Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets in the treatment of post-myocardial infarction ventricular arrhythmias.Methods:The clinical data of 84 patients with post-myocardial infarction ventricular arrhythmia included in the study were collected and they were divided into Groups A and B with 42 cases each using the randomization method.Group A was treated with oral glucosamine hydrochloride,while Group B was administered oral metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets.Combined indicators were used to evaluate the improvement of clinical indicators,therapeutic effects,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:The baseline data of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(Pall>0.05);after treatment,the QT dispersion,corrected QT dispersion,and heart rate of Group B were lower than that of Group A(Pall=0.000<0.001);the 2 total clinical effectiveness of Group B was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 80.95%in Group A(χ=4.087,P=0.043<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in Group B was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than 219.04%in Group A(χ=4.087,P=0.043<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of post-myocardial infarction ventricular arrhythmia,the use of metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets can effectively correct the QT dispersion of patients,improve their heart rate,increase clinical effectiveness,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. 展开更多

The endoplasmic reticulum(ER),an organelle present in various eukaryotic cells,is responsible for intracellular protein synthesis,post-translational modification,and folding and transport,as well as the regulation of lipid and steroid metabolism and Ca2+homeostasis.Hypoxia,nutrient deficiency,and a low pH tumor microenvironment lead to the accumulation of misfolded or unfolded proteins in the ER,thus activating ER stress(ERS)and the unfolded protein response,and resulting in either restoration of cellular homeostasis or cell death.ERS plays a crucial role in cancer oncogenesis,progression,and response to therapies.This article reviews current studies relating ERS to ovarian cancer,the most lethal gynecologic malignancy among women globally,and discusses pharmacological agents and possible targets for therapeutic intervention. 展开更多

The dynamic surface self-reconstruction behavior in local structure correlates with oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance,which has become an effective strategy for constructing the catalytic active phase.However,it remains a challenge to understand the mechanisms of reconstruction and to accomplish it fast and deeply.Here,we reported a photo-promoted rapid reconstruction(PRR)process on Ag nanoparticle-loaded amorphous Ni-Fe hydroxide nanosheets on carbon cloth for enhanced OER.The photogenerated holes generated by Ag in conjunction with the anodic potential contributed to a thorough reconstruction of the amorphous substrate.The valence state of unsaturated coordinated Fe atoms,which serve as active sites,is significantly increased,while the corresponding crystalline substrate shows little change.The different structural evolutions of amorphous and crystalline substrates during reconstruction lead to diverse pathways of OER.This PRR utilizing loaded noble metal nanoparticles can accelerate the generation of active species in the substrate and increase the electrical conductivity,which provides a new inspiration to develop efficient catalysts via reconstruction strategies. 展开更多

A general prediction model for seven heavy metals was established using the heavy metal contents of 207soil samples measured by a portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)and six environmental factors as model correction coefficients.The eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)model was used to fit the relationship between the content of heavy metals and environment characteristics to evaluate the soil ecological risk of the smelting site.The results demonstrated that the generalized prediction model developed for Pb,Cd,and As was highly accurate with fitted coefficients(R^(2))values of 0.911,0.950,and 0.835,respectively.Topsoil presented the highest ecological risk,and there existed high potential ecological risk at some positions with different depths due to high mobility of Cd.Generally,the application of machine learning significantly increased the accuracy of pXRF measurements,and identified key environmental factors.The adapted potential ecological risk assessment emphasized the need to focus on Pb,Cd,and As in future site remediation efforts. 展开更多

Single-atom(SA)catalysts with nearly 100%atom utilization have been widely employed in electrolysis for decades,due to the outperforming catalytic activity and selectivity.However,most of the reported SA catalysts are fixed through the strong bonding between the dispersed single metallic atoms with nonmetallic atoms of the substrates,which greatly limits the controllable regulation of electrocatalytic activity of SA catalysts.In this work,Pt-Ni bonded Pt SA catalyst with adjustable electronic states was successfully constructed through a controllable electrochemical reduction on the coordination unsaturated amorphous Ni(OH)_(2)nanosheet arrays.Based on the X-ray absorption fine structure analysis and first-principles calculations,Pt SA was bonded with Ni sites of amorphous Ni(OH)_(2),rather than conventional O sites,resulting in negatively charged Pt^(δ-).In situ Raman spectroscopy revealed that the changed configuration and electronic states greatly enhanced absorbability for activated hydrogen atoms,which were the essential intermediate for alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction.The hydrogen spillover process was revealed from amorphous Ni(OH)_(2)that effectively cleave the H-O-H bond of H_(2)O and produce H atom to the Pt SA sites,leading to a low overpotential of 48 mV in alkaline electrolyte at-1000 mA cm^(-2)mg^(-1)_(Pt),evidently better than commercial Pt/C catalysts.This work provided new strategy for the control-lable modulation of the local structure of SA catalysts and the systematic regulation of the electronic states. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The understanding of bile acid(BA)and unsaturated fatty acid(UFA)profiles,as well as their dysregulation,remains elusive in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)coexisting with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Investigating these metabolites could offer valuable insights into the pathophy-siology of NAFLD in T2DM.AIM To identify potential metabolite biomarkers capable of distinguishing between NAFLD and T2DM.METHODS A training model was developed involving 399 participants,comprising 113 healthy controls(HCs),134 individuals with T2DM without NAFLD,and 152 individuals with T2DM and NAFLD.External validation encompassed 172 participants.NAFLD patients were divided based on liver fibrosis scores.The analytical approach employed univariate testing,orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis,logistic regression,receiver operating characteristic curve analysis,and decision curve analysis to pinpoint and assess the diagnostic value of serum biomarkers.RESULTS Compared to HCs,both T2DM and NAFLD groups exhibited diminished levels of specific BAs.In UFAs,particular acids exhibited a positive correlation with NAFLD risk in T2DM,while theω-6:ω-3 UFA ratio demonstrated a negative correlation.Levels ofα-linolenic acid andγ-linolenic acid were linked to significant liver fibrosis in NAFLD.The validation cohort substantiated the predictive efficacy of these biomarkers for assessing NAFLD risk in T2DM patients.CONCLUSION This study underscores the connection between altered BA and UFA profiles and the presence of NAFLD in individuals with T2DM,proposing their potential as biomarkers in the pathogenesis of NAFLD. 展开更多

目的探讨对慢性化脓性中耳炎(CSOM)和中耳胆脂瘤在耳内镜下植入部分听骨链赝复物(PORP)人工听骨听力重建的应用和优势。方法回顾分析我院2020年12月—2022年10月收治的30例(30耳)在耳内镜下行PORP人工听骨听力重建术后的CSOM和中耳胆脂... 目的探讨对慢性化脓性中耳炎(CSOM)和中耳胆脂瘤在耳内镜下植入部分听骨链赝复物(PORP)人工听骨听力重建的应用和优势。方法回顾分析我院2020年12月—2022年10月收治的30例(30耳)在耳内镜下行PORP人工听骨听力重建术后的CSOM和中耳胆脂瘤患者的临床资料,比较术前、术后不同频率的骨导听阈、气导听阈和气骨导差(ABG)。结果各个频率(0.25~4 kHz)骨导听阈与术前相比,差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。0.25~2 kHz气导听阈较术前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);0.25~2 kHz ABG听阈较术前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);4 kHz气导及ABG听阈较术前差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。术后各频率听骨链重建成功率差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,鼓室内黏膜水肿、鼓膜钙化斑、鼓室内胆脂瘤上皮堵塞为患者行耳内镜下人工听骨听力重建术后听力影响的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜是CSOM及中耳胆脂瘤患者行人工听骨听力重建术的优选,可恢复或提高患者听力水平,中频听阈疗效最为显著。内镜下手术可缩短手术时间,副作用小、安全性高、复发率低、术后患者疼痛轻,值得临床应用。 展开更多

【目的】研究沉水态圆叶节节菜Rotala rotundifolia的化感抑藻效果及潜在抑藻机制,可为圆叶节节菜在藻类水华治理工程应用中提供理论基础。【方法】以铜绿微囊藻Microcystis aeruginosa为代表性藻种,采用超声辅助溶剂浸提方式,研究水、... 【目的】研究沉水态圆叶节节菜Rotala rotundifolia的化感抑藻效果及潜在抑藻机制,可为圆叶节节菜在藻类水华治理工程应用中提供理论基础。【方法】以铜绿微囊藻Microcystis aeruginosa为代表性藻种,采用超声辅助溶剂浸提方式,研究水、乙醇和石油醚3种溶剂提取物的抑藻性能,并从叶绿素a(Chl a)质量浓度、最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等方面比较了圆叶节节菜与6种常见沉水植物的抑藻作用。【结果】圆叶节节菜3种溶剂提取物的抑藻能力从大到小依次为石油醚、乙醇、水,石油醚提取物对铜绿微囊藻有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),抑制率最高可达99.9%;量效分析表明:圆叶节节菜石油醚提取物有低促高抑现象,半最大效应质量浓度(EC_(50))为11.56 g·L^(-1)(第5天);与常见的沉水植物抑藻效果相比,圆叶节节菜和穗花狐尾藻Myriophyllum spicatum处理的Chl a质量浓度显著低于其他处理(P<0.05,第1天);所有植物处理的F_(v)/F_(m)均显著低于对照(P<0.05);圆叶节节菜和水盾草Cabomba caroliniana的SOD活性分别是对照的1.48和1.53倍,穗花狐尾藻的SOD活性显著下降(P<0.05),而苦草Vallisneria natans、金鱼藻Ceratophyllum demersum、伊乐藻Elodea nuttallii和轮叶黑藻Hydrilla verticillata处理与对照无显著差异。【结论】沉水态圆叶节节菜石油醚提取物具有较强的抑藻效应,表现为减少铜绿微囊藻细胞Chl a质量浓度、降低光化学效率及加剧氧化损伤等,在微囊藻水华防控方面具有较强的应用潜力。 展开更多

目的 通过分析难治性梅尼埃病患者术后眩晕状态,浅谈难治性梅尼埃病术后眩晕再发的可能原因。方法 回顾性分析2017年1月1日-2020年12月31日就诊于福建中医药大学附属人民医院、并行3个半规管阻塞术+内淋巴囊减压术的16例难治性梅尼埃病... 目的 通过分析难治性梅尼埃病患者术后眩晕状态,浅谈难治性梅尼埃病术后眩晕再发的可能原因。方法 回顾性分析2017年1月1日-2020年12月31日就诊于福建中医药大学附属人民医院、并行3个半规管阻塞术+内淋巴囊减压术的16例难治性梅尼埃病患者的临床资料,调查患者术前术后眩晕发作情况、严重程度及其对生活的影响。结果 16例患者术后均出现眩晕及活动后不稳感,2周内均消退。14例患者(87.5%)在术后3个月内存在发作性头晕。随访期间,共有12例患者(75%)诉存在头昏、走路不稳感。术后眩晕发作次数控制程度:A级13例(81.25%),B级1例(6.25%),C级2例(12.5%),眩晕控制总有效率87.5%(14/16)。术后眩晕发作的严重程度及对日常生活的影响:0级4人(25%),1级12人(75%)。病例9术后出现眩晕再发,结合病史及相关检查考虑双侧梅尼埃病。病例8和病例16术后眩晕再发考虑梅尼埃病复发。病例13术后出现头痛及发作性不稳感。尚存在其他不典型眩晕发作形式。结论 本研究中2种术式联合治疗难治性梅尼埃病远期疗效较确切;术后眩晕再发可能与双侧梅尼埃病、半规管的不完全堵塞或再通及前庭性偏头痛的伴发有关,部分不典型的眩晕发作可能与梅尼埃病发病机制及2个术式控制眩晕机制相关,具体尚待进一步研究。 展开更多

目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣的临床疗效及对免疫功能指标的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年5月在笔者医院皮肤科接受治疗的94例寻常疣患者,按就诊顺序依随机数字表法分为分为研究组(n=47)与对照组(n=47),两组均进行液... 目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣的临床疗效及对免疫功能指标的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年5月在笔者医院皮肤科接受治疗的94例寻常疣患者,按就诊顺序依随机数字表法分为分为研究组(n=47)与对照组(n=47),两组均进行液氮冷冻治疗,研究组在此基础上联合玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后免疫指标[(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、γ-干扰素(INF-γ)、白介素2(IL-2)、白介素6(IL-6)]水平并比较两组不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、INF-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组临床疗效、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、INF-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IgE水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应及复发率均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣具有较好临床疗效,可提升患者免疫功能,且具有较好安全性,值得在临床推广应用。 展开更多

Background:Hippocampal damage caused by status epilepticus(SE)can bring about cognitive decline and emotional disorders,which are common clinical comorbidities in patients with epilepsy.It is therefore imperative to develop a novel therapeutic strat-egy for protecting hippocampal damage after SE.Mitochondrial dysfunction is one of contributing factors in epilepsy.Given the therapeutic benefits of mitochondrial replenishment by exogenous mitochondria,we hypothesized that transplantation of mitochondria would be capable of ameliorating hippocampal damage following SE.Methods:Pilocarpine was used to induced SE in mice.SE-generated cognitive de-cline and emotional disorders were determined using novel object recognition,the tail suspension test,and the open field test.SE-induced hippocampal pathology was assessed by quantifying loss of neurons and activation of microglia and astrocytes.The metabolites underlying mitochondrial transplantation were determined using metabonomics.Results:The results showed that peripheral administration of isolated mitochon-dria could improve cognitive deficits and depressive and anxiety-like behaviors.Exogenous mitochondria blunted the production of reactive oxygen species,pro-liferation of microglia and astrocytes,and loss of neurons in the hippocampus.The metabonomic profiles showed that mitochondrial transplantation altered multiple metabolic pathways such as sphingolipid signaling pathway and carbon metabolism.Among potential affected metabolites,mitochondrial transplantation decreased levels of sphingolipid(d18:1/18:0)and methylmalonic acid,and elevated levels of D-fructose-1,6-bisphosphate.Conclusion:To the best of our knowledge,these findings provide the first direct ex-perimental evidence that artificial mitochondrial transplantation is capable of amelio-rating hippocampal damage following SE.These new findings support mitochondrial transplantation as a promising therapeutic strategy for epilepsy-associated psychiat-ric and cognitive disorders. 展开更多

鉴于光伏发电对环保和经济发展的重要性,光伏发电系统的研究近年来受到了广泛关注。然而,光伏电池的转换效率较低,如何优化光伏组件的输出功率和降低逆变器输出电流的谐波是研究的重点。首先,对光伏电池进行理论分析,基于其数学模型,在M... 鉴于光伏发电对环保和经济发展的重要性,光伏发电系统的研究近年来受到了广泛关注。然而,光伏电池的转换效率较低,如何优化光伏组件的输出功率和降低逆变器输出电流的谐波是研究的重点。首先,对光伏电池进行理论分析,基于其数学模型,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建光伏电池仿真模型并分析其输出特性。然后,为了解决光伏电池转换功率低的缺陷,选择最大功率点跟踪技术,分析并提出3种常见的最大功率点跟踪技术,即固定电压法、扰动观察法、电导增量法。随后,又在Simulink上分别开发出这3种控制方法下的子模块并进行系统的仿真模拟,通过对比分析得出在电导增量控制方法下的光伏模块输出响应速度最快,稳定性能最佳。最后,设计了两级式非隔离三相并网逆变器。基于锁相、比例积分控制以及空间矢量脉宽调制技术实现逆变器的并网控制,使之输出符合电网要求的电压和电流。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了系统仿真模型,将A相并网电流在Simulink中进行快速傅里叶变换,可以得到并网电流的总谐波失真稳定在4.53%,满足低于5%的规定,所搭建的两级非隔离三相并网逆变器仿真模型的合理性得到验证,具有一定的理论意义。 展开更多

为解决目前沼液机兼容性差、集成度低、沼液灌溉浓度不合理等问题,设计了一种集成型沼液水肥一体机,并以白菜为试验材料,在6个不同沼液浓度即0%(CK)、20%(T20)、40%(T40)、60%(T60)、80%(T80)、100%(T100)下比较土壤速效养分、白菜产量... 为解决目前沼液机兼容性差、集成度低、沼液灌溉浓度不合理等问题,设计了一种集成型沼液水肥一体机,并以白菜为试验材料,在6个不同沼液浓度即0%(CK)、20%(T20)、40%(T40)、60%(T60)、80%(T80)、100%(T100)下比较土壤速效养分、白菜产量品质的差异,优选适宜沼液灌溉浓度。研究结果表明:集成式沼液水肥一体机具有整体性强、智能化水平高和适配性好的优点,基于沼液一体机进行沼液施用有利于增加土壤速效氮、磷、钾含量,且沼液浓度越大、增加幅度越明显,其中T100处理白菜收获后测得的土壤速效氮、磷、钾含量最高,分别为119.7、17.8和171.1 mg/kg;沼液灌溉处理中,以T80和T60产量处于较高水平,地上部分产量分别达到4710和69.9 t/hm~2,两者无显著(p>0.05)差异;沼液施用降低了白菜叶片硝酸盐含量,提升了Vc、可溶性糖含量,不同沼液处理以T60白菜综合品质最优;从产量、产值、品质等角度综合考虑,推荐60%为白菜适宜沼液灌溉浓度。 展开更多
