Combined with practical exploration, the stability of surrounding rock was computed by numerical simulation using the blasting wave obtained from the site. According to the change regularities of displacement, stress, acceleration, and velocity of tunnels before and after explosion, the layout of key monitoring points was optimized. When disposed the monitoring position of sensors, the regular points should be considered to use as key points and the periodical monitor should be a part of the long-term monitor. In practical application, considering the geology condition in site, monitor points should be added on the area with joints and faults to assure the integrity of monitor data and the preciseness of decision.展开更多
The deep ocean below 2000 m is a large water body with the sparsest data coverage,challenging the closure of the sea-level budget and the estimation of the Earth’s energy imbalance.Whether the deep ocean below 2000 m...The deep ocean below 2000 m is a large water body with the sparsest data coverage,challenging the closure of the sea-level budget and the estimation of the Earth’s energy imbalance.Whether the deep ocean below 2000 m is warming globally has been debated in the recent decade.However,as the regional signals are generally larger than the global average,it is intriguing to investigate the regional temperature changes.Here,we adopt an indirect method that combines altimetry,GRACE,and Argo data to examine the global and regional deep ocean temperature changes below 2000 m.The consistency between high-quality conductivity-temperature-depth(CTD)data from repeated hydrographic sections and our results confirms the validity of the indirect method.We find that the deep oceans are warming in the Middle East Indian Ocean,the subtropical North and Southwest Pacific,and the Northeast Atlantic,but cooling in the Northwest Atlantic and Southern oceans from 2005 to 2015.展开更多
Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),we explored the compatibility rules of moxibustion and auricular point prescriptions in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal sur...Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),we explored the compatibility rules of moxibustion and auricular point prescriptions in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal surgery,and further to obtain new prescriptions.Methods:We searched CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM databases for the literature of moxibustion and auricular point therapy for urinary retention after anorectal surgery,collecting complete prescriptions and entering them into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).The acupoint frequency,association rules,and combination rules were analyzed by data mining method of software integration.Results:126 moxibustion prescriptions were selected,and the acupoints for urinary retention after anorectal surgery in the literature were analyzed,including 10 acupoints with frequency≥6,9 acupoint combinations with frequency≥26,5 acupoints with association rules,6 core acupoint combinations and 3 new prescription.124 auricular point prescriptions were selected,and the relevant acupoints in the literature were analyzed,including 10 acupoints with frequency of use≥18,15 acupoint combinations with frequency≥40,12 acupoint combinations with association rules,6 core acupoint combinations,and 3 new prescriptions.The core points include Qihai(RN6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongji(RN3),Guanyuan(RN4).The auricular point therapy is more to select the tenderness points and acupoints that have an impact on the urinary system,mainly including“Pangguang”(CO9),“Shenmen”(TF4),“Shen”(CO10),“Sanjiao”(CO17),“Pizhixia”(AT4),“Niaodao”(HX3),“Fei”(CO14),“Jiaogan”(AH6a).Conclusion:Moxibustion for the treatment of urinary retention is mainly based on invigorating“Primordial Qi”and regulating the functions of“Middle Jiao”(refers to the area of the body just below the diaphragm and above the navel that helps produce delicate nutrients).The entropic clustering of complex systems excavated new prescriptions for the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal surgery,providing new ideas for future research and treatment.展开更多

Ovarian cancer(OC)is one of the most common and recurring malignancies in gynecology.Patients with relapsed OC always develop"cascade drug resistance"(CDR)under repeated chemotherapy,leading to subsequent fa...Ovarian cancer(OC)is one of the most common and recurring malignancies in gynecology.Patients with relapsed OC always develop"cascade drug resistance"(CDR)under repeated chemotherapy,leading to subsequent failure of chemotherapy.To overcome this challenge,amphiphiles(P1)carrying a nitric oxide(NO)donor(Isosorbide 5-mononitrate,ISMN)and high-density disulfide are synthesized for encapsulatingmitochondria-targeted tetravalent platinum prodrug(TPt)to construct a nanocomposite(INP@TPt).Mechanism studies indicated that INP@TPt significantly inhibited drug-resistant cells by increasing cellular uptake and mitochondrial accumulation of platinum,depleting glutathione,and preventing apoptosis escape through generating highly toxic peroxynitrite anion(ONOO−).To better replicate the microenvironmental and histological characteristics of the drug resistant primary tumor,an OC patient-derived tumor xenograft(PDXOC)model in BALB/c nude mice was established.INP@TPt showed the best therapeutic effects in the PDXOC model.The corresponding tumor tissues contained high ONOO−levels,which were attributed to the simultaneous release of O_(2)^(·−)and NO in tumor tissues.Taken together,INP@TPtbased systematic strategy showed considerable potential and satisfactory biocompatibility in overcoming platinum CDR,providing practical applications for ovarian therapy.展开更多

Pollens were stored in freezer at - 20°C ...We examined the influence of storage time on germinability and tube growth of freeze stored pollens collected from 25 wild male plants in Actinidia eriantha variety. Pollens were stored in freezer at - 20°C for six months and one year periods to determine changing at germinability in time. In vitro germination was conducted in certain cultural medium defined for Actinidia genus. The results showed that the germination percentages and tube lengths of genotypes decreased at the end of storage period. MH22, MH45, MH47, MH56, MH67, MH70, MH71, MH72, MH74, MH55 and MH61 genotypes were evaluated as vigor genotypes, because they maintained their viability and germination capability displaying statistically insignificant decreasing although their tube lengths significantly decreased except MH67. This investigation provided to determine some robust wild male germplasm resources in A. eriantha in point of durability of pollens against long term conservation for using at future pollination and breeding programs.展开更多

Mapping bruchid resistance(Br) will provide an important basis for cloning the responsible gene(s) and elucidating its functional mechanism, and will also facilitate marker-assisted selection in mung bean breeding. Here, we report the construction of the genetic linkage groups of mung bean and mapping of the Br1 locus using an RIL population derived from a cross between Berken, a bruchid-susceptible line, and ACC41, a bruchid-resistant line. A total of 560 markers were mapped onto 11 linkage groups,with 38.0% of the markers showing distorted segregation. The lengths of the linkage groups ranged from 45.2 to 117.0 c M with a total coverage of 732.9 c M and an average interval of1.3 c M between loci. Br1 was located on LG9 between BM202(0.7 c M) and Vr2-627(1.7 c M).Based on 270 shared SSR markers, most of the linkage groups were assigned to specific chromosomes. These results should further accelerate the genetic study of this crop.展开更多
BACKGROUND Ubiquitin-specific protease 15(USP15)is an important member of the ubiquitinspecific protease family,the largest deubiquitinase subfamily,whose expression is dysregulated in many types of cancer.However,the...BACKGROUND Ubiquitin-specific protease 15(USP15)is an important member of the ubiquitinspecific protease family,the largest deubiquitinase subfamily,whose expression is dysregulated in many types of cancer.However,the biological function and the underlying mechanisms of USP15 in gastric cancer(GC)progression have not been elucidated.AIM To explore the biological role and underlying mechanisms of USP15 in GC progression.METHODS Bioinformatics databases and western blot analysis were utilized to determine the expression of USP15 in GC.Immunohistochemistry was performed to evaluate the correlation between USP15 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with GC.A loss-and gain-of-function experiment was used to investigate the biological effects of USP15 on GC carcinogenesis.RNA sequencing,immunofluorescence,and western blotting were performed to explore the potential mechanism by which USP15 exerts its oncogenic functions.RESULTS USP15 was up-regulated in GC tissue and cell lines.The expression level of USP15 was positively correlated with clinical characteristics(tumor size,depth of invasion,lymph node involvement,tumor-node-metastasis stage,perineural invasion,and vascular invasion),and was related to poor prognosis.USP15 knockdown significantly inhibited cell proliferation,invasion and epithelialmesenchymal transition(EMT)of GC in vitro,while overexpression of USP15 promoted these processes.Knockdown of USP15 inhibited tumor growth in vivo.Mechanistically,RNA sequencing analysis showed that USP15 regulated the Wnt signaling pathway in GC.Western blotting confirmed that USP15 silencing led to significant down-regulation ofβ-catenin and Wnt/β-catenin downstream genes(c-myc and cyclin D1),while overexpression of USP15 yielded an opposite result and USP15 mutation had no change.Immunofluorescence indicated that USP15 promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-catenin,suggesting activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,which may be the critical mechanism promoting GC progression.Finally,rescue experiments showed that the effect of USP15 on gastric cancer progression was dependent on Wnt/β-catenin pathway.CONCLUSION USP15 promotes cell proliferation,invasion and EMT progression of GC via regulating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,which suggests that USP15 is a novel potential therapeutic target for GC.展开更多
BACKGROUND Spinal anesthesia is superior to general anesthesia for postoperative recovery in older patients(≥65 age).However,evidence for this is lacking.AIM To evaluate the effect of anesthesia on postoperative comp...BACKGROUND Spinal anesthesia is superior to general anesthesia for postoperative recovery in older patients(≥65 age).However,evidence for this is lacking.AIM To evaluate the effect of anesthesia on postoperative complications in older patients undergoing hip surgery.METHODS This is a retrospective,propensity score-matched,cohort study.Patients≥65-years-old who underwent hip surgery at the Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Provincial Hospital in China from October 2016 to June 2020 were included.The operative methods were femoral fracture’s internal fixation and hip replacement.The orthopedic doctors in different hospitals of our group have varied requirements for patients’out-of-bed time after surgery.Therefore,spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia was selected according to the requirements of the orthopedic doctors.The primary outcome of this study was complications during the hospitalization of the postoperative patient.The length of hospital stay,postoperative blood transfusion,routine blood analysis,renal function,coagulation function,and inflammatory correlations were secondary outcomes.Propensity score matching(PSM)was performed utilizing logistic regression.RESULTS Among the 864 patients identified from the electronic medical record data database,we screened out those with incomplete medical record data.After PSM of the baseline values of the two groups of patients,data of 309 patients(206 patients in spinal anesthesia group and 103 patients in general anesthesia)were utilized in this study.67/309 patients had complications,including postoperative limb dysfunction,pulmonary infection,delirium,lower extremity venous thrombosis,and shock.The incidence of complications was not related to anesthesia methods(P>0.05),but the levels of D-Dimer(P=0.017),fibrinogen(P=0.005),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP)(P=0.002)in the spinal anesthesia group were significantly higher than those in the general anesthesia group.CONCLUSION Anesthesia technology is not a risk factor for postoperative complications of hip surgery.The levels of D-Dimer and hs CRP were higher in the spinal anesthesia group.展开更多
BACKGROUND Colonic transendoscopic enteral tubing(TET)requires double cecal intubation,raising a common concern of how to save cecal intubation time and make the tube stable.We hypothesized that cap-assisted colonosco...BACKGROUND Colonic transendoscopic enteral tubing(TET)requires double cecal intubation,raising a common concern of how to save cecal intubation time and make the tube stable.We hypothesized that cap-assisted colonoscopy(CC)might reduce the second cecal intubation time and bring potential benefits during the TET procedure.AIM To investigate if CC can decrease the second cecal intubation time compared with regular colonoscopy(RC).METHODS This prospective multicenter,randomized controlled trial was performed at four centers.Subjects≥7 years needing colonic TET were recruited from August 2018 to January 2020.All subjects were randomly assigned to two groups.The primary outcome was the second cecal intubation time.Secondary outcomes included success rate,insertion pain score,single clip fixation time,purpose and retention time of TET tube,length of TET tube inserted into the colon,and all procedurerelated(serious)adverse events.RESULTS A total of 331 subjects were randomized to the RC(n=165)or CC(n=166)group.The median time of the second cecal intubation was significantly shorter for CC than RC(2.2 min vs 2.8 min,P<0.001).In patients with constipation,the median time of second cecal intubation in the CC group(n=50)was shorter than that in the RC group(n=43)(2.6 min vs 3.8 min,P=0.004).However,no difference was observed in the CC(n=42)and RC(n=46)groups of ulcerative colitis patients(2.0 min vs 2.5 min,P=0.152).The insertion pain score during the procedure in CC(n=14)was lower than that in RC(n=19)in unsedated colonoscopy(3.8±1.7 vs 5.4±1.9;P=0.015).Multivariate analysis revealed that only CC(odds ratio[OR]:2.250,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.161-4.360;P=0.016)was an independent factor affecting the second cecal intubation time in difficult colonoscopy.CC did not affect the colonic TET tube’s retention time and length of the tube inserted into the colon.Moreover,multivariate analysis found that only endoscopic clip number(OR:2.201,95%CI:1.541-3.143;P<0.001)was an independent factor affecting the retention time.Multiple regression analysis showed that height(OR:1.144,95%CI:1.027-1.275;P=0.014)was the only independent factor influencing the length of TET tube inserted into the colon in adults.CONCLUSION CC for colonic TET procedure is a safe and less painful technique,which can reduce cecal intubation time.展开更多
BACKGROUND Transendoscopic enteral tubing(TET)has been used in China as a novel delivery route for fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)into the whole colon with a high degree of patient satisfaction among adults.AIM ...BACKGROUND Transendoscopic enteral tubing(TET)has been used in China as a novel delivery route for fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)into the whole colon with a high degree of patient satisfaction among adults.AIM To explore the recognition and attitudes of FMT through TET in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).METHODS An anonymous questionnaire,evaluating their awareness and attitudes toward FMT and TET was distributed among IBD patients in two provinces of Eastern and Southwestern China.Question formats included single-choice questions,multiple-choice questions and sorting questions.Patients who had not undergone FMT were mainly investigated for their cognition and acceptance of FMT and TET.Patients who had experience of FMT,the way they underwent FMT and acceptance of TET were the main interest.Then all the patients were asked whether they would recommend FMT and TET.This study also analyzed the preference of FMT delivery in IBD patients and the patient-related factors associated with it.RESULTS A total of 620 eligible questionnaires were included in the analysis.The survey showed that 44.6%(228/511)of patients did not know that FMT is a therapeutic option in IBD,and 80.6%(412/511)of them did not know the concept of TET.More than half(63.2%,323/511)of the participants stated that they would agree to undergo FMT through TET.Of the patients who underwent FMT via TET[62.4%(68/109)],the majority[95.6%(65/68)]of them were satisfied with TET.Patients who had undergone FMT and TET were more likely to recommend FMT than patients who had not(94.5%vs 86.3%,P=0.018 and 98.5%vs 87.8%,P=0.017).Patients’choice for the delivery way of FMT would be affected by the type of disease and whether the patient had the experience of FMT.When compared to patients without experience of FMT,Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis patients who had experience of FMT preferred mid-gut TET(P<0.001)and colonic TET(P<0.001),respectively.CONCLUSION Patients’experience of FMT through TET lead them to maintain a positive attitude towards FMT.The present findings highlighted the significance of patient education on FMT and TET.展开更多

Non-pollinated “M3” kiwifruit plant was taken as control. We found that In vitro germination and fertilization ability of different stored pollen sources, and also fruit quality characters including dry matter, total sugar, titratable acid, vitamin C, total polyphenol, total flavonoid, chlorophyll (“a”, “b”, and total) and carotenoid contents except total soluble solid content were significantly different. MH67 and MH45 genotypes were evaluated as the most suitable pollenizers which can be recommended as new candidate cultivars because of long term storage ability and brought about desired fruit quality characters. The SGS dissipation and molecular viscosity dissipation have been analyzed, and the former is much larger than the later. Our test shows that the SGS dissipation of Vreman model is smaller than the Smagorinsky model. We mainly simulate the experiment of fluid instability of shock-accelerated interface by Poggi in this paper. The decay of the turbulent kinetic energy before the first reflected shock wave–mixing zone interaction and its strong enhancement by re-shocks are presented in our numerical simulations. The computational mixing zone width under double re-shock agreement well with the experiment, and the decaying law of the turbulent kinetic energy is consistent with Mohamed and Larue’s investigation. Also, by using MVFT3D we give some simulation results of the inverse Chevron model from AWE. The numerical simulations presented in this paper allow us to characterize and better understand the Richtmyer-Meshkov instability induced turbulence, and the code MVFT3D is validated.展开更多

BACKGROUND Visual hallucination(VH)refers to a spontaneous visual perception without corresponding external stimuli and often occurs in ophthalmological and neuropsychiatric disorders.It is associated with poor qualit...BACKGROUND Visual hallucination(VH)refers to a spontaneous visual perception without corresponding external stimuli and often occurs in ophthalmological and neuropsychiatric disorders.It is associated with poor quality of life,and increased patient hospitalization and nursing home admission.To date,a scientometric analysis of research on VH is lacking.AIM To objectively summarize the features of VH research and gain insights into the emerging trends in research on VH.METHODS CiteSpace V was used in this article.Publication outputs,document types,geographic distributions,co-authorship status,research hotspots,and co-citation status were analyzed.A total of 2176 original articles and 465 reviews were included in the database downloaded from the Web of Science Core Collection.We selected the top 50 most cited or occurring articles or items to create a visualized network with a 1-year interval.In the document co-citation analysis stage,we performed clustering analysis on co-cited references,and log likelihood tests were used to name the clusters.RESULTS The results showed that most publications can be classified into neurology,sports,and ophthalmology studies.In addition,North America,Europe,Asia and Australia published the most documents.Some well-known authors have always had a leading role in this field;meanwhile,new authors keep emerging.A relatively stable cooperation has been formed among many authors.Furthermore,neuropsychiatric symptom and functional connectivity are the top hotspots.Research on VH in dementia with Lewy bodies and Parkinson’s disease(PD)have received much attention.Studies on VH in PD are likely to be the new emerging trends in the future,especially the mechanisms of VH.CONCLUSION Research on VH has formed a complete system.More large-scale clinical and indepth basic research are required to better understand the mechanisms underlying VH,which will contribute to our understanding of the pathophysiology and therapeutic options for VH.展开更多

文摘The deep ocean below 2000 m is a large water body with the sparsest data coverage,challenging the closure of the sea-level budget and the estimation of the Earth’s energy imbalance.Whether the deep ocean below 2000 m is warming globally has been debated in the recent decade.However,as the regional signals are generally larger than the global average,it is intriguing to investigate the regional temperature changes.Here,we adopt an indirect method that combines altimetry,GRACE,and Argo data to examine the global and regional deep ocean temperature changes below 2000 m.The consistency between high-quality conductivity-temperature-depth(CTD)data from repeated hydrographic sections and our results confirms the validity of the indirect method.We find that the deep oceans are warming in the Middle East Indian Ocean,the subtropical North and Southwest Pacific,and the Northeast Atlantic,but cooling in the Northwest Atlantic and Southern oceans from 2005 to 2015.
文摘Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),we explored the compatibility rules of moxibustion and auricular point prescriptions in the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal surgery,and further to obtain new prescriptions.Methods:We searched CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM databases for the literature of moxibustion and auricular point therapy for urinary retention after anorectal surgery,collecting complete prescriptions and entering them into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).The acupoint frequency,association rules,and combination rules were analyzed by data mining method of software integration.Results:126 moxibustion prescriptions were selected,and the acupoints for urinary retention after anorectal surgery in the literature were analyzed,including 10 acupoints with frequency≥6,9 acupoint combinations with frequency≥26,5 acupoints with association rules,6 core acupoint combinations and 3 new prescription.124 auricular point prescriptions were selected,and the relevant acupoints in the literature were analyzed,including 10 acupoints with frequency of use≥18,15 acupoint combinations with frequency≥40,12 acupoint combinations with association rules,6 core acupoint combinations,and 3 new prescriptions.The core points include Qihai(RN6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongji(RN3),Guanyuan(RN4).The auricular point therapy is more to select the tenderness points and acupoints that have an impact on the urinary system,mainly including“Pangguang”(CO9),“Shenmen”(TF4),“Shen”(CO10),“Sanjiao”(CO17),“Pizhixia”(AT4),“Niaodao”(HX3),“Fei”(CO14),“Jiaogan”(AH6a).Conclusion:Moxibustion for the treatment of urinary retention is mainly based on invigorating“Primordial Qi”and regulating the functions of“Middle Jiao”(refers to the area of the body just below the diaphragm and above the navel that helps produce delicate nutrients).The entropic clustering of complex systems excavated new prescriptions for the treatment of urinary retention after anorectal surgery,providing new ideas for future research and treatment.

文摘Modern geodetic technologies,including high-precision ground-based gravity measurements,satellite gravimetry,satellite altimetry,Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS),and Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR),offer a wealth of observations for monitoring global hydrological processes with exceptional accuracy and spatio-temporal resolutions.Mass redistribution and Earth’s surface deformation over land related to global and regional water cycling can be inferred from modern gravimetry,altimetry,GNSS,and InSAR techniques.Hydrogeodesy becomes an emerging field of geodesy aiming to analyze the changes of water in the Earth system.The paper introduces the China’s advances in hydrogeodesy in recent years.It brings together multiple geodetic teams’work from China,showcasing the application of modern geodetic technologies in the field of hydrology,including research on terrestrial water storage,groundwater storage,glaciers/ice sheets,and reservoir water storage.

文摘Ovarian cancer(OC)is one of the most common and recurring malignancies in gynecology.Patients with relapsed OC always develop"cascade drug resistance"(CDR)under repeated chemotherapy,leading to subsequent failure of chemotherapy.To overcome this challenge,amphiphiles(P1)carrying a nitric oxide(NO)donor(Isosorbide 5-mononitrate,ISMN)and high-density disulfide are synthesized for encapsulatingmitochondria-targeted tetravalent platinum prodrug(TPt)to construct a nanocomposite(INP@TPt).Mechanism studies indicated that INP@TPt significantly inhibited drug-resistant cells by increasing cellular uptake and mitochondrial accumulation of platinum,depleting glutathione,and preventing apoptosis escape through generating highly toxic peroxynitrite anion(ONOO−).To better replicate the microenvironmental and histological characteristics of the drug resistant primary tumor,an OC patient-derived tumor xenograft(PDXOC)model in BALB/c nude mice was established.INP@TPt showed the best therapeutic effects in the PDXOC model.The corresponding tumor tissues contained high ONOO−levels,which were attributed to the simultaneous release of O_(2)^(·−)and NO in tumor tissues.Taken together,INP@TPtbased systematic strategy showed considerable potential and satisfactory biocompatibility in overcoming platinum CDR,providing practical applications for ovarian therapy.
文摘We examined the influence of storage time on germinability and tube growth of freeze stored pollens collected from 25 wild male plants in Actinidia eriantha variety. Pollens were stored in freezer at - 20°C for six months and one year periods to determine changing at germinability in time. In vitro germination was conducted in certain cultural medium defined for Actinidia genus. The results showed that the germination percentages and tube lengths of genotypes decreased at the end of storage period. MH22, MH45, MH47, MH56, MH67, MH70, MH71, MH72, MH74, MH55 and MH61 genotypes were evaluated as vigor genotypes, because they maintained their viability and germination capability displaying statistically insignificant decreasing although their tube lengths significantly decreased except MH67. This investigation provided to determine some robust wild male germplasm resources in A. eriantha in point of durability of pollens against long term conservation for using at future pollination and breeding programs.

文摘Bruchid beetle(Callosobruchus chinensis) poses a serious threat to the production and storage of mung bean(Vigna radiata). Mapping bruchid resistance(Br) will provide an important basis for cloning the responsible gene(s) and elucidating its functional mechanism, and will also facilitate marker-assisted selection in mung bean breeding. Here, we report the construction of the genetic linkage groups of mung bean and mapping of the Br1 locus using an RIL population derived from a cross between Berken, a bruchid-susceptible line, and ACC41, a bruchid-resistant line. A total of 560 markers were mapped onto 11 linkage groups,with 38.0% of the markers showing distorted segregation. The lengths of the linkage groups ranged from 45.2 to 117.0 c M with a total coverage of 732.9 c M and an average interval of1.3 c M between loci. Br1 was located on LG9 between BM202(0.7 c M) and Vr2-627(1.7 c M).Based on 270 shared SSR markers, most of the linkage groups were assigned to specific chromosomes. These results should further accelerate the genetic study of this crop.

文摘BACKGROUND Ubiquitin-specific protease 15(USP15)is an important member of the ubiquitinspecific protease family,the largest deubiquitinase subfamily,whose expression is dysregulated in many types of cancer.However,the biological function and the underlying mechanisms of USP15 in gastric cancer(GC)progression have not been elucidated.AIM To explore the biological role and underlying mechanisms of USP15 in GC progression.METHODS Bioinformatics databases and western blot analysis were utilized to determine the expression of USP15 in GC.Immunohistochemistry was performed to evaluate the correlation between USP15 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with GC.A loss-and gain-of-function experiment was used to investigate the biological effects of USP15 on GC carcinogenesis.RNA sequencing,immunofluorescence,and western blotting were performed to explore the potential mechanism by which USP15 exerts its oncogenic functions.RESULTS USP15 was up-regulated in GC tissue and cell lines.The expression level of USP15 was positively correlated with clinical characteristics(tumor size,depth of invasion,lymph node involvement,tumor-node-metastasis stage,perineural invasion,and vascular invasion),and was related to poor prognosis.USP15 knockdown significantly inhibited cell proliferation,invasion and epithelialmesenchymal transition(EMT)of GC in vitro,while overexpression of USP15 promoted these processes.Knockdown of USP15 inhibited tumor growth in vivo.Mechanistically,RNA sequencing analysis showed that USP15 regulated the Wnt signaling pathway in GC.Western blotting confirmed that USP15 silencing led to significant down-regulation ofβ-catenin and Wnt/β-catenin downstream genes(c-myc and cyclin D1),while overexpression of USP15 yielded an opposite result and USP15 mutation had no change.Immunofluorescence indicated that USP15 promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-catenin,suggesting activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,which may be the critical mechanism promoting GC progression.Finally,rescue experiments showed that the effect of USP15 on gastric cancer progression was dependent on Wnt/β-catenin pathway.CONCLUSION USP15 promotes cell proliferation,invasion and EMT progression of GC via regulating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,which suggests that USP15 is a novel potential therapeutic target for GC.
文摘BACKGROUND Spinal anesthesia is superior to general anesthesia for postoperative recovery in older patients(≥65 age).However,evidence for this is lacking.AIM To evaluate the effect of anesthesia on postoperative complications in older patients undergoing hip surgery.METHODS This is a retrospective,propensity score-matched,cohort study.Patients≥65-years-old who underwent hip surgery at the Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Provincial Hospital in China from October 2016 to June 2020 were included.The operative methods were femoral fracture’s internal fixation and hip replacement.The orthopedic doctors in different hospitals of our group have varied requirements for patients’out-of-bed time after surgery.Therefore,spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia was selected according to the requirements of the orthopedic doctors.The primary outcome of this study was complications during the hospitalization of the postoperative patient.The length of hospital stay,postoperative blood transfusion,routine blood analysis,renal function,coagulation function,and inflammatory correlations were secondary outcomes.Propensity score matching(PSM)was performed utilizing logistic regression.RESULTS Among the 864 patients identified from the electronic medical record data database,we screened out those with incomplete medical record data.After PSM of the baseline values of the two groups of patients,data of 309 patients(206 patients in spinal anesthesia group and 103 patients in general anesthesia)were utilized in this study.67/309 patients had complications,including postoperative limb dysfunction,pulmonary infection,delirium,lower extremity venous thrombosis,and shock.The incidence of complications was not related to anesthesia methods(P>0.05),but the levels of D-Dimer(P=0.017),fibrinogen(P=0.005),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP)(P=0.002)in the spinal anesthesia group were significantly higher than those in the general anesthesia group.CONCLUSION Anesthesia technology is not a risk factor for postoperative complications of hip surgery.The levels of D-Dimer and hs CRP were higher in the spinal anesthesia group.

文摘BACKGROUND Colonic transendoscopic enteral tubing(TET)requires double cecal intubation,raising a common concern of how to save cecal intubation time and make the tube stable.We hypothesized that cap-assisted colonoscopy(CC)might reduce the second cecal intubation time and bring potential benefits during the TET procedure.AIM To investigate if CC can decrease the second cecal intubation time compared with regular colonoscopy(RC).METHODS This prospective multicenter,randomized controlled trial was performed at four centers.Subjects≥7 years needing colonic TET were recruited from August 2018 to January 2020.All subjects were randomly assigned to two groups.The primary outcome was the second cecal intubation time.Secondary outcomes included success rate,insertion pain score,single clip fixation time,purpose and retention time of TET tube,length of TET tube inserted into the colon,and all procedurerelated(serious)adverse events.RESULTS A total of 331 subjects were randomized to the RC(n=165)or CC(n=166)group.The median time of the second cecal intubation was significantly shorter for CC than RC(2.2 min vs 2.8 min,P<0.001).In patients with constipation,the median time of second cecal intubation in the CC group(n=50)was shorter than that in the RC group(n=43)(2.6 min vs 3.8 min,P=0.004).However,no difference was observed in the CC(n=42)and RC(n=46)groups of ulcerative colitis patients(2.0 min vs 2.5 min,P=0.152).The insertion pain score during the procedure in CC(n=14)was lower than that in RC(n=19)in unsedated colonoscopy(3.8±1.7 vs 5.4±1.9;P=0.015).Multivariate analysis revealed that only CC(odds ratio[OR]:2.250,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.161-4.360;P=0.016)was an independent factor affecting the second cecal intubation time in difficult colonoscopy.CC did not affect the colonic TET tube’s retention time and length of the tube inserted into the colon.Moreover,multivariate analysis found that only endoscopic clip number(OR:2.201,95%CI:1.541-3.143;P<0.001)was an independent factor affecting the retention time.Multiple regression analysis showed that height(OR:1.144,95%CI:1.027-1.275;P=0.014)was the only independent factor influencing the length of TET tube inserted into the colon in adults.CONCLUSION CC for colonic TET procedure is a safe and less painful technique,which can reduce cecal intubation time.

文摘BACKGROUND Transendoscopic enteral tubing(TET)has been used in China as a novel delivery route for fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)into the whole colon with a high degree of patient satisfaction among adults.AIM To explore the recognition and attitudes of FMT through TET in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).METHODS An anonymous questionnaire,evaluating their awareness and attitudes toward FMT and TET was distributed among IBD patients in two provinces of Eastern and Southwestern China.Question formats included single-choice questions,multiple-choice questions and sorting questions.Patients who had not undergone FMT were mainly investigated for their cognition and acceptance of FMT and TET.Patients who had experience of FMT,the way they underwent FMT and acceptance of TET were the main interest.Then all the patients were asked whether they would recommend FMT and TET.This study also analyzed the preference of FMT delivery in IBD patients and the patient-related factors associated with it.RESULTS A total of 620 eligible questionnaires were included in the analysis.The survey showed that 44.6%(228/511)of patients did not know that FMT is a therapeutic option in IBD,and 80.6%(412/511)of them did not know the concept of TET.More than half(63.2%,323/511)of the participants stated that they would agree to undergo FMT through TET.Of the patients who underwent FMT via TET[62.4%(68/109)],the majority[95.6%(65/68)]of them were satisfied with TET.Patients who had undergone FMT and TET were more likely to recommend FMT than patients who had not(94.5%vs 86.3%,P=0.018 and 98.5%vs 87.8%,P=0.017).Patients’choice for the delivery way of FMT would be affected by the type of disease and whether the patient had the experience of FMT.When compared to patients without experience of FMT,Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis patients who had experience of FMT preferred mid-gut TET(P<0.001)and colonic TET(P<0.001),respectively.CONCLUSION Patients’experience of FMT through TET lead them to maintain a positive attitude towards FMT.The present findings highlighted the significance of patient education on FMT and TET.

文摘The mesocotyl,a structure located between the basal part of the seminal root and the coleoptile node of seedlings,contributes to pushing the shoot tip through the soil surface,a function that is essential for the uniform emergence of direct-seeded rice.Its elongation is inhibited by light and induced in darkness.This investigation of an indica rice(P25)with vigorous mesocotyl elongation was aimed at identifying the"omics"basis of its lightinduced growth inhibition.A transcriptomic comparison between mesocotyl tissues that had developed in the dark and then been exposed to light identified many differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and differentially abundant micro RNAs(mi RNAs).Degradome sequencing analysis revealed 27 negative mi RNA-target pairs.A co-expression regulatory network was constructed based on the mi RNAs,their corresponding targets,and DEGs with a common Gene Ontology term.It suggested that auxin and light,probably antagonistically,affect mesocotyl elongation by regulating polyamine oxidase activity.
文摘Our study was conducted to determine In vitro germination ability of pollens from 25 wild Actinidia eriantha genotypes after one year freeze storage, afterwards we examined fertilization ability of stored pollens of 8 genotypes selected according to In vitro test results from aforementioned 25 genotypes, and finally investigated effects of stored viable pollens from “MH67”, “MH55”, “MH48” and “MH45” genotypes on fruit quality characters of the female experimental plant “M3” as the main purpose. Non-pollinated “M3” kiwifruit plant was taken as control. We found that In vitro germination and fertilization ability of different stored pollen sources, and also fruit quality characters including dry matter, total sugar, titratable acid, vitamin C, total polyphenol, total flavonoid, chlorophyll (“a”, “b”, and total) and carotenoid contents except total soluble solid content were significantly different. MH67 and MH45 genotypes were evaluated as the most suitable pollenizers which can be recommended as new candidate cultivars because of long term storage ability and brought about desired fruit quality characters. They also will be investigated more at further breeding studies.

文摘We propose a novel metasurface based on a combined pattern of outer C-shaped ring and inner rectangular ring.By Fourier convolution operation to generating different predesigned sequences of metasurfaces,we realize various functionalities to flexible manipulate terahertz waves including vortex terahertz beam splitting,anomalous vortex terahertz wave deflection,vortex terahertz wave splitting and deflection simultaneously.The incident terahertz wave can be flexibly controlled in a single metasurface.The designed metasurface has an extensive application prospect in the field of future terahertz communication and sensing.
文摘A program MVFT3D of large-eddy simulation is developed and performed to solve the multi compressible Navier- Stokes equations. The SGS dissipation and molecular viscosity dissipation have been analyzed, and the former is much larger than the later. Our test shows that the SGS dissipation of Vreman model is smaller than the Smagorinsky model. We mainly simulate the experiment of fluid instability of shock-accelerated interface by Poggi in this paper. The decay of the turbulent kinetic energy before the first reflected shock wave–mixing zone interaction and its strong enhancement by re-shocks are presented in our numerical simulations. The computational mixing zone width under double re-shock agreement well with the experiment, and the decaying law of the turbulent kinetic energy is consistent with Mohamed and Larue’s investigation. Also, by using MVFT3D we give some simulation results of the inverse Chevron model from AWE. The numerical simulations presented in this paper allow us to characterize and better understand the Richtmyer-Meshkov instability induced turbulence, and the code MVFT3D is validated.

文摘We propose a switchable vortex beam polarization state terahertz multi-layer metasurface,which consists of threelayer elliptical metal crosses,four-layer dielectrics,and two-layer hollow metal circles,which are alternately superimposed.Under the normal incidence of left-handed circularly polarized(LCP)wave and the right-handed circularly polarized(RCP)waves,the proposed structure realizes three independent control functions,i.e.,focused and vortex beam,vortex beam with different topological charges,and polarization states switching,and azimuth switching of two vortex beams with different polarization states.The results show that the proposed metasurface provides a new idea for investigating the multifunctional terahertz wave modulation devices.

文摘BACKGROUND Visual hallucination(VH)refers to a spontaneous visual perception without corresponding external stimuli and often occurs in ophthalmological and neuropsychiatric disorders.It is associated with poor quality of life,and increased patient hospitalization and nursing home admission.To date,a scientometric analysis of research on VH is lacking.AIM To objectively summarize the features of VH research and gain insights into the emerging trends in research on VH.METHODS CiteSpace V was used in this article.Publication outputs,document types,geographic distributions,co-authorship status,research hotspots,and co-citation status were analyzed.A total of 2176 original articles and 465 reviews were included in the database downloaded from the Web of Science Core Collection.We selected the top 50 most cited or occurring articles or items to create a visualized network with a 1-year interval.In the document co-citation analysis stage,we performed clustering analysis on co-cited references,and log likelihood tests were used to name the clusters.RESULTS The results showed that most publications can be classified into neurology,sports,and ophthalmology studies.In addition,North America,Europe,Asia and Australia published the most documents.Some well-known authors have always had a leading role in this field;meanwhile,new authors keep emerging.A relatively stable cooperation has been formed among many authors.Furthermore,neuropsychiatric symptom and functional connectivity are the top hotspots.Research on VH in dementia with Lewy bodies and Parkinson’s disease(PD)have received much attention.Studies on VH in PD are likely to be the new emerging trends in the future,especially the mechanisms of VH.CONCLUSION Research on VH has formed a complete system.More large-scale clinical and indepth basic research are required to better understand the mechanisms underlying VH,which will contribute to our understanding of the pathophysiology and therapeutic options for VH.
