It is a medicine developed by ethnic minorities in order to survive and reproduce and in the process of fighting diseases. Culture, based on its own language, life experience and cultural traditions, has its own understanding and theoretical system of disease naming, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and treatment methods, which is a major feature of my country’s medical care. Among them, ethnic medicine has unique advantages and good clinical efficacy in the prevention and treatment of cholelithiasis. Therefore, this paper focuses on summarizing the characteristic theories and diagnosis and treatment experience of Tibetan medicine, Mongolian medicine, Miao medicine, Yao medicine, and Beijing medicine in ethnic medicine by sorting out and summarizing the relevant materials in this regard, so as to provide new ideas for improving the treatment of cholelithiasis and enriching clinical drug selection.展开更多

In order to investigate the effect of meteorological factors on the yield and quality of special rice during the filling stage, an experiment was conducted with 10 special rice varieties which were planted in three di...In order to investigate the effect of meteorological factors on the yield and quality of special rice during the filling stage, an experiment was conducted with 10 special rice varieties which were planted in three different regions during spring 2017. The results showed that the quality traits and yields from different regions of the same variety were different, which reached up to a significant level in most varieties. Among the quality traits, the grain chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree were the most sensitive to different climatic factors, and changes were found among them in different regions, while minor variation was found between brown rice rate and white rice rate. The parameters that were severely affected by temperature were gel consistency, gelatinization temperature, brown rice rate and yield during the filling stage. The critically affected factors by heat were brown rice rate, protein content, essential amino acid and amylose content while brown rice rate, chalkiness rate and gelatinization temperature were substantially affected by water factors. Grain yield and quality were closely related to meteorological factors on different stages after heading. Our results revealed that yield and quality of special rice were significantly influenced by meteorological factors during the grain filling stage.展开更多
This research was designed to assess the changes in anthocyanin content in grape skins of Vitis amurensis and to explore m RNA transcriptions of 11 structural genes(PAL,CHS3, CHI1, F3H2, F30 H, F3050 H, DFR, LDOX, UF...This research was designed to assess the changes in anthocyanin content in grape skins of Vitis amurensis and to explore m RNA transcriptions of 11 structural genes(PAL,CHS3, CHI1, F3H2, F30 H, F3050 H, DFR, LDOX, UFGT,OMT and GST) related to anthocyanin biosynthesis during grape berry development, by the use of HPLC-MS/MS and real-time Q-PCR analysis. Accumulation of anthocyanins began at veraison, continued throughout the later berry development and reached a peak at maturity. Veraison is the time when the berries turn from green to purple. Expression of PAL, CHI1, and LDOX were up-regulated from 2 to4 weeks after flowering(WAF), down-regulated from6 WAF to veraison, whereas DFR was up-regulated at8 WAF, and then up-regulated from veraison to maturity.CHS3, F3050 H, UFGT, GST, and OMT were down-regulated from 2 WAF to veraison, and then up-regulated from veraison to maturity. The transcriptional expressions of the11 structural genes also showed positive correlations with the anthocyanin content from veraison to maturity. Positive correlations were also observed between OMT transcriptional level and the content of methoxyl-anthocyanins, and between F3050 H transcriptional level and the content of delphinidin anthocyanins. F3H2 and F30 H expression was up-regulated at 2 WAF. F3H2 expression was down-regulated from 4 WAF to veraison and then up-regulated again from veraison to maturity. F30 H expression was down-regulated at 4 WAF and then up-regulated again from 6 WAF to maturity. F30 H transcriptional level was correlated positively with the cyanidin anthocyanin concentration from veraison to maturity. These results indicate that the onset of anthocyanin synthesis during berry development coincides with a coordinated increase in the expression of a number of genes in the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway.展开更多
Readily available chemical fertilizers have resulted in a decline in the use of organic manure(e.g.,green manures),a traditionally sustainable source of nutrients.Based on this,we applied urea at the rate of 270 kg ha...Readily available chemical fertilizers have resulted in a decline in the use of organic manure(e.g.,green manures),a traditionally sustainable source of nutrients.Based on this,we applied urea at the rate of 270 kg ha−1 with and without green manure in order to assess nitrogen(N)productivity in a double rice cropping system in 2017.In particular,treatment combinations were as follows:winter fallow rice-rice(WF-R-R),milk vetch rice-rice(MV-R-R),oil-seed rape rice-rice(R-R-R)and potato crop rice-rice(P-R-R).Results revealed that green manure significantly(p≤0.05)improved the soil chemical properties and net soil organic carbon content increased by an average 117.47%,total nitrogen(N)by 28.41%,available N by 26.64%,total phosphorus(P)by 37.77%,available P by 20.48%and available potassium(K)by 33.10%than WF-R-R,however pH was reduced by 3.30%across the seasons.Similarly,net dry matter accumulation rate enhanced in green manure applied treatments and ranked in order:P-R-R>R-R-R>MV-R-R>WF-R-R.Furthermore,the total leaf dry matter transport(t ha−1)for the P-R-R in both seasons was significantly higher by an average 11.2%,7.2%and 36%than MV-R-R,R-R-R,and WF-R-R,respectively.In addition,net total nitrogen accumulation(kg ha−1)was found higher in green manure applied plots compared to the control.Yield and yield attributed traits were observed maximum in green manure applied plots,with treatments ranking as follows:P-R-R>R-R-R>MV-R-R>WF-R-R.Thus,results obtained highlight ability of green manure to sustainably improve soil quality and rice yield.展开更多

Methods: A total of 160 patients diagnosed wi...Objective: This paper aims to observe the clinical efficacy of a customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group in treating children with Yang syndrome of common cold. Methods: A total of 160 patients diagnosed with Yang syndrome of common cold at the pediatric outpatient clinic of Fangchenggang City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 80 cases. The control group was orally administered Compound Paracetamol, Chlorphenamine Maleate, and Caffeine Oral Solution, while the treatment group received the customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Both groups were treated for three days. During the treatment period, if the axillary temperature of the children in both groups reached or exceeded 39.0˚C, Dexibuprofen Oral Solution could be additionally administered. The time of antipyretic onset, the interval before axillary temperature rebounded within 24 hours after the first antipyretic effect, and the highest axillary temperatures on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days were compared between the two groups, as well as their therapeutic effects. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group had an earlier onset of antipyretic effect (P Conclusion: The customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group for treating children with Yang syndrome of common cold has a rapid onset, a lasting antipyretic duration, and excellent efficacy without significant adverse reactions, making it worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多

We propose an accurate and energy-stable parametric finite element method for solving the sharp-interface continuum model of solid-state dewetting in three-dimensional space.The model describes the motion of the film/...We propose an accurate and energy-stable parametric finite element method for solving the sharp-interface continuum model of solid-state dewetting in three-dimensional space.The model describes the motion of the film/vapor interface with contact line migration and is governed by the surface diffusion equation with proper boundary conditions at the contact line.We present a weak formulation for the problem,in which the contact angle condition is weakly enforced.By using piecewise linear elements in space and backward Euler method in time,we then discretize the formulation to obtain a parametric finite element approximation,where the interface and its contact line are evolved simultaneously.The resulting numerical method is shown to be well-posed and unconditionally energystable.Furthermore,the numerical method is generalized to the case of anisotropic surface energies in the Riemannian metric form.Numerical results are reported to show the convergence and efficiency of the proposed numerical method as well as the anisotropic effects on the morphological evolution of thin films in solid-state dewetting.展开更多

Research Hypothesis: Qi stagnation constitution may be a potential predisposing constitution ...Objective: To summarize the common constitutional types in patients with gallstone disease and analyze influencing factors. Research Hypothesis: Qi stagnation constitution may be a potential predisposing constitution for gallstone disease, whereas the Balanced Constitution and Yin deficiency constitution have a lower tendency towards the development of the disease;gallstone disease is more prevalent among young men engaged in mental labor. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 180 patients with gallstone disease who were hospitalized in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), from July 2017 to July 2023. Additionally, 180 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations at the Health Examination Center of the same hospital were selected as the normal control group. Both groups underwent general condition surveys, TCM constitution scales, Eysenck Personality Questionnaires, Brief Coping Styles Questionnaires, and Social Support Rating Scales to determine risk factors and common types. Results: Independent variables such as gender, Qi stagnation constitution, Balanced Constitution, negative coping scores, positive coping scores, and stressful life events were included in the model. The OR values for Balanced Constitution, gender, positive coping style, and overall social support were all less than 1, and the maximum value of the 95% confidence interval was also less than 1. After selecting the intercept into the model and analyzing the standardized regression coefficients, it was found that negative coping scores had a significant impact on the model, while stressful life events showed extremely high relevance to the study. Compared with the normal group, the frequency of Qi stagnation constitution in the study group significantly increased, with a significant difference (P χ2 = 11.109, P = 0.0009, indicating a significant difference (P χ2 = 4.0890, P = 0.0432, indicating a significant difference (P 0.05). However, when comparing mental workers with physical workers within the patient group, the frequency of Qi stagnation constitution in mental workers was significantly higher, with χ2 = 6.8467, P = 0.012, indicating a significant difference (P Conclusion: Qi stagnation constitution is a potential predisposing constitution for gallstone disease, whereas the tendency to develop the disease is relatively low for Balanced Constitution and Yin deficiency constitution. Gallstone disease is more commonly found in young male mental workers.展开更多

The control group was orally administered Compound Paracetamol, Chlorphenamine Maleate, and Caffeine Oral Solution, while the treatment group received the customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Both groups were treated for three days. During the treatment period, if the axillary temperature of the children in both groups reached or exceeded 39.0˚C, Dexibuprofen Oral Solution could be additionally administered. The time of antipyretic onset, the interval before axillary temperature rebounded within 24 hours after the first antipyretic effect, and the highest axillary temperatures on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days were compared between the two groups, as well as their therapeutic effects. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group had an earlier onset of antipyretic effect (P Conclusion: The customized prescription from the Jing ethnic group for treating children with Yang syndrome of common cold has a rapid onset, a lasting antipyretic duration, and excellent efficacy without significant adverse reactions, making it worthy of clinical promotion.

文摘The rapid development of communications industry has spawned more new services and applications.The sixth-generation wireless communication system(6G)network is faced with more stringent and diverse requirements.While ensuring performance requirements,such as high data rate and low latency,the problem of high energy consumption in the fifth-generation wireless communication system(5G)network has also become one of the problems to be solved in 6G.The wide-area coverage signaling cell technology conforms to the future development trend of radio access networks,and has the advantages of reducing network energy consumption and improving resource utilization.In wide-area coverage signaling cells,on-demand multi-dimensional resource allocation is an important technical means to ensure the ultimate performance requirements of users,and its effect will affect the efficiency of network resource utilization.This paper constructs a user-centric dynamic allocation model of wireless resources,and proposes a deep Q-network based dynamic resource allocation algorithm.The algorithm can realize dynamic and flexible admission control and multi-dimensional resource allocation in wide-area coverage signaling cells according to the data rate and latency demands of users.According to the simulation results,the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the average user experience on a long time scale,and ensure network users a high data rate and low energy consumption.

文摘We propose an accurate and energy-stable parametric finite element method for solving the sharp-interface continuum model of solid-state dewetting in three-dimensional space.The model describes the motion of the film/vapor interface with contact line migration and is governed by the surface diffusion equation with proper boundary conditions at the contact line.We present a weak formulation for the problem,in which the contact angle condition is weakly enforced.By using piecewise linear elements in space and backward Euler method in time,we then discretize the formulation to obtain a parametric finite element approximation,where the interface and its contact line are evolved simultaneously.The resulting numerical method is shown to be well-posed and unconditionally energystable.Furthermore,the numerical method is generalized to the case of anisotropic surface energies in the Riemannian metric form.Numerical results are reported to show the convergence and efficiency of the proposed numerical method as well as the anisotropic effects on the morphological evolution of thin films in solid-state dewetting.
文摘Objective: To summarize the common constitutional types in patients with gallstone disease and analyze influencing factors. Research Hypothesis: Qi stagnation constitution may be a potential predisposing constitution for gallstone disease, whereas the Balanced Constitution and Yin deficiency constitution have a lower tendency towards the development of the disease;gallstone disease is more prevalent among young men engaged in mental labor. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 180 patients with gallstone disease who were hospitalized in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), from July 2017 to July 2023. Additionally, 180 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations at the Health Examination Center of the same hospital were selected as the normal control group. Both groups underwent general condition surveys, TCM constitution scales, Eysenck Personality Questionnaires, Brief Coping Styles Questionnaires, and Social Support Rating Scales to determine risk factors and common types. Results: Independent variables such as gender, Qi stagnation constitution, Balanced Constitution, negative coping scores, positive coping scores, and stressful life events were included in the model. The OR values for Balanced Constitution, gender, positive coping style, and overall social support were all less than 1, and the maximum value of the 95% confidence interval was also less than 1. After selecting the intercept into the model and analyzing the standardized regression coefficients, it was found that negative coping scores had a significant impact on the model, while stressful life events showed extremely high relevance to the study. Compared with the normal group, the frequency of Qi stagnation constitution in the study group significantly increased, with a significant difference (P χ2 = 11.109, P = 0.0009, indicating a significant difference (P χ2 = 4.0890, P = 0.0432, indicating a significant difference (P 0.05). However, when comparing mental workers with physical workers within the patient group, the frequency of Qi stagnation constitution in mental workers was significantly higher, with χ2 = 6.8467, P = 0.012, indicating a significant difference (P Conclusion: Qi stagnation constitution is a potential predisposing constitution for gallstone disease, whereas the tendency to develop the disease is relatively low for Balanced Constitution and Yin deficiency constitution. Gallstone disease is more commonly found in young male mental workers.

文摘Ulinastatin(UTI),a broad-spectrum elastase inhibitor,can stabilize lysosomal membranes and inhibit the activation and release of various inflammatory cytokines caused by cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).[1,2]UTI has recently been considered to be an effective anti-inflammatory agent and has been widely used in clinical settings,[3-5]but the optimal dose has not been defined.Therefore,we conducted a prospective,randomized,controlled trial involving 60 patients undergoing cardiac surgeries with CPB and investigated the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8),at different time points in order to evaluate the antiinflammatory efficacy of high-dose UTI and explore the optimum dose.
