为了远程、在线交互地诊断继电保护装置故障,保证异常信号的完整性和监测过程的效率,设计数字孪生下的继电保护装置故障远程VR在线诊断系统。采用数字孪生技术构建继电保护装置诊断系统,通过感知层的感知设备、地面激光雷达采集继电保... 为了远程、在线交互地诊断继电保护装置故障,保证异常信号的完整性和监测过程的效率,设计数字孪生下的继电保护装置故障远程VR在线诊断系统。采用数字孪生技术构建继电保护装置诊断系统,通过感知层的感知设备、地面激光雷达采集继电保护装置电流电压数据以及点云数据,经网络层传输至平台层后,平台层利用运检管控平台管理、协调以及储存继电保护装置相关数据。应用层调用平台层整合后数据,运用小波信号检测理论检测继电保护装置的信号异常点,并通过故障诊断模块对比异常点数据与预期数据,VR远程监测模块将设备三维模型引入VR设备,可视化展现继电保护装置实时监控和检修作业情况,并通过统一视频平台完成与用户的虚拟交互。实验结果表明:该系统操作流畅、画面清晰,能够清晰监测继电保护装置的故障,迅速获取继电保护装置的异常信号。 展开更多

Transient acantholytic dermatosis (TAD, Grover disease) is a benign skin disease with a nonspecific rash that may present as a reddish-brown, dermatomal edematous papule or herpetiform rash with a partially central horny plug. This disease is usually self-limiting and can subside within weeks or months, but it may also have a chronic progression with a trend towards long-term recurrence. The patient is an 80-year-old male who visited the clinic due to recurring erythema and blisters all over his body that had been present for over 2 years. Based on the patient’s course, laboratory tests and histopathological findings were consistent with the diagnosis. The final diagnosis was transient acantholytic dermatosis. The patient has a long course of the disease, a wide range of skin lesions and he has the different subtypes of pathological manifestations. This case and corresponding literature review help us have a clear understanding of Grover’s disease, which has received reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in clinical work. 展开更多

A meshless local radial point interpolation method (LRPIM) for solving elastic dy-namic problems of moderately thick plates is presented in this paper. The discretized system equation of the plate is obtained using a locally weighted residual method. It uses a radial basis function (RBF) coupled with a polynomial basis function as a trial function,and uses the quartic spline function as a test function of the weighted residual method. The shape function has the properties of the Kronecker delta function,and no additional treatment is done to impose essen-tial boundary conditions. The Newmark method for solving the dynamic problem is adopted in computation. Effects of sizes of the quadrature sub-domain and influence domain on the dynamic properties are investigated. The numerical results show that the presented method can give quite accurate results for the elastic dynamic problem of the moderately thick plate. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Paradoxical psoriasis induced by tumor necrosis factor alpha antagonists is a rare side effect of those drugs and has similarities with and differences from classical psoriasis in clinical and pathological characteristics.Treating severe paradoxical psoriasis is challenging because the reported cases are rare,with treatment experience being only anecdotal.CASE SUMMARY We report 2 cases of paradoxical psoriasis caused by infliximab.Both cases manifested with a significant number of pustular lesions and had protracted and complicated clinical courses.In case 1,secukinumab alone could not control the eruptions,but colchicine supplementation markedly decreased disease activity.In case 2 miscellaneous medications were administered,including the systemic drug acitretin,the immunosuppressive drug cyclosporine,and the biologic agent ustekinumab.However,multiple applications of those medications failed to prevent new lesions from occurring.Both cases showed moderate-to-high antinuclear antibody titers.CONCLUSION Based on these cases,moderate-to-high anti-nuclear antibody titer seems to be a risk factor for paradoxical psoriasis.In addition,extensive pustular presentation may be a negative prognostic indicator and may portend a protracted clinical course refractory to therapy. 展开更多

We study two-lane totally asymmetric simple exclusion processes(TASEPs)with an intersection.Monte Carlo simulations show that only symmetric phases exist in the system.To verify the existence of asymmetric phases,we carry out a cluster mean-field analysis.Analytical results show that the densities of the two upstream segments of the intersection site are always equal,which indicates that the system is not in asymmetric phases.It demonstrates that the spontaneous symmetry breaking does not exist in the system.The density profiles and the boundaries of the symmetric phases are also investigated.We find that the cluster mean-field analysis shows better agreement with simulations than the simple mean-field analysis where the correlation of sites is ignored. 展开更多

This paper presents form finding and collapse analysis of cable net structure under strong wind using the finite particle method(FPM).As a kind of particle method,the theoretical fundamentals of the FPM are given.Methods to handle geometric and material nonlinearities of cable element are proposed.The fracture criterion and model for cable element are built to simulate the failure of cable nets.The form-finding and load analysis of two cable nets are then performed in order to initialize the successive of nonlinear analysis.The failure progress of cable nets under dynamic loads is simulated,and the dynamic responses of the typical fracture element are given in details.Analyses of the energy variations during the collapse process also show the failure mechanisms of cable nets,which is useful for the structure collapse resistance design.The numerical applications highlight the capability of the proposed procedure to solve complicate collapse problems with the FPM. 展开更多

Generation-based linguistic steganography is a popular research area of information hiding.The text generative steganographic method based on conditional probability coding is the direction that researchers have recently paid attention to.However,in the course of our experiment,we found that the secret information hiding in the text tends to destroy the statistical distribution characteristics of the original text,which indicates that this method has the problem of the obvious reduction of text quality when the embedding rate increases,and that the topic of generated texts is uncontrollable,so there is still room for improvement in concealment.In this paper,we propose a topic-controlled steganography method which is guided by graph-to-text generation.The proposed model can automatically generate steganographic texts carrying secret messages from knowledge graphs,and the topic of the generated texts is controllable.We also provide a graph path coding method with corresponding detailed algorithms for graph-to-text generation.Different from traditional linguistic steganography methods,we encode the secret information during graph path coding rather than using conditional probability.We test our method in different aspects and compare it with other text generative steganographic methods.The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper can effectively improve the quality of the generated text and significantly improve the concealment of steganographic text. 展开更多

Dermatologic examination: dry skin all over the body, head, face, trunk, and limbs can be seen widely distributed about soybean to fava bean size edematous erythema, border unclear, the surface can be seen a little flaking and scratch marks. Histopathology of skin lesions: (Abdominal) Epidermal protuberance flattened, a small number of lymphocytes, and eosinophils infiltration was seen around the capillaries in the superficial dermis. Multiple direct immunofluorescence was negative. Combined with the patient’s disease course, rash manifestations, and histopathologic findings. The diagnosis was considered: common type psoriasis. The patient was given subcutaneous injection of Skuclizumab 300 mg, and after half a month of treatment, a rash with itching appeared on the head, face, forehead, chest, hands and feet, and the symptoms of rash and itching gradually aggravated with the passage of time, and the report of fungal microscopy was positive for toenail fungus. The patient was given oral itraconazole 200 mg bid and anti-allergic drugs, topical antifungal drugs, and symptomatic support and was discharged after improvement of the condition. Six months later, the patient’s fungal microscopy was negative when he was injected with skuclizumab regularly, and the patient is still being followed up at present. 展开更多

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)in patients with severe/critical coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In this retrospective study,data were collected from 662 patients with severe/critical COVID-19 who were admitted to a designated hospital to treat patients with severe COVID-19 in Wuhan before March 20,2020.All patients were divided into an exposed group(CHM users)and a control group(non-users).After propensity score matching in a 1:1 ratio,156 CHM users were matched by propensity score to 156 non-users.No significant differences in seven baseline clinical variables were found between the two groups of patients.All-cause mortality was reported in 13 CHM users who died and 36 non-users who died.After multivariate adjustment,the mortality risk of CHM users was reduced by 82.2%(odds ratio 0.178,95%CI 0.076–0.418;P<0.001)compared with the non-users.Secondly,age(odds ratio 1.053,95%CI 1.023–1.084;P<0.001)and the proportion of severe/critical patients(odds ratio 0.063,95%CI 0.028–0.143;P<0.001)were the risk factors of mortality.These results show that the use of CHM may reduce the mortality of patients with severe/critical COVID-19. 展开更多

Objective To evaluate the anti-osteoporosis effect of the mixtures of epimedin C and icariin monomers with invariant molarity on zebrafish osteoporosis model. Methods The zebrafishes, fertilized 4 d ago, were exposed in 11 groups of nutrient solutions with prednisolone (25 μmol/L) as well as epimedin C and icariin (15 μmol/L) of various contents. The ratio of epimedin C and icariin in the 11 groups were as follows: A (10:0), B (9:1), C (8:2), D (7:3), E (6:4), F (5:5), G (4:6), H (3:7), I (2:8), J (1:9), and K (0:10). Meanwhile, a negative control group with prednisolone (25μmol/L) was prepare as S. The selected zebrafish fetus was put into the 24-hole culture plate, and ensure every 5 zebrafishes in 1 hole and 2 holes as a group. They were placed in incubator at 28.5 oC, and the daily changes of fluid were investigated until they were put to death on day 8 and then fixed. After dyeing with alizarin red, the segmental venter of zebrafish skulls was observed and quantitative analysis of dyed area was conducted. Results Compared with the negative control group S, the integrated optical density (IOD) values of cranial dyed area in all groups increased significantly (P 〈 0.05); Compared with group S, the IOD value of cranial dyed area in mixtures of epimedium monomers increased significantly (P 〈 0.05). The mixtures of epimedium monomers were all effective in facilitating zebrafish cranial mineralization and preventing prednisolone from inducing osteoporosis. According to mixtures of A-K groups, zebrafish cranial mineralization gradually decreased with gradually reduced content of epimedin C, with significant difference among groups (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The higher the content of epimedin C in mixtures with invariant molarity is, the more active the anti-osteoporosis effect of epimedinC to zebrafish osteoporosis model is. 展开更多

In-situ observation of the growth and decomposition processes is significantly important for guiding the fabrication of upconversion nanocrystals(UCNCs)with high performance.However,the high crystallization energy and rapid nucleation rate of the corresponding crystals make real-time observation still a huge challenge.Herein,the in-situ nucleation-growth-degradation processes of the UCNCs are investigated by employing tailored metastable intermediates,which possess a slowing-down nucleation rate under electron beam irradiation.The non-classical nucleation processes of the UCNCs,containing the coalescence of clusters and the subsequent crystallization,are demonstrated.Moreover,the Ostwald ripening and oriented attachment processes,which determine the particle size and morphology,are unambiguously recorded.Furthermore,the degrading process of the UCNCs is observed to be triggered by surface defects.Our work provides an insight into the real-time evolution dynamics of the UCNCs,which further sheds light on the fabrication of nano-sized up-conversion phosphors. 展开更多

Endometriosis is a common gynecological disorder characterized by pelvic pain,heavy menstruation,and infertility.The clinical diagnosis of endometriosis is often delayed 8-10 years after the onset of symptoms due to the lack of an effective and reliable noninvasive diagnostic method.In recent years,a number of research studies have reported using microRNAs(miRNAs)as potential noninvasive biomarkers for diagnosing endometriosis.Because miRNAs regulate gene expression,the differential expression of miRNAs in endometriosis patients also provides insight on dysregulated gene expressions in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.In this review,a number of global profiling studies(published through July 2019)that investigated the differential expression of miRNAs in endometriosis were identified.Based on these findings,the role of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of endometriosis,particularly with regard to the dysregulation of endometrial functions,cell cycle regulation,proliferation of endometrial stromal cells,and angiogenesis,was discussed.The potential of these miRNAs as noninvasive diagnostic biomarkers of endometriosis was also discussed. 展开更多

The cyclization mechanism has been examined by theoretical calculations. Our calculation results indicate that the most favorable mechanism is the piperidine-catalyzed stepwise mechanism, in which piperidine acts as a proton shuttle. The attack of the N-terminal amino nitrogen at the C-terminal carbonyl carbon along with the proton transfer is the rate-limiting step. The effect of the alkyl substituent on the amide N on the eyclization reaction was then examined. Finally, the influence of the solvation effect, electronic effect and steric effect on the cyclization was investigated. It is found that all of these effects contribute to the cyclization. 展开更多

The Cumulus Cells and Oocytes: A Systematic Review of Extended Culture for Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection

Currently-placed protocols for extended culture for in vitro fertilization(IVF)and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)are not uniformly standardized in determining the optimal stage of oocyte maturation for maximizing clinical outcomes.The objective of this systematic review is to elucidate the relationship between extended cumulus-oocyte culture and its effect on the clinical outcomes of IVF/ICSI.We included an electronic search on PubMed Central as well as the Journal of Fertility and Sterility to yield seven studies on extended oocyte culture for IVF/ICSI.Four of the seven investigations illustrate the promising beneficial relationship of extended culture with conditioned or supplemented media to mimic physiological uterine conditions.Three studies did not capture beneficial relationships between extended oocyte culture and clinical outcomes with unconditioned,unsupplemented maturation medium.Improvement in fertilization rates,oocyte development,and live birth rates may be achieved by extended culture with the addition of supplemental biochemicals.The usage of follicular fluid,cumulus cells,and meiotic inhibitors imitates the physiological in vivo conditions,whereas extended oocyte culture imitates in vivo temporal conditions.The conjunction of extended oocyte culture with supplemented metabolites,either added in maturation media manually or secreted by cumulus-oocyte complexes,mimics natural uterine physiological conditions to improve clinical outcomes for patients seeking IVF/ICSI. 展开更多

With over 350 million new sexually transmitted infections occurring annually in adults of reproductive age, we feel the need to explore more about how the cumulus cells defend themselves and protect the oocytes during the development through the ovulation period. Application of assisted reproductive technologies allows scientists to study and better understand cumulus cells. There are still many immune factors to be taken into consideration to optimize the oocyte quality besides ovarian stimulations. The objective of this review is to summarize the key elements of cumulus cells and their association with the immune function. 展开更多

Background:Hemodynamic parameters derived from computed tomography angiography–based computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis have been widely used for clinical decision-making and researches to assess the vulnerability of atherosclerotic plaques and explain the initialization and development of atherosclerosis.Subbranches in the CFD model might affect the accuracy of hemodynamic parameters,but the effectiveness has been least quantified.Methods:A coronary artery baseline model was generated with focal stenosis at the proximal left anterior descending artery.Nineteen comparing models were created by systematically removing various subbranches to examine the changes in hemodynamic parameters,including time-averaged pressure(TAP),time-averaged wall shear stress(TAWSS),oscillatory shear index(OSI),and particle relative residence time(RRT).Changes in these parameters were assessed quantitatively around the stenosis and near the region where subbranches were removed.Results:The removal of subbranches caused a significant change in outflow rate,and there was generally a decrease in all CFD parameters in the regions of interest with a decrease in outflow rate.The subbranch removal had a significant impact on the calculation of TAWSS,OSI,and RRT,whereas TAP was insensitive to the removal with approximately 0.25%variation in all 19 models.The local effect from removing branch segments generally became negligible after 5 diameters away from the cutting-off position,but the decrease could be affected by other factors,such as a large curvature.Conclusion:The outflow rate is a dominant factor for the calculation of TAP,TAWSS,OSI,and RRT.Removal of subbranches has a minor effect on the TAP calculation,but its effect is considerable on the TAWSS,OSI,and RRT.The effect of subbranch removal is limited in a region with 5 local diameters. 展开更多
