Autonomous-rail rapid transit(ART)is a new medium-capacity rapid transportation system with punctuality,comfort and convenience,but low-cost construction.Combined velocity planning is a critical approach to meet the requirements of energy-saving and punctuality.An ART velocity pre-planning and re-planning strategy based on the combination of punctuality dynamic programming(PDP)and pseudospectral(PS)method is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the longitudinal dynamics model of ART is established by a multi-particle model.Secondly,the PDP algorithm with global optimal characteristics is adopted as the pre-planning strategy.A model for determining the number of collocation points of the real-time PS method is proposed to improve the energy-saving effect while ensuring computation efficiency.Then the enhanced PS method is utilized to design the velocity re-planning strategy.Finally,simulations are conducted in the typical scenario with sloping roads,traffic lights,and intrusion of the pedestrian.The simulation results indicate that the ART with the proposed velocity trajectory optimization strategy can meet the punctuality requirement,and obtain better economy efficiency compared with the punctuality green light optimal speed advisory(PGLOSA). 展开更多

Deformable catalytic material with excellent flexible structure is a new type of catalyst that has been applied in various chemical reactions,especially electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).In recent years,deformable catalysts for HER have made great progress and would become a research hotspot.The catalytic activities of deformable catalysts could be adjustable by the strain engineering and surface reconfiguration.The surface curvature of flexible catalytic materials is closely related to the electrocatalytic HER properties.Here,firstly,we systematically summarized self-adaptive catalytic performance of deformable catalysts and various micro–nanostructures evolution in catalytic HER process.Secondly,a series of strategies to design highly active catalysts based on the mechanical flexibility of lowdimensional nanomaterials were summarized.Last but not least,we presented the challenges and prospects of the study of flexible and deformable micro–nanostructures of electrocatalysts,which would further deepen the understanding of catalytic mechanisms of deformable HER catalyst. 展开更多

In the pathogenesis of major depressive disorder, chronic stress-related neuroinflammation hinders favorable prognosis and antidepressant response. Mitochondrial DNA may be an inflammatory trigger, after its release from stress-induced dysfunctional central nervous system mitochondria into peripheral circulation. This evidence supports the potential use of peripheral mitochondrial DNA as a neuroinflammatory biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of major depressive disorder. Herein, we critically review the neuroinflammation theory in major depressive disorder, providing compelling evidence that mitochondrial DNA release acts as a critical biological substrate, and that it constitutes the neuroinflammatory disease pathway. After its release, mitochondrial DNA can be carried in the exosomes and transported to extracellular spaces in the central nervous system and peripheral circulation. Detectable exosomes render encaged mitochondrial DNA relatively stable. This mitochondrial DNA in peripheral circulation can thus be directly detected in clinical practice. These characteristics illustrate the potential for mitochondrial DNA to serve as an innovative clinical biomarker and molecular treatment target for major depressive disorder. This review also highlights the future potential value of clinical applications combining mitochondrial DNA with a panel of other biomarkers, to improve diagnostic precision in major depressive disorder. 展开更多

In response to the challenges posed by insufficient real-time performance and suboptimal matching accuracy of traditional feature matching algorithms within automotive panoramic surround view systems,this paper has proposed a high-performance dimension reduction parallel matching algorithm that integrates Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Dual-Heap Filtering(DHF).The algorithm employs PCA to map the feature points into the lower-dimensional space and employs the square of Euclidean distance for feature matching,which significantly reduces computational complexity.To ensure the accuracy of feature matching,the algorithm utilizes Dual-Heap Filtering to filter and refine matched point pairs.To further enhance matching speed and make optimal use of computational resources,the algorithm introduces a multi-core parallel matching strategy,greatly elevating the efficiency of feature matching.Compared to Scale-Invariant Feature Transform(SIFT)and Speeded Up Robust Features(SURF),the proposed algorithm reduces matching time by 77%to 80%and concurrently enhances matching accuracy by 5%to 15%.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithmexhibits outstanding real-time matching performance and accuracy,effectivelymeeting the feature-matching requirements of automotive panoramic surround view systems. 展开更多

Depression,a common mental illness,seriously affects the health of individuals and has deleterious effects on society.The prevention and treatment of depression has drawn the attention of many researchers and has become an important social issue.The treatment strategies for depression include drugs,psychotherapy,and physiotherapy.Drug therapy is ineffective in some patients and psychotherapy has treatment limitations.As a reliable adjuvant therapy,physiotherapy compensates for the shortcomings of drug and psychotherapy and effectively reduces the disease recurrence rate.Physiotherapy is more scientific and rigorous,its methods are diverse,and to a certain extent,provides more choices for the treatment of depression.Physiotherapy can relieve symptoms in many ways,such as by improving the levels of neurobiochemical molecules,inhibiting the inflammatory response,regulating the neuroendocrine system,and increasing neuroplasticity.Physiotherapy has biological effects similar to those of antidepressants and may produce a superimposed impact when combined with other treatments.This article summarizes the findings on the use of physiotherapy to treat patients with depression over the past five years.It also discusses several methods of physiotherapy for treating depression from the aspects of clinical effect,mechanism of action,and disadvantages,thereby serving as a reference for the in-depth development of physiotherapy research. 展开更多

Offshore cranes are widely applied to transfer largescale cargoes and it is challenging to develop effective control for them with sea wave disturbances. However, most existing controllers can only yield ultimate uniform boundedness or asymptotical stability results for the system's equilibrium point, and the state variables' convergence time cannot be theoretically guaranteed. To address these problems, a nonlinear sliding mode-based controller is suggested to accurately drive the boom/rope to their desired positions. Simultaneously, payload swing can be eliminated rapidly with sea waves. As we know, this paper firstly presents a controller by introducing error-related bounded functions into a sliding surface, which can realize boom/rope positioning within a finite time, and both controller design and analysis based on the nonlinear dynamics are implemented without any linearization manipulations. Moreover, the stability analysis is theoretically ensured with the Lyapunov method. Finally, we employ some experiments to validate the effectiveness of the proposed controller. 展开更多

Rare bird has long been considered an important in the field of airport security,biological conservation,environmental monitoring,and so on.With the development and popularization of IOT-based video surveillance,all day and weather unattended bird monitoring becomes possible.However,the current mainstream bird recognition methods are mostly based on deep learning.These will be appropriate for big data applications,but the training sample size for rare bird is usually very short.Therefore,this paper presents a new sparse recognition model via improved part detection and our previous dictionary learning.There are two achievements in our work:(1)after the part localization with selective search,the gist feature of all bird image parts will be fused as data description;(2)the fused gist feature needs to be learned through our proposed intraclass dictionary learning with regularized K-singular value decomposition.According to above two innovations,the rare bird sparse recognition will be implemented by solving one l1-norm optimization.In the experiment with Caltech-UCSD Birds-200-2011 dataset,results show the proposed method can have better recognition performance than other SR methods for rare bird task with small sample size. 展开更多

目的:探讨腹腔灌注治疗对胃癌腹膜转移患者生存的影响。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2020年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的353例晚期胃癌合并腹膜转移患者临床资料。根据是否腹腔灌注给药分为灌注治疗组和未灌注治疗组,并对患者... 目的:探讨腹腔灌注治疗对胃癌腹膜转移患者生存的影响。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2020年12月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的353例晚期胃癌合并腹膜转移患者临床资料。根据是否腹腔灌注给药分为灌注治疗组和未灌注治疗组,并对患者进行生存随访。Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,Cox风险比例模型分析影响患者预后的因素,根据病灶部位、分化程度等进行亚组分析。结果:灌注治疗组和未灌注治疗组中位总生存(overall survival,OS)期为9.50个月(95%CI:7.39~11.61)和7.83个月(95%CI:5.74~9.92,P=0.022)。体质量指数(BMI)>25及伴有腹水的胃癌腹膜转移患者更易从腹腔灌注中获益。多因素分析显示:腹腔积液(HR=1.52,95%CI:1.18~1.94)、全身系统治疗(HR=0.43,95%CI:0.33~0.56)、手术(HR=0.52,95%CI:0.39~0.70)、腹腔灌注治疗(HR=0.65,95%CI:0.52~0.82)是影响患者生存的因素。结论:胃癌伴有腹膜转移患者可进行腹腔灌注治疗,与未灌注治疗患者相比,其生存期明显延长。Cox多因素分析显示无腹水、接受手术治疗、接受全身系统治疗和腹腔灌注治疗的患者预后更佳。分层分析显示BMI>25及伴有腹水的胃癌腹膜转移患者更易从腹腔灌注治疗中获益。 展开更多

The membrane method based on adaptive wettability shows great advantages in oil-water separation.At present,researches focus on the excellent application performance of the membrane material,while the quantitative analysis of interactions in oil-water separation is rarely recognized.Herein,we constructed an adaptable wettability membrane with multiple polymer networks by polydopamine(PDA)and mussel-inspired amphiphilic polymer.Based on the Owens three-probe liquid method,the surface energy of the modified membrane was verified to meet the adaptive wettability conditions,with surface energies(γ-8)of 147.6 mJ m^(−2)(superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic)and 49.87 mJ m^(−2)(superhydrophobic/superoleophobic),respectively.The adhesion or repulsion of the membrane to the oil phase under different conditions during the separation process was quantified by the chemical probe AFM technique.In addition,the oil-water selective separation mechanism was further analyzed in a simplified membrane microchannel model.The results show that the different wetting produces capillary additional pressure in opposite directions,resulting in different energies to be overcome when the oil or water passes through the microchannels,thus achieving selective separation. 展开更多

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have attracted significant attentions as promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries for large-scale energy storage applications.Here carbon materials are considered as the most competitive anodes for SIBs based on their low-cost,abundant availability and excellent structural stability.Pitch,with high carbon content and low cost,is an ideal raw precursor to prepare carbon materials for large-scale applications.Nevertheless,the microstructures of pitch-based carbon are highly ordered with smaller interlayer distances,which are unfavorable for Na ion storage.Many efforts have been made to improve the sodium storage performance of pitch-based carbon materials.This review summarizes the recent progress about the application of pitch-based carbons for SIBs anodes in the context of carbon’s morphology and structure regulation strategies,including morphology adjustment,heteroatoms doping,fabricating heterostructures,and the increase of the degree of disorder.Besides,the advantages,present challenges,and possible solutions to current issues in pitch-based carbon anode are discussed,with the highlight of future research directions.This review will provide a deep insight into the development of low-cost and high-performance pitch-based carbon anode for SIBs. 展开更多

The AKT1 genotype and allele distribution were determined by PCR amplification and direct sequencing. UNPHASED software was used to analyze associations between the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, total score, four factors and the AKT1 rs2494746 and rs3001371 polymorphisms. The results indicate that there is a significant association between suicidal ideation and anxiety symptoms in depressed patients and the rs2494746 polymorphism. The other AKT1 polymorphism, rs3001371, was significantly associated with work and activities. Patients with the rs3001371-A allele had a significantly more severe illness compared to patients with the rs3001371-G allele. Thus, AKT1 polymorphisms appear to be associated with depression severity, anxiety symptoms, work and activities, and suicide attempts in patients with depressive disorder. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: The benefits of the application of basiliximab induction therapy in liver transplantation are not clear. The present meta-analysis was to evaluate the pros and cons of basiliximab use in liver transplantation. DATA SOURCES: We searched the associated publications in English from July 1998 to December 2015 in the following databases: MEDLINE, Pub Med, Ovid, EMBASE, Web of Science and Cochrane Library.RESULTS: Basiliximab significantly decreased the incidence of de novo diabetes mellitus after liver transplantation(RR=0.56; 95% CI: 0.34-0.91; P=0.02). Subgroup analysis showed that basiliximab in combination with steroids-free immunosuppressant significantly decreased the incidence of biopsy-proven acute rejection(RR=0.62; 95% CI: 0.39-0.97; P=0.04) and new-onset hypertension(RR=0.62; 95% CI: 0.42-0.93; P=0.02).CONCLUSIONS: Basiliximab may be effective in reducing de novo diabetes mellitus. What is more, basiliximab in combination with steroids-free immunosuppressant shows statistical benefit to reduce biopsy-proven acute rejection and de novo hypertension. 展开更多

MXene nanosheets have been used for preparing highly flexible integrated electrodes due to their two-dimensional(2D)morphology,flexibility,high conductivity,and abundant functional groups.However,restacking of 2D nanosheets inhibits the ion transport in MXene electrodes,limiting their thickness,rate performance,and energy storage capacity.Here,we employed a natural sedimentation method instead of the conventional vacuum-assisted filtration to prepare flexible Ti3C2TxMXene films with enlarged interlayer spacing,which facilitates the access of the lithium ions to the interlayers and thus leads to a greatly enhanced electrochemical performance.The naturally sedimented flexible film shows a double lithium storage capacity compared to the conventional vacuum-filtered MXene film,along with improved rate performance and excellent cycle stability. 展开更多

The norepinephrine transporter plays an important role in the pathophysiology and pharmacological treatment of major depressive disorder. Consequently, the norepinephrine transporter gene is an attractive candidate in major depressive disorder research. In the present study, we evaluated the depression symptoms of subjects with major depressive disorder, who were all from the North of China and of Hart Chinese origin, using the Hamilton Depression Scale. We examined the relationship between two single nucleotide polymorphisms in the norepinephrine transporter, rs2242446 and rs5569, and the retardation symptoms of major depressive disorder using quantitative trait testing with the UNPHASED program, rs5569 was associated with depressed mood, and the GG genotype may be a risk factor for this; rs2242446 was associated with work and interest, and the TT genotype may be a risk factor for loss of interest. This scale-up study demonstrated the feasibility of an ionic liquid(IL)pretreatment process at 40 kg scale,using the IL 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([C2C1Im][OAc])as the solvent.The pretreatment was followed by enzymatic hydrolysis through which the process efficiency for biomass conversion to monomeric sugars was determined.The results show that 43 wt%of switchgrass was dissolved in IL after 2 h of pretreatment at 160℃ with 15 wt%solid loading.A 120 h enzymatic hydrolysis of the pretreated switchgrass results in 96%glucan and 98%xylan conversion.[C2C1Im][OAc]pretreatment has been successfully scaled up to 40 kg with improved sugar titers and yields relative to bench scale(6 kg).The mass flow of the overall process was established and the major scale-up challenges of the process were identified. 展开更多

Bi2MoO6 is a potentially promising anode material for lithiumion batteries(LIBs)on account of its high theoretical capacity coupled with low desertion potential.Due to low conductivity and large volume expansion/contraction during charge/discharge cycling of Bi2MoO6,effective modification is indispensable to address these issues.In this study,a plate-to-layer Bi2MoO6/Ti3C2Tx(MXene)heterostructure is proposed by electrostatic assembling positive-charged Bi2MoO6 nanoplates on negative-charged MXene nanosheets.MXene nanosheets in the heterostructure act as a highly conductive substrate to load and anchor the Bi2MoO6 nanoplates,so as to improve electronic conductivity and structural stability.When the mass ratio of MXene is optimized to 30%,the Bi2MoO6/MXene heterostructure exhibits high specific capacities of 692 mAh g?1 at 100 mA g?1 after 200 cycles and 545.1 mAh g?1 with 99.6%coulombic efficiency at 1 A g?1 after 1000 cycles.The results provide not only a highperformance lithium storage material,but also an effective strategy that could address the intrinsic issues of various transition metal oxides by anchoring them on MXene nanosheets to form heterostructures and use as anode materials for LIBs. 展开更多

As one of the typical applications of connected vehicles(CVs),the vehicle platoon control technique has been proven to have the advantages of reducing emissions,improving traffic throughout and driving safety.In this paper,a unified hierarchical framework is designed for cooperative control of CVs with both heterogeneous model parameters and structures.By separating neighboring information interaction from local dynamics control,the proposed framework is designed to contain an upper-level observing layer and a lower-level tracking control layer,which helps address the heterogeneity in vehicle parameters and structures.Within the proposed framework,an observer is designed for following vehicles to observe the leading vehicle's states using neighboring communication,while a tracking controller is designed to track the observed leading vehicle using local feedback control.Closed-loop stability in the absence and presence of communication time delay is analyzed,and the observer is further extended to a finite time convergent one to address string stability under general communication topology.Numerical simulation and field experiment verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多
