膜结构在暴雨积水时材料模型研究

在遭遇暴雨时,坡度比较小的膜面容易积水,准确模拟出此时膜面的变形有助于保障结构安全,现有研究采用的膜材线性本构模型不适用于模拟膜结构在暴雨下的变形.通过在膜结构上进行均布荷载加载试验,模拟膜面遭遇暴雨作用下的力学行为,获得... 在遭遇暴雨时,坡度比较小的膜面容易积水,准确模拟出此时膜面的变形有助于保障结构安全,现有研究采用的膜材线性本构模型不适用于模拟膜结构在暴雨下的变形.通过在膜结构上进行均布荷载加载试验,模拟膜面遭遇暴雨作用下的力学行为,获得结构积水时的变形形态.采用膜材线性与双折线本构模型,分别建立膜结构有限元模型并进行荷载分析,通过对比有限元模型和实际结构的变形,选取适合模拟膜结构在暴雨下变形的膜材本构模型.数值模拟结果显示:与采用线性本构模型模拟的结构变形相比,采用膜材双折线本构模型模拟出的结构变形更接近试验测得的变形.研究成果可为膜结构在暴雨积水作用下的膜材本构模型选用和分析计算提供参考. 展开更多

By spraying concrete on inner surface,air-supported fabric structures can be used as formwork to construct reinforced concrete shell structures.The fabric formwork has the finished form of concrete structure.Large deviation from the desired shape of concrete shells still remains as central problem due to dead weight of concrete and less stiffness of fabric formwork.Polyurethane can be used not only as a bonding layer between fabrics and concrete but also as an additional stiffening layer.However,there is little research on mechanical behaviors of the polyurethane shell structure.This paper presents experimental studies on an inflated fabric model with and without polyurethane,including relief pressure tests,vertical loading tests and horizontal loading tests.Experimental results show that the additional polyurethane layer can significantly enhance the stiffness of the fabric formwork.Compared with the experiment,a numerical model using shell layered finite elements has a good prediction.The reinforcement by polyurethane to improve stiffness of air-supported fabric formwork is expected to be considered in the design and construction of the concrete shell,especially dealing with the advance of shape-control. 展开更多

目的:探讨非肿块型及肿块型乳腺癌分子生物学标记物表达的差异及两者的生物学特性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年1月经病理确诊的31例乳腺癌患者(其中非肿块型乳腺癌15例,肿块型乳腺癌16例)的临床资料,通过免疫组织化学测定癌细胞... 目的:探讨非肿块型及肿块型乳腺癌分子生物学标记物表达的差异及两者的生物学特性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年1月经病理确诊的31例乳腺癌患者(其中非肿块型乳腺癌15例,肿块型乳腺癌16例)的临床资料,通过免疫组织化学测定癌细胞的雌激素受体(ER)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)、孕激素受体(PR)和Ki-67的表达情况,对比非肿块型及肿块型乳腺癌分子生物学标记物表达的差异。结果:非肿块型及肿块型乳腺癌中ER,PR,HER-2阳性率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);非肿块型乳腺癌患者Ki-67的阳性率低于肿块型乳腺癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非肿块型乳腺癌患者和肿块型乳腺癌患者的ER,PR,HER-2表达存在重叠,但是Ki-67的表达存在不同,说明两者的生物学特性存在差异性。 展开更多

膜结构的真实应力状态对于荷载分析至关重要,然而荷载分析通常在与设计应力相对应的找形形态上进行,这样可能导致无法发现潜在的结构隐患。提出了一种考虑焊缝影响的膜结构优化裁剪及组装分析的方法。该方法通过将二维单元的节点坐标作... 膜结构的真实应力状态对于荷载分析至关重要,然而荷载分析通常在与设计应力相对应的找形形态上进行,这样可能导致无法发现潜在的结构隐患。提出了一种考虑焊缝影响的膜结构优化裁剪及组装分析的方法。该方法通过将二维单元的节点坐标作为关键点,基于初始裁剪膜片迭代进行几何非线性有限元分析得到优化裁剪膜片,并通过膜片组装和平衡分析得到真实应力状态使最终形状最接近设计形状。在裁剪和组装平衡分析中将焊缝模拟为索单元来考虑焊缝长度方向的影响,通过修正膜单元的纬向模量来考虑焊缝宽度方向的影响。通过三个经典算例(中国帽模型、充气球模型、鞍型模型),分别进行了裁剪过程中是否考虑焊缝影响的对比分析,考虑焊缝得到的组装形态与设计形状的偏差分别降低了31.7%、96.4%、46.2%,证明了该方法可以保证实际组装形态的形状更接近设计形状。 展开更多

Ketones are one of the most important classes of organic compounds, and widely present in various pharmacological compounds, biologically active molecules and functional materials. Over the past few decades, transition metal-catalyzed conversion of aldehydes has been found to be a powerful method.With the continuous development in recent years, it has become an efficient and uncomplicated strategy for constructing ketones. There are four major mechanisms for transition metal-catalyzed ketone synthesis from aldehyde:(1) carbonyl-Heck reaction, that is 1,2-insertion of organometal species to aldehydic C=O double bond,(2) direct insertion of transition metal catalysts to aldehydic C-H bond,(3) aldehyde as acyl radical,(4) aldehyde as carbon radical acceptor. This article summarizes related reports on the transformations of aldehydes to generate corresponding ketones under different reaction conditions. 展开更多

The strategy exhibits various advantages over existingmethods, including base metal catalysis, commercially available catalyst, removal of oxidant, good yields(up to 95%), good functional group tolerance and substrate generality.
