Continuous preparation of pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) from durene has been studied using a fixedbed reactor. The reaction was performed using a phosphorus-vanadium-titanium ternary catalyst.Relatively high selectivity and yield of PMDA was obtained. The in-situ characterization was combined with theoretical calculation to reveal the reaction mechanisms, and the remarkable doping effect was discussed. 展开更多

Little information was so far available about allergenic mechanism of the roasted peanut allergens during initial stages of allergy.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of roasting(150℃,20 min)on biochemical and biological properties of Ara h 3,a major peanut allergen.Allergenicity of roasted peanut emulsion to mice,differences in uptakes between Ara h 3 purified from raw peanuts(named as Ara h 3-Raw)and that purified from roasted peanuts(named as Ara h 3-Roasted)by bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDCs)and the implication of cell surface receptors involving in uptake,and changes in glycosylation and structure of Ara h 3 after roasting were analyzed in this study.This study suggested that roasting increased allergenicity of peanut to BALB/c mice.Maillard reaction and structural changes of Ara h 3 induced by roasting significantly altered the uptake of Ara h 3-Roasted by BMDCs,and modified Ara h 3 fate in processes involved in immunogenicity and hyper allergenicity,indicating that food processing pattern can change food allergenicity. 展开更多

Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene(ECTFE)coating was applied to the surface of carbon steel through electrostatic spraying and low-temperature heat treatment.The morphology and structure of the coating were analyzed using various characterization techniques.The electrochemical data of the coated steel soaked in 3.5%(mass fraction)NaCl solution for 90 d at different periods were also examined.The findings indicate that the outer surface of the coating remains structurally stable before and after soaking.F can diffuse into the steel substrate,facilitating the bonding between the coating and the steel substrate,but the free F also induces a weakening effect on the crystalline structure.Due to the thickness of the coating edge and the susceptibility to infiltration of the corrosive medium,under-film micro-zone corrosion occurs at a slow rate.After soaking for 90 d,the impedance modulus measures approximately 10^(4)Ω·cm^(2),and the open circuit potential(OCP)is−0.61 V.The self-corrosion current density is 1.13×10^(−6)A/cm^(2),resulting in a calculated coating protection rate of 99.29%.In summary,despite edge corrosion occurring,the ECTFE coating provides excellent corrosion protection. 展开更多

目的探讨超声定位联合渐进式注水法在老年重症患者鼻肠管置管中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1至10月在浙江医院重症医学科行经鼻肠管肠内营养支持的老年重症患者52例为研究对象。置管过程中使用床旁超声联合渐进式注水法引导鼻肠管置入,... 目的探讨超声定位联合渐进式注水法在老年重症患者鼻肠管置管中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1至10月在浙江医院重症医学科行经鼻肠管肠内营养支持的老年重症患者52例为研究对象。置管过程中使用床旁超声联合渐进式注水法引导鼻肠管置入,并在不同解剖位置定位鼻肠管头端。以腹部X线检查确认鼻肠管头端位于幽门后作为成功置管的标准。计算置管成功率,超声定位法的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确性。结果52例老年重症患者中48例(92.3%)置管成功,其中46例(88.5%)一次性置管成功,平均置管时间为(21.0±4.7)min;4例(7.7%)置管失败,经腹部X线确认均为胃内打折。48例置管成功患者中有46例使用超声定位成功,2例幽门后未探及鼻肠管声影。超声定位法的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确性分别为95.8%、100.0%、100.0%、67.0%、96.2%。结论超声定位联合渐进式注水法能快速、准确、安全地引导老年重症患者鼻肠管置入,具有较好的临床应用价值。 展开更多

Chinese herbs have been used as dietary supplements to improve exercise performance.However,evidence-based studies for the use of Chinese herbs in sports remain scarce.Traditional Chinese therapy(TCT),a form of traditional Chinese non-pharmacological intervention,has remained in use for thousands of years in sports medicine.TCT is beneficial for sports injuries and in enhancing skill development,and is becoming increasingly popular among athletes,fitness enthusiasts,and individuals who regularly exercise.The therapeutic effects of TCT have been demonstrated by clinical and experimental studies,but using these modalities still is associate with potentially adverse effects.Further well-designed studies are necessary to confirm the efficacy of TCT in sports medicine.This review aims to summarize the application of TCT,discuss the issues surrounding TCT clinical research,and provide suggestions for applying traditional Chinese methods in the field of sports medicine. 展开更多
