With the rapid development of internet technology,security protection of information has become more and more prominent,especially information encryption.Considering the great advantages of chaotic encryption,we propo...With the rapid development of internet technology,security protection of information has become more and more prominent,especially information encryption.Considering the great advantages of chaotic encryption,we propose a 2D-lag complex logistic map with complex parameters(2D-LCLMCP)and corresponding encryption schemes.Firstly,we present the model of the 2D-LCLMCP and analyze its chaotic properties and system stability through fixed points,Lyapunov exponent,bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,etc.Secondly,a block cipher algorithm based on the 2D-LCLMCP is proposed,the plaintext data is preprocessed using a pseudorandom sequence generated by the 2D-LCLMCP.Based on the generalized Feistel cipher structure,a round function F is constructed using dynamic S-box and DNA encoding rules as the core of the block cipher algorithm.The generalized Feistel cipher structure consists of two F functions,four XOR operations,and one permutation operation per round.The symmetric dynamic round keys that change with the plaintext are generated by the 2D-LCLMCP.Finally,experimental simulation and performance analysis tests are conducted.The results show that the block cipher algorithm has low complexit,good diffusion and a large key space.When the block length is 64 bits,only six rounds of encryption are required to provide sufficient security and robustness against cryptographic attacks.展开更多
Food allergy as a global health problem threatens food industry.Bee pollen(BP)is a typical food with allergenic potentials,although it performs various nutritional/pharmacological functions to humans.In this study,lac...Food allergy as a global health problem threatens food industry.Bee pollen(BP)is a typical food with allergenic potentials,although it performs various nutritional/pharmacological functions to humans.In this study,lactic acid bacteria(LAB)were used to ferment Brassica napus BP for alleviating its allergenicity.Four novel allergens(glutaredoxin,oleosin-B2,catalase and lipase)were identified with significant decreases in LAB-fermented BP(FBP)than natural BP by proteomics.Meanwhile,metabolomics analysis showed significant increases of 28 characteristic oligopeptides and amino acids in FBP versus BP,indicating the degradation of LAB on allergens.Moreover,FBP showed alleviatory effects in BALB/c mice,which relieved pathological symptoms and lowered production of allergic mediators.Microbial high-throughput sequencing analysis showed that FBP could regulate gut microbiota and metabolism to strengthen immunity,which were closely correlated with the alleviation of allergic reactivity.These findings could contribute to the development and utilization of hypoallergenic BP products.展开更多
Food allergens are mainly naturally-occurring proteins with immunoglobulin E(IgE)-binding epitopes.Understanding the structural and immunogenic characteristics of allergenic proteins is essential in assessing whether ...Food allergens are mainly naturally-occurring proteins with immunoglobulin E(IgE)-binding epitopes.Understanding the structural and immunogenic characteristics of allergenic proteins is essential in assessing whether and how food processing techniques reduce allergenicity.We here discuss the impacts of food processing technologies on the modification of physicochemical,structural,and immunogenic properties of allergenic proteins.Detection techniques for characterizing changes in these properties of food allergens are summarized.Food processing helps to reduce allergenicity by aggregating or denaturing proteins,which masks,modifies,or destroys antigenic epitopes,whereas,it cannot eliminate allergenicity completely,and sometimes even improves allergenicity by exposing new epitopes.Moreover,most food processing techniques have been tested on purified food allergens rather than food products due to potential interference of other food components.We provide guidance for further development of processing operations that can decrease the allergenicity of allergenic food proteins without negatively impacting the nutritional profile.展开更多
Ternary strategy with a suitable third component is a successful strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells(OSCs).Very recently,Y-series based giant molecule acceptors or oligomerized acce...Ternary strategy with a suitable third component is a successful strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells(OSCs).Very recently,Y-series based giant molecule acceptors or oligomerized acceptors have emerged as promising materials for achieving highly efficient and stable binary OSCs,while application as third component for ternary OSCs is limited.Here a novelπ-extended giant dimeric acceptor,GDF,is developed based on central Y series core fusion and rigid BDT as linker,and then incorporated into the state-of-the-art PM1:PC6 system to construct ternary OSCs.The GDF has a near planar backbone,resulting in increasedπ-conjugation,excellent crystallinity,and good electron transport capacity.When GDF is introduced into the PM1:PC6 system,it ensues in a cascade like the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals(LUMO)energy level alignment,a complementary absorption band with PM1 and PC6,higher and balanced hole and electron mobility,slightly smaller domain size,and a higher exciton dissociation probability for PM1:PC6:GDF(1:1.1:0.1)blend film.As a consequence,the PM1:PC6:GDF(1:1.1:0.1)ternary OSC achieves a champion PCE of 19.22%,with a significantly higher open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current density,compared to 18.45%for the PM1:PC6(1:1.2)binary OSC.Our findings show that employing aπ-extended giant dimeric acceptor as a third component significantly improves the photovoltaic performance of ternary OSCs.展开更多

As a result, the shale is conducive to produce natural and induced fractures under external forces. In general, there is a good correlation between fracture development in shale and the volume of brittle minerals present. Shale with high TOC or abnormally high pressure has well-developed fractures. Shale fracture development also shows a positive correlation with total gas accumulation and free gas volume, i.e., the better shale fractures are developed, the greater the gas accumulation and therefore the higher the gas production. Fractures provide migration conduits and accumulation spaces for natural gas and formation water, which are favorable for the volumetric increase of free natural gas. Wider fractures in shale result in gas loss. In North America, there is a high success ratio of shale gas exploration and high gas production from high-angle fracture zones in shale. Good natural gas shows or low yield producers in the Lower Paleozoic marine organic matter-rich rocks in the Sichuan Basin are closely related to the degree of fracture development in brittle shales.展开更多

The results showed that proli...The amino acid contents of five floral sources Chinese honeys(jujube, rape, chaste, acacia, and lungan) were measured using reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). The results showed that proline was the main amino acid in most of the analyzed samples. Phenylalanine presents at the highest content in chaste honey samples, and the total amino acid contents of chaste honeys were also significantly higher than those of other honey samples. Based on the amino acid contents, honey samples were classified using chemometric methods(cluster analysis(CA), principal component analysis(PCA), and discriminant analysis(DA)). According to the CA results, chaste honeys could be separated from other honeys, while the remaining samples were correctly grouped together when the chaste honey data were excluded. By using DA, the overall correct classification rate reached 100%. The results revealed that amino acid contents could potentially be used as indicators to identify the botanical origin of unifloral honeys.展开更多
Bee pollen has potential in preventing metabolic syndrome(MetS).The present study aimed to investigate the effect of yeast-fermented wall-broken bee pollen(YB)intervention on ICR mice with MetS induced with a high-fat...Bee pollen has potential in preventing metabolic syndrome(MetS).The present study aimed to investigate the effect of yeast-fermented wall-broken bee pollen(YB)intervention on ICR mice with MetS induced with a high-fat(HF)diet.After YB intervention in mice for 16 weeks,the effect on alleviating MetS was evaluated based on MetS serum parameters,hepatic oxidant status markers and gut microbial populations.The results of animal experiment showed that YB intervention attenuated MetS.Based on multivariate statistical analysis results,YB treatment signifi cantly increased glutathione S-transferase(GST)and catalase(CAT)activities and decreased the malondialdehyde(MDA)level in the liver.Further investigation showed that YB restored the Nrf-2-Keap-1 pathway to alleviate oxidative stress.Additionally,gut microbial community analysis revealed that YB restored the increase in the Firmicutes to Bacteroidetes(F/B)ratio(6.94 for the HF group and 3.74 for HF+YB group)and improved Lactobacillus and Lactococcus abundance induced by the HF diet.Overall,YB improved function and prevented MetS by modulating the gut microbiota and alleviating oxidative stress.展开更多

Background:Atopic dermatitis(AD)affects approximately 10%of adults worldwide.CM310 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-4 receptor alpha that blocks interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 signaling.This ...Background:Atopic dermatitis(AD)affects approximately 10%of adults worldwide.CM310 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-4 receptor alpha that blocks interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 signaling.This trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CM310 in Chinese adults with moderate-to-severe AD.Methods:This multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,phase 2b trial was conducted in 21 medical institutions in China from February to November 2021.Totally 120 eligible patients were enrolled and randomized(1:1:1)to receive subcutaneous injections of 300 mg CM310,150 mg CM310,or placebo every 2 weeks for 16 weeks,followed by an 8-week follow-up period.The primary endpoint was the proportion of patients achieving≥75%improvement in the Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI-75)score from baseline at week 16.Safety and pharmacodynamics were also studied.Results:At week 16,the proportion of EASI-75 responders from baseline was significantly higher in the CM310 groups(70%[28/40]for high-dose and 65%[26/40]for low-dose)than that in the placebo group(20%[8/40]).The differences in EASI-75 response rate were 50%(high vs.placebo,95%CI 31%-69%)and 45%(low vs.placebo,95%CI 26%-64%),with both P values<0.0001.CM310 at both doses also significantly improved the EASI score,Investigator’s Global Assessment score,daily peak pruritus Numerical Rating Scale,AD-affected body surface area,and Dermatology Life Quality Index compared with placebo.CM310 treatment reduced levels of thymus and activation-regulated chemokine,total immunoglobulin E,lactate dehydrogenase,and blood eosinophils.The incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events(TEAEs)was similar among all three groups,with the most common TEAEs reported being upper respiratory tract infection,atopic dermatitis,hyperlipidemia,and hyperuricemia.No severe adverse events were deemed to be attributed to CM310.Conclusion:CM310 at 150 mg and 300 mg every 2 weeks demonstrated significant efficacy and was well-tolerated in adults with moderate-to-severe AD.Trial Registration:ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT04805411.展开更多
The volute tongue can split the gas in the multi-blade centrifugal fan to make the gas flow to the volute outlet as much as possible.However,the unsteady axial deflection of the gas in the impeller results in differen...The volute tongue can split the gas in the multi-blade centrifugal fan to make the gas flow to the volute outlet as much as possible.However,the unsteady axial deflection of the gas in the impeller results in different air flow angles at the outlet of the impeller at different blade heights.This seriously affects the flow near the volute tongue.The wave leading-edge structure of humpback whale flippers has a very high flow control effect under complex flow conditions.Therefore,the wave leading-edge structure is studied in this paper and applied to the optimization design of multi-blade centrifugal fan volute tongue.First,based on the wave leading-edge structure of humpback whale flippers,three-dimensional wave leading-edge airfoils with different wave direction angles are established to judge the adaptability of the new wave leading-edge structure under different attack angles.Then,aiming at the internal flow field and noise characteristics of multi-blade centrifugal fan,a bionic volute tongue optimization design method is proposed,and studied its influence on the internal flow field and noise characteristics of the fan.The results show that when the wave direction angle is 45°,the wave leading-edge structure can effectively suppress the generation of the leading-edge separation vortex and the shedding of the wake vortex,which is also helpful to reduce the noise.The bionic volute tongue with the wave leading-edge structure can adapt to the situation that the impeller outlet air flow angle is small.At the maximum volume flow rate operating point,the static pressure recovery coefficient of the bionic volute tongue fan is increased by about 5%compared to the original fan,the air volume is increased by 5.16%,and the noise is reduced by 0.6 dB.展开更多
The aerodynamic noise generated by the centrifugal fan used in the air conditioner is related to the comfort of human living and working,which can be controlled by using the bionic design and optimization of key compo...The aerodynamic noise generated by the centrifugal fan used in the air conditioner is related to the comfort of human living and working,which can be controlled by using the bionic design and optimization of key components of centrifugal fan.Inspired by the non-smooth leading edge of long-eared owl wing,eight kinds of volute tongues are proposed to reduce the aerodynamic noise of a centrifugal fan.The flow and sound characteristics are numerically investigated by incorporating computational fluid dynamics and computational aero-acoustics.The optimal result exhibits a noise reduction of up to 1.5 dB with a slight increase in mass flow rate.The acoustic characteristics,with respect to the sound pressure level,power spectral density,and sound directivity are discussed.The time-domain,frequency-domain,and root mean square values of pressure fluctuation are monitored and analyzed to assess the unsteady flow interaction between the volute tongue and impeller.The intensity and scale of vortices in the centrifugal fan are suppressed in the upstream and downstream of the bionic volute tongue,and the turbulence effect on the surface of the volute tongue becomes even and weak.展开更多

Background:The long noncoding RNA HOTTIP has recently been described as a biomarker of poor prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:In the present study,we evaluated the clinical significance ...Background:The long noncoding RNA HOTTIP has recently been described as a biomarker of poor prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:In the present study,we evaluated the clinical significance of HOTTIP expression in predicting the rate of tumor recurrence in HCC patients after liver transplantation(LT).We examined the expression pattern and single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)genotype of HOTTIP in HCC samples from 155 patients underwent LT,and its correlation with clinical parameters and patient prognosis was analyzed.HOTTIP was suppressed using siRNA to explore the role HOTTIP plays in tumor progression.Results:The expression level of HOTTIP in cancer tissues was higher than in adjacent noncancerous tissues.Multivariate analyses revealed that HOTTIP expression was an independent prognostic factor for tumor recurrence and lower overall survival times in HCC patients after LT.Patients who beyond the Milan criteria and exhibit decreased HOTTIP expression experienced longer recurrence-free survival and overall survival.HOTTIP rs2071265 is associated with an earlier recurrence in HCC patients.Moreover,the suppression of HOTTIP in liver cancer cell lines reduced cell invasion rates and increased chemosensitivity.Conclusions:In summary,the high expression level of HOTTIP in HCC could serve as a candidate biomarker for predicting poor prognosis in HCC patients underwent liver transplant therapy.Furthermore,HOTTIP might be a potential therapeutic target.展开更多

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a life-threatening disease for which there is no effective treatment currently.Novel theranostics simultaneously having excellent imaging and therapeutic functions are highly desired in...Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a life-threatening disease for which there is no effective treatment currently.Novel theranostics simultaneously having excellent imaging and therapeutic functions are highly desired in cancer therapy.Herein,we develop the sialic acid(SA)modified polymeric micelles at an upper critical solution temperature(UCST)of 43℃(sialic acid-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(acrylamide-co-acrylonitrile),SA-PEG-p(AAm-co-AN)),which further encapsulated with doxorubicin(DOX)and Gd-CuS nanoparticles(Gd-CuS NPs)for chemo-photothermal treatment of HCC guided by magnetic resonance(MR)/photoacoustic(PA)dual-mode imaging.The resultant SA-PEG-p(AAm-co-AN)/DOX/Gd-CuS(SPDG)had an excellent photothermal conversion efficiency,enabling SPDG with an instantaneous release behavior of DOX under near-infrared(NIR)irradiation.This study also revealed that SPDG could actively target to HCC,which was due to that SA had a high affinity with E-selectin overexpressed at the tumor site.Moreover,benefiting from the HCC-targeted ability and NIR light-controlled on-demand delivery of DOX,SPDG showed a superior potential in MR/PA dual-mode imaging-guided chemo-photothermal treatment.Overall,our study reveals that the designed SPDG may be used as an ideal multifunctional nanoplatform for cancer theranostics.展开更多

文摘Ternary strategy with a suitable third component is a successful strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells(OSCs).Very recently,Y-series based giant molecule acceptors or oligomerized acceptors have emerged as promising materials for achieving highly efficient and stable binary OSCs,while application as third component for ternary OSCs is limited.Here a novelπ-extended giant dimeric acceptor,GDF,is developed based on central Y series core fusion and rigid BDT as linker,and then incorporated into the state-of-the-art PM1:PC6 system to construct ternary OSCs.The GDF has a near planar backbone,resulting in increasedπ-conjugation,excellent crystallinity,and good electron transport capacity.When GDF is introduced into the PM1:PC6 system,it ensues in a cascade like the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals(LUMO)energy level alignment,a complementary absorption band with PM1 and PC6,higher and balanced hole and electron mobility,slightly smaller domain size,and a higher exciton dissociation probability for PM1:PC6:GDF(1:1.1:0.1)blend film.As a consequence,the PM1:PC6:GDF(1:1.1:0.1)ternary OSC achieves a champion PCE of 19.22%,with a significantly higher open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current density,compared to 18.45%for the PM1:PC6(1:1.2)binary OSC.Our findings show that employing aπ-extended giant dimeric acceptor as a third component significantly improves the photovoltaic performance of ternary OSCs.

文摘Shale with high quartz, feldspar and carbonate, will have low Poisson's ratio, high Young's modulus and high brittleness. As a result, the shale is conducive to produce natural and induced fractures under external forces. In general, there is a good correlation between fracture development in shale and the volume of brittle minerals present. Shale with high TOC or abnormally high pressure has well-developed fractures. Shale fracture development also shows a positive correlation with total gas accumulation and free gas volume, i.e., the better shale fractures are developed, the greater the gas accumulation and therefore the higher the gas production. Fractures provide migration conduits and accumulation spaces for natural gas and formation water, which are favorable for the volumetric increase of free natural gas. Wider fractures in shale result in gas loss. In North America, there is a high success ratio of shale gas exploration and high gas production from high-angle fracture zones in shale. Good natural gas shows or low yield producers in the Lower Paleozoic marine organic matter-rich rocks in the Sichuan Basin are closely related to the degree of fracture development in brittle shales.

文摘The amino acid contents of five floral sources Chinese honeys(jujube, rape, chaste, acacia, and lungan) were measured using reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). The results showed that proline was the main amino acid in most of the analyzed samples. Phenylalanine presents at the highest content in chaste honey samples, and the total amino acid contents of chaste honeys were also significantly higher than those of other honey samples. Based on the amino acid contents, honey samples were classified using chemometric methods(cluster analysis(CA), principal component analysis(PCA), and discriminant analysis(DA)). According to the CA results, chaste honeys could be separated from other honeys, while the remaining samples were correctly grouped together when the chaste honey data were excluded. By using DA, the overall correct classification rate reached 100%. The results revealed that amino acid contents could potentially be used as indicators to identify the botanical origin of unifloral honeys.

文摘Bee pollen has potential in preventing metabolic syndrome(MetS).The present study aimed to investigate the effect of yeast-fermented wall-broken bee pollen(YB)intervention on ICR mice with MetS induced with a high-fat(HF)diet.After YB intervention in mice for 16 weeks,the effect on alleviating MetS was evaluated based on MetS serum parameters,hepatic oxidant status markers and gut microbial populations.The results of animal experiment showed that YB intervention attenuated MetS.Based on multivariate statistical analysis results,YB treatment signifi cantly increased glutathione S-transferase(GST)and catalase(CAT)activities and decreased the malondialdehyde(MDA)level in the liver.Further investigation showed that YB restored the Nrf-2-Keap-1 pathway to alleviate oxidative stress.Additionally,gut microbial community analysis revealed that YB restored the increase in the Firmicutes to Bacteroidetes(F/B)ratio(6.94 for the HF group and 3.74 for HF+YB group)and improved Lactobacillus and Lactococcus abundance induced by the HF diet.Overall,YB improved function and prevented MetS by modulating the gut microbiota and alleviating oxidative stress.
文摘In this exposition paper we present the optimal transport problem of Monge-Ampère-Kantorovitch(MAK in short)and its approximative entropical regularization.Contrary to the MAK optimal transport problem,the solution of the entropical optimal transport problem is always unique,and is characterized by the Schrödinger system.The relationship between the Schrödinger system,the associated Bernstein process and the optimal transport was developed by Léonard[32,33](and by Mikami[39]earlier via an h-process).We present Sinkhorn’s algorithm for solving the Schrödinger system and the recent results on its convergence rate.We study the gradient descent algorithm based on the dual optimal question and prove its exponential convergence,whose rate might be independent of the regularization constant.This exposition is motivated by recent applications of optimal transport to different domains such as machine learning,image processing,econometrics,astrophysics etc..

文摘Background:Atopic dermatitis(AD)affects approximately 10%of adults worldwide.CM310 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-4 receptor alpha that blocks interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 signaling.This trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CM310 in Chinese adults with moderate-to-severe AD.Methods:This multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,phase 2b trial was conducted in 21 medical institutions in China from February to November 2021.Totally 120 eligible patients were enrolled and randomized(1:1:1)to receive subcutaneous injections of 300 mg CM310,150 mg CM310,or placebo every 2 weeks for 16 weeks,followed by an 8-week follow-up period.The primary endpoint was the proportion of patients achieving≥75%improvement in the Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI-75)score from baseline at week 16.Safety and pharmacodynamics were also studied.Results:At week 16,the proportion of EASI-75 responders from baseline was significantly higher in the CM310 groups(70%[28/40]for high-dose and 65%[26/40]for low-dose)than that in the placebo group(20%[8/40]).The differences in EASI-75 response rate were 50%(high vs.placebo,95%CI 31%-69%)and 45%(low vs.placebo,95%CI 26%-64%),with both P values<0.0001.CM310 at both doses also significantly improved the EASI score,Investigator’s Global Assessment score,daily peak pruritus Numerical Rating Scale,AD-affected body surface area,and Dermatology Life Quality Index compared with placebo.CM310 treatment reduced levels of thymus and activation-regulated chemokine,total immunoglobulin E,lactate dehydrogenase,and blood eosinophils.The incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events(TEAEs)was similar among all three groups,with the most common TEAEs reported being upper respiratory tract infection,atopic dermatitis,hyperlipidemia,and hyperuricemia.No severe adverse events were deemed to be attributed to CM310.Conclusion:CM310 at 150 mg and 300 mg every 2 weeks demonstrated significant efficacy and was well-tolerated in adults with moderate-to-severe AD.Trial Registration:ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT04805411.

文摘The volute tongue can split the gas in the multi-blade centrifugal fan to make the gas flow to the volute outlet as much as possible.However,the unsteady axial deflection of the gas in the impeller results in different air flow angles at the outlet of the impeller at different blade heights.This seriously affects the flow near the volute tongue.The wave leading-edge structure of humpback whale flippers has a very high flow control effect under complex flow conditions.Therefore,the wave leading-edge structure is studied in this paper and applied to the optimization design of multi-blade centrifugal fan volute tongue.First,based on the wave leading-edge structure of humpback whale flippers,three-dimensional wave leading-edge airfoils with different wave direction angles are established to judge the adaptability of the new wave leading-edge structure under different attack angles.Then,aiming at the internal flow field and noise characteristics of multi-blade centrifugal fan,a bionic volute tongue optimization design method is proposed,and studied its influence on the internal flow field and noise characteristics of the fan.The results show that when the wave direction angle is 45°,the wave leading-edge structure can effectively suppress the generation of the leading-edge separation vortex and the shedding of the wake vortex,which is also helpful to reduce the noise.The bionic volute tongue with the wave leading-edge structure can adapt to the situation that the impeller outlet air flow angle is small.At the maximum volume flow rate operating point,the static pressure recovery coefficient of the bionic volute tongue fan is increased by about 5%compared to the original fan,the air volume is increased by 5.16%,and the noise is reduced by 0.6 dB.

文摘The aerodynamic noise generated by the centrifugal fan used in the air conditioner is related to the comfort of human living and working,which can be controlled by using the bionic design and optimization of key components of centrifugal fan.Inspired by the non-smooth leading edge of long-eared owl wing,eight kinds of volute tongues are proposed to reduce the aerodynamic noise of a centrifugal fan.The flow and sound characteristics are numerically investigated by incorporating computational fluid dynamics and computational aero-acoustics.The optimal result exhibits a noise reduction of up to 1.5 dB with a slight increase in mass flow rate.The acoustic characteristics,with respect to the sound pressure level,power spectral density,and sound directivity are discussed.The time-domain,frequency-domain,and root mean square values of pressure fluctuation are monitored and analyzed to assess the unsteady flow interaction between the volute tongue and impeller.The intensity and scale of vortices in the centrifugal fan are suppressed in the upstream and downstream of the bionic volute tongue,and the turbulence effect on the surface of the volute tongue becomes even and weak.

文摘Background:The long noncoding RNA HOTTIP has recently been described as a biomarker of poor prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:In the present study,we evaluated the clinical significance of HOTTIP expression in predicting the rate of tumor recurrence in HCC patients after liver transplantation(LT).We examined the expression pattern and single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)genotype of HOTTIP in HCC samples from 155 patients underwent LT,and its correlation with clinical parameters and patient prognosis was analyzed.HOTTIP was suppressed using siRNA to explore the role HOTTIP plays in tumor progression.Results:The expression level of HOTTIP in cancer tissues was higher than in adjacent noncancerous tissues.Multivariate analyses revealed that HOTTIP expression was an independent prognostic factor for tumor recurrence and lower overall survival times in HCC patients after LT.Patients who beyond the Milan criteria and exhibit decreased HOTTIP expression experienced longer recurrence-free survival and overall survival.HOTTIP rs2071265 is associated with an earlier recurrence in HCC patients.Moreover,the suppression of HOTTIP in liver cancer cell lines reduced cell invasion rates and increased chemosensitivity.Conclusions:In summary,the high expression level of HOTTIP in HCC could serve as a candidate biomarker for predicting poor prognosis in HCC patients underwent liver transplant therapy.Furthermore,HOTTIP might be a potential therapeutic target.

文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a life-threatening disease for which there is no effective treatment currently.Novel theranostics simultaneously having excellent imaging and therapeutic functions are highly desired in cancer therapy.Herein,we develop the sialic acid(SA)modified polymeric micelles at an upper critical solution temperature(UCST)of 43℃(sialic acid-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(acrylamide-co-acrylonitrile),SA-PEG-p(AAm-co-AN)),which further encapsulated with doxorubicin(DOX)and Gd-CuS nanoparticles(Gd-CuS NPs)for chemo-photothermal treatment of HCC guided by magnetic resonance(MR)/photoacoustic(PA)dual-mode imaging.The resultant SA-PEG-p(AAm-co-AN)/DOX/Gd-CuS(SPDG)had an excellent photothermal conversion efficiency,enabling SPDG with an instantaneous release behavior of DOX under near-infrared(NIR)irradiation.This study also revealed that SPDG could actively target to HCC,which was due to that SA had a high affinity with E-selectin overexpressed at the tumor site.Moreover,benefiting from the HCC-targeted ability and NIR light-controlled on-demand delivery of DOX,SPDG showed a superior potential in MR/PA dual-mode imaging-guided chemo-photothermal treatment.Overall,our study reveals that the designed SPDG may be used as an ideal multifunctional nanoplatform for cancer theranostics.

文摘Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is one of the most common chronic liver disease worldwide.The septum of NAFLD ranges from simple steatosis to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,the latter of which may further progress to liver cirrhosis and even more advanced stages in 20%patients(1,2).During last decade,nonalcoholic steatohepatitis has been identified as the most rapidly growing indication for liver transplantation in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma in the United States(3).Meanwhile,NAFLD also significantly increases risk of cardiovascular diseases,type 2 diabetes,chronic kidney disease,and colorectal neoplasia.
