STMAS同化风廓线雷达对台风“利奇马”融合实况风场的改进分析

为分析STMAS(space-time multiscale analysis system)同化风廓线雷达对三维风场的改进效果,本文以GRAPES-MESO、GRAPES-GFS 2种预报场作为背景场,对STMAS系统融合浙江省及周边一定范围的L波段边界层风廓线雷达数据,进行4组对比试验。... 为分析STMAS(space-time multiscale analysis system)同化风廓线雷达对三维风场的改进效果,本文以GRAPES-MESO、GRAPES-GFS 2种预报场作为背景场,对STMAS系统融合浙江省及周边一定范围的L波段边界层风廓线雷达数据,进行4组对比试验。通过试验结果与探空雷达实况数据和EC(european meteorological center)再分析资料的对比分析发现:(1)STMAS中融合越多的风廓线雷达信息,融合后的结果改变越明显;(2)从本文试验时段内各时次各层次试验数据与探空雷达差异的平均值来看,以GRAPES-GFS为背景场的融合效果相对较好;(3)通过与探空雷达对垂直风速的对比发现,接入风廓线雷达的STMAS风速场比未接入的STMAS风速更接近实况值,同时STMAS风速场比EC再分析资料更接近探空实况。 展开更多

新一代静止气象卫星对浙江省金丽温高速公路低能见度识别的研究 被引量:1

利用浙江省地面观测数据和新一代静止气象卫星数据,通过逻辑回归(LR)、线性判别(LDA)、K近邻算法(KNN)、决策树(CART)、高斯贝叶斯(NB)和支持向量机(SVM)6种机器学习算法针对浙江省金丽温高速公路进行低能见度识别建模,并运用多种评估... 利用浙江省地面观测数据和新一代静止气象卫星数据,通过逻辑回归(LR)、线性判别(LDA)、K近邻算法(KNN)、决策树(CART)、高斯贝叶斯(NB)和支持向量机(SVM)6种机器学习算法针对浙江省金丽温高速公路进行低能见度识别建模,并运用多种评估方法评估模型结果,显示SVM算法模型效果较好,且针对小于1000 m的能见度天气有较好的识别。进一步结合地面观测数据和卫星数据建立识别模型,发现效果优于单一来源的数据建模,一般以KNN算法建模效果较好,且在对浓雾、强浓雾的识别中,结合地面和卫星数据的模型识别效果更好。针对单一数据利用SVM算法,结合地面和卫星数据选择KNN算法再对金丽温高速公路的大雾过程进行识别,显示新一代静止气象卫星数据的模拟效果不差于地面观测数据模拟效果,且能够识别夜间和凌晨的雾,对地面观测识别可作为有效补充,将对省内没有地面气象观测的低能见度识别和短临预测有一定辅助参考作用。 展开更多

近年来,我国不断加大人工智能教育政策供给,促进人工智能与教育教学深度融合。在基础教育阶段开设人工智能课程,可培养学生的人工智能素养,并提升国家未来科技竞争力。然而,源于人工智能师资不足与实践条件缺乏等原因,当前中小学人工智... 近年来,我国不断加大人工智能教育政策供给,促进人工智能与教育教学深度融合。在基础教育阶段开设人工智能课程,可培养学生的人工智能素养,并提升国家未来科技竞争力。然而,源于人工智能师资不足与实践条件缺乏等原因,当前中小学人工智能课程的实施效果并不理想。鉴于此,该研究基于校企合作背景,将“赛教育人”机制融入人工智能非正式课程中,在基于设计的研究范式下,从目标、主题领域和内容、方法和步骤、评估等四个维度提出设计框架,并通过开展两轮迭代后对框架进行了改进和完善,以期为人工智能课程开发与实践提供参考。 展开更多

Temporal Variations in Sea of Clouds and Their Relation with Meteorological Factors in Yandang Mountains 被引量:1

Based on data of meteorological elements in the meteorological station in North Yandang Mountains during 1960- 2013,temporal variations in days of sea of clouds over Yandang Mountains in nearly 50 years and their relation with air temperature,precipitation,relative humidity and wind speed were analyzed. The results showed that annual average days of sea of clouds over Yandang Mountains were 164. 92 d,and the maximum and minimum were 215 and 58 d,so there was a big difference between various years. The days of sea of clouds were the most in spring,and average days of sea of clouds( average days of sea of clouds with low cloud cover ≥80%) were 50. 89 d( 32. 77 d),while they were the least in autumn. There was an obvious positive correlation between the days of sea of clouds and relative humidity. Precipitation occurred the day before or on the day when sea of clouds with low cloud cover ≥80% formed. On the day when sea of clouds with low cloud cover ≥80% appeared,average relative humidity was ≥80%,and average wind speed was ≤4. 5 m/s. 展开更多

阐述一种基于计算机视觉的视障辅助系统设计方案,该方案硬件基于intel AlxBoard平台进行AI推理,采用intel Realsense D455深度摄像头进行数据采集,应用YoloV5s预训练模型进行目标物体检测,检测出物体位置并根据深度摄像头提供的深度信... 阐述一种基于计算机视觉的视障辅助系统设计方案,该方案硬件基于intel AlxBoard平台进行AI推理,采用intel Realsense D455深度摄像头进行数据采集,应用YoloV5s预训练模型进行目标物体检测,检测出物体位置并根据深度摄像头提供的深度信息计算物体距离,并为视障群体进行语音播报。为提高系统的推理性能,采用OpenVino框架提升推理性能,将推理速度从14 FPS提升至35 FPS,达到实时推理速度,使视障人群使用起来实时、安全。本系统软件基于Python语言及OpenVino库、OpenCV库、Pyttsx3库,通过计算机视觉目标检测方法,实现实时目标检测与物体位置语音提醒功能。该方案未来可通过头盔、眼镜等产品为视障人群服务。 展开更多

Changes in the Beginning Date and Duration of the Four Seasons in Zhejiang Province

Based on data of daily average temperature from 62 national ground observation stations in Zhejiang Province during 1971-2015,the changing trends and spatial distribution of beginning date and duration of the four seasons in Zhejiang Province were analyzed by using the least square method,and significance test was conducted by using correlation coefficient. The results show that according to the changing characteristics of the four seasons in Zhejiang Province,autumn and winter began later,while spring and summer started earlier than before; the duration of summer lengthened,while the duration of winter shortened,and there were great changes in summer and winter but small changes in spring and autumn. Seen from the spatial distribution of beginning date and duration of the four seasons,the correlation in middle and northern Zhejiang was better than that in southern Zhejiang. 展开更多

基于深度学习端到端的车道保持系统实验设计

针对现有自动驾驶课程缺乏软硬件相结合、稳定性强且易于开发的车道保持实验,提出了一种基于深度学习端到端算法的车道保持系统。引入轻量化的无人驾驶小车硬件平台与华为云ModelArts软件平台,设计了包括数据采集处理、模型设计、云端... 针对现有自动驾驶课程缺乏软硬件相结合、稳定性强且易于开发的车道保持实验,提出了一种基于深度学习端到端算法的车道保持系统。引入轻量化的无人驾驶小车硬件平台与华为云ModelArts软件平台,设计了包括数据采集处理、模型设计、云端训练、车端部署测试的完整开发流程;从教学场景出发,对深度学习端到端算法进行轻量设计,较好捕捉图像与底盘角度的映射关系,保证了高准确率与泛化性。同时,进行了模型训练及实验测试,训练了200个Epoch后成功收敛,在U型弯、直转弯、S型弯严格不压线通过率均值为93.05%(高速)与97.22%(低速)。实验结果表明,该系统在实测中表现出较强的鲁棒性,且实验环境易于搭建,弥补了教学实验中学生计算资源不足的现状;通过端云协同开发帮助学生有效提升工程实践能力。 展开更多

Analysis of Differences between Requirements of Public Meteorological Services from a New Perspective

Based on the survey data of public meteorological services,differences between users' needs for public meteorological services were analyzed by using Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the principle of information availability in behavioral economics. The results show that users' needs for meteorological services follow certain laws,and the public's needs for meteorological information are driven by physiological needs firstly and then by safety needs,while they are driven by upper needs finally. Meanwhile,users' needs for meteorological services have particularity.Under special backgrounds,there are certain differences between users' needs and laws of basic needs,and users' needs are inconsistent with the " ideal needs" of meteorological departments. Studying the laws and particularity of differences between users' needs for meteorological services in detail is conducive to a survey of the public's needs for meteorological services and improvement of meteorological service quality. 展开更多

In recent years,China has been issuing artificial intelligence(AI)education policies to promote the deep integration between AI and education.Setting AI courses at the basic education phase can cultivate students’AI literacy and enhance the country’s science and technology competitiveness in the future.However,due to shortages of AI teachers and inadequate conditions for practice,the current AI courses in primary and secondary schools are not enough in effectiveness.In light of current problems,this study,based on the foundation of university-enterprise cooperation,integrates the“competition and education”mechanism into informal AI course design and practice.Using a design-based research paradigm,the study proposes the design framework from four dimensions:goals,themes and content,methods and steps,and evaluation,and then further refines the framework through two rounds of iterations,to provide a reference for the development and practice of AI courses. 展开更多
