目的对法医人类学遗骸识别研究领域的文献进行计量学分析,描述当前的研究现状并预测未来的研究热点。方法基于Web of Science信息服务平台(以下简称“WoS”)中核心数据库(Web of Science Core Collection,WoSCC)检索和提取的数据,分析1... 目的对法医人类学遗骸识别研究领域的文献进行计量学分析,描述当前的研究现状并预测未来的研究热点。方法基于Web of Science信息服务平台(以下简称“WoS”)中核心数据库(Web of Science Core Collection,WoSCC)检索和提取的数据,分析1991—2022年遗骸识别研究的发展趋势和主题变化。运用python3.9.2和Gephi0.10对法医人类学遗骸识别相关研究的发文趋势、国家(地区)、机构、作者和主题进行网络可视化分析。结果获得法医人类学遗骸识别相关英文文献873篇。发表文献数量最多的期刊是Forensic Science International(164篇),发文最多的国家(地区)是中国(90篇),Katholieke Univ Leuven(荷兰,21篇)是发表英文文献最多的机构。主题分析结果显示,人类遗骸研究的热点是遗骸的性别鉴定和年龄推断,并且常用的遗骸是牙齿。结论法医人类学遗骸识别研究领域的发文量具有明显的阶段性,然而,国际合作与国内合作的范围尚显局限。传统的遗骸识别主要依赖于骨盆、颅骨和牙齿等关键部位。未来的研究热点将聚焦于利用机器学习和深度学习技术,对多种骨骼遗骸进行更为精准和高效的鉴定。 展开更多

Superiority of a Convolutional Neural Network Model over Dynamical Models in Predicting Central Pacific ENSO 被引量:2

The application of deep learning is fast developing in climate prediction,in which El Ni?o–Southern Oscillation(ENSO),as the most dominant disaster-causing climate event,is a key target.Previous studies have shown that deep learning methods possess a certain level of superiority in predicting ENSO indices.The present study develops a deep learning model for predicting the spatial pattern of sea surface temperature anomalies(SSTAs)in the equatorial Pacific by training a convolutional neural network(CNN)model with historical simulations from CMIP6 models.Compared with dynamical models,the CNN model has higher skill in predicting the SSTAs in the equatorial western-central Pacific,but not in the eastern Pacific.The CNN model can successfully capture the small-scale precursors in the initial SSTAs for the development of central Pacific ENSO to distinguish the spatial mode up to a lead time of seven months.A fusion model combining the predictions of the CNN model and the dynamical models achieves higher skill than each of them for both central and eastern Pacific ENSO. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Diabetes and thyroiditis are closely related.They occur in combination and cause significant damage to the body.There is no clear treatment for type-2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT).While single symptomatic drug treatment of the two diseases is less effective,combined drug treatment may improve efficacy.AIM To investigate the effect of a combination of vitamin D,selenium,and hypoglycemic agents in T2DM with HT.METHODS This retrospective study included 150 patients with T2DM and HT treated at The Central Hospital of Shaoyang from March 2020 to February 2023.Fifty patients were assigned to the control group,test group A,and test group B according to different treatment methods.The control group received low-iodine diet guidance and hypoglycemic drug treatment.Test group A received the control treatment plus vitamin D treatment.Test group B received the group A treatment plus selenium.Blood levels of markers of thyroid function[free T3(FT3),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free T4(FT4)],autoantibodies[thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAB)and thyroid globulin antibody(TGAB)],blood lipid index[low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)],blood glucose index[fasting blood glucose(FBG),and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)]were measured pre-treatment and 3 and 6 months after treatment.The relationships between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3]level and each of these indices were analyzed.RESULTS The levels of 25(OH)D3,FT3,FT4,and LDL-C increased in the order of the control group,test group A,and test group B(all P<0.05).The TPOAB,TGAB,TC,TG,FBG,HbA1c,and TSH levels increased in the order of test groups B,A,and the control group(all P<0.05).All the above indices were compared after 3 and 6 months of treatment.Pre-treatment,there was no divergence in serum 25(OH)D3 level,thyroid function-related indexes,autoantibodies level,blood glucose,and blood lipid index between the control group,test groups A and B(all P>0.05).The 25(OH)D3 levels in test groups A and B were negatively correlated with FT4 and TGAB(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination drug treatment for T2DM with HT significantly improved thyroid function,autoantibody,and blood glucose and lipid levels. 展开更多

MIcroglia/macrophage-mediated erythrophagocytosis plays a crucial role in hematoma clearance after intracerebral hemorrhage.Dynamic cytoskeletal changes accompany phagocytosis.However,whether and how these changes are associated with microglia/macrophage-mediated erythrophagocytosis remain unclear.In this study,we investigated the function of acetylatedα-tubulin,a stabilized microtubule form,in microglia/macrophage erythrophagocytosis after intracerebral hemorrhage both in vitro and in vivo.We first assessed the function of acetylatedα-tubulin in erythrophagocytosis using primary DiO GFP-labeled red blood cells co-cultured with the BV2 microglia or RAW264.7 macrophage cell lines.Acetylatedα-tubulin expression was significantly decreased in BV2 and RAW264.7 cells during erythrophagocytosis.Moreover,silencingα-tubulin acetyltransferase 1(ATAT1),a newly discoveredα-tubulin acetyltransferase,decreased Ac-α-tub levels and enhanced the erythrophagocytosis by BV2 and RAW264.7 cells.Consistent with these findings,in ATAT1-/-mice,we observed increased ionized calcium binding adapter molecule 1(Iba1)and Perls-positive microglia/macrophage phagocytes of red blood cells in peri-hematoma and reduced hematoma volume in mice with intracerebral hemorrhage.Additionally,knocking out ATAT1 alleviated neuronal apoptosis and pro-inflammatory cytokines and increased anti-inflammatory cytokines around the hematoma,ultimately improving neurological recovery of mice after intracerebral hemorrhage.These findings suggest that ATAT1 deficiency accelerates erythrophagocytosis by microglia/macrophages and hematoma absorption after intracerebral hemorrhage.These results provide novel insights into the mechanisms of hematoma clearance and suggest ATAT1 as a potential target for the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. 展开更多

Microcirculatory disturbances are complex processes caused by many factors,including abnormal vasomotor responses,decreased blood flow velocity,vascular endothelial cell injury,altered leukocyte and endothelial cell interactions,plasma albumin leakage,microvascular hemorrhage,and thrombosis.These disturbances involve multiple mechanisms and interactions among mechanisms that can include energy metabolism,the mitochondrial respiratory chain,oxidative stress,inflammatory factors,adhesion molecules,the cytoskeleton,vascular endothelial cells,caveolae,cell junctions,the vascular basement membrane,neutrophils,monocytes,and platelets.In clinical practice,aside from drugs that target abnormal vasomotor responses and platelet adhesion,there continues to be a lack of multi-target drugs that can regulate the complex mechanistic links and interactions underlying microcirculatory disturbances.Natural products have demonstrated obvious positive therapeutic effects in treating ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)-and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced microcirculatory disturbances.In recent years,numerous research papers on the improvement of microcirculatory function by natural products have been published in international journals.In 2008 and 2017,the first listed author of this review was invited to publish reviews in the journal of Pharmacology&Therapeutics on the improvement of microcirculatory disturbances and organ injury induced by I/R using Salvia miltiorrhiza ingredients and other natural components of compounded Chinese medicine,respectively.This review systematically summarizes the effects,targets of action,and mechanisms of natural products regarding improving I/R-and LPSinduced microcirculatory disturbances and tissue injury.Based on this summary,scientific proposals are suggested for the discovery of new drugs to improve microcirculatory disturbances in disease. 展开更多

Understanding the Low Predictability of the 2015/16 El Niño Event Based on a Deep Learning Model

The 2015/16 El Niño event ranks among the top three of the last 100 years in terms of intensity,but most dynamical models had a relatively low prediction skill for this event before the summer months.Therefore,the attribution of this particular event can help us to understand the cause of super El Niño–Southern Oscillation events and how to forecast them skillfully.The present study applies attribute methods based on a deep learning model to study the key factors related to the formation of this event.A deep learning model is trained using historical simulations from 21 CMIP6 models to predict the Niño-3.4 index.The integrated gradient method is then used to identify the key signals in the North Pacific that determine the evolution of the Niño-3.4 index.These crucial signals are then masked in the initial conditions to verify their roles in the prediction.In addition to confirming the key signals inducing the super El Niño event revealed in previous attribution studies,we identify the combined contribution of the tropical North Atlantic and the South Pacific oceans to the evolution and intensity of this event,emphasizing the crucial role of the interactions among them and the North Pacific.This approach is also applied to other El Niño events,revealing several new precursor signals.This study suggests that the deep learning method is useful in attributing the key factors inducing extreme tropical climate events. 展开更多

The exceptional optoelectronic properties of lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(PeNCs)in the ultraviolet and visible spectral regions have positioned them as a promising class of semiconductor materials for diverse optoelectronic and photo-voltaic applications.However,their limited response to near-infrared(NIR)light due to the intrinsic bandgap(>1.5 eV)has hindered their applications in many advanced technologies.To circumvent this limitation,it is of fundamental significance to inte-grate PeNCs with lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)that are capable of efficiently converting low-energy NIR photons into high-energy ultravi-olet and visible photons.By leveraging the energy transfer from UCNPs to PeNCs,this synergistic combination can not only expand the NIR responsivity range of PeNCs but also introduce novel emission profiles to upconversion luminescence with multi-dimensional tunability(e.g.,wavelength,lifetime,and polarization)under low-to-medium power NIR irradiation,which breaks through the inherent restric-tions of individual PeNCs and UCNPs and thereby opens up new opportunities for materials and device engineering.In this review,we focus on the latest advance-ments in the development of PeNCs-UCNPs nanocomposites,with an emphasis on the controlled synthesis and optical properties design for advanced optoelectronic applications such as full-spectrum solar cells,NIR photodetectors,and multilevel anticounterfeiting.Some future efforts and prospects toward this active research field are also envisioned. 展开更多

地铁周边基坑开挖可能会引起隧道衬砌结构的内力变化,须进行可靠的安全评估。本研究依托某市地铁线地铁站附近的大型基坑开挖开展案例研究,采用MIDAS-GTS-NX软件对四种不同开挖阶段的工况进行有限元分析。结果表明,盾构隧道的弯矩、剪... 地铁周边基坑开挖可能会引起隧道衬砌结构的内力变化,须进行可靠的安全评估。本研究依托某市地铁线地铁站附近的大型基坑开挖开展案例研究,采用MIDAS-GTS-NX软件对四种不同开挖阶段的工况进行有限元分析。结果表明,盾构隧道的弯矩、剪力及轴力在基坑开挖过程发生了变化,弯矩最大变化值3 kN.m/m,剪力最大变化值为2.5 kN/m,轴力最大变化值为20 kN/m,变化比率最大的内力剪力为4.3%。可以认为内力变化值处于较低水平,基坑开挖对盾构隧道内力状态影响较小。由于地铁结构的受力变化处于较低水平,可以认为深基坑施工不危及邻近地铁结构的安全。 展开更多

The output-signal models and impulse response shaping(IRS)functions of semiconductor detectors are important for establishing high-precision measurement systems.In this paper,an output-signal model for semiconductor detector systems is proposed.According to the proposed model,a multistage cascade deconvolution IRS algorithm was developed using the C-R inverse system,R-C inverse system,and differentiator system.The silicon drift detector signals acquired from the analog-to-digital converter were tested.The experimental results indicated that the shaped pulses obtained using the proposed model had no undershoot,and the average peak base width of the output shaped pulses was reduced by 36%compared with that for a simple model proposed in a previous work[1].Offline processing results indicated that compared with the traditional IRS algorithm,the average peak base width of the output shaped pulses obtained using the proposed algorithm was reduced by 11%,and the total elapsed time required for pulse shaping was reduced by 26%.The proposed algorithm avoids recursive calculation.If the sampling frequency of the digital system reaches 100 MHz,the proposed algorithm can be simplified to integer arithmetic.The proposed IRS algorithm can be applied to high-resolution energy spectrum analysis,highcounting rate energy spectrum correction,and coincidence and anti-coincidence measurements. 展开更多

目的探讨链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油在无痛胃镜患者检查前不同时间口服及服用后体位不同对检查效果的影响。方法选择杭州市第一人民医院门诊及住院接受无痛胃镜检查的患者740例,随机分成链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油组(n=300)、西甲硅油组(n=240)和对... 目的探讨链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油在无痛胃镜患者检查前不同时间口服及服用后体位不同对检查效果的影响。方法选择杭州市第一人民医院门诊及住院接受无痛胃镜检查的患者740例,随机分成链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油组(n=300)、西甲硅油组(n=240)和对照组(盐酸利多卡因胶浆组,n=200)。观察并对比3组患者在无痛胃镜检查前5、10、15、20、25、30、45和60 min口服上述药物及服药后患者采取不同体位[坐位、立位(间断行走)和卧位(间断左右侧身)]的胃镜视野清晰度、丙泊酚使用剂量、胃镜操作时间、恶心呕吐发生率、癌前病变和早期胃癌检出率。结果链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油组的胃镜视野清晰度、丙泊酚使用剂量、内镜操作时间和癌前病变及早期胃癌检出率明显优于西甲硅油组和对照组(P<0.01),而西甲硅油组又优于对照组(P<0.01);3组患者的恶心呕吐发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油组在无痛胃镜检查前20和25 min口服链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油后,胃镜视野清晰度更佳(P<0.05),但这两者间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油组采取立位(间断行走)和卧位(间断左右侧身)的胃镜视野清晰度优于坐位,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)_(1)=14.56,P1=0.000;χ^(2)_(2)=16.61,P2=0.000);采取立位(间断行走)和卧位(间断左右侧身)的胃镜视野清晰度比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)_(3)=0.12,P3=0.733)。结论无痛胃镜检查前应用链霉蛋白酶+西甲硅油可有效提高胃镜视野清晰度、缩短内镜操作时间、减少丙泊酚使用剂量、提高癌前病变及早期胃癌检出率;胃镜前20和25 min服药及服药后采取立位(间断行走)及卧位(间断左右侧身)效果更佳。 展开更多

目的探讨数据挖掘与模型构建在预测重症手足口病方面的价值。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第五附属医院2016年6月-2017年10月收治的838例手足口病患儿的临床资料,使用SPSS Statistics 23.0统计软件进行数据的预处理和分析,使用SPSS Modeler 1... 目的探讨数据挖掘与模型构建在预测重症手足口病方面的价值。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第五附属医院2016年6月-2017年10月收治的838例手足口病患儿的临床资料,使用SPSS Statistics 23.0统计软件进行数据的预处理和分析,使用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行模型构建和评估。根据总体精确性对所有算法进行筛选,选取最优算法,配置模型参数,输出分类树模型,评估模型的预测性能。结果经过自动分类器筛选,最终确定C&R算法最佳。模型共纳入3个解释变量:易惊、呕吐及肢体抖动。使用错分矩阵计算后,模型的预测正确率为91.17%,敏感性为84.36%,特异性为96.25%。ROC曲线下面积为0.903[(95%CI:0.878,0.927),P=0.000]。结论决策树模型在预测手足口病方面有一定的优势,模型预测精确度较高,对临床疾病诊疗有一定的辅助价值。 展开更多

目的评价单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(MLR)及预后营养指数(PNI)对菌阴肺结核的辅助诊断价值。方法选取2020年5月—2021年4月青海大学附属医院疑似菌阴肺结核的患者129例。以最终确诊的菌阴肺结核患者53例作为病例组,非结核性肺部感染患者76... 目的评价单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(MLR)及预后营养指数(PNI)对菌阴肺结核的辅助诊断价值。方法选取2020年5月—2021年4月青海大学附属医院疑似菌阴肺结核的患者129例。以最终确诊的菌阴肺结核患者53例作为病例组,非结核性肺部感染患者76例作为对照组;比较两组患者MLR、PNI、白蛋白等相关指标;绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估MLR、PNI单独及联合检测在诊断菌阴肺结核的诊断效能。结果两组患者性别、年龄、BMI和PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组CRP、中性粒细胞、单核细胞、血沉、FIB及MLR表达量高于对照组(P<0.05),前白蛋白、白蛋白、淋巴细胞及PNI表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。MLR、PNI及两者联合诊断菌阴肺结核的ROC曲线下面积为0.873、0.859、0.917(P<0.05)。MLR诊断菌阴肺结核的敏感性及特异性分别为83.02%(95%CI:0.708,0.908)、78.95%(95%CI:0.685,0.866);PNI诊断菌阴肺结核的敏感性及特异性分别为90.57%(95%CI:0.798,0.959)、73.68%(95%CI:0.628,0.823);两者联合检测诊断菌肺结核的敏感性及特异性分别为84.91%(95%CI:0.730,0.922)、89.47%(95%CI:0.806,0.948)。MLR、PNI联合检测的AUC值大于PNI(P<0.05),但其与MLR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MLR、PNI及其联合检测对菌阴肺结核的辅助诊断具有一定的价值,且联合诊断价值更高。 展开更多

Accumulation of lactate in tumor has been linked to poor prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), but the underlying mechanism remained largely uncertain. Previous studies have suggested that presence of cancer stem cells (CSCs) closely correlated with cellular malignancy of OSCC. Here, using 3D organoid culture model, we investigated whether lactate promoted CSCs phenotype in primary OSCC cells. We generated organoids using fresh OSCC specimens and verified that organoids recapitulated histopathology and cellular heterogeneity of parental tumor;Organoids were then transfected with a Wnt reporter to visualize Wnt activity. The sphere forming assay demonstrated that high Wnt activity functionally designated CSCs population in OSCC cells. Further investigations indicated that lactate treatment promoted Wnt activity and increased the expression of CSCs (i.e. CD133^+ cells) in organoids. Moreover, silencing monocarboxylate transporter 1 (MCT1), the prominent path for lactate uptake in human tumor with siRNA significantly impaired organoid forming capacity of OSCC cells. Together, our study demonstrated that lactate can promote CSCs phenotype of OSCC,and MCT1 may be a therapeutic target against OSCC growth. 展开更多

目的:评价使用立体3D技术作为一种视觉功能训练方法对弱视患儿的治疗效果。方法:纳入30名儿童,年龄4~16y,其中18例是屈光不正性弱视(ametropic amblyopia,AMA),12例是屈光参差性弱视(anisometropic amblyopia,ANA)。双眼使用立体3D技... 目的:评价使用立体3D技术作为一种视觉功能训练方法对弱视患儿的治疗效果。方法:纳入30名儿童,年龄4~16y,其中18例是屈光不正性弱视(ametropic amblyopia,AMA),12例是屈光参差性弱视(anisometropic amblyopia,ANA)。双眼使用立体3D技术进行视觉功能训练,每次训练时间1h,每例患者训练约33次(平均:32±8)。在每次训练前后检查患者每眼的最佳矫正视力,使用同视机检查融合范围和远距离立体视,并使用颜氏随机点立体视图谱检查近距离立体视。结果:在训练治疗后,所有弱视患儿最佳矫正视力较训练前均有显著提高,训练后融合范围较训练前显著扩大,尤其在屈光参差弱视患儿中融合范围扩大和立体视觉的恢复较屈光不正弱视患者组更明显。训练后近距离立体视觉的恢复程度要优于远距离立体视觉。结论:立体3D视觉训练系统可以有效地恢复弱视儿童双眼立体视功能。 展开更多
