With the aggravation of an aging population,the prevalence of chronic heart failure is increasing.As a famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Shaanxi Province,Mingjun Zhao is amicable at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic heart failure.He believes that the pathogenesis of the condition is mainly due to the lack of heart Yang,deficiency of heart Qi,as well as the combination of water and blood stasis.Therefore,in treating this condition,it is essential to warm and nourish heart Yang,replenish Qi to benefit water,and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Based on the standardized treatment used in western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine should be reasonably and accurately combined with it as a drug pair into a prescription,thus highlighting the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure to a great extent. 展开更多

Effects of Functional Organic Materials on Fresh Weight,Quality,Single-melon Weight and SPAD Value of Watermelon

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore a functional organic material formula suitable for watermelon cultivation with high quality,high yield and high efficiency.[Methods]Four treatments were set in the experiment,namely four functional organic materials,garlic straw treatment(T_(1)),onion straw treatment(T_(2)),garlic straw+sheep manure treatment(T_(3))and onion straw+chicken manure treatment(T_(4)),to investigate the effects of different functional organic materials on fresh weight,quality,single-melon weight and SPAD value of watermelon.[Results]The effects of different functional organic materials on fresh weight,quality,single-melon weight and SPAD value of watermelon were quite different.The fresh weight,quality,single-melon weight and SPAD value of watermelon were higher in treatment T_(3)applying garlic straw and sheep manure and treatment T_(4)applying onion straw and chicken manure than in treatment T_(1)applying garlic straw and treatment T_(2)applying onion straw.Specifically,the fresh weight of whole plant was the highest in treatment T_(3),followed by treatment T_(4),and the values of the two treatments increased by 12.83%and 5.94%respectively compared with treatment T_(1);the weight of single melon was the highest in treatment T_(3),followed by treatment T_(4),and the values of the two treatments increased by 42.45%and 31.77%respectively compared with treatment T_(2);and the SPAD values of treatments T_(3)and T_(4)were significantly higher than those of treatments T_(1)and T_(2),and the value of treatment T_(3)was the largest.[Conclusions]This study provides theoretical support for the popularization and application of fertilization techniques combining organic fertilizers and reduced chemical fertilizers for watermelon. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the target and mechanism of Astragalus membranaceus,poria,salvia miltiorrhiza and semen leiocarpa in the treatment of heart failure by network pharmacology.Methods:The active components of traditional Chinese medicine and the target of heart failure were screened by multi-platform,and the standard gene was transformed by Uniprot.CytoCasp 3.6.1 was used to draw the network diagram of traditional Chinese medicine・component-target.Go and KEGG analysis were performed by Metascape.Results:A total of 36 predictive target sites of Radix Astragalus,Fuling poria,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Draba nemorosa were screened for treatment of heart failure,mainly involving nerve and factor pathways:ADRB2,ADRA1B and AChE.Cancer pathway:TP53,TNF;Pathways of inflammation:IL1B,PTSG2,PTSG1;Sex hormone pathway:ESRI,AR,PGR;Others:SCN5A,HIF1A,etc.The results of GO and KEGG enrichment suggested that the treatment of heart failure with the top four drugs involved cancer pathway,calcium signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,and involved in blood circulation,cell proliferation and other processes.Conclusion:This study combines the pharmacological studies of Chinese medicine and western medicine to reveal the mechanism of multi-target and multi-channel regulation of body balance in Chinese medicine treatment. 展开更多

长期以来,分类学的研究成果主要以平面的方式发表在各种纸质文献资料中。近年来,随着计算机和人工智能等新兴技术的发展和应用,平面资料信息的数字化成为一种趋势,世界各国都非常重视本国生物资源信息的收集汇总,构建了多种数据库,为科... 长期以来,分类学的研究成果主要以平面的方式发表在各种纸质文献资料中。近年来,随着计算机和人工智能等新兴技术的发展和应用,平面资料信息的数字化成为一种趋势,世界各国都非常重视本国生物资源信息的收集汇总,构建了多种数据库,为科学研究、政府决策、资源保护、合理利用和科学传播提供了重要的信息基础。本研究探索并建立从菌物学平面资料信息构建数据库的流程和方法,并在中国菌物名录数据库和IndexFungorum所收集数据的基础上进行数据挖掘和分析。通过软件操作和程序设计,在数据库中提取相关信息,辅助完成了《中国生物多样性红色名录--大型真菌卷》的编制工作,同时梳理和规范了菌物拉丁和汉语学名,为菌物分类研究和资源评估与保护提供基础。 展开更多
