BACKGROUND Bevacizumab and sintilimab combined interventional treatment(BeSiIT)and L envatinib and sintilimab combined interventional treatment(LeSiIT)are two commonly used therapeutic regimens for intermediate-advanc...BACKGROUND Bevacizumab and sintilimab combined interventional treatment(BeSiIT)and L envatinib and sintilimab combined interventional treatment(LeSiIT)are two commonly used therapeutic regimens for intermediate-advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in clinical practice.AIM To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of BeSiIT and LeSiIT for the treatment of intermediate and advanced HCC.METHODS Patients diagnosed with intermediate-advanced HCC and initially treated with BeSiIT or LeSiIT in the Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital between February 2020 and July 2021 were included.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS),and the secondary endpoints were overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),conversion rate,and treatmentrelated adverse events.RESULTS Total 127 patients met the inclusion criteria and were divided into BeSiIT and LeSiIT groups.Twenty-eight and fifty patients in the BeSiIT and LeSiIT groups,respectively,were assessed after 1:2 propensity score matching.PFS and OS rates were not significantly different between the two groups.No significant variations were noted in ORRs or DCRs according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST),and modified RECIST.BeSiIT group showed a better conversion rate than the LeSiIT group(P=0.043).Both groups showed manageable toxicity profiles.Multivariate analysis showed that the independent factors associated with PFS were alphafetoprotein levels and carcinoembryonic antigen score.CONCLUSION In intermediate-to-advanced HCC,the BeSiIT and LeSiIT groups exhibited acceptable toxicities and comparable PFS,OS,and ORR.展开更多
[Objectives]To make full use of crop rhizosphere microbial resources.[Methods]Illumina NovaSeq sequencing platform was used to analyze the richness and diversity of microbial community structure in rhizosphere soil of...[Objectives]To make full use of crop rhizosphere microbial resources.[Methods]Illumina NovaSeq sequencing platform was used to analyze the richness and diversity of microbial community structure in rhizosphere soil of rice and maize crops in Baitu Town,Gaoyao District,Zhaoqing City.[Results]A total of 14936 OTUs of bacteria and 1905 OTUs of fungi were obtained from three samples of rice rhizosphere soil,and 13437 OTUs of bacteria and 1413 OTUs of fungi were obtained from three samples of maize rhizosphere soil.The diversity and richness of bacterial communities were higher than those of fungi.There are differences in soil bacterial and fungal communities among different crop samples.The analysis of species with bacteria difference at genus level among crop rhizosphere soil samples showed that 18 genera with significant differences were obtained from 6 samples;species analysis of fungi at the genus level showed that 3 genera with significant differences were obtained from 6 samples.[Conclusions]The research results of this paper have positive significance for the development and utilization of soil resources in Zhaoqing City and the full exploitation of rice and maize rhizosphere microbial resources.展开更多
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuzhi Shengfa tablets combined with finasteride in the treatment of male androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods:Sixty male patients with androgenetic alopecia admi...Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuzhi Shengfa tablets combined with finasteride in the treatment of male androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods:Sixty male patients with androgenetic alopecia admitted to our Department of Dermatology between January 2022 and January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with finasteride,while the observation group received a combination of Chuzhi Shengfa tablets and finasteride.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results:The overall effectiveness rate in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),significantly higher than the control group’s 73.33%(22/30),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chuzhi Shengfa tablets and finasteride shows good clinical efficacy in treating male androgenetic alopecia.Additionally,Chuzhi Shengfa tablets are convenient to administer and effectively improve efficacy,significantly improving patients’conditions,and demonstrating good clinical application value.展开更多
