In high temperature cuprate superconductors,it was found that the superfluid density decreases with the increase of hole doping.One natural question is whether there exists normal fluid in the superconducting state in...In high temperature cuprate superconductors,it was found that the superfluid density decreases with the increase of hole doping.One natural question is whether there exists normal fluid in the superconducting state in the overdoped region.In this paper,we have carried out high-resolution ultra-low temperature laser-based angle-resolved photoemission measurements on a heavily overdoped Bi2212 sample with a T_(c) of 48 K.We find that this heavily overdoped Bi2212 remains in the strong coupling regime with 2Δ_(0)/(k_(B)T_(c))=5.8.The single-particle scattering rate is very small along the nodal direction(~5 meV) and increases as the momentum moves from the nodal to the antinodal regions.A hard superconducting gap opening is observed near the antinodal region with the spectral weight at the Fermi level fully suppressed to zero.The normal fluid is found to be negligibly small in the superconducting state of this heavily overdoped Bi2212.These results provide key information to understand the high T_(c) mechanism in the cuprate superconductors.展开更多

Huoxue Rongluo Tablet is a well-established and common pre- scription for the treatment of cerebral infarction. In this study, a rat model of cerebral ischemia was established and the animals were intragastrically administered Huoxue Rongluo Tablet. This treat- ment reduced infarct volume, decreased matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression, and improved neurological function. Moreover, the effects of Huoxue Rongluo Tablet were better than those of buflomedil pyridoxal phosphate. These results indicate that Huoxue Rongluo Tablet is effective in treating cerebral infarction by regulating matrix metalloproteinase-9 protein expression.展开更多

The major challenge for developing an efficient electrocatalyst is the cleaving of t...Electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction (eNRR) is an alternative promising manner for sustainable N2 fixation with low-emission. The major challenge for developing an efficient electrocatalyst is the cleaving of the stable Ntriple bondN triple bonds. Herein, we design a new MoS_(2) with in-plane defect cluster through a bottom-up approach for the first time, where the defect cluster is composed of three adjacent S vacancies. The well-defined in-plane defect clusters could contribute to the strong chemical adsorption and activation towards inert nitrogen, achieving an excellent eNRR performance with an ammonia yield rate of 43.4 ± 3 μg h^(−1) mgcat.^(−1) and a Faradaic efficiency of 16.8 ± 2% at −0.3 V (vs. RHE). The performance is much higher than that of MoS_(2) with the edge defect. Isotopic labeling confirms that N atoms of produced NH4+ originate from N2. Furthermore, the in-plane defect clusters realized the alternate hydrogenation of nitrogen in a side-on way to synthesize ammonia. This work provides a prospecting strategy for fine-tuning in-plane defects in a catalyst, and also promotes the progress of eNRR.展开更多
Aims and objectives:To evaluate intensive care unit(ICU)nurses'knowledge of the updated guidelines for the prevention of intravascular catheter-related infections;to identify the factors that affect the nurses'...Aims and objectives:To evaluate intensive care unit(ICU)nurses'knowledge of the updated guidelines for the prevention of intravascular catheter-related infections;to identify the factors that affect the nurses'knowledge and to explore the barriers to adherence to evidence-based guidelines in clinical practice in China.Methods:Cross-sectional surveys were carried out in Chinese ICUs from January 2013 to March 2014.The nurses'demographic information,knowledge of the guidelines,and barriers to adherence were assessed by a validated questionnaire and then analyzed statistically.Results:The questionnaires were completed by 455 ICU nurses from 4 provinces of China.The mean score was 8.17 of 20,and higher scores were significantly associated with province,years of experience,and years of ICU experience.Forty-nine(10.7%)nurses had not heard of the guidelines,whereas 231(50.7%)nurses heard of the guidelines but did not receive training for them.Trained nurses'scores were higher than untrained nurses'scores.The three main barriers to compliance with the guidelines were an unfamiliarity with them,an excessive workload due to a shortage of nurses,and a lack of training.Conclusions:ICU nurses'knowledge of the updated guidelines is quite low,which could be a potential risk factor for patient safety.Multidisciplinary interventions and continuous.展开更多
Nitric oxide(NO)regulates plant growth,enhances nutrient uptake,and activates disease and stress tolerance mechanisms in most plants,making NO a potential tool for use in improving the yield and quality of horticultur...Nitric oxide(NO)regulates plant growth,enhances nutrient uptake,and activates disease and stress tolerance mechanisms in most plants,making NO a potential tool for use in improving the yield and quality of horticultural crop species.Although the use of NO in horticulture is still in its infancy,research on NO in model plant species has provided an abundance of valuable information on horticultural crop species.Emerging evidence implies that the bioactivity of NO can occur through many potential mechanisms but occurs mainly through S-nitrosation,the covalent and reversible attachment of NO to cysteine thiol.In this context,NO signaling specifically affects crop development,immunity,and environmental interactions.Moreover,NO can act as a fumigant against a wide range of postharvest diseases and pests.However,for effective use of NO in horticulture,both understanding and exploring the biological significance and potential mechanisms of NO in horticultural crop species are critical.This review provides a picture of our current understanding of how NO is synthesized and transduced in plants,and particular attention is given to the significance of NO in breaking seed dormancy,balancing root growth and development,enhancing nutrient acquisition,mediating stress responses,and guaranteeing food safety for horticultural production.展开更多
Based on the daily average temperature from March 19 to April 2,2021 at three surface meteorological stations in western Guizhou and the daily average temperature,maximum temperature and minimum temperature from March...Based on the daily average temperature from March 19 to April 2,2021 at three surface meteorological stations in western Guizhou and the daily average temperature,maximum temperature and minimum temperature from March 19 to April 2,2021 at 12 main automatic meteorological stations of red cartridge kiwifruit base,the effects of low temperature and high temperature on flowering and pollination of red cartridge kiwifruit in early spring of 2021 were analyzed.The results showed that slight cold spell in later spring in western Guizhou occurred from March 21 to 23.The lower limit of the daily average temperature required for flowering period(12℃or below)appeared in each base of red cartridge kiwifruit during March 21-23,which affected the red cartridge kiwifruit trees in Faer,Houchang,Miluo,Shunchang,Panlong and Jichang bases flowering and pollinating before March 20.From March 29 to April 2,the daily maximum temperature of Faer and other eleven bases was 30℃or above,which caused the wilting and abscission of flowers and young fruits of of red cartridge kiwifruit trees in Faer,Houchang,Miluo,Shunchang,Panlong,shaomi,Jichang and Aga bases blooming and pollinating before March 24,but the flowers of red cartridge kiwifruit trees in Langdai,Longhe,Pugu and Shuangfeng bases blooming and pollinating after March 28 were not damaged.展开更多
Air is an important condition for human activities and survival,and its quality is closely related to the quality of life and level of health for the people.In recent years,the problem caused by air quality has become...Air is an important condition for human activities and survival,and its quality is closely related to the quality of life and level of health for the people.In recent years,the problem caused by air quality has become one of the main problems that endanger human health and restrict economic development,which has been widely concerned.In this paper,the air quality status and its changing trend were analyzed by using the methods of the comprehensive index of ambient air quality and Spearman s rank correlation coefficient,based on the hourly pollutant concentration data of five national ambient air quality monitoring stations in the central urban area of Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province from January 1,2015 to December 31,2019.The results showed that the concentration of air pollutants in the atmosphere in the past five years showed a downward trend in the central urban area of Liupanshui City.During 2018-2019,the air quality has been up to the standard for two consecutive years,and it was developing to a higher quality direction.The air quality was better in summer half year than in winter half year.In one year,the air quality was the best in June and the worst in February.The air quality was the best at 07:00 and the worst at 21:00 every day.The air quality in the east and the west of the city was better than that in the middle.In most years,the activities,making and burning paper to resemble money as an offering sacrifices to gods or ancestors in Zhongyuan Festival,caused serious pollution.展开更多

The sensor exhibited good sensitivity and selectivity to VB2. The detection limit went down to 2.3851nM, and a linear relationship between the current incremental and the concentration was found in the range of 10~120nM. And the sensor could use in detection of VB2 real sample for a long time and show good reproducibility. The average recovery rate to VB2 was 98.41%.展开更多

The responses of Hongyang,Donghong and Jinhong varieties to temperature and precipitation were analyzed by observing the growth stages of different kiwifruit varieties in Longhe red cartridge kiwifruit base of Liuzhi ...The responses of Hongyang,Donghong and Jinhong varieties to temperature and precipitation were analyzed by observing the growth stages of different kiwifruit varieties in Longhe red cartridge kiwifruit base of Liuzhi Special Zone of Guizhou Province in 2021 and combining with the meteorological data of temperature and precipitation in the base in the same period.The results showed that Hongyang,Donghong and Jinhong all sprouted on February 1,and had the same response to temperature and precipitation.From germination to leaf spreading stage,Hongyang and Donghong had the same response to precipitation,while Donghong and Jinhong had the same response to temperature,but Jinhong needed 32.5 mm precipitation to meet its growth and development.From leaf spreading stage to budding stage,Hongyang and Donghong had similar responses to temperature and precipitation,while Jinhong needed average daily temperature of 16.5℃and precipitation of 2.1 mm.The responses of the three varieties from budding to flowering to temperature and precipitation were consistent.From flowering to fruiting,Hongyang needed 19.9℃temperature and the least precipitation,while Jinhong needed the lowest temperature and the maximum precipitation.Donghong's response to temperature and precipitation was between Hongyang and Jinhong.During the period from fruit setting to fruit ripening and picking,Hongyang needed the least temperature and precipitation,while Donghong and Jinhong had the same response to temperature and precipitation.In the key period of fruit expansion of the three kiwifruit varieties in 2021,temperature and precipitation were the most suitable for fruit expansion.In short,red cartridge kiwifruit has a good response to temperature and precipitation in different growth stages,and it requires 201 d for Hongyang variety from germination to maturity and picking,211 d for Donghong variety and 218 d for Jinhong variety.展开更多

According to the air quality monitoring and meteorological observation data from 2015 to 2020,the air pollution characteristics and causes were analyzed in the Ghost Festival(on the 15 th of the 7 th lunar month)for t...According to the air quality monitoring and meteorological observation data from 2015 to 2020,the air pollution characteristics and causes were analyzed in the Ghost Festival(on the 15 th of the 7 th lunar month)for the main urban area of Liupanshui City in western Guizhou Province.The results showed that air pollution to different extent occurred in the Ghost Festival every year,reaching the level of heavy pollution in half of the year.The pollution time is generally from 21:00 on the day to 01:00 on the next day.The pollutants mainly come from the smoke dust generated by people burning sacrificial offerings and industrial pollution of iron and steel manufacturing under adverse weather conditions.The primary pollutant is PM 2.5,and the annual variation of pollution shows a downward trend.Precipitation weather is in the majority,which is favorable for reducing the pollution degree;the relationship between wind direction,wind speed and pollution degree is closed;the atmospheric inversion is weak,which has no obvious influence on the change of air pollution;the relative humidity is high,which is conducive to the formation and maintenance of pollution;there is a very significant negative correlation between the degree of air pollution and wind energy,and significantly negative correlation between the degree of air pollution and atmospheric turbulence intensity.Advocating civilized sacrifice and strengthening management is beneficial to reducing the degree of pollution.This paper can be used as a reference for air quality forecasts and taking the appropriate measures to reduce pollution.展开更多
Whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was from October of 2019 to early May of 2020.Using daily temperature,rainfall and sunshine hours of three national meteorological observat...Whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was from October of 2019 to early May of 2020.Using daily temperature,rainfall and sunshine hours of three national meteorological observatories(Shuicheng,Panzhou and Liuzhi)of western Guizhou,the impact of meteorological conditions on growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops was analyzed.The results showed that average temperature in whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was between 11.1 and 13.0℃,which was 0.4-1.6℃higher than that in the same period of common year.Rainfall was between 276.0 and 309.0 mm.When compared with that in the same period of common year,rainfall was 7%-22%less in other regions except in Panzhou(1%more).Sunshine hours was between 689.2 and 1091.2 h.When compared with that in the same period of common year,sunshine hours was 14%-26%more in other regions except in Shuicheng(equal).In growth period of winter wheat and rape crops,there was good heat condition and sufficient sunshine,and rainfall was normal and slightly less,but it was mostly sunny and rainy alternating,which was favorable for the growth of crop root.During growth period of crops,there was lighter meteorological disaster.It was clear that meteorological conditions were conducive to the growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops in 2019.展开更多

The results showed that sprin...The ecological and climatic conditions in the main tea areas of western Guizhou were analyzed,and the comparison with Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas in Guizhou Province was conducted. The results showed that spring,summer and autumn tea can be picked in western Guizhou Province;spring tea can be picked for about 100 d,and summer and autumn tea can be picked for about 50 d. The average content of amino acids in tea from western Guizhou was 0.9%-2.9% higher than the national average,and the average content of polyphenols was 10.9% lower than the national average maximum,while the average content of caffeine was 1.4% lower than the national average maximum. In the first ten days of February,the temperature in the western tea area began to rise,which was earlier than Meitan,Duyun,Leishan tea areas and had a larger warming range,which was conducive to the germination of tea trees. The average temperature of ten days in the western tea area from middle May to early July was lower than that of Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas,and the temperature rise was not violent,which was conducive to the growth of summer shoots and vigorous growth of tea buds. The ten-day average temperature of the western tea area from the first ten days of August to the last ten days of September was lower than Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas,and its precipitation was more than Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas,and the number of rainy and foggy days was more. The climate conditions are favorable for the formation of tea quality.展开更多

The well-defined in-plane defect clusters could contribute to the strong chemical adsorption and activation towards inert nitrogen, achieving an excellent eNRR performance with an ammonia yield rate of 43.4 ± 3 μg h^(−1) mgcat.^(−1) and a Faradaic efficiency of 16.8 ± 2% at −0.3 V (vs. RHE). The performance is much higher than that of MoS_(2) with the edge defect. Isotopic labeling confirms that N atoms of produced NH4+ originate from N2. Furthermore, the in-plane defect clusters realized the alternate hydrogenation of nitrogen in a side-on way to synthesize ammonia. This work provides a prospecting strategy for fine-tuning in-plane defects in a catalyst, and also promotes the progress of eNRR.
文摘Aims and objectives:To evaluate intensive care unit(ICU)nurses'knowledge of the updated guidelines for the prevention of intravascular catheter-related infections;to identify the factors that affect the nurses'knowledge and to explore the barriers to adherence to evidence-based guidelines in clinical practice in China.Methods:Cross-sectional surveys were carried out in Chinese ICUs from January 2013 to March 2014.The nurses'demographic information,knowledge of the guidelines,and barriers to adherence were assessed by a validated questionnaire and then analyzed statistically.Results:The questionnaires were completed by 455 ICU nurses from 4 provinces of China.The mean score was 8.17 of 20,and higher scores were significantly associated with province,years of experience,and years of ICU experience.Forty-nine(10.7%)nurses had not heard of the guidelines,whereas 231(50.7%)nurses heard of the guidelines but did not receive training for them.Trained nurses'scores were higher than untrained nurses'scores.The three main barriers to compliance with the guidelines were an unfamiliarity with them,an excessive workload due to a shortage of nurses,and a lack of training.Conclusions:ICU nurses'knowledge of the updated guidelines is quite low,which could be a potential risk factor for patient safety.Multidisciplinary interventions and continuous.

文摘Nitric oxide(NO)regulates plant growth,enhances nutrient uptake,and activates disease and stress tolerance mechanisms in most plants,making NO a potential tool for use in improving the yield and quality of horticultural crop species.Although the use of NO in horticulture is still in its infancy,research on NO in model plant species has provided an abundance of valuable information on horticultural crop species.Emerging evidence implies that the bioactivity of NO can occur through many potential mechanisms but occurs mainly through S-nitrosation,the covalent and reversible attachment of NO to cysteine thiol.In this context,NO signaling specifically affects crop development,immunity,and environmental interactions.Moreover,NO can act as a fumigant against a wide range of postharvest diseases and pests.However,for effective use of NO in horticulture,both understanding and exploring the biological significance and potential mechanisms of NO in horticultural crop species are critical.This review provides a picture of our current understanding of how NO is synthesized and transduced in plants,and particular attention is given to the significance of NO in breaking seed dormancy,balancing root growth and development,enhancing nutrient acquisition,mediating stress responses,and guaranteeing food safety for horticultural production.

文摘Based on the daily average temperature from March 19 to April 2,2021 at three surface meteorological stations in western Guizhou and the daily average temperature,maximum temperature and minimum temperature from March 19 to April 2,2021 at 12 main automatic meteorological stations of red cartridge kiwifruit base,the effects of low temperature and high temperature on flowering and pollination of red cartridge kiwifruit in early spring of 2021 were analyzed.The results showed that slight cold spell in later spring in western Guizhou occurred from March 21 to 23.The lower limit of the daily average temperature required for flowering period(12℃or below)appeared in each base of red cartridge kiwifruit during March 21-23,which affected the red cartridge kiwifruit trees in Faer,Houchang,Miluo,Shunchang,Panlong and Jichang bases flowering and pollinating before March 20.From March 29 to April 2,the daily maximum temperature of Faer and other eleven bases was 30℃or above,which caused the wilting and abscission of flowers and young fruits of of red cartridge kiwifruit trees in Faer,Houchang,Miluo,Shunchang,Panlong,shaomi,Jichang and Aga bases blooming and pollinating before March 24,but the flowers of red cartridge kiwifruit trees in Langdai,Longhe,Pugu and Shuangfeng bases blooming and pollinating after March 28 were not damaged.

文摘Air is an important condition for human activities and survival,and its quality is closely related to the quality of life and level of health for the people.In recent years,the problem caused by air quality has become one of the main problems that endanger human health and restrict economic development,which has been widely concerned.In this paper,the air quality status and its changing trend were analyzed by using the methods of the comprehensive index of ambient air quality and Spearman s rank correlation coefficient,based on the hourly pollutant concentration data of five national ambient air quality monitoring stations in the central urban area of Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province from January 1,2015 to December 31,2019.The results showed that the concentration of air pollutants in the atmosphere in the past five years showed a downward trend in the central urban area of Liupanshui City.During 2018-2019,the air quality has been up to the standard for two consecutive years,and it was developing to a higher quality direction.The air quality was better in summer half year than in winter half year.In one year,the air quality was the best in June and the worst in February.The air quality was the best at 07:00 and the worst at 21:00 every day.The air quality in the east and the west of the city was better than that in the middle.In most years,the activities,making and burning paper to resemble money as an offering sacrifices to gods or ancestors in Zhongyuan Festival,caused serious pollution.
文摘Under the condition of weak acidity of pH 5.2, a sensitive vitamin B2 electrochemical sensor based on molecularly imprinted nonconducting polymer of o-aminophenol by potentiostatic polymerization in the presence of template(vitamin B2) on a glassy carbon electrode was prepared, and its performance was studied. The sensor exhibited good sensitivity and selectivity to VB2. The detection limit went down to 2.3851nM, and a linear relationship between the current incremental and the concentration was found in the range of 10~120nM. And the sensor could use in detection of VB2 real sample for a long time and show good reproducibility. The average recovery rate to VB2 was 98.41%.
文摘Following granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) treatment,the growth of processes in cul-tured rat retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) in vitro,expression of growth associated protein 43,and expression of microtubule-associated protein 2 mRNA expression were significantly increased.In contrast,RhoA/Rock protein content was significantly reduced by G-CSF treatment.These results indicate that G-CSF promotes the growth of processes in RGCs and increases the expression of growth-associated protein 43 and microtubule-associated protein 2 mRNA by inhibiting the RhoA/Rock pathway,thereby benefiting axonal repair in RGCs exposed to hypoxia.

文摘The responses of Hongyang,Donghong and Jinhong varieties to temperature and precipitation were analyzed by observing the growth stages of different kiwifruit varieties in Longhe red cartridge kiwifruit base of Liuzhi Special Zone of Guizhou Province in 2021 and combining with the meteorological data of temperature and precipitation in the base in the same period.The results showed that Hongyang,Donghong and Jinhong all sprouted on February 1,and had the same response to temperature and precipitation.From germination to leaf spreading stage,Hongyang and Donghong had the same response to precipitation,while Donghong and Jinhong had the same response to temperature,but Jinhong needed 32.5 mm precipitation to meet its growth and development.From leaf spreading stage to budding stage,Hongyang and Donghong had similar responses to temperature and precipitation,while Jinhong needed average daily temperature of 16.5℃and precipitation of 2.1 mm.The responses of the three varieties from budding to flowering to temperature and precipitation were consistent.From flowering to fruiting,Hongyang needed 19.9℃temperature and the least precipitation,while Jinhong needed the lowest temperature and the maximum precipitation.Donghong's response to temperature and precipitation was between Hongyang and Jinhong.During the period from fruit setting to fruit ripening and picking,Hongyang needed the least temperature and precipitation,while Donghong and Jinhong had the same response to temperature and precipitation.In the key period of fruit expansion of the three kiwifruit varieties in 2021,temperature and precipitation were the most suitable for fruit expansion.In short,red cartridge kiwifruit has a good response to temperature and precipitation in different growth stages,and it requires 201 d for Hongyang variety from germination to maturity and picking,211 d for Donghong variety and 218 d for Jinhong variety.

文摘Through summarizing the prevalence characteristics of rice black-streaked dwarf virus disease(RBSDVD)in Linyi City of Shandong Province,this paper analyzed its prevalence is related to changes in farming and cultivation systems,the increase in the population of venomous Laodelphax striatellus Fallén and its own migration and spread,the poor disease resistance of cultivated varieties,and inadequate time of prevention and control.Besides,based on the practice of local control,it came up with some comprehensive control measures including strengthening monitoring,early warning and forecasting,planting resistant(tolerant)rice varieties according to local conditions,appropriately delaying the sowing(planting)period,supplemented by insect nets to cover seedlings,and making scientific use of chemical control.It is expected to provide a reference for the prevention and control of RBSDVD.

文摘As weather radar stations require headroom environment to operate,they were mostly built on highlands which are usually unattended.The mains supply is relatively poor,and the risk of radar stoppages due to power outage is therefore ever-present.As such,the radar construction program is used to build a complementary security video monitoring system.By collecting monitoring images of the regulated power supply in real-time from power supply auto transfer systems in distribution rooms and radar transceiver rooms,using Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient to analyse pixel variation trends,and supplementing statistical analysis of pixel characteristics difference to eliminate misjudgments resulting from low image contrast in special scenarios,a software can be developed through C#.It has the function of automatically monitoring mains supply and alerting staff on duty to handle the power outage in a timely manner via text message so that any potential risk is neutralised before it can cause damage.This monitoring and auto-alerting approach is generally applicable to unattended rooms with large amounts of electronical equipment.

文摘According to the air quality monitoring and meteorological observation data from 2015 to 2020,the air pollution characteristics and causes were analyzed in the Ghost Festival(on the 15 th of the 7 th lunar month)for the main urban area of Liupanshui City in western Guizhou Province.The results showed that air pollution to different extent occurred in the Ghost Festival every year,reaching the level of heavy pollution in half of the year.The pollution time is generally from 21:00 on the day to 01:00 on the next day.The pollutants mainly come from the smoke dust generated by people burning sacrificial offerings and industrial pollution of iron and steel manufacturing under adverse weather conditions.The primary pollutant is PM 2.5,and the annual variation of pollution shows a downward trend.Precipitation weather is in the majority,which is favorable for reducing the pollution degree;the relationship between wind direction,wind speed and pollution degree is closed;the atmospheric inversion is weak,which has no obvious influence on the change of air pollution;the relative humidity is high,which is conducive to the formation and maintenance of pollution;there is a very significant negative correlation between the degree of air pollution and wind energy,and significantly negative correlation between the degree of air pollution and atmospheric turbulence intensity.Advocating civilized sacrifice and strengthening management is beneficial to reducing the degree of pollution.This paper can be used as a reference for air quality forecasts and taking the appropriate measures to reduce pollution.

文摘Whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was from October of 2019 to early May of 2020.Using daily temperature,rainfall and sunshine hours of three national meteorological observatories(Shuicheng,Panzhou and Liuzhi)of western Guizhou,the impact of meteorological conditions on growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops was analyzed.The results showed that average temperature in whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was between 11.1 and 13.0℃,which was 0.4-1.6℃higher than that in the same period of common year.Rainfall was between 276.0 and 309.0 mm.When compared with that in the same period of common year,rainfall was 7%-22%less in other regions except in Panzhou(1%more).Sunshine hours was between 689.2 and 1091.2 h.When compared with that in the same period of common year,sunshine hours was 14%-26%more in other regions except in Shuicheng(equal).In growth period of winter wheat and rape crops,there was good heat condition and sufficient sunshine,and rainfall was normal and slightly less,but it was mostly sunny and rainy alternating,which was favorable for the growth of crop root.During growth period of crops,there was lighter meteorological disaster.It was clear that meteorological conditions were conducive to the growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops in 2019.

文摘The ecological and climatic conditions in the main tea areas of western Guizhou were analyzed,and the comparison with Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas in Guizhou Province was conducted. The results showed that spring,summer and autumn tea can be picked in western Guizhou Province;spring tea can be picked for about 100 d,and summer and autumn tea can be picked for about 50 d. The average content of amino acids in tea from western Guizhou was 0.9%-2.9% higher than the national average,and the average content of polyphenols was 10.9% lower than the national average maximum,while the average content of caffeine was 1.4% lower than the national average maximum. In the first ten days of February,the temperature in the western tea area began to rise,which was earlier than Meitan,Duyun,Leishan tea areas and had a larger warming range,which was conducive to the germination of tea trees. The average temperature of ten days in the western tea area from middle May to early July was lower than that of Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas,and the temperature rise was not violent,which was conducive to the growth of summer shoots and vigorous growth of tea buds. The ten-day average temperature of the western tea area from the first ten days of August to the last ten days of September was lower than Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas,and its precipitation was more than Meitan,Duyun and Leishan tea areas,and the number of rainy and foggy days was more. The climate conditions are favorable for the formation of tea quality.
