Effectively controlling the selectivity of C_(2) oxygenates is desirable for electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction.Copper catalyst has been considered as the most potential for reducing CO_(2) to C_(2) products,but it sti...Effectively controlling the selectivity of C_(2) oxygenates is desirable for electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction.Copper catalyst has been considered as the most potential for reducing CO_(2) to C_(2) products,but it still suffers from low C_(2) selectivity,high overpotential,and competitive hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Here,we propose a design strategy to introduce a second metal that weakly binds to H and a functional ligand that provides hydrogen bonds and protons to achieve high selectivity of C_(2)oxygenates and effective suppression of HER on the Cu(100)surface simultaneously.Seven metals and eleven ligands are screened using first-principles calculations,which shows that Sn is the most efficient for inhibiting HER and cysteamine(CYS)ligand is the most significant in reducing the limiting potential of^(*)CO hydrogenation to^(*)CHO.In the post C-C coupling steps,a so-called“pulling effect”that transfers H in the CYS ligand as a viable proton donor to the C_(2)intermediate to form an H bond,can further stabilize the OH group and facilitate the selection of C_(2)products toward oxygenates.Therefore,this heterogeneous electrocatalyst can effectively reduce CO_(2)to ethanol and ethylene glycol with an ultra-low limiting potential of-0.43 V.This study provides a new strategy for effectively improving the selectivity of C_(2)oxygenates and inhibiting HER to achieve advanced electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.展开更多

Objective: This study aims to analyze the causes of postoperative transition from euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis (EDKA) to diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), summarize clinical nursing experiences, enhance the recognition...Objective: This study aims to analyze the causes of postoperative transition from euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis (EDKA) to diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), summarize clinical nursing experiences, enhance the recognition and management of such complications, and improve patient prognosis. Methods: A detailed case analysis was conducted on a patient who developed EDKA early after breast cancer surgery, which subsequently transitioned to DKA. A multidisciplinary team (MDT) consultation was employed to formulate a personalized nursing plan. Specific methods included comprehensive clinical data collection, monitoring of blood glucose, urine ketones, and blood ketone levels;implementing dynamic insulin adjustment strategies;providing dietary education and psychological support;and guiding dietary adjustments through nutritional consultations. Results: Through personalized observation, blood glucose management, dietary management, psychological care, and wound care, the patient’s blood and urine ketone levels returned to normal, the flap healed well, and blood glucose was maintained within the normal range. The patient is currently undergoing postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusion: For postoperative patients with unexplained nausea, vomiting, and dehydration, regardless of diabetes history, timely testing of blood glucose, blood ketones, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, electrolytes, and blood gas analysis can facilitate early detection of EDKA. Additionally, personalized management of blood glucose, diet, psychological care, and wound care is crucial for the prevention and treatment of EDKA.展开更多
Several studies have reported a relationship between the length of the CAG-repeat in the polymerase y (POLG) gene and male infertility. However, other studies have not reproduced this result. In our study, the POLG-...Several studies have reported a relationship between the length of the CAG-repeat in the polymerase y (POLG) gene and male infertility. However, other studies have not reproduced this result. In our study, the POLG-CAG-repeat length was analyzed in 535 healthy individuals from six Chinese Han populations living in different provinces. The frequencies of IO-CAG alleles and genotypes were high (97.38 and 94.13%, respectively), with no significant difference among the six Chinese Han populations. Furthermore, we determined the distribution of the POLG-CAG-repeat in 150 infertile men and 126 fertile men. Our study suggested that the distributions of POLG-CAG-repeat alleles and genotypes were not significantly different between infertile (95.67 and 92.67%, respectively) and fertile men (97.22 and 94.44%, respectively). In a subsequent meta-analysis, combining our data with data from previous studies, a comparison of the CAG-repeat alleles in fertile versus infertile men showed no obvious risk for male infertility associated with any particular allele (pooled odds ratio (0R)=0.94; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.60-1.48). The significance level was not attained with any of the following genetic models: homozygote comparison (not lO/not 10 versus 10110: OR= 1.34; 95% Ch 0.66-2.72), heterozygote comparison (lO/not 10 versus 10/10: OR= 1.04; 95% Ch 0.78-1.38), dominant model comparison (not lO/not 10+ 101 not 10 versus 10110. OR= 1.08; 95% Ch 0.79-1.47) and recessive genetic comparison (not lO/not 10 versus lO/not 10+ 10/10- OR= 1.31; 95% Ch 0.68-2.55). In conclusion, there is no significant difference of the frequencies of POLG-CAG-repeat variants among six Chinese Han populations, and this polymorphism may not be associated with Chinese male infertility. On the basis of a meta-analysis, there is no obvious association between CAG-repeat variants of the POLG gene and male infertility.展开更多

The structural properties of the adsorbents were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N_2 sorption(BET) and thermal analysis(TGA). The effects of calcination temperature, calcination atmosphere, and adsorption temperature were studied by the dynamic and static tests. The competitive adsorption mechanisms between thiophene and 1-hexene were studied by in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(in-situ FTIR) and temperature-programmed desorption(TPD). CsY adsorbents exhibited high selectivity for thiophene even when a large amount of olefins exist.In-situ FTIR spectra of thiophene and 1-hexene adsorption indicated that both thiophene and 1-hexene were mainly adsorbed on CsY via π-complexation. The higher desorption activated energy and higher adsorption heat of thiophene than 1-hexene obtained by thiophene-TPD and hexene-TPD has revealed that thiophene is adsorbed more strongly in CsY adsorbents than 1-hexene.展开更多
As a promising ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor material,gallium oxide(Ga_(2)O_(3))is attracting extensive attention of researchers due to its feasible growth process,appropriate bandgap of 4.4 e V-5.3 e V allowing fo...As a promising ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor material,gallium oxide(Ga_(2)O_(3))is attracting extensive attention of researchers due to its feasible growth process,appropriate bandgap of 4.4 e V-5.3 e V allowing for deep-ultraviolet(deepUV)detection,good physical and chemical stability,high breakdown field strength and electron mobility,etc.Different from the strict processes for controllable crystalline Ga_(2)O_(3)(usually refer to as stable monoclinicβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)),amorphous Ga_(2)O_(3)(a-Ga_(2)O_(3))film can be prepared uniformly at low temperature on a large-area deposition substrate,suggesting great advantages such as low manufacturing cost and excellent flexibility,dispensing with high-temperature and high vacuum techniques.Thus,a-Ga_(2)O_(3)extremely facilitates important applications in various applied fields.Therefore,in this concise review,we summarize several major deposition methods for a-Ga_(2)O_(3)films,of which the characteristics are discussed.Additionally,potential methods to optimize the film properties are proposed by right of the inspiration from some recent studies.Subsequently,the applications of a-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films,e.g.,in photodetectors,resistive random access memories(RRAMs)and gas sensors,are represented with a fruitful discussion of their structures and operating mechanisms.展开更多

The analysis based on the household survey in 2013 shows that the targeting accuracy is not high based on the standard of income and the accuracy is higher based on the standard of multidimensional poverty index. But the latter still has a low coverage rate. To gradually achieve integration of the rural poverty line and the rural subsistence allowance line, standards applied to identifying households entitled to subsistence allowances should be changed from the standard of income to multidimensional poverty indexes. A unified standard of subsistence allowances and a unified method for identifying related households should be developed. At the same time, coverage and funding of subsistence allowances should be extended and increased to better meet people's basic needs.展开更多

The frequencies of IO-CAG alleles and genotypes were high (97.38 and 94.13%, respectively), with no significant difference among the six Chinese Han populations. Furthermore, we determined the distribution of the POLG-CAG-repeat in 150 infertile men and 126 fertile men. Our study suggested that the distributions of POLG-CAG-repeat alleles and genotypes were not significantly different between infertile (95.67 and 92.67%, respectively) and fertile men (97.22 and 94.44%, respectively). In a subsequent meta-analysis, combining our data with data from previous studies, a comparison of the CAG-repeat alleles in fertile versus infertile men showed no obvious risk for male infertility associated with any particular allele (pooled odds ratio (0R)=0.94; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.60-1.48). The significance level was not attained with any of the following genetic models: homozygote comparison (not lO/not 10 versus 10110: OR= 1.34; 95% Ch 0.66-2.72), heterozygote comparison (lO/not 10 versus 10/10: OR= 1.04; 95% Ch 0.78-1.38), dominant model comparison (not lO/not 10+ 101 not 10 versus 10110. OR= 1.08; 95% Ch 0.79-1.47) and recessive genetic comparison (not lO/not 10 versus lO/not 10+ 10/10- OR= 1.31; 95% Ch 0.68-2.55). In conclusion, there is no significant difference of the frequencies of POLG-CAG-repeat variants among six Chinese Han populations, and this polymorphism may not be associated with Chinese male infertility. On the basis of a meta-analysis, there is no obvious association between CAG-repeat variants of the POLG gene and male infertility.

文摘The systematic research about the adsorption desulfurization and competitive behavior from 1-hexene over cesium-exchanged Y zeolites has been investigated. The structural properties of the adsorbents were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N_2 sorption(BET) and thermal analysis(TGA). The effects of calcination temperature, calcination atmosphere, and adsorption temperature were studied by the dynamic and static tests. The competitive adsorption mechanisms between thiophene and 1-hexene were studied by in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(in-situ FTIR) and temperature-programmed desorption(TPD). CsY adsorbents exhibited high selectivity for thiophene even when a large amount of olefins exist.In-situ FTIR spectra of thiophene and 1-hexene adsorption indicated that both thiophene and 1-hexene were mainly adsorbed on CsY via π-complexation. The higher desorption activated energy and higher adsorption heat of thiophene than 1-hexene obtained by thiophene-TPD and hexene-TPD has revealed that thiophene is adsorbed more strongly in CsY adsorbents than 1-hexene.

文摘As a promising ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor material,gallium oxide(Ga_(2)O_(3))is attracting extensive attention of researchers due to its feasible growth process,appropriate bandgap of 4.4 e V-5.3 e V allowing for deep-ultraviolet(deepUV)detection,good physical and chemical stability,high breakdown field strength and electron mobility,etc.Different from the strict processes for controllable crystalline Ga_(2)O_(3)(usually refer to as stable monoclinicβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)),amorphous Ga_(2)O_(3)(a-Ga_(2)O_(3))film can be prepared uniformly at low temperature on a large-area deposition substrate,suggesting great advantages such as low manufacturing cost and excellent flexibility,dispensing with high-temperature and high vacuum techniques.Thus,a-Ga_(2)O_(3)extremely facilitates important applications in various applied fields.Therefore,in this concise review,we summarize several major deposition methods for a-Ga_(2)O_(3)films,of which the characteristics are discussed.Additionally,potential methods to optimize the film properties are proposed by right of the inspiration from some recent studies.Subsequently,the applications of a-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films,e.g.,in photodetectors,resistive random access memories(RRAMs)and gas sensors,are represented with a fruitful discussion of their structures and operating mechanisms.

文摘Poverty–stricken populations must be identified precisely in the fight against poverty to implement the strategy of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020. The analysis based on the household survey in 2013 shows that the targeting accuracy is not high based on the standard of income and the accuracy is higher based on the standard of multidimensional poverty index. But the latter still has a low coverage rate. To gradually achieve integration of the rural poverty line and the rural subsistence allowance line, standards applied to identifying households entitled to subsistence allowances should be changed from the standard of income to multidimensional poverty indexes. A unified standard of subsistence allowances and a unified method for identifying related households should be developed. At the same time, coverage and funding of subsistence allowances should be extended and increased to better meet people's basic needs.
文摘Objective To evaluate the impact of early intensive rehabilitation care in adults undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods This was a quasi-experimental study using assessor blinding in 252 cardiac surgery patients recruited from Fuwai Hospital.Participants awaiting cardiac surgery were divided into the experiment group and the control group.The control group received routine rehabilitation care postoperatively,including the exercise training,deep breathing exercises,nutrition direction,medication instruction,psychological education,pain management and sleep conditioning.

文摘Three species from the Qinling Mountains are described as new to science: Homoneura(Homoneura) fopingensis Gao & Shi sp. nov. in the H.(H.) quinquenotata group, and H.(H.) aliena Gao & Shi sp. nov. and H.(H.) heilongtanensis Gao & Shi sp. nov. in the H.(H.) sauteri group. H.(H.) stigmata Papp, 1984 in the H.(H.) quinquenotata group is recorded from China for the first time. The diagnosis of two species groups is presented. Keys to divide these two species groups and separate known species from the new species are provided.
