延续性护理对喉癌患者术后康复及生存质量的干预效果观察

目的研究分析喉癌患者术后以延续性护理方式进行干预对其术后康复及生存质量影响作用。方法患有喉癌实施手术治疗患者50例,于2022年1月至2023年12月就诊入院,随机数字表形式予以患者组别划分,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取延续性护理,... 目的研究分析喉癌患者术后以延续性护理方式进行干预对其术后康复及生存质量影响作用。方法患有喉癌实施手术治疗患者50例,于2022年1月至2023年12月就诊入院,随机数字表形式予以患者组别划分,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取延续性护理,分析护理服务效果。结果患者术后恢复阶段,其并发症发病情况,以观察组相比对照组发病率低(P<0.05),评测患者生存质量,分值显示在予以患者护理服务后,观察组生存质量有大幅度提高(P<0.05)。结论喉癌患者术后,使用延续性护理方式对其进行预后干预,患者术后康复情况、生存质量均将得到促进,且有助于增进其健康促进行为。 展开更多

Antitumor effect of recombinant human endostatin combined with cisplatin on rats with transplanted Lewis lung cancer 被引量:10

Objective: To observe the antitumor effect and mechanism of recombinant human endostatin(Endostar) injection in tumor combined with intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin on subcutaneous transplanted Lewis lung cancer in rats. Methods: A total of 30 C57 rats were selected, and the monoplast suspension of Lewis lung cancer was injected into the left axilla to prepare the subcutaneous transplanted tumor models in the axilla of right upper limb. The models were randomly divided into Groups A, B, and C. Medication was conducted when the tumor grew to 400 mm3. Group A was the control group without any interventional treatment. Group B was injected with Endostar 5 mg.kg-1.d for 10 d. Group C was given the injection of Endostar 5 mg.kg-1.d combined with intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin 5 mg.kg-1.d for 10 d. All the rats in three groups were executed the day after the 10-d medication and the tumor was taken off for measurement of volume and mass changes and calculation of antitumor rate, after which the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) concentration in rats' plasma was determined by ELISA. The tumor tissues were cut for the preparation of conventional biopsies. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, the pathologic histology was examined to observe the structures of tumor tissues, VEGF score and microvessel density(MVD) in each group. Results: The volume and mass of tumor in Groups B and C were significantly lower than Group A(P < 0.05) while the tumor volume and mass in Group C were significantly lower than Group B(P < 0.05). The antitumor rate in Group C was significantly higher than Group B(P < 0.05), but the tumor VEGF score, MVD and plasma VEGF level in Group C were significantly lower than Groups A and B(P < 0.05). In Group B, the tumor VEGF score, MVD and plasma VEGF level were significantly lower than Group A(P < 0.05). The microscopic image of Group C showed that its number of active tumor cells and the blood capillary around tumor was significantly smaller than that of Groups A and B, and meanwhile atrophy and liquefactive necrosis were seen in local tumor. Conclusions: Endostar injection combined with intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin is effective in reducing tumor VEGF score and MVD of transplanted tumor tissues in rats with Lewis lung cancer to obstruct the nutrient supply of tumor cells and kill tumor cells, so that the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and metastasis can be achieved with a remarkable effect. 展开更多

Purpose:To compare the clinical findings, tear film function and impression cytology between patients with active and inactive Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). Methods:.A total of 56 patients with TED and 30 controls were recruited in this prospective observational cohort study. TED patients were divided into active TED and inactive TED types according to a seven-point modified formulation of the Clinical Activity Score (CAS). All participants underwent full eye examinations including Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) score, tear film break-up time (TBUT), fluorescein staining and Schirmer I test. Thirty nine patients with thyroid-associated orbitopathy.(TAO) received Nelson's grade with conjunctival impression cytology. Proptosis, palpebral fissure width and lagophthalmos were assessed. Results:.Ocular surface parameters including proptosis, palpebral fissure width and lagophthalmos did not differ between active and inactive TED patients(P>0.05). Both active and inactive TED patients obtained higher fluorescein staining scores, lower TBUT scores and significantly lower Schirmer test scores than those of controls (P<0.001 for all). Additionally, the TBUT score was significantly lower and the OSDI score significantly higher in the active TED group compared with those in the inactive TED group (P<0.001 for both). Impression cytology revealed a higher proportion of grade 2-3 changes in the active TED group compared with the inactive TED group(P<0.001). Conclusion:.Orbital inflammation in TED patients may lead to decreased tear film stability and ocular surface squamous metaplasia. 展开更多

Filaggrin (FLG) plays an important role in the epidermal barrier function, which identified in patients with ichthyosis vulgaris(IV).To study the genetics of FLG mutations in Southern Chinese patients with IV. We evaluated the influence of five mutations (3321 delA, 441delA, 1249 insG, E1795X and S3296X) in a cohort of 65 IV Chinese patients and in 100 control individuals using the Sequenom? MassARRAY? system. The null allele frequency of 3321delA was 52.31%(34/65). FLG mutation 441delA was only found in one IV patients. FLG mutations 1249insG, E1795X and S3296X were not found in these patients. These findings show that the mutation 3321delA represent the most frequent genetic cause in Southern Chinese IV patients. Our findings confirm and extend the knowledge of the influence of FLG mutations in IV. 展开更多

Dyskeratosis follicularis (Darier’s disease, DD) is rare autosomal dominant disease characterized by hyperkeratotic papules that coalesce into plaques and occur primarily in seborrheic or intertriginous areas. Associated findings include nail abnormalities. A 3-year-old boy presented with porcupine-like appearance for 2 years. The lesion from the back was taken for light microscopy and electron microscopy. He was treated with acitretin (0.31 mg/d to 0.66 mg/d) for 8 years. Light microscopy and electron microscopy showed that the typical features of DD. The patient show good respond to the treatment. During 8 years treatment, the patient had dry mouth and pruritus. The skeletal abnormalities didn’t happen in the patient. The serum lipid profile, liver function and renal function within normal lever after treatment. Our findings showed that porcupine-like appearance is a unique pattern of DD. Acitretin may be a useful therapeutic agent in children with DD and less likely to cause skeletal problems. 展开更多

Optical phased arrays(OPAs)have broad application prospects due to their advanced capability in beamforming and steering.In this work,we achieve independent dual beams in the far field by dividing the array elements of the OPA,with the maximum scanning range reaching 100°.Based on the working principle of OPAs,theoretical considerations of such multibeam generation are presented.A phase data allocation approach for OPAs in the presence of fabrication-induced random phase variation is developed.Simulations of large ensembles of OPAs with various levels of random residual phase errors have been conducted to help analyze the results.This approach can help OPAs realize multi-beams for light detection and ranging(LiDAR). 展开更多

稀释水掺混是油田或炼油厂原油电脱盐系统的关键环节,直接影响电脱盐的效率和运行能耗。为进一步简化设备结构、助力系统降本增效,提出将薄板式静态混合器应用于稀释水掺混环节。在对薄板式静态混合器进行初步结构设计的基础上,对油水... 稀释水掺混是油田或炼油厂原油电脱盐系统的关键环节,直接影响电脱盐的效率和运行能耗。为进一步简化设备结构、助力系统降本增效,提出将薄板式静态混合器应用于稀释水掺混环节。在对薄板式静态混合器进行初步结构设计的基础上,对油水混合情况进行计算流体动力学(CFD)三维数值模拟,以离析强度的平方根(IOS^(0.5))、管路压降(Δp)等作为评价指标,考察了注水管长度、注水管-弯曲薄板间距、弯曲薄板导向位置、弯曲薄板厚度四个结构参数对油水两相混合程度及运行能耗的影响。以混合管路内径D为基准参照,借助响应曲面法(RSM)对关键结构参数进行优化,并对最优结构参数组合下的混合性能进行预测。优化所得最优结构参数组合为注水管长度为1/3D、注水管-弯曲薄板间距为4/25D、弯曲薄板导向位置为1/8π、弯曲薄板厚度为1/25D,结构优化后的IOS^(0.5)相比优化前降低了43.06%。定性分析薄板式混合器内的水相速度云图和流线图可知,当注水比为2%时,油水两相在注水管下游3D处即可达到均匀混合状态,可见薄板式静态混合器能够在小注水比下快速实现油水均匀混合。 展开更多

The structure and destruction-reconstruction reversibility of the "smart" vesicles were clearly characterized by electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering. Notably, these vesicles were proved to be capable of controlled release function and bringing protease resistance to the enzyme, showing great biocompatibility and promising applications. 展开更多

Grape skin,one of the by-products of grape processing,is rich in oxyresveratrol and other bioactive compounds.Oxyresveratrol is a polyphenolic non-flavonoid with anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties among other biological activities,but little research has been done on its antioxidant mechanism.This study aims to evaluate the regulation of oxyresveratrol on Keap1-Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway.Firstly,oxyresveratrol in grape skin was detected by HPLC-MS/MS,and then its interaction mechanism with Keap1 was investigated by molecular docking.The result of Western blot further confirmed that oxyresveratrol can bind with Nrf2 to induce its nuclear translocation.The Luciferase reporter gene analysis revealed the agonistic effects of oxyresveratrol on ARE.Oxyresveratrol increased not only the mRNA expression levels of ARE-mediated genes NQO1,HO-1,and GCLM,but also their protein expression levels,suggesting that oxyresveratrol inhibited H_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative damage.Therefore,oxyresveratrol can be applied as a potential antioxidant by activating the Keap-Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway. 展开更多

Precision-targeted detection of cancer in a rapid and sensitive fashion remains a significant challenge in prevention,management,and in particular,treatment.Herein,we have designed and synthesized a unique cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)fluorescence probe,dimethylamine-9,10-distyrylanthracene-indomethacin(NDSA-IMC),that could visualize the site of highly expressed COX-2 in the Golgi apparatus of cancer cells,using 9,10-diatyrylanthracene derivative as the luminous unit and a selective inhibitor,indomethacin(IMC),as the recognizing moiety for COX-2.In an aqueous solution,the free state NDSA-IMC showed a weak emission in the absence of COX-2 but enhanced emission in the presence of the enzyme due to the restriction of intramolecular motion of aggregation-induced emission-active NDSA-IMC when bound to COX-2.Cell imaging and flow cytometry experiments indicated that NDSA-IMC could discriminate between cancer and normal cells and visualize the Golgi apparatus of cancer cells via specific targeting of COX-2.Therefore,NDSA-IMC might potentially detect early cancer lesions and ultimately mitigate the population of cancer burden in society. 展开更多
