Analysis of sensitivity to hydrate blockage risk in natural gas gathering pipeline

During the operational process of natural gas gathering and transmission pipelines,the formation of hydrates is highly probable,leading to uncontrolled movement and aggregation of hydrates.The continuous migration and accumulation of hydrates further contribute to the obstruction of natural gas pipelines,resulting in production reduction,shutdowns,and pressure build-ups.Consequently,a cascade of risks is prone to occur.To address this issue,this study focuses on the operational process of natural gas gathering and transmission pipelines,where a comprehensive framework is established.This framework includes theoretical models for pipeline temperature distribution,pipeline pressure distribution,multiphase flow within the pipeline,hydrate blockage,and numerical solution methods.By analyzing the influence of inlet temperature,inlet pressure,and terminal pressure on hydrate formation within the pipeline,the sensitivity patterns of hydrate blockage risks are derived.The research indicates that reducing inlet pressure and terminal pressure could lead to a decreased maximum hydrate formation rate,potentially mitigating pipeline blockage during natural gas transportation.Furthermore,an increase in inlet temperature and terminal pressure,and a decrease in inlet pressure,results in a displacement of the most probable location for hydrate blockage towards the terminal station.However,it is crucial to note that operating under low-pressure conditions significantly elevates energy consumption within the gathering system,contradicting the operational goal of energy efficiency and reduction of energy consumption.Consequently,for high-pressure gathering pipelines,measures such as raising the inlet temperature or employing inhibitors,electrical heat tracing,and thermal insulation should be adopted to prevent hydrate formation during natural gas transportation.Moreover,considering abnormal conditions such as gas well production and pipeline network shutdowns,which could potentially trigger hydrate formation,the installation of methanol injection connectors remains necessary to ensure production safety. 展开更多

The casing deformation prevention technology based on the optimization of cement slurry is proposed to reduce the casing deformation of shale oil and gas wells during hydraulic fracturing. In this paper, the fracture mechanism of hollow particles in cement sheath was firstly analyzed by discrete element method, and the effect of hollow particles in cement on casing deformation was investigated by laboratory experiment method. Finally, field test was carried out to verify the improvement effect of the casing deformation based on cement slurry modification. The results show that the formation displacement can be absorbed effectively by hollow particles inside the cement transferring the excessive deformation away from casing. The particles in the uncemented state provide deformation space during formation slipping. The casing with diameter of 139.7 mm could be passed through by bridge plug with the diameter of 99 mm when the mass ratio of particle/cement reaches 1:4. According to the field test feedback, the method based on optimization of cement slurry can effectively reduce the risk of casing deformation, and the recommended range of hollow microbeads content in the cement slurry is between 15% and 25%. 展开更多

目的:观察地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂(DEX)治疗顽固性糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的疗效。方法:回顾性研究。收集2019-06/2020-01于郑州市第二人民医院确诊为顽固性DME并行玻璃体腔内注射DEX患者30例30眼的临床资料。观察治疗前后最佳矫正视力(B... 目的:观察地塞米松玻璃体内植入剂(DEX)治疗顽固性糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的疗效。方法:回顾性研究。收集2019-06/2020-01于郑州市第二人民医院确诊为顽固性DME并行玻璃体腔内注射DEX患者30例30眼的临床资料。观察治疗前后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压、黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)变化及并发症。结果:治疗后1、2、3、4、6mo BCVA(LogMAR)(0.57±0.53、0.42±0.48、0.43±0.26、0.45±0.66、0.51±0.37)较治疗前(0.86±0.47)显著提高(均P<0.05);治疗后1、2、3、4、6mo CMT(412.57±74.55、370.21±23.83、371.53±52.66、373.28±68.49、389.35±95.61μm)较治疗前(495.64±107.23μm)有差异(均P<0.05)。用药后2mo BCVA和CMT临床效果达到最佳,部分患者病情反复,再次出现视力下降及黄斑水肿加重,4眼于术后3mo、5眼于术后4mo及2眼于术后6mo,再次注射DEX。所有患者中4眼出现高眼压(≥22mmHg),应用降眼压药物后,眼压均控制在正常范围内。1眼出现白内障加重。随访6mo中未发生眼内炎、视网膜脱离等并发症。结论:玻璃体腔注射DEX可以有效提高顽固性DME患者BCVA,减轻黄斑水肿。 展开更多

目的:观察25G微创玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥除治疗增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)-C级视网膜脱离的效果。方法:收集2015-08/2018-07在我院就诊的PVR-C级视网膜脱离患者37例37眼,对所有患者行25G微创玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗,术中吲哚... 目的:观察25G微创玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥除治疗增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)-C级视网膜脱离的效果。方法:收集2015-08/2018-07在我院就诊的PVR-C级视网膜脱离患者37例37眼,对所有患者行25G微创玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗,术中吲哚菁绿染色后剥除血管弓大小范围内界膜。3~6mo根据视网膜复位情况行硅油取出,术后随访12mo,观察视力、眼压、视网膜复位、黄斑前膜情况并进行回顾性分析。结果:术后视力均有不同程度提高;术后2wk内眼压增高者6眼,经过治疗,眼压均恢复正常;所有患者到随访末期均未出现黄斑前膜;2眼因下方视网膜周边部出现PVR致再次视网膜脱离,余35眼均成功取出硅油。结论:25G微创玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥除治疗PVR-C级视网膜脱离安全有效,并有效防止了黄斑前膜的出现。 展开更多

高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)是中国第一台第四代高能同步辐射光源,其加速器由直线加速器、增强器、储存环及输运线组成。报道了HEPS直线加速器的初期束流调试重要进展。HEPS直线加速器是一台500 MeVS波段常温直线加速器,由热阴极电子枪、聚... 高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)是中国第一台第四代高能同步辐射光源,其加速器由直线加速器、增强器、储存环及输运线组成。报道了HEPS直线加速器的初期束流调试重要进展。HEPS直线加速器是一台500 MeVS波段常温直线加速器,由热阴极电子枪、聚束系统、主直线加速器构成。在按时完成设备加工、安装和老练的基础上,于2023年3月9日启动束流调试,当天实现束流全线贯通。3月14日束流能量达到500 MeV,束团电荷量达到2.5 nC。经过测量,直线加速器出口束流能散0.4%,能量稳定度0.06%,水平和垂直几何发射度分别为233 nm和145 nm。目前直线加速器束团电荷量可达到7.0 nC,相关束流调试正在进行。 展开更多

针对NDI电磁定位跟踪设备工作空间有限且在工作空间内定位精度不一致的问题,提出了一种利用机械臂移动磁场发生器从而拓展电磁定位系统工作空间且保证定位精度的方法。利用NDI系统返回的误差指示值衡量定位精度,当误差指示值超出设定的... 针对NDI电磁定位跟踪设备工作空间有限且在工作空间内定位精度不一致的问题,提出了一种利用机械臂移动磁场发生器从而拓展电磁定位系统工作空间且保证定位精度的方法。利用NDI系统返回的误差指示值衡量定位精度,当误差指示值超出设定的阈值时,利用机械臂移动磁场发生器使传感器重新位于NDI系统的最佳测量工作区,并将电磁定位系统测量的位姿通过空间变换方式统一到机械臂基座坐标系,从而在保证定位精度的同时也起到扩展工作空间的作用。为验证所提方法的有效性,通过实验验证定位误差与误差指标值及传感器到磁场发生器中心的距离成正相关关系;通过拓展前后的误差分析表明,所提方法能有效降低定位误差,平均位置误差从2. 61 mm降低到1. 34 mm,平均姿态误差从2. 42°降低到1. 37°。所提方法可应用于类似血管介入手术导管在大范围移动的器械定位与跟踪。 展开更多

机器学习技术在近十几年发展迅猛,并被广泛地用于解决复杂的科学和工程问题。最近十年间,基于机器学习的粒子加速器相关研究也开始呈现出井喷式发展趋势。国际上许多加速器实验室开始尝试用机器学习和大数据技术处理加速器中的海量复杂... 机器学习技术在近十几年发展迅猛,并被广泛地用于解决复杂的科学和工程问题。最近十年间,基于机器学习的粒子加速器相关研究也开始呈现出井喷式发展趋势。国际上许多加速器实验室开始尝试用机器学习和大数据技术处理加速器中的海量复杂数据,以期解决加速器及其子系统中的诸多物理和技术问题。不过,迄今为止,机器学习在加速器中的应用仍处于初步探索阶段,不同机器学习算法在解决具体加速器问题的效果及其适用范围尚待摸索,机器学习在实际加速器中的应用仍非常有限。因此,有必要对加速器领域中的机器学习研究做一个整体回顾和总结。将回顾机器学习在大型粒子加速器(以储存环加速器和直线加速器为主)中的加速器技术、束流物理以及加速器整体性能优化等研究方向中已取得的研究成果,并探讨机器学习在加速器领域的未来发展方向和应用前景。 展开更多

电磁定位系统(EM)凭借其精度高、反应灵活、操作简便、价格便宜以及无遮挡效应等优点,被广泛应用于各种需要进行跟踪定位的领域。在介入手术中,EM可以很好地解决因人体组织对介入器械的遮挡而无法进行精确光学定位的问题,能够对介入器... 电磁定位系统(EM)凭借其精度高、反应灵活、操作简便、价格便宜以及无遮挡效应等优点,被广泛应用于各种需要进行跟踪定位的领域。在介入手术中,EM可以很好地解决因人体组织对介入器械的遮挡而无法进行精确光学定位的问题,能够对介入器械的位姿进行精确定位。但EM是通过电磁感应原理对介入器械进行跟踪定位,因此手术环境中存在的铁磁性物质产生的干扰磁场会导致EM的磁场产生畸变,从而影响其定位精度。对EM的定位原理进行了分析,通过分析EM受干扰前后传感器在相同位置的位姿变化,提出一种基于薄板样条函数的电磁定位系统校正方法,对EM受干扰后的位姿进行校正,并通过实验验证该方法的有效性。 展开更多

Coronary artery calcification (CAC) is highly prevalent in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and is associated with major adverse cardiovascular events. Coronary artery calcification (CAC) is highly prevalent in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and is associated with major adverse cardiovascular events. There are two recognized type of CAC--intimal and medial calcification, and each of them have specific risk factors. Several theories about the mechanism of vascular calcification have been put forward, and we currently believe that vascular calcification is an active, regulated process. CAC can usually be found in patients with severe CHD, and this asymptomatic phenomenon make early diagnosis of CAC important. Coronary computed tomographic angiography is the main noninvasive tool to detect calcified lesions. Measurement of coronary artery calcification by scoring is a reasonable metric for cardiovascular risk assessment in asymptomatic adults at intermediate risk. To date, effective medical treatment of CAC has not been identified. Several strategies of percutaneous coronary interven- tion have been applied to CHD patients with CAC, but with unsatisfactory results. Prognosis of CAC is still a major problem of CHD pa- tients. Thus, more details about the mechanisms of CAC need to be elucidated in order to improve the understanding and treatment of CAC. 展开更多

Gecko-like robot(Geckobot),an important branch of bionic robotics,is a robot that simulates gecko's capacity to climb walls and ceilings.The work environment of the traditional wall-climbing robot is greatly limited as the moving structure and adsorption principle of the robot have nothing to do with the real gecko.However,the adsorption principle and moving mode of the real gecko can provide a new way to break through the restrictions of the traditional wall-climbing robot.Inspired by the moving mechanism of geckos, this paper develops the Geckobot with motile body.Two types of Geckobots are addressed:one with compliant flat bar as the body,and the other with prismatic joint as the body.The compliant body not only resembles the moving mode of the real gecko body,but also simplifies the Geckobot's structure.The prismatic joint body is used to adapt the change of body length in ground-to-wall transition. The gait planning on the plane and the transition between perpendicular intersectional planes is discussed,with an emphasis on the analysis of the kinematics degree of freedom(DOF) and body posture.Central pattern generator(CPG) neural network is realized in LabVIEW and utilized to control Geckobot's movement.The CPG scheme in Lab VIEW is given,and how CPG is used to control Geckobot to turn or move forward is explored.Simulations are conducted in ADAMS to verify the feasibility of the structure design and gait planning and to acquire some parameters for practical Geckobot development.The experiment with Geckobot-Ⅰand Geckobot-Ⅱon their crawling capacity on the plane and the ground-to-wall transition finds that the robot can complete the crawling movement and ground-to-wall transition,verifying the feasibility of the structure design,gait planning and the CPG motion control.The Geckobot structure design approach,gait planning and the CPG motion control presented would be useful for the research on wall-climbing robots. 展开更多

BACKGROUND A growing amount of evidence provides support for the hypothesis that acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients should go through cardiopulmonary exercise testing(CPET)about 3-5 d after AMI is diagnosed,make reasonable exercising prescription,and conduct exercise training under guidance.AIM To investigate the effect of exercise training(ET)on left ventricular systolic function and left ventricular remodeling(LVRM)and to study the possible mechanisms of LVRM by the changes of matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1(TIMP-1)in patients with acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).METHODS Sixty patients with first STEMI undergoing direct percutaneous coronary intervention from February 2008 to October 2008 were randomly assigned to an exercise group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured in all patients at 1 d,10-14 d,30 d,and 6 mo after admission.Two-dimensional echocardiography and cardiopulmonary exercise testing were done in patients at 10-14 d and 6 mo after admission.RESULTS There was no significant difference in CPET at baseline between the exercise group and the control group.At 6 mo,the time of exercise,peak and anaerobic threshold values of O2 uptake,and metabolic equivalents increased in both groups,but markedly increased in the exercise group.At baseline,there were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)between the two groups.At 6 mo,LVEF increased in the exercise group,but not in the control group.At 6 mo,the percentage of patients with positive result of LVRM was 26.6%in the exercise group and 52.6%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of plasma MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and the ratio of MMP-9 to TIMP-1 in both groups had no significant difference at 1 d and 10-14 d after AMI,but at 30 d and 6 mo,the levels of plasma MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the ratio of MMP-9 to TIMP-1 in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group.CONCLUSION ET under supervision based on home condition in early and recovery stage of AMI can improve exercise cardiopulmonary function and prevent the LVRM.Therefore,it may reduce unfavorable remodeling response by decreasing the levels of plasma MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and adjusting the ratio of MMP-9 to TIMP-1 hereafter. 展开更多

Organic solvent nanofiltration(OSN)membranes have a great application prospect in organic solvent separation,but the development of OSN membranes is mainly restricted by trade-off between permeability and rejection rate.In this work,a TA/Fe^(3+)polymer was introduced into polyetherimide(PEI)ultrafiltration membranes crosslinked with hexamethylene diamine as the intermediate layer,and OSN membranes with high separation performance and solvent permeability were obtained through interfacial polymerization and solvent activation.The interlayer with high surface hydrophilicity and a fixed pore structure controlled the adsorption/diffusion of the amine monomer during interfacial polymerization,forming a smooth(average surface roughness<5.5 nm),ultra-thin(separation layer thickness reduced from 150 to 16 nm)and dense surface structure polyamide(PA)layer.The PA-Fe^(3+)_3-HDA/PEI membrane retained more than 94%of methyl blue(BS)in 0.1 g·L^(-1)BS ethanol solution at 0.6 MPa,and the ethanol permeation reached 28.56 L^(-1)·m^(-2)·h^(-1).The average flux recovery ratio(FRR)of PA-Fe^(3+)_(3)-HDA/PEI membrane was found to be 84%,which has better fouling resistance than PA-HDA/PEI membrane,and it was found to have better stability performance through different solvent immersion experiments and continuous operation in 0.1 g·L^(-1)BS ethanol solution.Compared with thin-film composite nanofiltration membranes,the PA-Fe^(3+)_(3)-HDA/PEI membrane can be manufactured from an economical and environment-friendly method and overcomes the trade-off between permeability and rejection rate,showing great application potential in organic solvent separation systems. 展开更多

Quasi-one-dimensional NiO with a hierarchically porous structure was synthesized through a facile coordination−precipitation method with the coupling effect of ammonia and a post-calcination treatment.The electrocatalytic properties of NiO fibers for the oxidation of ethanol were compared with those of NiO spheres.The results show that the fibrous NiO possesses a larger specific surface area of 140.153 m2/g and a lower electrical resistivity of 4.5×105Ω·m,leading to an impressively superior electrocatalytic activity to spherical NiO for ethanol oxidation in alkaline media.The current decay on fibrous NiO at 0.6 V in 100−900 s was 0.00003%,which is much lower than that of spherical NiO,indicating its better stability.The unique morphology and hierarchically porous structure give the fibrous NiO great potential to be used as an anodic electrocatalyst for direct ethanol fuel cells. 展开更多
