不同地膜的降解特征及其对旱区马铃薯生长和土壤微环境的影响

为筛选适宜宁南旱区马铃薯生长且对土壤环境友好的降解地膜类型,以不覆盖为对照,研究普通塑料膜、秸秆纤维地膜、生物降解膜的降解特征及其对马铃薯生长、土壤微环境的影响。结果表明,生物降解膜和秸秆纤维膜分别在播后90和60 d进入诱导... 为筛选适宜宁南旱区马铃薯生长且对土壤环境友好的降解地膜类型,以不覆盖为对照,研究普通塑料膜、秸秆纤维地膜、生物降解膜的降解特征及其对马铃薯生长、土壤微环境的影响。结果表明,生物降解膜和秸秆纤维膜分别在播后90和60 d进入诱导期,生物降解膜和秸秆纤维膜均在播后150 d进入碎裂期;播后150 d的地膜质量损失率以秸秆纤维地膜最高,而普通塑料膜无明显变化。播后60 d,生物降解膜和秸秆纤维膜处理土壤蓄水量分别较对照显著提高21.4%和10.3%,而普通塑料膜处理与对照差异不显著。播后90~120 d,秸秆纤维膜和生物降解膜处理平均土壤温度分别较对照显著增加1.2和0.8℃。播后150 d,与对照相比,普通塑料膜和秸秆纤维膜处理土壤速效磷、速效钾含量提升效果显著。秸秆纤维膜处理细菌数量最高,而生物降解膜处理真菌和放线菌数量最高。播后150 d马铃薯地上部和地下部干物质累积量均以生物降解膜处理最高,马铃薯株高、茎粗和增产效果均以秸秆纤维膜处理最为显著。主成分分析结果表明,土壤细菌、放线菌数量是影响地膜降解的主要因素,而播后30~60 d土壤水分和播后60~120 d膜质量损失率对马铃薯产量形成至关重要。综上,秸秆纤维地膜降解效果优于普通塑料膜,且对改善旱地土壤微环境效果显著,可实现马铃薯增产,可代替普通地膜应用于旱作马铃薯生产中。本研究结果对筛选适宜宁南旱区农业可持续发展的最佳地膜类型具有一定的现实意义。 展开更多

Epidemiological and Subtype Characterization of Influenza Viruses Infection in Children in Shenzhen, China during Three Consecutive Seasons (January 2016-December 2018)

A better understan... Background: Children with seasonal influenza infection cause a significant burden of disease each year in the pediatric clinic. Influenza A and B viruses are the major types responsible for illness. A better understanding of the periodicity facilitates the prevention and control of influenza in children. Objective: This study aims to analyze the epidemiological patterns and subtype characterization of influenza viruses among children in Shenzhen, China. Methods: Influenza samples were collected by nasopharyngeal swabs from influenza like illness patients in Shenzhen Children’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. The positive cases and influenza subtypes were determined by gold labeled antigen detection and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. The influenza periodicity and age, subtype distribution as well as the association between climate parameters and different influenza subtypes were analyzed by SPSS 22.0. Results: The influenza positive rate during 2016-2018 was 21.0%, with a highest positive rate in the year 2018. The positive rate varied by month, season, and year describing a sequence of peaks presenting primarily in all year including spring, summer and winter. The characteristics of influenza peak were different in each year, with a spring peak in 2016 and a summer plus a winter-spring peaks in 2017 and 2018. In addition, influenza B exhibited a winter-spring seasonal pattern while influenza A displayed a more variable seasonality, highlighting influenza B rather than influenza A which had a negative association with climate parameters. Influenza-positive cases were older than influenza-negative cases (P P Conclusion: Influenza activity in children from Shenzhen typically displays both winter-spring and summer peaks. Influenza A epidemic occurred separately or co-circulated with influenza B, with a winter-spring pattern for influenza B and a much more variable seasonality for influenza A. 目的:探讨经阴道子宫输卵管实时三维超声造影(RT-3D-HyCoSy)与X线碘油造影术(HSG)对女性不孕症的诊断价值。方法:选取70例(140条输卵管)不孕症患者为研究对象,按照影像学检查方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组患者行HSG检... 目的:探讨经阴道子宫输卵管实时三维超声造影(RT-3D-HyCoSy)与X线碘油造影术(HSG)对女性不孕症的诊断价值。方法:选取70例(140条输卵管)不孕症患者为研究对象,按照影像学检查方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组患者行HSG检查;观察组患者行RT-3D-HyCoS检查,并于检查后次月月经干净后3~7 d行腹腔镜输卵管通液术(CLP)。比较两种影像学检查方法与CLP检查结果的符合率;以CLP检查结果为“金标准”,分析HSG与3D-HyCoSy检查对不孕症的诊断价值。结果:HSG和RT-3D-HyCoSy检查与CLP结果相符合的输卵管条数分别为52条和65条,两种检查方式与CLP的符合率比较,差异有统计学意义(74.29%vs.92.86%,χ^(2)=8.792,P=0.003)。以CLP检查结果为“金标准”,RT-3D-HyCoSy检查的敏感性、阴性预测值及准确性高于HSG检查(P<0.05);两种检查的特异性、阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相较传统HSG,RT-3D-HyCoSy是诊断女性不孕症更有效的方法,值得临床推广。 展开更多

如何将多张图像中的互补信息保存到一张图像中用于全面表征场景是具有挑战性的课题。基于此课题,大量的图像融合方法被提出。红外可见光图像融合(IVIF)作为图像融合中一个重要分支,在语义分割、目标检测和军事侦察等实际领域都有着广泛... 如何将多张图像中的互补信息保存到一张图像中用于全面表征场景是具有挑战性的课题。基于此课题,大量的图像融合方法被提出。红外可见光图像融合(IVIF)作为图像融合中一个重要分支,在语义分割、目标检测和军事侦察等实际领域都有着广泛的应用。近年来,深度学习技术引领了图像融合的发展方向,研究人员利用深度学习针对IVIF方向进行了探索。相关实验工作证明了应用深度学习方法来完成IVIF相较于传统方法有着显著优势。对基于深度学习的IVIF前沿算法进行了详细的分析论述。首先,从网络架构、方法创新以及局限性等方面报告了领域内的方法研究现状。其次,对IVIF方法中常用的数据集进行了简要介绍并给出了定量实验中常用评价指标的定义。对提到的一些具有代表性的方法进行了图像融合和语义分割的定性评估、定量评估实验以及融合效率分析实验来全方面地评估方法的性能。最后,给出了实验结论并对领域内未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。 展开更多

P16、Ki-67诊断宫颈鳞状上皮内病变价值及与高危型HPV感染关系

目的:研究P16、Ki-67诊断宫颈鳞状上皮内病变价值及与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染关系。方法:选取2022年2月-2024年2月本院收治的确诊宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者150例纳入病例组,同期体检健康女性150例纳入健康组,以阴道镜检查和组织病理... 目的:研究P16、Ki-67诊断宫颈鳞状上皮内病变价值及与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染关系。方法:选取2022年2月-2024年2月本院收治的确诊宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者150例纳入病例组,同期体检健康女性150例纳入健康组,以阴道镜检查和组织病理学检查结果作为金标准,采用液基薄层细胞检测(TCT)、HPV DNA检测、测定P16、Ki-67阳性表达情况,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析P16、Ki-67对宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的诊断价值;Spearman相关系数分析病例组P16、Ki-67阳性表达与HPV感染相关性。结果:病例组P16阳性表达(94.7%)、Ki-67阳性表达(93.3%)均高于对照组(3.3%、5.3%)(P<0.05);P16、Ki-67检出宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的准确率分别为;ROC曲线分析P16、Ki-67诊断宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的曲线下面积分别为0.957、0.940,敏感度94.7%、93.3%,特异度96.7%、94.7%;宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者P16阳性表达、Ki-67阳性表达与HPV感染均呈正相关(r=0.705、0.726,均P<0.05)。结论:宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者P16、Ki-67阳性率均异常升高,且阳性率与HPV感染呈正相关,对宫颈鳞状上皮内病变诊断价值较高。 展开更多

We discussed the decrease in residual stress,precipitation evolution,and mechanical properties of GH4151 alloy in different annealing temperatures,which were studied by the scanning electron microscope(SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD).The findings reveal that annealing processing has a significant impact on diminishing residual stresses.As the annealing temperature rose from 950 to 1150℃,the majority of the residual stresses were relieved from 60.1 MPa down to 10.9 MPa.Moreover,the stress relaxation mechanism transitioned from being mainly controlled by dislocation slip to a combination of dislocation slip and grain boundary migration.Meanwhile,the annealing treatment promotes the decomposition of the Laves,accompanied by the precipitation ofμ-(Mo_(6)Co_(7))starting at 950℃ and reaching a maximum value at 1050℃.The tensile strength and plasticity of the annealing alloy at 1150℃ reached the maximum(1394 MPa,56.1%)which was 131%,200%fold than those of the as-cast alloy(1060 MPa,26.6%),but the oxidation process in the alloy was accelerated at 1150℃.The enhancement in durability and flexibility is primarily due to the dissolution of the brittle phase,along with the shape and dispersal of theγ′phase. 展开更多

In recent years,the exploration of seabed has been intensified,but the submarine soils of silt and sand in the Yellow Sea area have not been well investigated so far.In this study,the physical and mechanical properties of silt and sand from the Yellow Sea were measured using a direct shear apparatus and their microstructures were observed using a scanning electron microscope.The test results suggest that the shear strength of silt and sand increases linearly with the increase of normal stress.Based on the direct shear test,the scanning electron microscope was used to observe the section surface of sand.It is observed that the section surface becomes rough,with many“V”‐shaped cracks.Many particles appear on the surface of the silt structure and tend to be disintegrated.The X‐ray diffraction experiment reveals that the sand and silt have different compositions.The shear strength of sand is slightly greater than that of silt under high stress,which is related to the shape of soil particles and the mineral composition.These results can be a reference for further study of other soils in the Yellow Sea;meanwhile,they can serve as soil parameters for the stability and durability analyses of offshore infrastructure construction. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Kidney transplantation is the best option for patients with end-stage renal disease.However,the need for lifelong immunosuppression results in renal transplant recipients being susceptible to various infections.Rhodococcus equi(R.equi)is a rare opportunistic pathogen in humans,and there are limited reports of infection with R.equi in post-renal transplant recipients and no uniform standard of treat-ment.This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of a renal transplant recipient infected with R.equi 21 mo postoperatively and summarizes the charac-teristics of infection with R.equi after renal transplantation,along with a detailed review of the literature.Here,we present the case of a 25-year-old man who was infected with R.equi 21 mo after renal transplantation.Although the clinical features at the time of presentation were not specific,chest computed tomography(CT)showed a large volume of pus in the right thoracic cavity and right middle lung atelectasis,and fiberoptic bronchoscopy showed an endobronchial mass in the right middle and lower lobe orifices.Bacterial culture and metagenomic next-generation sequen-cing sequencing of the pus were suggestive of R.equi infection.The immunosup-pressive drugs were immediately suspended and intravenous vancomycin and azithromycin were administered,along with adequate drainage of the abscess.The endobronchial mass was then resected.After the patient’s clinical symptoms and chest CT presentation resolved,he was switched to intravenous ciprofloxacin and azithromycin,followed by oral ciprofloxacin and azithromycin.The patient was re-hospitalized 2 wk after discharge for recurrence of R.equi infection.He recovered after another round of adequate abscess drainage and intravenous ciprofloxacin and azithromycin.CONCLUSION Infection with R.equi in renal transplant recipients is rare and complex,and the clinical presentation lacks specificity.Elaborate antibiotic therapy is required,and adequate abscess drainage and surgical excision are necessary.Given the recurrent nature of R.equi,patients need to be followed-up closely. 展开更多

The second(O2)observational campaign of gravitational waves(GWs)organized by the LIGO/Virgo Collaborations has led to several breakthroughs such as the detection of GW signals from merger systems involving black holes or neutrons stars.During O2,14 GW alerts were sent to the astronomical community with sky regions mostly covering over hundreds of square degrees.Among them,six were finally confirmed as real astrophysical events.Since 2013,a new set of ground-based robotic telescopes called Ground-based Wide Angle Camera system(GWAC)project and its pathfinder mini-GWAC has been developed to contribute to the various challenges of multi-messenger and time domain astronomy.The GWAC system is built up in the framework of the ground-segment system of the SVOM mission that will be devoted to the study of the multi-wavelength transient sky in the next decade.During O2,only the mini-GWAC telescope network was fully operational.Due to the wide field of view and fast automatic follow-up capabilities of the mini-GWAC telescopes,they were adept to efficiently cover the sky localization areas of GW event candidates.In this paper,we present the mini-GWAC pipeline we have set up to respond to GW alerts and we report our optical follow-up observations of eight GW alerts detected during the O2 run.Our observations provided the largest coverage of the GW localization areas with a short latency made by any optical facility.We found tens of optical transient candidates in our images,but none of those could be securely associated with any confirmed black hole-black hole merger event.Based on this first experience and the near future technical improvements of our network system,we will be more competitive in detecting the optical counterparts from some GW events that will be identified during the upcoming O3 run,especially those emerging from binary neutron star mergers. 展开更多

[目的]探讨种植密度对烤烟光合特性日变化及其主要化学成分的影响,为协调烤烟的碳、氮代谢,优化烤后烟叶化学成分的协调性提供理论依据。[方法]以烤烟(NicotianatabacumL.)品种‘K326’为试验材料,设置5个种植密度处理,即最小密度处理(T1,14200株·hm^-2)、较小密度处理(T2,15400株·hm^-2)、中等密度处理(T3,16800株·hm^-2)、较大密度处理(T4,18500株·hm^-2)、最大密度处理(T5,20500株·hm^-2),研究种植密度对烤烟光合特性和常规化学成分的影响。[结果]除最大密度处理外,其他处理烤烟净光合速率均呈双峰曲线,峰值出现在11:00和15:00;与最小密度处理相比,较小密度处理烤烟中部叶净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率分别提高14.59%、13.11%、3.25%,13:00之后胞间CO2浓度回升加快,气孔限制值逐渐下降,说明气孔限制得到有效缓解,有利于延长烟叶光合功能时间,烤后烟叶两糖比升高了4.40%,成熟度提高;最大密度处理的烤烟中部叶13:00之后净光合速率下降92.30%,胞间CO2浓度升高18.52%,气孔限制值下降17.50%,说明随着光合作用的进行,烟叶非气孔限制加剧,光合效率低,有效光合时间短,因此不利于干物质积累;净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均与氮碱比呈极显著正相关,蒸腾速率与总糖呈显著正相关。[结论]与最大密度处理相比,较大和中等密度处理有利于优化烟株形态,协调烟叶光合速率,提高烤烟成熟度及碳、氮代谢协调性,实现优质烟叶生产。 展开更多

【目的】探讨烤烟上部8片烟叶质量差异产生的生理机理,为指导上部叶采收调制以及工业企业在特定叶位挑选优质原料提供参考。【方法】以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,研究成熟期烤烟上部8片叶每位叶的光合特性和烤后烟叶单叶质量,并采用聚类分... 【目的】探讨烤烟上部8片烟叶质量差异产生的生理机理,为指导上部叶采收调制以及工业企业在特定叶位挑选优质原料提供参考。【方法】以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,研究成熟期烤烟上部8片叶每位叶的光合特性和烤后烟叶单叶质量,并采用聚类分析法对光合特性相近的叶位进行分组,比较单叶质量与光合特性的叶位效应。【结果】随着叶位的降低,烤烟叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率明显下降,其中倒3~8位叶净光合速率较倒1叶显著降低了9.79%~27.68%,但各叶位胞间CO2浓度差异不明显。对各叶位光合特性的聚类分析表明,上部8片叶可分为倒1~2叶、倒3~5叶、倒6~7叶和倒8叶4个叶组,其单叶质量分别为8.68~8.79,9.86~10.05,10.32~10.43和10.80 g,组内差异不显著,不同组间差异显著,其叶位效应与光合特性的叶位效应相似。【结论】云烟87上部8片叶光合特性和单叶质量叶位效应相似,光合特性是烟叶质量差异形成的主要生理基础。 展开更多

[目的]探讨打顶涂抹生长素对烤烟(Nicotiana tabacum L.)上部叶内源激素调控和光合特性的影响,以探索调控上部烟叶生长的方法。[方法]以烤烟品种‘K326’为材料,设置了打顶涂抹0,25,50和100 mg/kg IAA 4个处理,分析其对烟叶内源激素含量和光合指标的影响。[结果]打顶涂抹生长素28 d是各处理上部叶IAA和IBA含量的峰值,涂抹50 mg/kg IAA可以显著提高烟叶上部叶IAA含量88.72%、IBA含量27.78%;各处理上部叶ABA含量均呈"双峰"趋势变化,峰值出现在14和28 d,涂抹50 mg/kg IAA可以显著降低ABA含量19.56%;涂抹生长素7 d后烤烟上部叶SA含量达峰值,涂抹50 mg/kg IAA可以显著提高SA含量122.75%;涂抹50 mg/kg IAA可以显著提高烟叶上部叶净光合速率63.99%,气孔导度23.17%,蒸腾速率44.97%,IAA含量与净光合速率显著正相关,IBA含量与净光合速率、气孔导度显著正相关,ABA含量与气孔导度极显著负相关。涂抹50 mg/kgIAA 35 d后烤烟上部叶的叶长、叶宽、开片度和叶面积分别显著增加5.55%,11.27%,5.5%和17.4%。[结论]打顶涂抹50 mg/kg IAA可以平衡烤烟上部叶各内源激素含量,延缓烟叶衰老,加强光合物质的产生和积累,有利于上部叶开片。 展开更多

The heat transfer of supercritical fluids is a vastly growing field, specifically to find suitable alternatives to replace conventional R134a, which can be beneficial for climate change. Most of the experimental and numerical investigations have been conducted to explore supercritical water, carbon dioxide and R134a as heat transfer working fluids. Hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) and refrigerants blends have been considered the most environment-friendly refrigerants to replace Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), Hydrochlorofluoro-carbons (HCFCs) and Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs). Their main advantage of zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and comparatively lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) have attracted growing amount of attention to mitigate environmental issues. This work adopts the computational method and takes the environmentally friendly refrigerants to investigate the heat transfer characteristics under widely used shear-stress transport (SST) model. A comprehensive comparison was performed at reduced pressure of 1.10 for supercritical fluids R515A, R1234ze(E) and R134a. The peaks of heat transfer coefficient occurred in the vicinity of pseudo critical temperature for all of these considered fluids;however, R134a resulted in higher heat transfer coefficient, Reynolds number and Prandtl number in comparison with R515A and R1234ze(E). The higher heat transfer coefficient of supercritical fluid R134a is owing to its thermophysical properties and the specific heat plays crucial role in the heat transfer of supercritical fluids. Owing to environmental issues, R515A can be a considerable replacement of R134a. R1234ze(E) is also promising alternative to R134a;however, safety issues should thoroughly concern its mild flammable characteristics. 展开更多
