A laser scanning confocal imaging-surface plasmon resonance (LSCI-SPR) instrument integrated with a wavelength-dependent surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor and a laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) is ...A laser scanning confocal imaging-surface plasmon resonance (LSCI-SPR) instrument integrated with a wavelength-dependent surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor and a laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) is built to detect the bonding process of human IgG and fluorescent-labeled affinity purified antibodies in real time. The shifts of resonant wavelength at different reaction time stages are obtained by SPR, corresponding well with the changes of the fluorescence intensity collected by using LSCM. The instrument shows the merits of the combination and complementation of the SPR and LSCM, with such advantages as quantificational analysis, high spatial resolution and real time monitor, which are of great importance for practical applications in biosensor and life science.展开更多
Superconducting quantum interference devices(SQUlDs)using YBa2Cu3O7step-edge grain boundary junctions on LaAlO3 substrates were fabricated.The Ⅰ-Ⅴ and V-Ф characteristics of these step-junction dc-SQUIDS were studi...Superconducting quantum interference devices(SQUlDs)using YBa2Cu3O7step-edge grain boundary junctions on LaAlO3 substrates were fabricated.The Ⅰ-Ⅴ and V-Ф characteristics of these step-junction dc-SQUIDS were studied.A-modulation voltage exceeding 16μV was attained with Ls=60pH at 77K.At 77K,a square washer configuration with inductance L_(s)=150pH yields flux noise of about 5.08×10^(-5)Ф_(0)/√Hz at frequencies above 100Hz,increasing to 1.1×10^(-4)Ф0/√Hz below 1 Hz.The corresponding magnetic field and energy resolution were 270 fT/√Hz and 3.68×10^(-29)J/Hz respectively,above 100 Hz,and increasing to 710 fT/√Hz and 1.8×10^(-28) J/Hz over a signal frequency range to below 1 Hz.展开更多
The magnetic and electric properties of polycrystalline(La_(0.7)Tb_(0.3))_(2/3)Ca_(l/3)MnO_(3)were investigated.A spin glass-paramagnetic transition and metal-insulator transition were observed near 45K,and there exis...The magnetic and electric properties of polycrystalline(La_(0.7)Tb_(0.3))_(2/3)Ca_(l/3)MnO_(3)were investigated.A spin glass-paramagnetic transition and metal-insulator transition were observed near 45K,and there exists continuous volume change in the range of measured temperature.At 60 K,a large anisotropic magnetostriction and a volume magnetostriction correspond to an isotropic colossal magnetoresistance(CMR)with the magnitude of more than 40%at an applied field of±0.1 T.Our results demonstrate that the transition is of second-order in nature and CMR could be caused by spin-charge coupling in this compound.展开更多
