Macro-mesoporous γ-alumina support(MMA) was prepared by a sol-gel route in aqueous medium using pseudo-boehmite as aluminum source and polystyrene microspheres and Pluronic P123 as hard and soft dual templates,respectively.MMA had a BET specific surface area of about 259 m2 g-1,total pore volume of about 1.61 cm3 g-1,macropore diameter of about 102 nm,and mesopore diameter of about 14 nm.Re2O7/MMA and conventional Re2O7/Al2O3 were prepared by a incipient-wetness impregnation method,and their catalytic performances in the metathesis of 1-butene and 2-butene were tested in a fixed-bed tubular reactor.The result showed that Re2O7/MMA possessed higher activity and far longer working life-span than conventional Re2O7/Al2O3. 展开更多

Mesoporous γ-aluminas with large pore size (up to 19 nm, denoted as MAI9) are prepared from dispersed pseudo-boehmite using pluronic P123 as template. It is found that these mesoporous alumina supported rhenium oxide catalysts were more active and have far longer working life-span in gas-phase metathesis of 1-butene and 2-butene to propene than rhenium oxide on conventional alumina with small pore size (5 nm). At 60 ℃ and atmospheric pressure with WHSV = 1 h^-1, the similar stable conversions of butene (ca. 55%) for all the 13 wt% Re207/alumina catalysts were obtained near the chemical equilibrium, and the stable working life-spans of Re2OT/MA19 were far longer than that of Re2O7/A1203, being about 70 h and 20 h, respectively. 展开更多

为了解决短氟碳链泡沫稳定性差的缺点,采用硬脂酸对氧化镁纳米颗粒(MNPs)疏水改性得到不同水接触角的G-MNPs,研究疏水改性MNPs对短氟碳链泡沫性能和灭火性能的影响。采用硬脂酸对MNPs分别改性60min、90min、120min和150min,测试了G-MNP... 为了解决短氟碳链泡沫稳定性差的缺点,采用硬脂酸对氧化镁纳米颗粒(MNPs)疏水改性得到不同水接触角的G-MNPs,研究疏水改性MNPs对短氟碳链泡沫性能和灭火性能的影响。采用硬脂酸对MNPs分别改性60min、90min、120min和150min,测试了G-MNPs表面形态、粒径分布、疏水性、热稳定性以及溶液分散度,研究了疏水改性对泡沫稳定性、发泡能力、泡沫粗化、灭火性能和抗烧性能等的影响。结果表明,硬脂酸疏水改性时间为120min时,改性MNPs水接触角最大,达到138.4°;G-MNPs表面形貌粗糙度增加,颗粒粒径增大,高温下热稳定性良好;疏水改性对泡沫溶液表面张力和黏度几乎没有影响;疏水角为90.0°时,G-MNPs泡沫溶液发泡性能、稳定性能、灭火性能、抗烧性能达到最佳。 展开更多

Industrial CO_(2)electroreduction has received tremendous attentions for resolution of the current energy and environmental crisis,but its performance is greatly limited by mass transport at high current density.In this work,an ion‐polymer‐modified gas‐diffusion electrode is used to tackle this proton limit.It is found that gas diffusion electrode‐Nafion shows an impressive performance of 75.2%Faradaic efficiency in multicarbon products at an industrial current density of 1.16 A/cm^(2).Significantly,in‐depth electrochemical characterizations combined with in situ Raman have been used to determine the full workflow of protons,and it is found that HCO_(3)^(−)acts as a proton pool near the reaction environment,and HCO_(3)^(−)and H_(3)O^(+)are local proton donors that interact with the proton shuttle−SO_(3)^(−)from Nafion.With rich proton hopping sites that decrease the activation energy,a“Grotthuss”mechanism for proton transport in the above system has been identified rather than the“Vehicle”mechanism with a higher energy barrier.Therefore,this work could be very useful in terms of the achievement of industrial CO_(2)reduction fundamentally and practically. 展开更多

为研究离心泵蜗壳内部涡结构、涡演化的过程,基于DDES湍流模型和涡动力学的涡量对离心泵多工况下的旋涡运动进行非定常数值模拟。研究表明:对比外特性数值预测和试验数据,两者差值在允许的范围内,表明延迟分离涡方法的可靠性;对比涡量云... 为研究离心泵蜗壳内部涡结构、涡演化的过程,基于DDES湍流模型和涡动力学的涡量对离心泵多工况下的旋涡运动进行非定常数值模拟。研究表明:对比外特性数值预测和试验数据,两者差值在允许的范围内,表明延迟分离涡方法的可靠性;对比涡量云图,DDES湍流模型较RNGk-ε湍流模型能清晰地看到由大旋涡破裂而成的小旋涡,能更好地模拟精细流场结构;蜗壳内的旋涡主要集中在进口和隔舌附近,旋涡随着流体一起运动,在运动的过程中,大旋涡破裂为许多小旋涡,同时涡量逐渐减小;随着流量的增加,流道内旋涡的分布范围逐渐减少,同时涡量也逐渐减小;在蜗壳第三断面处,沿径向取3个压力脉动监测点,发现随着直径的增大,压力脉动幅度逐渐减弱,同时隔舌位置的压力脉动远大于蜗壳其他位置。 展开更多

在无合适的新型转轮替代老转轮的情况下,可以采用减少叶片数以及切割叶片出水边的方法得到易于实施的改型转轮,从而达到增容改造目的.运用三维建模软件Pro/E进行建模,ICEM进行网格划分(非结构化网格),选用标准k-ω流模型以及SIMPLEC算法... 在无合适的新型转轮替代老转轮的情况下,可以采用减少叶片数以及切割叶片出水边的方法得到易于实施的改型转轮,从而达到增容改造目的.运用三维建模软件Pro/E进行建模,ICEM进行网格划分(非结构化网格),选用标准k-ω流模型以及SIMPLEC算法,Fluent 14.5进行水轮机全流道定常模拟计算,可以得到比较准确的水轮机外特性预测结果.水轮机全流动数值模拟计算可以为增容改造方案的可行性提供依据.以HL638-WJ-84型水轮机为研究对象,以减少转轮叶片数且切割出水边为改型方案,数值模拟了不同工况下改型前后水轮机的内部流动.外特性结果表明:改造后水轮机的最优效率区向大流量区域偏移,当转轮运行在限制工况时,改型后转轮出力比改造前增加16.35%.据此方案改造转轮,机组实际增容23%. 展开更多

离心泵反转作透平(PAT)可回收液体能量。泵工况和透平工况流量、扬程换算关系Ht/Hp、Qt/Qp是PAT选型设计与性能预测的关键,而现有的换算关系对低比转速PAT误差较大。通过分析放大系数及速度滑移对低比转速PAT性能换算关系的影响,得到一... 离心泵反转作透平(PAT)可回收液体能量。泵工况和透平工况流量、扬程换算关系Ht/Hp、Qt/Qp是PAT选型设计与性能预测的关键,而现有的换算关系对低比转速PAT误差较大。通过分析放大系数及速度滑移对低比转速PAT性能换算关系的影响,得到一种性能换算的修正方法。对比转速为33~86的8台PAT采用数值模拟软件FLUENT 17.0进行数值计算,分别得出其扬程、流量换算关系的修正系数。该修正系数与比转速的关系通过多项式拟合得到。采用已公开的7台低比转速PAT试验结果验证,与其他方法相比采用该修正系数计算的Ht/Hp、Qt/Qp误差约减小3%~15%。针对低比转速PAT的选型设计和性能预测该方法可提供理论指导。 展开更多

某水电站由于原始设计中的选型错误,导致电站水力参数与水轮机参数不相符,两台机组多年来无法正常高效运行,现有水力模型中无法找到可兼容的合适转轮。为此,研究采用传统水力设计方法设计了一个与该型水轮机流道尺寸相匹配且与电站水力... 某水电站由于原始设计中的选型错误,导致电站水力参数与水轮机参数不相符,两台机组多年来无法正常高效运行,现有水力模型中无法找到可兼容的合适转轮。为此,研究采用传统水力设计方法设计了一个与该型水轮机流道尺寸相匹配且与电站水力参数相吻合的特型转轮,并运用CFD技术进行了水轮机全流道模拟分析。模拟结果表明,设计的转轮效率可达81%,最大出力可达170 kW,满足预期要求,为增容改造方案的可行性提供了依据。据此结果制造的水轮机在电站投运后达到了160 kW的预期目标。 展开更多

根据古浪堤电站HL741水轮机增容改造的需求,对诸多较优模型转轮的分析对比后,拟定选用HLA232叶片并稍加改型,同时为增大过流能力解决汛期转轮流道易堵塞的问题,最终决定采用在此基础上减少一个叶片后制造新转轮的方案对原水轮机进行改... 根据古浪堤电站HL741水轮机增容改造的需求,对诸多较优模型转轮的分析对比后,拟定选用HLA232叶片并稍加改型,同时为增大过流能力解决汛期转轮流道易堵塞的问题,最终决定采用在此基础上减少一个叶片后制造新转轮的方案对原水轮机进行改造。借助数值试验平台对改造前后的水轮机进行全流道三维流场数值计算及性能预测,分析计算结果并给出了水轮机改造前后的水动力学特性差异。改造后水轮机蜗壳及导水部件内流动与改造前差异很小,水力性能没有下降;转轮叶片中水流的流态分布合理,空蚀性能提升;尾水管中水流平稳顺畅。在以后的改造工程中可用HLA232转轮经适当修型以匹配原转轮室结构后替代HL741转轮。 展开更多

目前,城市给排水、工业循环水等流体输运过程中的余压回收受到广泛关注。微型管道式水轮机因结构简单、使用方便等优点已在国外得到成功应用。基于50mm直径管道设计了一种带导流装置的改进型Savonius微型水轮机。通过试验及ANSYS-CFX数... 目前,城市给排水、工业循环水等流体输运过程中的余压回收受到广泛关注。微型管道式水轮机因结构简单、使用方便等优点已在国外得到成功应用。基于50mm直径管道设计了一种带导流装置的改进型Savonius微型水轮机。通过试验及ANSYS-CFX数值模拟方法研究了叶型对水轮机水力性能的影响。在其他条件相同的情况下,通过对叶片中心径向曲率半径分别为R14、R22、R30的3种转轮性能比较发现,R14水轮机组最高电功率为5.5W,且水头损失最小。随着叶型曲率减小,转轮的启动扭矩增加,其中R30转轮的启动扭矩最大,自启动性相对较弱,在有发电机负载的试验中流量持续增加,但该机组转轮始终无法启动。研究结果对微型管道式水轮机的性能预测及优化设计有一定参考意义。 展开更多

Studies have shown that thousands of human protein-coding genes are regulated by miRNAs, indica... microRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs that function as endogenous triggers of the RNA interference pathway. Studies have shown that thousands of human protein-coding genes are regulated by miRNAs, indicating that miRNAs are master regulators of many important biological processes, such as cancer development, miRNAs frequently have deregulated expression in many types of human cancers, and play critical roles in tumorigenesis, which functions either as tumor suppressors or as oncogenes. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs are highly related with cancer progression, including initiating, growth, apoptosis, invasion, and metastasis. Furthermore, miRNAs are shown to be responsible for the cancer-related inflam- mation, anti-cancer drug resistance, and regulation of cancer stem ceils. Therefore, miRNAs have generated great interest as a novel strategy in cancer diagnosis and therapy. Here we review the versatile roles of miRNAs in cancers and their potential applications for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment as biomarkers. 展开更多

目的:研究Humphrey视野计设置专用自定义检查程序在评估单眼视力障碍者视野检查中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2016-07-01/2017-06-30因申请驾驶执照在我院眼科接受视野检查的单眼视力障碍受检者的资料,均采用Humphrey自定义功能设置覆盖了... 目的:研究Humphrey视野计设置专用自定义检查程序在评估单眼视力障碍者视野检查中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2016-07-01/2017-06-30因申请驾驶执照在我院眼科接受视野检查的单眼视力障碍受检者的资料,均采用Humphrey自定义功能设置覆盖了从颞侧90°到鼻部60°、水平中线上下30°区域的检查程序,并设置相应的可靠性检测试验(“1 EYE Screening”程序检查),综合分析受检者的视野范围和测试的可靠性。结果:排除重复测量报告后,本研究纳入单眼视力障碍受检者618例,单眼视力障碍最常见的原因是眼外伤(49.7%)和弱视(29.3%),受检者中有497例(80.4%)通过了测试,121例未通过测试者中有85例(70.2%)是由于鼻视野受限(小于60°),12例是因为眼球震颤或配合欠佳导致固视丢失。与测试失败组相比,通过组受检者年龄更大,人均正确应答点数更多,人均测试时间更短(均P<0.05)。通过组中,等效球镜度<0.5D的受试者占比明显高于失败组中的(77.5%vs 62.8%,χ2=7.264,P=0.007)。结论:Humphrey自定义检查程序“1 EYE Screening”可用于判断单眼视力障碍的驾驶执照申请者视野是否达到150°。 展开更多

Objective To probe into the prelude marker of central nervous system injury in response to methyl mercury chloride (MMC) stimulation and the signal transduction molecular mechanism of injury in rat brain induced by MMC. Methods The expression of c-fos mRNA in brain and the expression of c-FOS protein in cortex, hippocampus and ependyma were observed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunocytochemical methods. The control group was injected with physiological saline of 0.9%, while the concentrations for the exposure groups were 0.05 and 0.5, 5 mg/kg MMC respectively, and the sampling times points were 20, 60, 240, 1440 min. Results The expression of c-FOS protein in cortex and hippocampus increased significantly, the accumulation of mercury in the brain induced by 0.05 mg/Kg MMC for 20 min had no significant difference compared with the control group. The mean value was 0.0044 mg/Kg, while the protein c-FOS expression had significant difference compared with the control group (P〈0.01). More sensitive expression occurred in hippocampus and cortex, but not in ependyma. Conclusion The expression of c-FOS protein in cortex and hippocampus can predict the neurotoxicity of MMC in the early time, and immediately early gene (lEG) c-fos participates in the process of brain injury induced by MMC. 展开更多

Objective:Recent research has indicated that altered promoter methylation of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes is an important mechanism in lung cancer development and progression.In this study,we investigated the association between promoter methylation of TMEM88,a possible inhibitor of the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling,and the survival of patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Twelve pairs of tumor and adjacent non-tumor samples were used for microarray analyses of DNA methylation and gene expression.For validation,more than two hundred additional samples were analyzed for methylation using bisulfite pyrosequencing and for gene expression using q RT-PCR.Then the cell function were tested by wound healing,transwell,CCK8 and cell cycle assay.Results:Our analysis of patient specimens showed that TMEM88 methylation was higher in NSCLC tumors(82.2%±10.3,P<0.01)compared with the adjacent normal tissues(65.9%±7.2).The survival analysis revealed that patients with high TMEM88methylation had a shorter overall survival(46 months)compared with patients with low TMEM88 methylation(>56 months;P=0.021).In addition,we found that demethylation treatment could inhibit tumor cell proliferation,migration,and invasion,which was supportive of an association between methylation and survival.Conclusions:Based on these consistent observations,we concluded that TMEM88 may play an important role in NSCLC progression and that promoter methylation of TMEM88 may serve as a biomarker for NSCLC prognosis and treatment. 展开更多

Cabbage(Brassica oleracea var.capitata)is a biennial plant with strong self-incompatibility and an obligate requirement for prolonged vernalization by exposure to low temperatures to induce flowering.These characteristics significantly increase the difficulty of exploiting novel germplasm induced by physical or chemical mutagens.In this study,we report a CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing system based on endogenous tRNA processing to induce high efficiency and inheritable mutagenesis in cabbage.Using the phytoene desaturase gene BoPDS,the S-receptor kinase gene BoSRK,and the male-sterility-associated gene BoMS1 as the target genes,multisite and multiple gene mutations were achieved using a construct with tandemly arrayed tRNA-sgRNA architecture to express multiple sgRNAs.The BoSRK3 gene mutation suppressed self-incompatibility completely,converting the self-incompatible line into a self-compatible line.In addition,the BoMS1 gene mutation produced a completely male-sterile mutant,which was highly cross compatible with its nonmutant isoline at the flowering stage as a result of a simultaneous BoSRK3 gene mutation,enabling the economic propagation of the male-sterile line through bee-mediated cross-pollination.Interestingly,higher site mutation efficiency was detected when a guide sequence was inserted into a location in the tandemly arrayed tRNA-sgRNA architecture that was distal from the upstream Pol III promoter.In addition,mutation sites were also detected in the paralogous genes of the BoPDS and BoSRK genes that had fully consistent sequences or base mismatches but beyond the“seed”region in the spacer sequence compared with the target sgRNAs.Collectively,our results demonstrate that the CRISPR/Cas9 system,coupled with an endogenous tRNA-processing system,is an efficient tool to improve cabbage traits. 展开更多
