The surface properties of oxidic supports and their interaction with the supported metals play critical roles in governing the catalytic activities of oxide‐supported metal catalysts.When metals are supported on reducible oxides,dynamic surface reconstruction phenomena,including strong metal–support interaction(SMSI)and oxygen vacancy formation,complicate the determination of the structural–functional relationship at the active sites.Here,we performed a systematic investigation of the dynamic behavior of Au nanocatalysts supported on flame‐synthesized TiO_(2),which takes predominantly a rutile phase,using CO oxidation above room temperature as a probe reaction.Our analysis conclusively elucidated a negative correlation between the catalytic activity of Au/TiO_(2) and the oxygen vacancy at the Au/TiO_(2) interface.Although the reversible formation and retracting of SMSI overlayers have been ubiquitously observed on Au/TiO_(2) samples,the catalytic consequence of SMSI remains inconclusive.Density functional theory suggests that the electron transfer from TiO_(2) to Au is correlated to the presence of the interfacial oxygen vacancies,retarding the catalytic activation of CO oxidation. 展开更多

For the application of carbon capture by membrane process,it is crucial to develop a highly permeable CO_(2)-selective membrane.In this work,we reported an ultra-thin polyether-block-amide(Pebax)mixedmatrix membranes(MMMs)incorporated by graphene oxide(GO),in which the interlayer channels were regulated to optimize the CO_(2)/N_(2) separation performance.Various membrane preparation conditions were systematically investigated on the influence of the membrane structure and separation performance,including the lateral size of GO nanosheets,GO loading,thermal reduction temperature,and time.The results demonstrated that the precisely regulated interlayer channel of GO nanosheets can rapidly provide CO_(2)-selective transport channels due to the synergetic effects of size sieving and preferential adsorption.The GO/Pebax ultra-thin MMMs exhibited CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity of 72 and CO_(2) permeance of 400 GPU(1 GPU=106 cm^(3)(STP)·cm^(2)·s^(-1)·cmHg^(-1)),providing a promising candidate for CO_(2) capture. 展开更多

Membrane tension plays a crucial role in various fundamental cellular processes,with one notable example being the T cell-mediated elimination of tumor cells through perforin-induced membrane perforation by amplifying cellular force.However,the mechanisms governing the regulation of biomolecular activities at the cell interface by membrane tension remain elusive.In this study,we investigated the correlation between membrane tension and poration activity of melittin,a prototypical pore-forming peptide,using dynamic giant unilamellar vesicle leakage assays combined with flickering tension analysis,molecular dynamics simulations,and live cell assays.The results demonstrate that an increase in membrane tension enhances the activity of melittin,particularly near its critical pore-forming concentration.Moreover,peptide actions such as binding,insertion,and aggregation in the membrane further influence the evolution of membrane tension.Live cell experiments reveal that artificially enhancing membrane tension effectively enhances melittin’s ability to induce pore formation and disrupt membranes,resulting in up to a ten-fold increase in A549 cell mortality when exposed to a concentration of 2.0-μg·mL^(-1)melittin.Our findings elucidate the relationship between membrane tension and the mechanism of action as well as pore-forming efficiency of melittin,while providing a practical mechanical approach for regulating functional activity of molecules at the cell-membrane interface. 展开更多

Background Previous studies have extensively investigated traditional predictors of cardiovascular disease(CVD)development,progression,and prognosis.However,the influence of novel indicators such as Klotho,on CVD prevalence and prognosis in the general population remains unclear.Method This was an observational study that utilized cross-sectional and longitudinal methods to examine the general population in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES)2007-2016.The participants were divided into four groups according to the Klotho quartiles.Primary outcome was CVD[coronary artery disease(CAD),congestive heart failure,and stroke],secondary outcomes were all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality.Survey-weighted binary logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the association between Klotho and the prevalence of primary outcome,and the restricted cubic spline(RCS)curve was used to further analyze the nonlinear relationship.Subgroup analyses were conducted to investigate the association between Klotho values and CVD prevalence using survey-weighted binary logistic regression.The incidence of the secondary outcomes among four groups was assessed through Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.Additionally,the relationship between Klotho values and secondary endpoints was explored using survey-weighted Cox proportional hazards regression across various patient subpopulations.Results A total of 12,146 participants(56.8±10.7 years,48.5%male)were included in our study.The total incidence of CVD was 9.9%(n=1201),of which 4.7%(n=574)were CAD,3.7%(n=454)were congestive heart failure,and 4.1%(n=497)were stroke.Binary logistics regression analysis showed that higher Klotho quartiles were associated with the decreased prevalence of CVD[Quartile 4 vs.Quartile 1:odds ratio(OR)(95%CI):0.77(0.64-0.93),P=0.006]and congestive heart failure[Quartile 4 vs.Quartile 1:0.75(0.56-0.99),P=0.048],However,no significant associations were found between Klotho levels and the outcomes of CAD or stroke.RCS curve illustrated a high Klotho value was negatively correlated with the prevalence of CVD(nonlinear P=0.838),congestive heart failure(nonlinear P=0.110)and stroke(nonlinear P=0.972).No significant interactions were observed in any subgroups regarding the associations between Klotho and prevalence of CVD.After a median follow-up period of 93 months(range:from 1 to 160 months),there were 1228 cases(10.1%)of all-cause mortality in the general population,including 296 cases(2.4%)of cardiovascular mortality.The Kaplan-Meier curves indicated that lower Klotho levels were associated with a significant increase in all-cause mortality across the general population,CVD population,and non-CVD population.As Klotho levels decreased,there was also a notable rise in cardiovascular mortality in both the general population and the CVD population.In the overall population,Cox regression analyses demonstrated that higher Klotho values were associated with a decreased risk of both all-cause and cardiovascular mortality.And no significant interaction was observed in the CVD subgroup regarding the association between Klotho and mortality.Conclusion High Klotho level was associated with low prevalence of CVD and low risk of mortality in general population. 展开更多

幼儿园教师的融合教育胜任力对于提升学前融合教育质量至关重要。本研究以950名有融合教育经验的在岗专任教师为研究对象,编制了《幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力问卷》。探索性因素分析发现幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力包括辅具使用、言行鼓励... 幼儿园教师的融合教育胜任力对于提升学前融合教育质量至关重要。本研究以950名有融合教育经验的在岗专任教师为研究对象,编制了《幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力问卷》。探索性因素分析发现幼儿园教师融合教育胜任力包括辅具使用、言行鼓励、家园沟通、环境改变、行为支持、预设调整6个维度。验证性因素分析表明此6维度模型数据拟合较好,问卷的信度和效度均达到心理测量学要求。利用该问卷对363名幼儿园教师进行调查,结果表明当前幼儿园教师的融合教育胜任力总体水平较高;融合幼儿园教师的胜任力水平显著高于非融合幼儿园教师;普通学前儿童家长的融合教育态度不同,其所在班级的教师胜任力也存在显著差异。为提升幼儿园教师的融合教育胜任力水平,国家应设置学前融合教育资源教师岗位,幼儿园教师资格证考试应适度增加学前融合教育内容,以此保障学前融合教育的师资。同时,幼儿园应注意在家园合作中渗透融合教育价值观,提高普通儿童家长对学前融合教育的接受度,使其支持班级教师开展融合教育。 展开更多

聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶膜由于交联网络结构而具有运输特性,通过网格尺寸来调控离子在其中的渗透扩散行为对其选择渗透功能具有重要意义。本文以戊二醛为交联剂制备了具有不同网格尺寸的PVA水凝胶膜,研究了离子在水凝胶膜中的渗透性能。通... 聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶膜由于交联网络结构而具有运输特性,通过网格尺寸来调控离子在其中的渗透扩散行为对其选择渗透功能具有重要意义。本文以戊二醛为交联剂制备了具有不同网格尺寸的PVA水凝胶膜,研究了离子在水凝胶膜中的渗透性能。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜表征了PVA水凝胶膜的微观结构,计算其凝胶含量、溶胀度和网格尺寸等参数,并将这些参数与离子在PVA水凝胶膜中的渗透扩散性相关联。结果表明,随着交联剂浓度的增加,PVA水凝胶膜的交联程度增加,网格尺寸随之下降,结晶度和溶胀性也明显下降。同时,当网格尺寸从15.07 nm调控到了3.76 nm时,K^+,Na^+,Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)的渗透系数也从19.5×10^(-7)cm^2/s,18.0×10^(-7)cm^2/s,12.2×10^(-7)cm^2/s,10.9×10^(-7)cm^2/s分别降到3.44×10^(-7)cm^2/s,2.84×10^(-7)cm^2/s,2.22×10^(-7)cm^2/s,1.76×10^(-7)cm^2/s,实现了对离子在PVA水凝胶膜中的渗透扩散行为的调控。 展开更多

目的对白蛋白结合型紫杉醇(nab-PTX)治疗转移性胰腺癌的安全性、有效性、经济性、创新性、适宜性、可及性开展临床综合评价,为临床合理用药提供循证依据。方法通过文献综述和专家咨询法构建nab-PTX临床综合评价指标体系,并采用快速卫生... 目的对白蛋白结合型紫杉醇(nab-PTX)治疗转移性胰腺癌的安全性、有效性、经济性、创新性、适宜性、可及性开展临床综合评价,为临床合理用药提供循证依据。方法通过文献综述和专家咨询法构建nab-PTX临床综合评价指标体系,并采用快速卫生技术评估(rHTA)方法对安全性、有效性和经济性进行评价,综合药品说明书、权威指南、药品价格数据以及国家药品监督管理局获得的研究资料等相关数据对创新性、适宜性和可及性进行评价。结果安全性方面,nab-PTX联合吉西他滨(GEM)方案的不良反应发生率较FOLFIRINOX方案(氟尿嘧啶+甲酰四氢叶酸+伊立替康+奥沙利铂)大多较低,但贫血和神经毒性发生率较高,与GEM方案的不良反应发生率相似,中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少的不良反应发生率高于替吉奥(S1)方案。有效性方面,nab-PTX联合GEM方案与GEM方案、S1方案比较,能显著增加客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR);与FOLFIRINOX方案相比,在总生存期、无进展生存期、ORR、DCR和1年生存率指标方面未见明显差异,但显著降低了需要二线方案治疗率。经济性方面,nab-PTX联合GEM方案对比FOLFIRINOX方案治疗转移性胰腺癌更具有经济性;相比于GEM方案,nab-PTX联合GEM方案不具备成本-效果优势,但随着政策发展及nab-PTX价格降低,nab-PTX联合GEM方案经济优势将会进一步体现。在创新性方面,nab-PTX是由白蛋白结合紫杉醇形成纳米颗粒的全新结构,使得其更具优势。在适宜性方面,患者使用依从性提高,临床使用过程也具有较好的适宜性。在可及性方面,nabPTX的价格水平稳定,可获得性较好,且近年来价格降价,可负担性较好。结论nabPTX属于紫杉醇制剂的创新结构,nab-PTX联合GEM方案治疗转移性胰腺癌患者的安全性和有效性较好,不劣于经典FOLFIRINOX方案,并且比FOLFIRINOX方案更具有经济性,患者使用依从性提高,临床使用过程具有较好的适宜性,可获得性、可负担性和可及性均较好。 展开更多

为探讨不同灌溉方式对夏玉米生长及水分利用效率的影响,以夏玉米为研究对象,设定传统连续灌溉(T)、管渠灌溉(P)、波涌流灌溉(S)和固定隔畦波涌灌溉(G)4种灌溉方式,对比分析4种不同灌溉方式下对夏玉米的叶面积指数、株高、地上部干物质... 为探讨不同灌溉方式对夏玉米生长及水分利用效率的影响,以夏玉米为研究对象,设定传统连续灌溉(T)、管渠灌溉(P)、波涌流灌溉(S)和固定隔畦波涌灌溉(G)4种灌溉方式,对比分析4种不同灌溉方式下对夏玉米的叶面积指数、株高、地上部干物质积累量、产量及水分利用效率的影响。结果显示:①夏玉米生育期内4种不同灌溉方式下株高相差不显著,基本不受灌溉方式的影响;②全生育期内P处理叶面积指数最大,且在不同畦段的叶面积指数变化不大。T处理叶面积指数在畦中段与畦尾段上的叶面积指数相差较大;③P处理的地上部干物质积累量最高,总体表现为P>S>T>G;④在夏玉米产量上,P处理比T处理提高了7.64,且P处理水分利用效率最高,对比T处理、S处理和G处理分别提高了17.5、9.3和11.9。因此,管渠灌溉能提高水分利用效率,在山东泰安对夏玉米采用管渠灌溉可以取得较好的节水和增产效果。 展开更多

目的:研究睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)患者术前行睑板腺理疗对白内障术后眼表的影响。方法:采用前瞻性病例对照研究。选取我院2017-09/2018-07合并有MGD的白内障患者76例76眼,按照随机分组法分为两组,试验组术前1wk给予眼睑热敷、睑板腺按摩治... 目的:研究睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)患者术前行睑板腺理疗对白内障术后眼表的影响。方法:采用前瞻性病例对照研究。选取我院2017-09/2018-07合并有MGD的白内障患者76例76眼,按照随机分组法分为两组,试验组术前1wk给予眼睑热敷、睑板腺按摩治疗(在院内进行一次全套治疗后,嘱患者每晚进行家庭热敷+睑板腺按摩治疗一次),对照组不给予任何治疗。两组患者均行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。术前(试验组为行睑板腺理疗前)、术后1wk,1mo行眼表综合分析仪检查非侵入性泪膜破裂时间(NITBUT)、泪河高度(TMH)等,LipiView检查脂质层厚度(LLT),并使用眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)进行问卷调查。结果:两组患者手术前后NITBUT、TMH、OSDI比较有差异(P<0.05);试验组及对照组术后1wk,1mo NITBUT均较术前有明显降低(P<0.05),其中对照组术后1wk,1mo NITBUT较试验组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。试验组TMH术后1wk较术前明显降低(P<0.05),术后1wk基本恢复到术前水平(P>0.05)。试验组及对照组术后1wk,1mo OSDI均较术前有明显升高(P<0.05),其中对照组术后1wk,1mo OSDI较试验组升高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化手术可破坏MGD患者的睑板腺功能及眼表状态,而术前行睑板腺理疗可以显著改善白内障术后MGD患者的眼表状态,并提高患者的满意度。 展开更多

AIM: To explore probable mechanism underlying the therapeutic effect of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS) against experimental colitis.METHODS: Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups. Colitis was induced with 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS). The rats with colitis were treated with 400 mg/kg of APS for 7 d. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by colonic weight, weight index of the colon, colonic length, and macroscopic and histological scores. The levels of regulatory T(Treg) cells in Peyer's patches were measured by flow cytometry, and cytokines in colonic tissue homogenates were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The expression of related orphan receptor-gt(ROR-gt), IL-23 and STAT-5a was measured by Western blot.RESULTS: After 7-d treatment with APS, the weight index of the colon, colonic weight, macroscopical and histological scores were decreased, while the colonic length was increased compared with the model group. The expression of interleukin(IL)-2, IL-6, IL-17, IL-23 and ROR-gt in the colonic tissues was down-regulated, but Treg cells in Peyer's patches, TGF-β and STAT5 a in the colonic tissues were up-regulated.CONCLUSION: APS effectively ameliorates TNBSinduced experimental colitis in rats, probably through restoring the number of Treg cells, and inhibiting IL-17 levels in Peyer's patches. 展开更多

The emergence of superb micro-vascular imaging(SMI) offers the possibility of clinically screening for unstable plaque AIM To investigate the value of SMI in predicting ischemic stroke in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques.METHODS Patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques(luminal stenosis of 50%-70%) were enrolled into the present study. All patients received conservative medication.The patient's clinical baseline data, serological data, CEUS and SMI data were analyzed. All patients underwent a 3-year follow-up. The follow-up endpoint was the occurrence of ischemic stroke and patients were divided into stroke group and non-stroke group according to whether the prognosis occurred or not.Subsequently, the difference in clinical data was compared, the correlation of SMI and CEUS was analyzed, and multiple Cox regression and receiver operating characteristic curve were applied to investigate the value of SMI and CEUS in predicting cerebral arterial thrombosis in three years.RESULTS In this study, 43 patients were enrolled in the stroke group and 82 patients were enrolled in the non-stroke group. Cox regression revealed that SMI level(P =0.013) and enhancement intensity(P = 0.032) were the independent factors influencing ischemic stroke. There was a positive correlation between SMI level and enhancement intensity(r = 0.737, P = 0.000). The area under curve of SMI level predicting ischemic stroke was 0.878. The best diagnostic point was ≥ level Ⅱ, and its sensitivity and specificity was 86.05% and 79.27%. The area under curve of enhancement intensity predicting ischemic stroke was 0.890. The best diagnostic point was 9.92 db, and its sensitivity and specificity was 88.37% and89.02%. As the SMI level gradually increased, the incidence of ischemic stroke increased gradually(X^2 = 108.931, P = 0.000).CONCLUSION SMI can be used as a non-invasive method of screening for unstable plaques and may help prevent ischemic stroke. 展开更多

AIM: To explore the probable pathway by which curcumin(Cur) regulates the function of Treg cells by observing the expression of costimulatory molecules of dendritic cells(DCs).METHODS: Experimental colitis was induced by administering 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)/ethanol solution. Forty male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal, TNBS + Cur, TNBS + mesalazine(Mes) and TNBS groups. The mice in the TNBS + Cur and TNBS +Mes groups were treated with Cur and Mes, respectively, while those in the TNBS group were treated with physiological saline for 7 d. After treatment, the curative effect of Cur was evaluated by colonic weight, colonic length, weight index of the colon, and histological observation and score. The levels of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells(Treg cells) and costimulatory molecules of DCs were measured by flow cytometry. Also, related cytokines were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS: Cur alleviated inflammatory injury of the colonic mucosa, decreased colonic weigh and histological score, and restored colonic length. The number of Treg cells was increased, while the secretion of TNF-α, IL-2, IL-6, IL-12 p40, IL-17 and IL-21 and the expression of costimulatory molecules(CD205, CD54 [ICAM-1], TLR4, CD252[OX40 L], CD256 [RANK] and CD254 [RANK L]) of DCs were notably inhibited in colitis mice treated with Cur.CONCLUSION: Cur potentially modulates activation of DCs to enhance the suppressive functions of Treg cells and promote the recovery of damaged colonic mucosa in inflammatory bowel disease. 展开更多

We demonstrate the feasibility of performing a systematic screen for human gene functions in Drosophila by assaying for their ability to induce overexpression phenotypes. Over 1 500 transgenic fly lines corresponding to 236 human genes have been established. In all, 51 lines are capable of eliciting a phenotype suggesting that the human genes are functional. These heterologous genes are functionally relevant as we have found a similar mutant phenotype caused either by a dominant negative mutant form of the human ribosomal protein L8 gene or by RNAi downregulation of the Drosophila RPL8. Significantly, the Drosophila RPL8 mutant can be rescued by wild-type human RPL8. We also provide genetic evidence that Drosophila RPL8 is a new member of the insulin signaling pathway. In summary, the functions of many human genes appear to be highly conserved, and the ability to identify them in Drosophila represents a powerful genetic tool for large-scale analysis of human transcripts in vivo. 展开更多

AIM To verify whether curcumin (Cur) can treat inflammatory bowel disease by regulating CD8(+)CD11c(+) cells. METHODS We evaluated the suppressive effect of Cur on CD8(+)CD11c(+) cells in spleen and Peyer's patches (PPs) in colitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid. Mice with colitis were treated by 200 mg/kg Cur for 7 d. On day 8, the therapeutic effect of Cur was evaluated by visual assessment and histological examination, while co-stimulatory molecules of CD8(+)CD11c(+) cells in the spleen and PPs were measured by flow cytometry. The levels of interleukin (IL)-10, interferon (IFN)-gamma and transforming growth factor (TGF)-beta 1 in spleen and colonic mucosa were determined by ELISA. RESULTS The disease activity index, colon weight, weight index of colon and histological score of experimental colitis were obviously decreased after Cur treatment, while the body weight and colon length recovered. After treatment with Cur, CD8(+)CD11c(+) cells were decreased in the spleen and PPs, and the expression of major histocompatibility complex., CD205, CD40, CD40L and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 was inhibited. IL-10, IFN-gamma and TGF-beta 1 levels were increased compared with those in mice with untreated colitis. CONCLUSION Cur can effectively treat experimental colitis, which is realized by inhibiting CD8(+)CD11c(+) cells. 展开更多
