表面形成的Co–S键可作为电荷传输通道,促进CdS中光生载流子的分离和迁移,有效抑制CdS中光生电子-空穴的复合;通过第一性原理(DFT)计算发现, Co的引入还可提高CdS对CO2、CO的吸附能力,促进产物CH4的生成.在全光谱光照下, Co/CdS中CO、CH4的生成速率分别为3.23和1.86μmol g–1h–1,比CdS分别提升了2.5和7.5倍,经过5个循环测试,催化活性依然稳定.该工作为设计高效稳定的光还原CO2催化剂提供了思路. 展开更多

Various carbon materials have been widely researched as ORR electrocatalysts. It has been ac- cepted that heteroatom doping and exposure of the edge sites can effectively improve the activity of carbon materials. In this work, we used a simple method to prepare a novel N, P-dual doped carbon-based catalyst with many holes on the surface. In addition, trace level Co doping in the carbon material forming Co-N-C active species can further enhance the ORR performance. On one hand, the doping can adjust the elec- tronic structure of carbon atoms, which would induce more active sites for ORR. And on the other hand, the holes formed on the surface of carbon nanosheets would expose more edge sites and can improve the intrinsic activity of carbon. Due to the heteroatom doping and the exposed edge sites, the pre- pared carbon materials showed highly excellent ORR perfor- mance, dose to that of commercial Pt/C. 展开更多

Improving the degree of vascularization through the regulation of wound microenvironment is crucial for wound repair.Gene activated matrix(GAM)technology provides a new approach for skin regeneration.It is a local gene delivery system that can not only maintain a moist environment,but also increase the concentration of local active factors.For this purpose,we fabricated the mVEGF165/TGF-β1 gene-loaded N-carboxymethyl chitosan/sodium alginate hydrogel and studied its effect on promoting deep second degree burn wound repair.The average diameter of the hydrogel pores was 100μm and the porosity was calculated as 50.9%.SEM and CLSM images showed that the hydrogel was suitable for cell adhesion and growth.The NS-GAM could maintain continuous expression for at least 9 days in vitro,showing long-term gene release and expression effect.Deep second-degree burn wound model was made on the backs of Wistar rats to evaluate the healing effect.The wounds were healed by day 22 in NS-GAM group with the prolonged high expression of VEGF and TGF-β1 protein.A high degree of neovascularization and high expression level of CD34 were observed in NS-GAM group in 21 days.The histological results showed that NS-GAM had good tissue safety and could effectively promote epithelialization and collagen regeneration.These results indicated that the NS-GAM could be applied as a promising local gene delivery system for the repair of deep second-degree burn wounds. 展开更多

To better understand this chromosomal organization, we created a model based on the statistical distribution of various types of gene models to divide chromosome 4 into 17 euchromatic and heterochromatic regions that correspond with the cytological staining. Fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) experiments using a set of bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clones from chromosome 4 placed all 18 clones in the region predicted by the model. Elevated levels of H3K4 di- and tri-methylation detected by chromatin-immunoprecipitation (CHIP) on chip were correlated with euchromatic regions whereas lower levels of these two modifications were detected in heterochromatic regions. Small RNAs were more abundant in the heterochromatic regions. To validate these findings, H3K4 trimethylation, H3K9 acetylation, H4K12 acetylation, and H3K9 di- and tri-methylation of 19 individual genes were measured by ChlP-PCR. Genes in heterochromatic regions had elevated H3K9 di- and tri-methylation while genes in euchromatic regions had elevated levels of the other three modifications. We also assayed cytosine methylation of these genes using the restriction enzymes McrBC, Hapll, and Msp I. This analysis indicated that cytosines of transposable elements and some genes located in heterochromatic regions were methylated while cytosines of the other genes were unmethylated. These results suggest that local transcriptional activity may reflect the organization of the corresponding part of the chromosome. They also indicate that epigenetic regulation plays an important role in correlating chromosomal organization with transcriptional activity. 展开更多

Nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA)is a common cause of infertility and is defined as the complete absence of sperm in ejaculation due to defective spermatogenesis.The aim of this study was to identify the genetic etiology of NOA in an infertile male from a Chinese consanguineous family.A homozygous missense variant of the membrane-bound O-acyltransferase domain-containing 1(MBOAT1)gene(c.770C>T,p.Thr257Met)was found by whole-exome sequencing(WES).Bioinformatic analysis also showed that this variant was a pathogenic variant and that the amino acid residue in MBOAT1 was highly conserved in mammals.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction(Q-PCR)analysis showed that the mRNA level of MBOAT1 in the patient was 22.0%lower than that in his father.Furthermore,we screened variants of MBOAT1 in a broader population and found an additional homozygous variant of the MBOAT1 gene in 123 infertile men.Our data identified homozygous variants of the MBOAT1 gene associated with male infertility.This study will provide new insights for researchers to understand the molecular mechanisms of male infertility and will help clinicians make accurate diagnoses. 展开更多
