Taking the advantage of sun glitter(SG)observed from high-resolution satellites Gaofen-1(GF-1)and Gaofen-6(GF-6),a new method named Shield and Vortex 1-2(SAV1-2)for extracting spatial texture information from sun glit...Taking the advantage of sun glitter(SG)observed from high-resolution satellites Gaofen-1(GF-1)and Gaofen-6(GF-6),a new method named Shield and Vortex 1-2(SAV1-2)for extracting spatial texture information from sun glitter was established.Sea surface texture detail information around Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands was extracted using SAV1-2.Meanwhile,the dynamic characteristics of the water environment were analyzed by combining the water color,temperature and dynamic data.The results show the following information.(1)Stable westward shield effect and eastward Karman vortex streets,extracted from SG,appear upstream(westward)and downstream(eastward)of the Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands respectively.(2)The dominant direction of the Kuroshio Current in the Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands area is east,the Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands interacting with Kuroshio,inducing western shield and eastern shelter and wake.Furthermore,wave intervals of the shield in front of the island range from hundreds to thousands of metres,and extend wider than the island itself.(3)Combining with high-resolution sea surface temperature(SST)and chlorophyll a(Chl a)concentration,the directional changes of water color elements are mutually supported and proved with the stable shield(wave packet)effect in the west and vortex street effect in the east.The change of SST upstream of the island(western shield area)is not significant,the temperature in the downstream shelter area decreases slightly,and the SST in the downstream wake area shows a general trend of obvious decrease.The wake area is dominated by Karman vortex streets in shape,supplementing by vortices.The concentration of Chl a in the west shield of island is as low as that in downstream shelter area,while it increases significantly in the downstream wake area with shape in eddy or ribbon.(4)The SAV methods of extracting sea surface texture detail using SG can be widely used in different sea areas and water quality.This paper can provide reference for the protection and development of Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands and its surrounding waters.It is suggested that some kind of current buffer,such as marine wind farm,should be established in the western waters of Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands to protect the islands,and marine pasture should be developed in the downstream of eastern waters of Diaoyu Dao and its affiliated islands.展开更多

We propose a high-speed all-optic dual-modal system that integrates spectral domain optical coherence tomography and photoacoustic microscopy(PAM).A 3*3 coupler-based interfer-ometer is used to remotely detect the sur...We propose a high-speed all-optic dual-modal system that integrates spectral domain optical coherence tomography and photoacoustic microscopy(PAM).A 3*3 coupler-based interfer-ometer is used to remotely detect the surface vibration caused by photoacoustic(PA)waves.Three outputs of the interferometer are acquired simultaneously with a multi-channel data ac-quisition card.One channel data with the highest PA signal detection sensitivity is selected for sensitivity compensation.Experiment on the phantom demonstrates that the proposed method can sucessfully compensate for the loss of intensity caused by sensitivity variation.The imaging speed of the PAM is improved compared to our previous system.The total time to image a sample with 256×256 pixels is~20s.Using the proposed system,the microvasculature in the mouse auricle is visualized and the blood flow state is accessed.展开更多

In this Letter,waveguide beam splitters(1×3)with type I modifications are fabricated in a LiNbO_(3) crystal by femtosecond laser direct writing.The influence of the relative positions of three sub-waveguides on p...In this Letter,waveguide beam splitters(1×3)with type I modifications are fabricated in a LiNbO_(3) crystal by femtosecond laser direct writing.The influence of the relative positions of three sub-waveguides on power splitting ratios are investigated in detail and the corresponding output intensities as functions of the relative positions in the numerical simulation are plotted,which are in good accordance with the experimental results.In addition,the waveguide beam splitter with a 1:1:1 splitting ratio is fabricated by changing the relative widths of the three branch-waveguides.Guiding performances at 532 nm are measured and analyzed by a typical end-face coupling system.The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the beam splitting ratio of the waveguide splitter can be precisely regulated by the positions and widths of the sub-waveguides.展开更多
Interface engineering is of great importance to improve the photocatalytic performance.Herein,in-situ formation plasmon Bi/BiOCl nanosheets assembled heterojunction microspheres are fabricated via facile reductive sol...Interface engineering is of great importance to improve the photocatalytic performance.Herein,in-situ formation plasmon Bi/BiOCl nanosheets assembled heterojunction microspheres are fabricated via facile reductive solvothermal approach.The aldehyde group in the DMF structure is used to exert the weak reducing property of the solvent and thus strip out the metal Bi in BiOCl.The metal Bi is anchored on surface of BiOCl firmly due to in-situ formation engineered interface,which could realize efficient charge transfer channel.The resultant Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions assemblies with narrow bandgap of 3.05 eV and mesoporous structure extend the photoresponse to visible light region and could provide sufficient surface active sites.The visible-light-driven photocatalytic degradation of high-toxic norfloxacin for Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions is up to 95.5%within 20 min,representing several times that of pristine BiOCl nanosheets and the physical mixture.It is attributed to the in-situ formation of Bi/BiOCl heterojunctions and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)effect of plasmon Bi promoting charge transfer,and the obvious photothermal effect promoting the photocatalytic reaction,which are verified by experimental and density functional theory(DFT)calculations.This strategy provides ideal perspectives for fabricating metal/semiconductor heterojunctions photocatalysts with high-performance.展开更多
