In the paper, quantitative mathematic model related chemical assayed values and near-infrared spectral data is established by means of genetic multilayer feed forward neural network, acquired near-infrared spectral data are taken as input of network with the content of five kinds of fat acids tested from chemical method as output, weight values of multilayer feed forward neural network are trained by genetic algorithms and detection model of neural network of soybean is built. A kind of multilayer feed forward neural network trained by genetic algorithms is designed in the paper. Through experiments, all the related coefficients of five fat acids can approach 0.9 which satisfies the preliminary test of soybean breeding.展开更多

Based on the enhanced spontaneous emission caused by VCSELs and influence of nonradiative recombination, the relation between output properties and structural parameters of multi-quantum wells (MQWs) is obtained. It was found that the characteristic curve of a“thresholdless”laser is strongly nonradiative depopulation-dependent. When the nonradiative depopulation is no zero, the light-current characteristic is not linearly even for an ideal closed microcavity. The light output is increased by the enhanced well number and by the reduced width. In particular, a lower threshold current density for MQW structure in the short cavity is realized by us, meanwhile the sharpness of the variation depends on spontaneous emission factor.展开更多
Anesthesia for low tracheal tumor surgery presents many challenges: conventional anesthetic techniques would be catastrophic if one attempts to insert a tracheal tube which may cause a complete obstruction of the airw...Anesthesia for low tracheal tumor surgery presents many challenges: conventional anesthetic techniques would be catastrophic if one attempts to insert a tracheal tube which may cause a complete obstruction of the airway; on the other hand, tracheotomy usually can not pass beyond the obstruction. So how to get an adequate gas exchange as well as a good surgical access is what we must resolve during operation. In recent years, cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) is not only used in cardiac surgery, but also becomes an attractive technique to facilitate non-cardiac surgery. 1-4 Here we report an emergent operation for resection of low tracheal tumor which was successfully performed under partial CPB in July 2004.展开更多
