Psychological interventions for depression in children and adolescents:A bibliometric analysis 被引量:1

BACKGROUND Depression has gradually become a common psychological disorder among children and adolescents.Depression in children and adolescents affects their physical and mental development.Psychotherapy is considered to be one of the main treatment options for depressed children and adolescents.However,our understanding of the global performance and progress of psychological interventions for depression in children and adolescents(PIDCA)research is limited.AIM To identify collaborative research networks in this field and explore the current research status and hotspots through bibliometrics.METHODS Articles and reviews related to PIDCA from January 2010 to April 2023 were identified from the Web of Science Core Collection database.The Charticulator website,CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to visualize the trends in publications and citations,the collaborative research networks(countries,institutions,and authors),and the current research status and hotspots.RESULTS Until April 16,2023,1482 publications were identified.The number of documents published each year and citations had increased rapidly in this field.The United States had the highest productivity in this field.The most prolific institution was the University of London.Pim Cuijpers was the most prolific author.In the context of research related to PIDCA,both reference co-citation analysis and keywords co-occurrence analysis identified 10 research hotspots,including thirdwave cognitive behavior therapy,short-term psychoanalytic psychotherapy,cognitive behavioral analysis system of psychotherapy,family element in psychotherapy,modular treatment,mobile-health,emotion-regulation-based transdiagnostic intervention program,dementia risk in later life,predictors of the efficacy of psychological intervention,and risks of psychological intervention.CONCLUSION This bibliometric study provides a comprehensive overview of PIDCA from 2010 to present.Psychological intervention characterized as psychological-process-focused,short,family-involved,modular,internet-based,emotionregulation-based,and personalized may benefit more young people. 展开更多

Clostridium autoethanogenum protein(CAP)is a promising protein source for aquaculture;however,how CAP influences fish quality is worth extensive research.We randomly allocated 630 turbot with initial body weights of about 180 g into 6 groups,with fishmeal-based control diet or diet with CAP replacing 15%(CAP15),30%(CAP30),45%(CAP45),60%(CAP60),or 75%(CAP75)of fishmeal protein.After a 70-d feeding trial,the fillet yield(P=0.015)and content of protein(P=0.017),collagen(P 0.05).By contrast,the muscle hardness increased linearly with increasing CAP(P=0.004),accompanied by linear reduction of muscle fiber area(P=0.003)and expression of myogenesis-related genes,including cathepsin D(ctsdP<0.001)and muscle ring finger protein 1(murf 1,P<0.001).Phosphorylation of protein kinase B(Akt,P<0.001),target of rapamycin(TOR,P=0.001),eukaryotic initiation factor 4E-binding protein 1(4E-BP1,P<0.001),and ribosomal protein S6(S6,P<0.001)decreased linearly;however,phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK,P<0.001),eukaryotic initiation factor 2α(eIF2α,P<0.001),and the abundance of activating transcription factor 4(ATF4,P<0.001)increased with increasing CAP,suggesting that the TOR signaling pathway was inhibited,and the amino acid response(AAR)and AMPK pathways were activated.Additionally,expression of genes related to protein degradation,including myogenic factor 5(myf 5,P<0.001),myogenic differentiation(myod,P<0.001),paired box 7(pax 7,P<0.001),and ctsd(P<0.001),decreased linearly with increasing CAP.In conclusion,CAP could be used to replace up to 15%of fishmeal without negatively impacting turbot quality.However,higher levels of CAP decreased fillet yield,muscle protein content,and muscle fiber diameter while increasing muscle hardness,which could be attributed to the inhibition of the TOR pathway and activation of the AAR and AMPK pathways. 展开更多

目的分析急性期经皮肝穿刺胆囊引流(percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage,PTGBD)后择期腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的困难程度及安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年1月在本院接受择期腹腔... 目的分析急性期经皮肝穿刺胆囊引流(percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage,PTGBD)后择期腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的困难程度及安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年1月在本院接受择期腹腔镜下胆囊切除术且在急性发作期达到TG18指南GradeⅡ级(中度)标准的病例共64例。根据急性期时是否曾接受PTGBD治疗,将病例分为急性期PTGBD后择期LC手术组21例,急性期未行PTGBD治疗后择期LC手术者43例。对比分析PTGBD治疗后择期LC的手术难度及效果。结果两组在住院时长、手术时间、出血量、手术难度评分等指标中差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。急性期曾行PTGBD的LC病例住院时间(中位数7 d)和手术时间长(中位时间97 min),术中出血量多(中位数50 ml),手术难度较高(中位数13分)。PTGBD组的中转开腹率(4.8%)及术后并发症发生率(19.0%)与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论本研究未能显示PTGBD作为急性结石性胆囊炎手术前治疗的手段,对患者围手术期恢复具有优势。 展开更多

目的探讨自体脂肪干细胞基质胶对兔耳全层皮肤缺损创面愈合及瘢痕增生的影响,并分析其相关机制。方法采用实验研究方法。切取42只2~3个月龄雄性新西兰大白兔背部完整脂肪垫,制备脂肪干细胞基质胶,并于每只兔双耳腹侧制备全层皮肤缺损创... 目的探讨自体脂肪干细胞基质胶对兔耳全层皮肤缺损创面愈合及瘢痕增生的影响,并分析其相关机制。方法采用实验研究方法。切取42只2~3个月龄雄性新西兰大白兔背部完整脂肪垫,制备脂肪干细胞基质胶,并于每只兔双耳腹侧制备全层皮肤缺损创面,将左耳创面纳入脂肪干细胞基质胶组(以下简称基质胶组)、右耳创面纳入磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)组,分别注入自体脂肪干细胞基质胶和PBS。计算伤后7、14、21 d创面愈合率,并于创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月行创面形成瘢痕组织(以下简称瘢痕组织)温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分;行苏木精-伊红染色观测伤后7、14、21 d创面组织病理学改变和创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月瘢痕组织真皮厚度;行Masson染色观察伤后7、14、21 d创面组织和创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月瘢痕组织中胶原排布,并计算胶原容积分数(CVF);采用免疫组织化学法观测伤后7、14、21 d创面组织中微血管计数(MVC)与创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月瘢痕组织中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和α平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达,并行基质胶组瘢痕组织中α-SMA与TGF-β1表达相关性分析;采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测伤后7、14、21 d创面组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达。各组各时间点样本数均为6。对数据行重复测量方差分析、析因设计方差分析、配对样本t检验、LSD检验与Pearson相关性分析。结果伤后7 d,基质胶组创面愈合率为(10.3±1.7)%,与PBS组的(8.5±2.1)%接近(P>0.05);伤后14、21 d,基质胶组创面愈合率分别为(75.5±7.0)%、(98.7±0.8)%,均明显高于PBS组的(52.7±6.7)%、(90.5±1.7)%(t值分别为5.79、10.37,P<0.05)。创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月,基质胶组瘢痕组织VSS评分均明显低于PBS组(t值分别为-5.00、-2.86、-3.31、-4.45,P<0.05)。与组内前一时间点比较,除基质胶组创面愈合后4个月(P>0.05)外,2组创面愈合后各时间点瘢痕组织VSS评分均明显升高(P<0.05)。伤后7 d,2组创面肉芽组织再生与上皮化程度接近;伤后14、21 d,基质胶组创面组织中成纤维细胞、毛细血管、上皮细胞层数明显多于PBS组。创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月,基质胶组瘢痕组织真皮厚度均明显薄于PBS组(t值分别为-4.08、-5.52、-6.18、-6.30,P<0.05)。与组内前一时间点比较,2组创面愈合后各时间点瘢痕组织真皮厚度均明显增厚(P<0.05)。与PBS组比较,基质胶组伤后14、21 d创面组织中胶原排布更规则且CVF均明显升高(t值分别为3.98、3.19,P<0.05),创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月瘢痕组织中胶原排布也更规则但CVF均明显降低(t值分别为-7.38、-4.20、-4.10、-4.65,P<0.05)。与组内前一时间点比较,除基质胶组创面愈合后1个月(P>0.05)外,2组创面伤后各时间点创面组织与创面愈合后各时间点瘢痕组织中CVF均明显升高(P<0.05)。伤后14、21 d,基质胶组创面组织中MVC均明显高于PBS组(t值分别为4.33、10.10,P<0.05)。与组内前一时间点比较,除PBS组伤后21 d(P>0.05)外,2组创面伤后各时间点MVC均明显升高(P<0.05)。创面愈合后1、2、3、4个月,基质胶组瘢痕组织中TGF-β1和α-SMA的表达均明显低于PBS组(t值分别为-2.83、-5.46、-5.61、-8.63,-10.11、-5.79、-8.08、-11.96,P<0.05)。与组内前一时间点比较,除基质胶组创面愈合后4个月α-SMA表达(P>0.05)外,2组创面愈合后各时间点瘢痕组织中TGF-β1与α-SMA表达均明显升高(P<0.05)。基质胶组瘢痕组织中α-SMA与TGF-β1表达之间呈显著正相关(r=0.92,P<0.05)。伤后14、21 d,基质胶组创面组织中VEGF(t值分别为6.14、6.75,P<0.05)和EGF(t值分别为8.17、5.85,P<0.05)的表达均明显高于PBS组。与组内前一时间点比较,2组创面伤后各时间点VEGF表达均明显增高(P<0.05),EGF表达均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论脂肪干细胞基质胶可能通过促进创面组织中胶原沉积和VEGF、EGF的表达从而显著促进兔耳全层皮肤缺损创面愈合,还可能通过抑制瘢痕组织中胶原沉积和TGF-β1、α-SMA的表达进一步抑制创面愈合后瘢痕增生。 展开更多

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are sentinels of the host defense system, which recognize a large number of microbial pathogens. The host defense system may be inefficient or inflammatory diseases may develop if microbial recognition by TLRs and subsequent TLR-triggered cytokine production are deregulated. Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4), a member of the ATF/CREB transcription factor family, is an important factor that participates in several pathophysiological processes. In this report, we found that ATF4 is also involved in the TLR-mediated innate immune response, which participates in TLR4 signal transduction and mediates the secretion of a variety of cytokines. We observed that ATF4 is activated and translocates to the nucleus following l ipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation via the TLR4-MyD88-dependent pathway. Additionally, a cytokine array assay showed that some key inflammatory cytokines, such as I L-6, I L-8 and RANTES, are positively regulated by ATF4. We also demonstrate that c-Jun directly binds to ATF4, thereby promoting the secretion of inflammatory cytokines. Taken together, these results indicate that ATF4 acts as a positive regulator in TLR4-triggered cytokine production. 展开更多

N'-Aryl-N,N-dimethylformamidinium chlorides have been synthesized in high yields by reaction of aromatic primary amines with Vilsmeier-Haack reagent at room temperature. The structures of all the new compounds were identified by ESI-MS, IR and NMR spectra. The steric structures of some of these compounds were clarified by X-ray single crystal analysis. 展开更多
