Objective:To study the effect of immune formulation-assisted conventional therapy on antiinfective ability of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculous infection mice.Methods:BALB/c mice were used as experimental ...Objective:To study the effect of immune formulation-assisted conventional therapy on antiinfective ability of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculous infection mice.Methods:BALB/c mice were used as experimental animals,multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection models were built,randomly divided into model group,moxifloxacin group,thymopentin group and combined treatment group and given corresponding drug intervention,and then colony numbers in the spleen and lung,T lymphocyte subset contents and programmed death-1(PD-1) expression levels in peripheral blood were detected.Results:Colony numbers in lung and spleen of moxifloxacin group and thymopentin group were significantly lower than those of model group and colony numbers in lung and spleen of combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of moxifloxacin group and thymopentin group:contents of CD3^+CD4^+T cells,Thl and Thl7 in peripheral blood of moxifloxacin group and thymopentin group were higher than dtose of model group,and contents of CD3^+CD8^+T cells.Th2 and Treg were lower than those of model group;contents of CD3^+CD4^+T cells.Th 1 and Th 17 in peripheral blood of combined treatment group were higher than those of moxifloxacin group and thymopentin group,and contents of CD3^+CD8^+T cells.Th2 and Treg were lower than those of moxifloxacin group and thymopentin group:PD-I expression levels on T lymphocyte,B lymphocyte and monocyte surface in peripheral blood of moxifloxacin group and thymopentin group were lower than those of model group,and PD-I expression levels on T lymphocyte.B lymphocyte and monocyte surface in peripheral blood of combined treatment group were lower than those of moxifloxacin group and thymopentin group.Conclusions:Immune formulation thymopentin can enhance the anti-infective ability of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection mice,decrease bacterial load in lung and spleen,and enhance immune function.展开更多
Prediction of the height of a water-flowing fracture zone(WFFZ)is the foundation for evaluating water bursting conditions on roof coal.By taking the Binchang mining area as the study area and conducting an in-depth st...Prediction of the height of a water-flowing fracture zone(WFFZ)is the foundation for evaluating water bursting conditions on roof coal.By taking the Binchang mining area as the study area and conducting an in-depth study of the influence of coal seam thickness,burial depth,working face length,and roof category on the height of a WFFZ,we proposed that the proportion of hard rock in different roof ranges should be used to characterise the influence of roof category on WFFZ height.Based on data of WFFZ height and its influence index obtained from field observations,a prediction model is established for WFFZ height using a combination of a genetic algorithm and a support-vector machine.The reliability and superiority of the prediction model were verified by a comparative study and an engineering application.The results show that the main factors affecting WFFZ height in the study area are coal seam thickness,burial depth,working face length,and roof category.Compared with multiple-linear-regression and back-propagation neural-network approaches,the height-prediction model of the WFFZ based on a genetic-algorithm support-vector-machine method has higher training and prediction accuracy and is more suitable for WFFZ prediction in the mining area.展开更多

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the risk factors for mortality due to trauma in patients...Background: This study reports a 10-year retrospective analysis of multiple trauma complicated by pulmonary contusion. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the risk factors for mortality due to trauma in patients with pulmonary contusion, the impact of various treatment options for prognosis, and the risk factors for concurrent Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome(ARDS). Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 252 trauma patients with lung contusion admitted to the General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command from January 2000 to June 2011 by using the statistical processing system SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Results: We included 252 patients in our study, including 214 males and 38 females. The average age was 37.1±14.9 years. There were 110 cases admitted to the ICU, of which 26 cases with ARDS. Nine of the 252 patients died. We compared those who survived with those who died by gender and age, the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.199, P=0.200). Separate univariate analysis of those who died and those who survived found that shock on admission(P=0.000), coagulation disorders(P=0.000), gastrointestinal bleeding(P=0.02), the need for emergency surgery on admission(P=0.000), pre-hospital intubation(P=0.000), blood transfusion within 24 hours(P=0.006), the use of mechanical ventilation(P=0.000), and concurrent ARDS(P=0.000) are poor prognosis risk factors. Further logistic analysis, including the admission GCS score(OR=0.708, 95%CI 0.516-0.971, P=0.032), ISS score(OR 1.135, 95%CI 1.006-1.280, P=0.039), and concurrent ARDS(OR=15.814, 95%CI 1.819-137.480, P=0.012), identified the GCS score, ISS score and concurrent ARDS as independent risk factors of poor prognosis. Shock(OR=9.121, 95%CI 0.857-97.060, P=0.067) was also related to poor prognosis. Patients with injury factors such as road accident, falling injury, blunt injury and crush injury, et al.(P=0.039), infection(P=0.005), shock(P=0.004), coagulation disorders(P=0.006), emergency surgery(P=0.01), pre-hospital intubation(P=0.000), chest tube insertion(P=0.004), blood transfusion(P=0.000), usage of hormones(P=0.002), phlegm(P=0.000), ventilation(P=0.000) were at a significantly increased risk for ARDS complications. Conclusions: Those patients with multiple trauma and pulmonary contusion admitted to the hospital with shock, coagulopathy, a need for emergency surgery, pre-hospital intubation, and a need for mechanical ventilation could have a significantly increased risk of mortality and ARDS incidence. A risk for poor prognosis was associated with gastrointestinal bleeding. A high ISS score, high APACHE Ⅱ, and low GCS score were independent risk factors for poor prognosis. If patients developed an infection or were given drainage, hormones, and phlegm treatment, they were at higher risk of ARDS. Pre-hospital intubation and drainage were independent risk factors for ARDS. In patients with ARDS, the ICU stay, total length of stay, and hospital costs might increase significantly. We hypothesized that NGF has a protective effect on rat retinal ganglion RGC-5 cells injured by palmitic acid (PA), a metabolic factor implicated in the development of dia- betes and its complications. Our results show that PA exposure caused apoptosis of RGC-5 cells, while NGF protected against PA insult in a concentration-dependent manner. Additionally, NGF significantly attenuated the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialde- hyde (MDA) in RGC-5 cells. Pathway inhibitor tests showed that the protective effect of NGF was completely reversed by LY294002 (PI3K inhibitor), Akt VIII inhibitor, and PD98059 (ERK1/2 inhibitor). Western blot analysis revealed that NGF induced the phosphorylation of Akt/FoxO1 and ERK1/2 and reversed the PA-evoked reduction in the levels of these proteins. These results indicate that NGF protects RGC-5 cells against PA-induced injury through anti-oxidation and inhibition of apoptosis by modulation of the PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 signaling pathways.展开更多

It remains unclear whether JNK-interacting protein 1 mediates similar effects, or whether JNK-interacting protein 1 affects the regulation of Trk B anterograde axonal transport. In this study, we isolated rat embryonic hippocampus and cultured hippocampal neurons in vitro. Coimmunoprecipitation results demonstrated that JNK-interacting protein 1 formed Trk B complexes in vitro and in vivo. Immunocytochemistry results showed that when JNK-interacting protein 1 was highly expressed, the distribution of Trk B gradually increased in axon terminals. However, the distribution of Trk B reduced in axon terminals after knocking out JNK-interacting protein 1. In addition, there were differences in distribution of Trk B after JNK-interacting protein 1 was knocked out compared with not. However, knockout of JNK-interacting protein 1 did not affect the distribution of Trk B in dendrites. These findings confirm that JNK-interacting protein 1 can interact with Trk B in neuronal cells, and can regulate the transport of Trk B in axons, but not in dendrites.展开更多

Using the iterative technique,the uniform boundedness of solution is established. In addition, the spatial-temporal risk index R0(ρ) depending on the domain evolution rate ρ(t) as well as its analytical properties are discussed. The monotonicity of R0(ρ)with respect to the diffusion coefficients of the infected dI, the spontaneous infection rate η(ρ(t)y) and interval length L is investigated under appropriate conditions. Further, the existence and asymptotic behavior of periodic endemic equilibria are explored by upper and lower solution method. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to illustrate our analytical results. Our results provide valuable information for disease control and prevention.展开更多

With the increase of different sensors,applications and customers,the demand from data providers and users is for a new geospatial data service model,which supports low cost,high dexterity,and which would provide a co...With the increase of different sensors,applications and customers,the demand from data providers and users is for a new geospatial data service model,which supports low cost,high dexterity,and which would provide a comprehensive service.Based on such requirements and demands,the 21AT TripleSat constellation terminal and data delivery and management system has been developed by a Beijing based high-tech enterprise,Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology Co.,Ltd.(21AT).The company is the first commercial Earth observation satellite operator and service provider in China.This new geospatial data service model allows the user to directly access multi-source satellite data,manage the data order,and carry out automatic massive data production and delivery.The solution also implements safe and hierarchical user management,statistical data analysis,and automatic information reports.In addition,a mobile application is also available for users to easily access system functions.This new geospatial solution has already been successfully applied and installed in many customer sites in China,and is now available globally for international clients interested in fast geospatial solutions.It enables the success of customers’operational services.Besides providing TripleSat Constellation images,the multi-source data access system also allows the users to access other satellite data sources,based on customized agreement.This paper describes and discusses this new geospatial data service model.展开更多

文摘With the increase of different sensors,applications and customers,the demand from data providers and users is for a new geospatial data service model,which supports low cost,high dexterity,and which would provide a comprehensive service.Based on such requirements and demands,the 21AT TripleSat constellation terminal and data delivery and management system has been developed by a Beijing based high-tech enterprise,Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology Co.,Ltd.(21AT).The company is the first commercial Earth observation satellite operator and service provider in China.This new geospatial data service model allows the user to directly access multi-source satellite data,manage the data order,and carry out automatic massive data production and delivery.The solution also implements safe and hierarchical user management,statistical data analysis,and automatic information reports.In addition,a mobile application is also available for users to easily access system functions.This new geospatial solution has already been successfully applied and installed in many customer sites in China,and is now available globally for international clients interested in fast geospatial solutions.It enables the success of customers’operational services.Besides providing TripleSat Constellation images,the multi-source data access system also allows the users to access other satellite data sources,based on customized agreement.This paper describes and discusses this new geospatial data service model.

文摘A novel porous organic polymer(POP)has been constructed through the condensation of triptycene tricatechol and 1,3,5-benzenetris(4-phenylboronic acid).This triptycene-based POP exhibited high H2 uptake(up to 1.84 wt%at 77 K,1 bar),large CO_(2) adsorption capacity(up to 18.1 wt%at 273K,1 bar),and excellent CO_(2)/N_(2) adsorption selectivity(up to 120/1).The influence of solvent on the gas adsorption performance of the POP has also been investigated.
